The appropriate time would have been after the Oprah interview when more people were still interested in instagram instead of tiktok.

The way I heard it went down was that William was the lead, naturally, and William gathered them up to leave and was saying to them all something like "let's head out..." then Meghan interjected with some sort of "idea," supposedly suggesting that they switch sides and each work the other half of the crowd, and Kate shot her that look essentially communicating to Meghan that she needed to shut up and do as she's told.

A lot went down BEFORE they appeared. Meghan had Netflix crews there and was attempting do a walk about with just her and Harry ahead of William and Catherine.

The palace/W&K got word and palace security put up a perimeter moving Netflix out of range to film Meghan, summoned Harry and Meghan and said if they wanted to do the walk about it was happening right then or the two of them would not be participating at all.

Meghan was preparing herself for a grand solo walk about appearance at this time, and so when they called her out and said that her plans had been thwarted, she had not yet finished spackling her face orange and combing out her wig. She expressed her frustration because she didn't have time to get dressed up like a whore to mourn with people truly grieving outside. They basically said shut up and get in the car, if she wanted to go because otherwise she would not be allowed to greet the public in any other walkabout basically ever again in her life. She and Harry were both "briefed" (to me it sounds like they read them the riot act) that they were to follow instructions, not make s scene, etc. So after all that, when Meg piped up and interrupted Will as he was telling them all that they would be leaving, Kate had basically had it and glared her into shutting up.

The irony is that Meghan looks so much better without the ghastly make up and hair sacrificed from the scalps of hundreds of Midnight Shimmer My Little Ponies. She looks very mouse-y, but she looks pretty with the more natural look. Being natural is, however, anathema to Meghan and all she stands for, so she looks like a shipwreck most of the time.

On Wednesday, the Marie Antoinette of Montecito took to Instagram for the fourth time since she relaunched herself on the social media site at the start of the year.

Remind me, Jan Moir, where you live in California and are able to judge the extreme wealth existing in the Santa Barbara area compared to Harry & his wife? Harry & his wife are paupers compared to the actual billionaires that live in Montecito.

I can't believe she began with that because it's so obvious she IS writing about Harry's wife every time she posts on instagram. Does she have nothing else to write about in her column? Slow news week in the UK? Really nothing else to write about except that nothingburger reel? Really?!

I saw that reel and my first thought was the Ozempic face. Scary. Everyone who saw that reel knows that she didn't need publicize her "good deed" for this teenager. It's nice she did what she did, but it's plainly obvious that she was looking for something to post about. She clearly has nothing to post about, and none of the celebrities she name checked in her reel responded to it. Just straight-up famewhoring.

But how does basic social-media famewhoring equate to Marie Antoinette? How? NOTHING in this article is Marie Antoinette worthy? Nothing in that instagram reel is going to cue pitchforks and a request for a guillotine. It's a lame reel where her desperation to be acknowledged & celebrated is full-on display. If you want an American celebrity who can be compared to Marie Antoinette, try a Kardashian. That would be actually on point.

Am I supposed to believe that the people who read Moir's column are completely ignorant of all the other super rich people in Montecito? Why would Harry's wife qualify as a "Marie Antoinette of Montecito" when Ted Sarandos's wife lives in Montecito. Yes, Ted Sarandos who made $50 million in 2022 alone and bought an expensive mansion from Ellen Degeneres that wasn't on markdown, unlike The Olive Garden monstrosity. Ted Sarandos's wife, Nicole Avant, would qualify as the "Marie Antoinette of Montecito" just due to the extreme wealth her husband has been given by his company.

But Harry's wife? She's an unimportant celebrity in the US. No one cares about her! NO ONE! Except her minuscule fan club. Columns like this make it look like the UK press is trying to make Meghan happen. Just like fetch!

No, you have to be an actual ROYAL with a lightweight career to make a "Marie Antoinette" accusation stick. Being just another celebrity in the SoCal environment doesn't qualify, regardless of how many haters she has. No one in the U. S. of A. is going to show up at The Montecito Olive Garden with pitchforks demanding her head. Hardly anyone knows she still exists, except those like Jan Moir who write columns to remind us of her existence and activities.

No, to really qualify as a modern-day "Marie Antoinette" you have to

be known for your exhaustive closet

be known as lazy

spend more time on your personal life than a normal person who works a regular job/occupation

solely focus on frivolous causes, i.e. feelings over food.

be an actual royal

have a vast majority of your country of residence hate you

Moir's vapid article struggles to connect Harry's wife to those basic points. Also, apparently Jan Moir has no idea what is actually going on in California and/or the USA because she seems to not realize that no one actually cares about Harry & his wife. They are nobodies in the US. They should be glad that they got a Vanity Fair cover recently because everyone forgot they existed and will go back to forgetting they exist!

Now, for KP & Kate, well...tell me, will Kate be wearing another pantsuit when she appears in public again? Sporting the kick-ass colors of black, gray, brown, or white? Or will she decide she can wear bold colors or pastels with her next pantsuit?

When you're getting columnists in the DM to use the "Marie Antoinette" accusation against someone most people forgot about, then you're telling me you're prepping for pr crisis without saying you're prepping for a pr crisis.

Well, well, well...

It's one week until Christmas, and Kensington Palace has yet to release Will & Kate's Christmas card.

Also, no one with a social media account has stated that they have received one yet.

I'm amazed to see the "difficult year" excuse being used for the absence of a Christmas card/photo at this point. Will & Kate have released plenty photos this year, including two unsolicited videos.

Most people are expecting their Christmas card to have been taken at the same time as filming was completed for Kate's September video, which is why it was the number one selection in the poll I had a couple of weeks ago. However, I suspect if that was going to be the Christmas card photo, then it would already have been released by now.

I love the "it's not required" excuse regarding the obviously delayed release. It's a Christmas card. How fucking hard is it to release a Christmas card photo? The correspondence staff does most of the work sending them out, not Will & Kate.

Well Kate’s videos are empty and a ‘what is the purpose of this?’ moments. Hehehe, but MM’s video was another level of cringey.

Anyway, I know you can’t care less about them and their nonsense, but what is your opinion about the harkles and their last PR shenanigans? I’ve seen the public divided between saying that they succeeded and became viral everywhere with zillions of likes and positive comments and the other half saying that this was tacky, people asking about the pregnancy and saying the belly looks fake and saying that this is sinking their reputation even more. But how? Honestly there are many sites who posted her video and everyone was taking positive about her.

I know they are to irrelevant for you to make a good analysis about their PR and future predictions, but I have also seen some astrologers (western and Vedic), and bazi predictions saying that those two will start to fall apart from March 2025 to May 2026 and if they ‘survive’, it will be a miracle. Some of them also talk about lost of reputation/power in her chart. I hope you can give your opinion!

Sure, it was cringey and eyeroll inducing. But for all those people claiming and clamoring it's proof they used surrogates or whatever, guess what, it still doesn't matter!

I've always been of the opinion that she was pregnant both times; she just padded because she wanted the attention before her belly got truly big with Archie. I don't know what kind of grounds people are using to say she wasn't pregnant with Lilibet when she was.

People say that she couldn't have been in labor in that video if it was truly filmed on the morning of 04 June 2021; however, no one seems to have thought about the possibility that she was not in labor at the moment of filming because they were inducing.

I watched that video only once, which was enough, and I don't recall seeing any daylight from any window lighting the room they were in. Either they were in a windowless room or they were there before sunrise. Regardless, Lilibet was born at 11:40 am (PDT). That time certainly makes sense for a morning appointment to induce labor. Check in before 8 am. Induce shortly after 8 am. Go into labor and baby is delivered after 11:30 am. Not impossible.

We'll be able to evaluate Kate's videos fully after we've seen another edition of Mother Nature, aka the Summer edition. The Will & Kate Cultists gave Kate a pass for not appearing in any Mother's Day photos this year, after the 2024 edition was so problematic. I find it interesting that William had no problem appearing with just George, Charlotte, and Louis for his Father's Day photo, which was NOT taken by his wife. A photo that was taken about two months prior to the occasion (Father's Day).

Yet Kate has completely avoided being photographed the same way for a similar occasion? The last group photo we have with her and George, Charlotte, and Louis, was her 2024 fall perfume ad, which was then used as the 2024 Christmas card. Before that, it was the disastrous 2024 Mother's Day photo and the 2023 Christmas card.

You know what? Kate might be trying to tell us something about her husband by her avoiding basic family photographs at this point in time. But I'll leave the rest of that for another day.

But back to Meghan, divorce, and her kids. I feel like I've said most of everything that I want to say about it at the moment. I expect a divorce/separation announcement before the end of the year. There are some not great aspects coming up later on this summer. I suppose it could happen then. I can't say for sure because I truly haven't checked. However, I generally think it'll happen after Harry's 41st birthday.

If the divorce announcement happens after Harry's birthday this year, then it really will be a short spiral of less than a year.

Beyonce hasn't divorced Jay-Z yet, which is a choice.

I'm still wondering if Ron Burkle is on the government's investigation list. So many things tie back to Soho House.
