Author’s Note: in honor of 600 followers and an idea i got rewatching Grey’s Anatomy, this was the result lol so thank y’all for the love and support <33 this one’s for you :)

It was your wedding day, you were anxious to say the least. But why were you? You had the dream guy, your dream day, dream cake, dream dress, everything was perfect. Why were you still so scared?

You paced around the room, commemorating your vows to memory, or trying to at least. Luckily, you’d chosen your best friend, Spencer as your man of honor. He’d had an eidetic memory so it was so easy for him to remember your vows. You’d chosen him as a man of honor since you were probably closest to him out of everyone at the BAU. Of course, you were close to Emily, JJ and Penelope, no doubt about it — but you and Spencer had a bond. An unbreakable one.

And then it was time for the big show. Your husband-to-be waiting at the end of the aisle for you. And you stood frozen in fear at the fact. Of course, Emily, one of your more observant bridesmaids noticed you looking as white as your dress and asked — “What’s wrong?”

You completely blanked on your vows. How could you blank on your vows? Was this an omen for how shitty your marriage was going to turn out? Were you doomed for an ending like this? Oh, God, were you even ready to get married at all?

Spencer, ever so being the gentleman he was, even began reciting your vows word for word for you but you couldn’t even think. You couldn’t even move. Could you even breathe? How do you breathe? Your heart’s racing at a million miles per hour. What do you do?

And then within two minutes, your soon-to-be husband walks through those doors and makes that decision for you. It’s a decision you couldn’t make yourself. You swore to yourself that you’d be happy with Ryan. He was a good guy. He was everything you ever wanted. Right?

During those two minutes, everyone had been talking you off the ledge because you began to question if you wanted to through with marrying him. And right when Ryan walked out was when you decided you were ready.

“Oh, my gosh! I’m sorry! I’m ready now, I promise.” You tell Ryan and the man looks at you. Ryan’s giving you this look of love which is beginning to turn unrequited. As you reassure him that you think you want this, that you want to marry him, he turns to Spencer.

Ryan always respected you and Spencer’s friendship. But he couldn’t help but notice how Spencer was always around, always there at your beckon call, you’d even had him as your emergency contact. And he noticed how Spencer was staring at you as you spoke to him and how sad he looked. He’d noticed Spencer always lingering but never in a bad way. More so in a ‘I love you but I want you to be happy’ kind of way. He’d never been jealous of Spencer, no. In fact, he pitied him. And maybe he was just now realizing that the right person for you all along wasn’t him but Spencer.

Ryan could tell all over your face that you weren’t ready. Not with him, at least. “I’m sorry.” He tells and you furrow your brows and look back at Penelope, not really knowing what to say. “I’m sorry, I had a freak out. But I’m ready.”

“No, you’re not,” Ryan said. “Y/n, I love you and I am so ready to marry you. But I know you’re not ready. At least not for me.” You don’t pay attention to how he slyly glances up towards Spencer.

You’re so confused. Did he not want this anymore? You were so sure you did. “I’m ready, Ryan. I will be right behind you and I-I… I think I really want this.”

“You think?” Ryan asks and you wonder what you’ve said wrong. Why is he making you second guess this whole thing? “Y/n, I wish you just knew. I love you. But I do not want to force you into becoming someone that you’re not. And if I loved you, I would not hold you back from that. So this is me… letting you go.”

And with that, Ryan walked away and you stood there. You didn’t cry, you didn’t run after him. You just stood there, confused and heartbroken? Did he just call off the wedding just moments before you walked down the aisle?

You’d gone back to his apartment that you frequently stayed at. You didn’t even know what you were going to find there. You didn’t know if you were even looking for anything at all. Maybe you just wanted to be left alone.

Penelope and JJ insisted on checking on you, Morgan sent you numerous texts, Hotch called you a few times but Emily and Rossi knew that you needed your space and suggested Spencer go and see you. Even Spencer had wanted to leave you alone, knowing you probably didn’t want to see anyone at all.

“You’re the only person she’ll open up to you.”

“Go get her, kid.”

And with Emily’s words and Rossi’s encouragement, he decides to go and see you. He knows to find you at the apartment you and Ryan shared, since you technically lived there for a while.

When he arrived, the door was wide open and you stood in the middle of the living room, looking around. You’d heard someone come in and you knew exactly who it was even before you turned to face him.

Spencer, standing there, suit clad and hair messy as ever — topping off his outfit with his mismatched socks. Even for you, he’d refused to wear matching socks. How was he always so perfect even when he wasn’t trying? You caught the confused gaze in his eyes when you met them.

“He’s gone.” You told Spencer and he looked around, wondering if there was any evidence of the fact that he was gone like he put it. “Well, let’s not… jump to conclusions. His— His stuff is still here and—”

You shake your head, “No, he had a— a vinyl collection. Any and all music from the 40s to the 80s, it’s all gone.” You traced your fingers over the dust on the shelf. And looked right on the wall. “And he had a photo of him and the family dog up there.” You turned towards the key hook and and frowned — “His grey coat with… red buttons that he never touched but kept up there is gone. I used to tease him about the fact that he never touched that coat.”

You’d learned from your years as a profiler that if everything of the person that was missing was gone, so were they. But as far as you were concerned, any and all evidence of the fact that Ryan was here was gone. It didn’t matter if he still had heaps of clothes in the closet, all of the things that made him him were gone.

But even in the fact that the man you thought was the love of your life just left you — possibly for good — somehow, you managed to utter the words: “I’m free.” And you weren’t sure why you said them. You were devastated from the blow, that Ryan was gone. He was letting you go, like he wanted to.

You start to dig your fingers into the corset of your dress, wanting to yank the thing off altogether as you pant heavily in the silence. And you aren’t sure if it’s a panic attack or the fact that you desperately need to get out of this dress.

Spencer is quick to come up to you, helping unravel the corset of the dress, trying his best to help you right here and right now. He lets you grab his hands and wrap his arms around you as you let out a sob and all he can do is hold you.

He feels terrible for how this has played out. All Spencer has ever wanted was for you to be happy. Even if it wasn’t with him. And now Ryan has broken your heart and he wonders if you’ll ever recover from this altogether.

Spencer was never really good with feelings, except to bottle them up and never speak of them again. He knew growing up that telling people what they wanted to hear was much more efficient. And he never knew how to comfort people correctly, at the very least. But with you… he knew how to comfort you. It was the best thing he knew how to do.

Spencer holds you and he tries shushing you and his lips ghosting your skin as he tells you that everything is going to be okay.

Spencer took care of everything after your meltdown. He let the team take care of telling everyone the wedding was off, but he took care of everything regarding you. He took care of your dress, stuffing it away in the closet for you not the see it. He took care of your apartment, cleaning it to the best of his ability, no matter if it was clean or not.

But most importantly, he took care of you. He wiped the makeup off your face, ran a shower for you and told you to take your time whilst in there as he cleaned the apartment.

And once you came out, he’d had the living room set up for one of your movie nights since those seemed to always cheer you up.

You started the movie night tradition on a whim after a day of work. He’d started with the fact that he’d never seen the Harry Potter franchise at work and you just about told him he was probably one of the most uncultured people you’d ever met. So, you had him come over, bought a pizza and had him discover the Wizarding World that was in fact Harry Potter.

And since then, you’d had the movie nights. Always watching something new he’d never seen, or sometimes you’d let him pick — and he’d pick movies in different languages, documentaries or an episode the good ol’ Doctor Who.

Tonight, he knew you were probably not at the mental capacity to choose a movie so he picked one of your favorites and put it on for you. And he also decided to order takeout while you were in the shower. You watched as he proudly showed you what he did and at the end, assured you that if you wanted him to leave, all you had to do was say the word and he’d be gone.

But you shook your head no. In fact, you were so grateful to him for staying. Not a lot of people would. But he did. Spencer would always stay for you.

So, you joined him on the couch, eating food and watching the movie and he later even surprised you with ice cream halfway through the movie and after your stomach settled from the food.

“Did you know that the first color television sets were introduced in 1954, but it wasn't until the 1960s that color television became widespread, with most networks transitioning to color programming by the mid-1960s?” Spencer asked, knowing you loved all fun facts that had to do with television or movies since that had been your area of expertise.

You turn to him and furrow your brows in interest. “Really?” Spencer nods, “Yes, sometime between 1946 and 1950, the research staff of RCA Laboratories invented the world's first electronic, color television system. The first color TV based on a system designed by RCA began commercial broadcasting on December 17, 1953.” He gave you that tight-lipped smile and stiff nod that he always gave you after giving you a fun fact.

You smile at him and find it grateful that he can act so normal with you — even after you just got left at the altar. But that was Spencer, being himself and pretending nothing terrible had just happened. He always did work his best under immense pressure.

You look down and Spencer catches how your smile doesn’t meet your eyes. And he doesn’t want to ask, he doesn’t want to pry but he cares about you too much not to. Spencer looks down at his ice cream and focuses on his carton as he asks — “How are you doing?”

Those four words make you turn back to him and you can tell that he didn’t want to ask the question but he knew he needed to. You look at the screen and you scoff — “Honestly?” Spencer turns his gaze back to you as you think to yourself. “I don’t know.”

“I mean, I’m devastated, sure, I… I loved Ryan. But he had a point. And he was right. He was ready and I wasn’t.” Some part of you knew why he called off the wedding. Why he knew you weren’t ready. Why you weren’t fully in the marriage like he was. And maybe you didn’t know it then, but maybe you knew it now.

Spencer leans back into the couch with a furrowed brow. “Why didn’t he think you were ready?”

Looking at Spencer, you had an idea as of why he let you go. Your profiler brain went back to that moment when Ryan said — Y/n, I love you and I am so ready to marry you. But I know you’re not ready. At least not for me. What did he mean by that? You missed how he took a sly glance at Spencer and now looking back — he did look at him when he said it.

It didn’t take a genius to know why he said it. You’d always felt some sort of connection to Spencer. You were always friends but underneath the surface, it always felt to be something more than that. You ignored it, of course, because well, you worked together and he was your friend and you could never jeopardize your friendship with him. So when you met Ryan, maybe you substituted your feelings for Spencer for Ryan instead. It wasn’t a fair thing you did. And you really and truly did love Ryan. But maybe he was letting you go because he could see you were in love with someone else. But there was no way in hell you were going to tell Spencer that.

You only respond in the way you know how, with a simple shrug. “I don’t know,” Spencer turns to you before turning back to the screen and you can tell the gears are turning in his head. “I guess, he was right.”

This causes Spencer to snap his head right back to you. Almost as if he’s eager to know your answer. “Maybe I just wasn’t ready.” Maybe I was in love with someone else, you want to add. But that would just complicate things.

“Maybe…” Spencer adds, with a slight nod. You turn to him and you see he’s put his focus right back on your movie and you study his facial features.

The slope of his nose, the way it twitches every now and again when he focuses deeply on something. His plump lips, the very lips you spend your time gazing down on when he’s not looking. His hazel eyes, that seem to turn into a golden brown the longer you stare into them. That messy mane he calls his hair, sticking out every which way. You’d loved everything about him inside and out.

And Ryan knew that. Spencer Reid was the reason the wedding was off. But you didn’t want Spencer to know. You didn’t want him to live with the guilt that the reason you couldn’t be happy with Ryan was because of him. But Ryan had done you a favor. Because it wasn’t that you were still in love with Spencer, it was the fact that he might’ve known that you two were meant to be. And Ryan didn’t stand a chance. He knew that. And maybe this was you realizing you knew, too.

“Thank you, Spencer,” You find yourself saying, reaching over to grab his hand. Spencer looks down at your hand on his before looking you in the eyes. “I’m really glad you’re here.”

There’s a truth interlinked with that confession. Spencer has some sense to what it is but he won’t pry you about it. Not today, at least. Deciding to lean further into your touch, he keeps his hand where it’s at and gives you a small smile — “Where else would I be?”

Giving him one more smile, you lean and rest your head in his shoulder like you’ve done a million times before but this time feels different to Spencer. And it definitely feels different to you.

But for now, you’d linger in the silence. Since you seemed to do so much better with that than to actually tell the truth of how you really feel for your best friend.

Preds propaganda time!!!!!

It's so much fun being a fan of a shit team since it's always a treat if they win and it's never too hard when they lose

It is also investment for the future when we figure out what is wrong with us and then fix it and become Super Mega Good (I am coping)

Our notable achievement of the year is that to date, we are the only team to have beaten the Jets twice!!!! We killed a 5 on 3 penalty when they have the best pp in the league in the second win!!!!!!! I will never get over this!!!!!!!!

We are brightass yellow and I have convinced myself this is a perk

I mean our vibes aren't like on par with the Sharks' level or anything but it's Smashville man it's hard to have a truly shit time there's always fun to be had

Ok time for OUR GUYS!!!!

Our goalie tandem may not have top 3 stats but they are certainly top 3 in vibes!!!!! They are both Juice!!!! There is a big juice (Justus Annunen, who we got in November from the Avs) and a little juice (Juuse Saros who is my precious beautiful talented boy. I could go on about him for ages. He is (I'm pretty sure) the smallest goalie in the nhl, he is one of the most played goalies in the nhl, his team lets him get killed every night, I love him)

Our captain is the most beautiful captain in the nhl!!! Roman Josi when will you return from IR I MISS YOU

We have Filip Forsberg, known talented goalscorer and mustache haver!!

We have Preds Edition!Steven Stamkos, which is not the same as Regular Lightning Steven Stamkos!! The former is like the playable character version of the latter's video game boss. On one hand he had a hot week recently and is a goal away from sole possession of 22nd most goals scored in the nhl all time and on the other he scored an own goal that was credited to the Islanders' Sorokin for his first goalie goal the other week.

We have Ryan O'Reilly, who everybody wants BUT NOBODY WILL TAKE HE IS OURS AND WE HAVE HIM (He was a hot topic at the trade deadline because he's so good at hockey)

Currently our top dpair is noted silver fox Brady Skjei and noted cutie patootie Nick Blankenberg (he is literally my comfort Blanky)

We have so many full time children (23 or younger) and part time children (regular callups) right now I can't go into too much detail but trust me they're all swell

summary: reader takes care of ryan after he gets his wisdom teeth out

warnings: none, just tooth-rotting fluff

word count: ~850

You are in the waiting room of an oral surgeon, waiting for your boyfriend, Ryan, to be brought out to you from his wisdom tooth surgery. Ryan has been dreading getting his wisdom teeth out for years and has since waited until his early 20s to get the surgery done.

"But it's fuckin' scary! What if the anesthesia doesn't work or something?" He would say, getting into his head too much.

"I'm sure it'll be just fine, Ry," you would always reply with a kiss on his head.

"Okay," he would grumble. "But if something goes wrong, I'm blaming you."

After some persuasion, you finally convinced Ryan to get his wisdom teeth out, which brings you to today sitting on an uncomfortably firm chair in the waiting room of the doctor's office.

You are reading a Teen People magazine when you hear someone yell your name behind you with a slight drawl to his speech. You don't have to look up to figure out it's your partner, Ryan. You put down the magazine and glance behind you to see Ryan getting escorted out by the doctor, holding his arms outstretched to you. "Hi, baby!" He shouts to you in a friendly way while you scrunch up your nose at his use of a nickname, which wasn't really your guys' thing.

You meet him in the middle of the waiting room, Ryan instantly pulling you into a hug and burying his hair in the crook of your neck. You feel his stubble graze your collarbone and you smell a hint of hospital sanitizer on him as he holds you close. You lock eyes with the doctor awkwardly standing behind him and smile at her. "Thank you for bringing him out," you say kindly, bringing your hand up to massage the back of his head a bit before he pulls away.

"He'll be a little groggy for a while, but he should feel better throughout the next 24 hours," the doctor states matter-of-factly.

"Thank you," you say once again, giving the doctor one last small smile before guiding Ryan's groggy form to the doors of the office.

Ryan wraps an arm around your shoulders as you two walk outside, his feet dragging on the pavement.

"Okay, buddy, let's get you home," you joke, arriving at the passenger side car door and opening it. You sloppily throw Ryan in the seat as his dazes form makes it hard to do anything with him gently. Once he is securely in his seat, you shut the car door, loop around to the driver's side, and get in the car. You buckle your seatbelt and notice Ryan staring at you out of the corner of your eye. You glance over to see Ryan's head leaning against the headrest and his eyes half-lidded with a small grin on his face.

You giggle at the look on his face and ask, "What?"

Ryan's grin widens and he scrunches his nose. "You're so pretty, [Y/N]."

"Oh, God," you groan playfully. "And you're high."

"So? I know what I'm talking about. I think about it all the time when I see you, I just don't say it enough," Ryan admits with a sheepish look.

Your heart explodes a little at his confession and sincerity, and you bring up your hand to brush some of his sandy blonde curls out of his eyes. "I think you're pretty too," you say, leaning forward to give Ryan a kiss on his exposed forehead.

As you pull away, you notice Ryan's cheeks are slightly dusted pink. All of a sudden, his smitten smirk drops, and his eyes fill up with tears. Your eyes widen at this and you grab the sides of his face with both hands. "Oh my God, are you okay??" You ask concernedly.

"Yeah," Ryan says, tears threatening to fall. "I just think... I don't deserve you. You're so good to me and... I'm me." Ryan wrings his hands in his lap and tries to pull out of your grasp.

While you're aware this is the anesthesia in his system making his emotions go berserk, you are determined to not let him do that to himself. "Hey. Look at me," you say sternly, keeping a grip on Ryan's face. "You are an incredible man and an amazing boyfriend, and I am so so lucky to have you. You do not get to say that you don't deserve me because that's not fair to yourself. Okay?"

Ryan sniffs and straightens his face out to a neutral expression. He nods his head and grins at you. "Thanks," he says shyly.

You feel instantly relieved that he calms down quickly and you nod your head slowly, taking your hands off of his face. "Need anything else before we head home?"

"Wait! One more thing," Ryan says, instantly leaning towards you and giving you a kiss on the cheek.

You giggle at Ryan and push him away playfully. "Get your nasty ass gauze away from me!" You screech.

"Well, now you're in for it," Ryan retaliates by giving you a huge bear hug.

So that was fun :). He's seen clips and stuff and I've told him some stuff about the Rookie, and he has considered watching it, but just never gotten around to it. Maybe he will now lol :)! The customer looks up at you as if he have just learned that humans can talk.

"Hmm. I guess."

Having received an equally extraordinary answer, you hurriedly smiled and turned around in the opposite direction from the visitor, while simultaneously managing to reprimand yourself for your own stupidity. Seriously? "A very extraordinary choice"? My God, when did you forget how to flirt (or maybe you never even knew how to flirt)?

And this embarrassment only multiplied when, after those words, you also had to take the order to him.

"I'm Luke, by the way. I hope that's extraordinary enough for you."

You sighed, but rather in a calm manner. Phew, the main thing is that this man is not offended or anything like that.

"I'm Y/N." A relaxed smile bloomed on your face, but your tongue took over again. Of course, it had only been a few minutes since the last time. "And, in fact, the only thing extraordinary about you is your biker clothes."

You could see a truly fascinating picture of a slight smile touching his handsome face and him trying to hide it behind a cup of coffee.

1st line: Michkov #39 - Couturier #14 - Foerster #71

Maksim Konstantinov / Len Redkoles / Jason Mowry (header image: Eliot J. Schechter)

Michkov on the first line is the only non-controversial choice here. It was hard to pick between Couturier and Frost, particularly since I believe that Michkov and Frost are going to work really well together this upcoming season. However, I think it's more than likely they want to pair Michkov with a more experienced player, particularly one like Sean Couturier, who is strong on faceoffs - can get Michkov the puck off the faceoff! - and a good defensive forward. Speaking of defensive forwards, I put one of the top defensive wingers in the NHL this season, Tyson Foerster, on the other wing. Foerster is a RW but since the Flyers seem to have completely done away with GAFing about what position wing their forwards play, I put him here and, in this post, will not GAF about L/RW either.

I think Foerster and Konecny would be the only two wingers the Flyers would consider opposite Michkov right now. Konecny for his own strong offensive upside was definitely a plus, but I went with Foerster because I think making sure that their two best defensive forwards are balancing out Michkov's high offense will be a high priority for Tortorella. Foerster also plays a pretty physical game where I don't believe Michkov does...? Someone correct me if I'm wrong there. I think that this top line is a well-balanced line between a vet, a strong winger, and a superstar.

2nd line: Konecny #11 - Frost #48 - Tippett #74

Purely offensive line. Total fun. Morgan Frost's defensive play is very good, but he's a playmaker at heart and I would love to see this line get some time this season. I do eventually envision Frost and Michkov on a line regularly, as I think (as do many others) Frost's creativity will work well with Michkov's, but as far as opening night goes, I can't see them putting Frost and Michkov together too early.

Otherwise, these three would be fun to watch. In the 23-24 season Konecny assisted on 10 of Tippett's 28 goals, and 8 of Frost's 13 goals were assisted on by one of these two. All three were particularly productive during the Flyers' more dominant period in December 2023 and January 2024.

Something of a double-veteran presence on this line for Brink, who, while he has NHL experience, spent a multitude of games last year playing for the Phantoms and watching from the press box at the behest of Tortorella. Farabee had a career year in 2023-24 but it didn't seem like it after he went long stretches of time without a goal, and Scott Laughton, the unofficial Flyers locker room DJ, had a much maligned 23-24 season. Not that this is SamuelErssonUpdates's Line for Lost Flyers, but it's a line of guys who you'd love to see do even better. Hoping that each of them move up the lineup at some point in the season, but on opening night this would be a safe bet.

The easiest decision of the bunch, the Ph(C) line was one of the most cohesive and regular of last season. A solid 4th line of three guys that scored a little and hit a lot, (thank you, Garnet Hathaway) all three are signed to short-term contracts in Philly. It would, however, be nice to see Ryan Poehling Do The Thing again, and if he potentially moves up the lineup this year, maybe we'll see a burst in production from him.

Defense

In general, all of these defensive pairings have been pretty well established; they were generally paired together last year, and the Flyers org shows no signs of switching them up unless something surprising happens.

1st pairing: Sanheim #6 - York #8

Len Redkoles / Len Redkoles

These two were the top defensive pairing last year, and they'll be our top defensive pairing this year. York played 82 games and had an average ice time of 22:37 per game; in one stunner of a game against the Canes, he played a whopping 29:01. Sanheim, meanwhile, logged 30% more assists than ever before in his career. These two will be back at it on your TV screen on October 11, I guarantee it.

2nd pairing: Seeler #24 - Drysdale #9

Jason Mowry / Len Redkoles

Generally considered to be the pairing on which Tortorella will have Drysdale, Seeler's defensive defense will be a solid counterpoint to Drysdale's offensive defense. Literally everyone in the world wants to see Drysdale do well on the Flyers – a healthy, more veteran player like Nick Seeler is probably the best option to round out his play.

With the return of Rasmus Ristolainen still unclear, and having seen none of the Flyers' prospects in the preseason, this is my current projected 3rd pairing. Both Zamula and Johnson re-signed short-term deals with the Flyers this offseason, and while Johnson will most likely remain a 7th d-man to be rotated in and out of the lineup, if Zamula makes the team out of camp I expect to see him as a regular fixture on the blue line.

I don't know what anyone wants me to say here. this could not more clearly be my fucking guy. the blog is named after him. I am not taking questions at this ti- Stats? Buckle up, fuckers. I love stats and I'm incapable of being objective.

Sam Ersson is tied for the 4th-most winningest rookie goalie in Flyers history. At 24 years old, he has 5 shutouts in 63 career GP; the goalie he replaced had 6 shutouts in 227 GP. He had 4 this season alone, tying Igor Shesterkin (55 GP) and Pyotr Kochetkov (42 GP). With 23 wins in 51 GP, he won more games than Linus Ullmark (22 W in 40 GP), Alex Lyon (21 W in 44 GP), Tristan Jarry (19 W in 51 GP), and tied Jarry (29 years old with 8 seasons of NHL experience) and Thatcher Demko (28 years old with 7 seasons of NHL experience) for games played on the season. He had a 19-game streak of 3 GA or less where he went 12-4-2 (with one game where he entered in relief) and was one of the best goalies in shootouts in the league. In shootouts, only 4 goalies stopped more shots than him, yet he had a better shootout save percentage than all of them.

He had an .890 save percentage on the season. I don't care. The Flyers played 37 games from January 18th to the end of the season. Ersson played 32 of them, most of them with a backup that wasn't NHL caliber (Cal Petersen - sent down; Felix Sandstrom - sent down and traded in the offseason) or not ready to play in the NHL yet (Ivan Fedotov). Ersson was playing 86% of the Flyers' games at this point; for reference, the top 5 most played goalies in the league played:

Saros, 28 years old, 64 GP; 78% of NSH GP

Forgive me if I don't take his .890 save percentage as the word of God and the final statement on his goaltending.

He's the starter next year. Tortorella and Briere have already made it clear; Ersson is their guy. Fortunately, he likes that.

Ivan Fedotov should be fun to watch this season. He was phenomenal in the KHL for years, and hopefully will be able to bring that this season with more time to get settled in the area, the team, and in his gear. If all goes well would expect to see him start 25-30 games. Like Ersson, his stats on the Flyers tell nothing of the full story, and next season will be a better showing of his capabilities between the pipes.

hiii!! here to infodump abt pokemon again because i think i found a good match for one of y'all's facets :3c!!

I was. Looking at all the bunny pokemon and,, there are not many. Like at all. Very sad. BuT!!! I did find a good pick for Ryan, out of all of the bunny Pokemon, I think!!

Scorbunny!!

This lil guy is a pure fire type! It's one of the many starter Pokemon, specifically for sword and shield which iiiiis gen 8!

Now the main reason I chose this guy is because it's. One of the more recognizable bunny pokemon out there and the other two I could remember were Buneary (fun fact! This guy FUCKING HATES PEOPLE! Once you catch it starts with a base 0 happiness! That's only heard of in legendaries!!... This is hilarious bc it evolves through friendship. Anyway), Azumarill, and Bunnelby, which,, simply did not feel fitting lmao

So!! Scorbunny is known for being very active iirc!! Its fighting style is inspired by sports n shit it's very neat. Its whole evolution line is very sporty actually! I think it's fighting style is inspired by soccer? I don't really remember tbh it's been years since we've played Sword and Shield HDDHSHDHDJD

Its dex entries:

I thought this lil fella was a lil more fitting than say, Azumarill, because it's a tad high energy and its colour palette is more fitting HDTJEJSJFKS buT Azumarill is a water type so it can produce bubbles™ perhaps we'll ramble about Azumarill and its pre evolutions next (if y'all wanna hear of course!) bc it's pretty neat too!
