Time & again, POC are killed by police, it’s quickly justified, and there’s no time before the media mentions their past misdeeds, AS IF IT MAKES THEIR DEATH AT THE HANDS OF POLICE OK BECAUSE OF A PRIOR RECORD?! Remember #MikeBrown; Darren Wilson pursued and killed him because he was “allegedly” caught on camera stealing cigars. A majority of WHITE Americans took that as justification for his murder. He was described in the media as being a big daunting, threatening man, a man to be feared; he was only an 18 year old boy. He was described in the media as being, “no angel.” Would you say it’s ok for your brother or sister, or mother, or father to be killed for stealing?! However, Dylan Roof, a white supremacist with hatred and anger towards black people, so much so, that he walked into Charleston, S.C. oldest, historically Black church, during a prayer service, where they prayed for him, and embraced him. He shot nine Black people in cold blood. He was taken by police, alive, and treated with a meal from Burger King. He was never described as a terrorist, and was said to have “some mental issues.” Mental illness and “lone wolf” are characteristics often placed on people similar to Dylan Roof. It allows for the people to feel a sense of humanization and pity for such aggressors. It’s funny and quite telling, how most mass shooters happen to be white, in most cases labeled as suffering from a mental illness, WHEN......ummm, most killings by police happen to Black and Brown people, almost 40% of whom suffer from a mental illness or other disability. Remember #AlfredOlango, an unarmed man having a psychotic episode, killed by police in Southern California. Remember #JeremyMcDole, a black man in a wheelchair, killed by police in Delaware. It goes to show that this country, at the end of the day, does not care about the wellbeing of Black people, as much as it is concerned for the safety and wellbeing of White people. WhiteSuprmacy is rampant. It never died. It is only one of many issues which continue to divide and oppress Black and Brown. #BlackLivesMatter #struggle #BlackLiberation ✊🏻🇦🇫

Losing a breath from within and not from someone taking it from you of what I know to lose my breath of anxiety, panic attacks, palpitations, with fear of not being able to breath is one I fear How does it feel to you when You lost a breath, to not be able to grasp air of an exhale? This recent egregious police killing George Floyd was very hard to watch via media, and to be honest watching all sensitive content is.  know I am one to pop off when I see something that isn’t right, I can’t speak on why the surrounding people just stand and watch I couldn’t, A brutal violent act! I know I cant just stand there or walk away, I can’t comprehend and speak on anyone else but if I am face front in the realm of it.

If this was a stranger, friend or my son, I’m sorry I would have to be killed too for stepping up and attempting to help someone! 

I know there are Good People, I know we have officials that are fighting to protect the people, but many are out there failing us, not protecting the Human Rights, The decision makers, The Leadership and President is is just a disgust of what the World in a constant torment of Pain, Evil, Hate, Racism, discrimination, poverty, And so much more. A Deadly pandemic, of a Virus spreading throughout our nation, in to wear a mask to protect your life to all the Racist killings by US POLICE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC BUT latest along the line George Floyed TORTURED FOR 8 minutes.... suffocated, dehumanized, pleading for his life! Crying out for his life!!! I don’t like using words that describe a color! But today i must speak on many BROWN, BLACK, UNARMED MEN and WOMEN BEING I read this post and couldn’t just #Repost without #Speaking on it and it resonates to all of which is we mourn for. A prayer for ALL; those who mourn, those have been killed, the families and children who are all effected, those who have been injured, the protesters, the officials that are fighting . A prayer to release from the sin poison of Racism and our dependence on violence to solve our ills. Unfair Racial Acts and Thoughts have taken the root in the Hearts of people of humanity. Of all the feels, we must be the cure to release and unite. The poisonous threads are hurting us ALL! The ominous threats have taken power to beyond control! Until the justice system can demonstrate that it holds all people equally accountable for their actions, we won’t be able to get beyond the reality of racism-systemic racism-is involved. So I pray for release from racism of all the times like this. I pray for everybody: to the ones who have to face the crowds, the hurt, the anger, protestors who have all the rights to protest, for decison- makers who have the authority to bring reform. I pray for the grieving, the injured, the fearful. I pray we all will find the courage to face the truth and do something about it. I know there are many cases we don’t hear or see if it’s not caught by someone witnessing these unhunane violence as well as other lives that have been ruined due to harm, trauma, mental health, violence acts, discrimination SAY THIER NAMES! Vape pen, not a weapon: Details emerge in police shooting of Alfred Olango

It took more than an hour for police to arrive at the shopping center in a San Diego suburb where a distressed black man had been wandering into traffic. It took about a minute for him to be shot and killed. Alfred Olango pulled a large electronic cigarette — a vape pen — from his pocket and pointed at the police officer who fired, while a second officer stood nearby trying to subdue him with a stun gun, El Cajon, Calif., police said. The details emerged Wednesday in the shooting of Olango, who was having an emotional breakdown over the recent death of his best friend, an attorney said. Police said Olango had refused to comply with instructions to remove a hand from his pants pocket and paced back and forth before rapidly drawing an object from the pocket.

I saw a man who was distraught, and a man acting like he was in great pain. And I saw him get gunned down and killed. If he was my son, I would be devastated.

Some protesters said he was shot while his hands were raised, though police disputed that and produced a single frame from the cellphone video to support their account. The image showed the man in what police called a "shooting stance." His hands were clasped together and he was pointing directly at an officer who had assumed a similar posture a few feet away. Protests in El Cajon Wednesday night — about 16 miles northeast of San Diego — had heated moments, but remained mostly peaceful. More than 200 people marched in the streets near the site, yelling "no justice, no peace, no racist police!" Police in riot gear, some of them with dogs, faced off with protesters occasionally, bringing some tense moments, but mostly kept their distance.
