For context, I was born in 1981; also, most of my characters from my television shows are made up by me because I didn’t want to play someone that’s already in the show, like I did with most of the movies I’m in !!

My Revision of Wish

As someone who loves the concept of Wish, I thought it was a decent addition to the Disney Animation Canon. I enjoyed the songs, the gorgeous hybrid artstyle, and the homage to Sleeping Beauty's wide cinemascope aspect. Unfortunately, the more I think about Wish, the more disappointed I was with the final product. For what was supposed to be a celebration of Disney's legacy, it ended up being shot with the blandification ray by the studio itself, because they had a lot of interesting concepts planned for the film. It's just impossible for me to hate Wish like everyone else on the internet, because I know there's passion behind this idea, it was just muddled and screwed over by the despicable corporate side of Disney.

Now, while I did love the final product and was also simultaneously disappointed over what it could’ve and should’ve been, I wanted to showcase my version of the film with a heavier emphasis on the wishing star’s untold origin story. This is actually an updated/edited version of my original draft, and I added a little bit of characterization as well.

Wish (in my version) is fully 2D-Animated, and contains music, orchestration and lyrics from Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, with additional output from Julia Michaels.

Summary: 

“Have you ever wondered how the legendary Wishing Star was born?… Set in a time centuries before Snow White wished by the wishing well, or Geppetto wished for his little wooden puppet to become a real boy, Wish takes place in the medieval city of Rosas, a fantasy kingdom off the coast of the Mediterranean Sea where your wishes can literally be transformed into reality. The kingdom is ruled by King Magnifico (Chris Pine) and Queen Amaya (Amara Le Negra), respected by all as the kingdom’s sole wish-granters. They live happily in peace with their royal daughter named Asha (voiced by Alycia Pascual Peña), who was set to take her parents’ throne once she turned 17. 

Princess Asha is sharp-witted and wildly smart beyond her years: a young philosopher in the making, who believes that the stars are always there to guide her. She's a shy bookworm who is very creative, she draws animations in her notepad and paints with watercolors all over her bedroom, much like Rapunzel. Asha also wants to be a musician and to inspire the people with her music. While being devoted to her goal to ensure that everyone gets their wish to come true, Asha also struggles with poor leadership skills, and she doesn't know how to be a good leader to her friends, or her kingdom. Her parents seem to make it look easy, and sometimes Asha prefers to rely on them to make her dreams come true. However, Asha believes that a bigger and stronger wish requires a much more difficult journey, and in order to achieve her wish, she must confront her own parents, two of the fiercest and most powerful villains the Disney universe has ever known.

King Magnifico is almost the same as his canon depiction, except he has no backstory of him losing his family to destruction which would've make him more sympathetic, and does not mesh well with him being a villain. He uses his magic to remove wishes from people's hearts and keeps them in his own "wish orbs" for personal keeping, but we don't find out what he does with them until the first act. Before he praticed magic, he was a philosopher who believed in the power of the stars in the night sky, inspiring Asha to develop her belief that there is magic in the stars.

Queen Amaya is a female villain who is madly in love with Magnifico and pressures Asha to be a perfect royal daughter, much in the vein of Yzma and Maleficent, with shades of Mother Gothel. She is a black dark-skinned Latina, and Asha's birth mother. Queen Amaya owns has a pet cat assistant named Cleo, who is a callback to Maleficent's crow Diablo, or Lady Tremaine's cat Lucifer.

Alright, now back to the story!

On her 17th birthday, during a beautiful royal ball, Asha notices that her parents have wondered off from their thrones, and she uncovers a dark truth about both of her parents and how they want to keep the wishes of the people for themselves. Even worse, she peaks through the cracked door of the throne room to witness that the King and Queen are crushing the people's wishes, and infusing their energy, in order to make their own magic more powerful, and thus manipulating the townspeople and giving them the false hope of their wishes being granted. Asha tries to keep what she saw a secret from her parents, but she argues that the wishes must be free and sent back to the people. After a heated argument with her parents, she runs to the forest and makes a passionate cry for help to the stars, in the hopes that they will give her guidance and strength to help her entire kingdom. (‘This Wish’ is staying btw, but with adjusted lyrics) Her plea pulls down the brightest star out of the sky and transforms it into a glowing ethereal humanoid being without a name.

Here is where we meet Orion. Orion is THE wishing star of legend. He is a glowing, Black-coded, humanoid boy around the same age as Asha. Newly formed, he has no name and no sense of right or wrong, much like Pinocchio, but he reveals himself to be a powerful shapeshifter with magic celestial powers. The starboy is aided with the tiny, Luma-like canon version of Star, named Little Dipper, as his personal companion. Little Dipper is more mischevious than Orion, but it's also a powerful wish granter in a tiny celestial body. With a reworked, more orchestral version of "At All Costs", Orion takes Asha on a gorgeous flight, explaining his purpose to help Asha, as the duo sings in harmony above the stardust-sprinkled woodlands, with Little Dipper setting the scene. After the song ends, Asha tries to name all the constellations off the top of her head, and ultimately names the starboy Orion (serving as a subtle callback to Kiss the Girl). Asha brings Orion back to the kingdom, and she tries to teach him how to grant the peoples’ wishes. As the two plans to give the wish orbs back to the people, Asha notices that her parents are angered over the townspeople praising Orion’s descend, hoping that he will grant the wishes of all the people. Feeling threatened by Orion’s presence, the King and Queen scheme to use dark magic to kill Fate and steal her magic, so that they will remain as the only wish-granters in Rosas, but at the risk of permanently being surrendered to the dark side. (This Is The Thanks I Get, except it's reworked into a grand, badass, orchestral villain duet with Magnifico on the first verse and Amaya on the second verse)

Desperate to warn the kingdom about her parents’ true colors, Asha disguises herself (a la Sleeping Beauty) as a peasant girl, while Orion tries to disguise himself as a normal human boy. As the two try to grant the wishes of the townpeople who haven't given their wishes to the king and queen, the town descends into chaos with some wishes spiraling out of control. While it is a moment of hilarity, Asha and Orion come to a realization that some wishes should never be granted in the first place, as they're more likely to cause harm and chaos than pure good. The two comes across a group of seven teenagers modeled after the Seven Dwarfs, Asha's longtime team, and Orion starts to get to know each one of them, before planning a rebellion against her parents, and yet, Asha is secretly hesitant to disobey her parents, she confesses to Orion - in a short reprise of At All Costs - about how she used to be perfectly obedient and a perfect princess to her people. Meanwhile, Orion reveals to the Seven Teens that he’s still learning to grant wishes, but they also end up horribly wrong, but he comes to a realization that he shouldn't grant wishes that could cause harm, no matter how much they beg for it. The Teens make a promise to Asha that they will protect her secret, as well as Orion's. The duo and the teens team up to stop the King and Queen, with a reworked version of "Knowing What I Know Now."

During the epic climax, Orion and Asha create a diversion, with Asha freeing the wishes with her team and learning to be a good leader in doing so, while Orion shapeshifts into multiple forms to battle the King and Queen and distract them away from the castle, but they capture Little Dipper into the scepter, and use Dipper's magic to transform their cat Cleo into a giant dragon (akin to Maleficent's dragon form) that flies them to the top of the castle, with Orion chained up. The parents chain Asha to the top of the castle where the battle occurs, and they force their daughter to watch Orion suffer. Engulfed by the pain of losing her protector, Asha breaks into the This Wish reprise, as do the other residents of Rosas. The King and Queen try to push Asha off the castle to her death, but the townspeoples' voices lift her up, as does Orion's, and he uses his magic to make her float above in mid-air. Everyone's hearts beginning to glow and attract their wishes back to their hearts as they sing in unison. Orion transfers most of his celestial powers into Asha, who uses her temporary celestial powers to free Little Dipper from the scepter, and blast the King and Queen to their death, while Orion simultaneously creates a powerful sword to throw into Cleo's heart, killing her as well. After a moment of silence, Asha breaks down into tears and feels bittersweet that she’ll never have her parents again, but more optimistic about being the ruler the kingdom desperately needed - someone who will choose only the best wishes to come true. Orion comes down to Earth to comforts Asha with a hug, and the kingdom rejoices with the evil King and Queen gone for good.

Cut to a few months later with Asha hosting her first royal ball for Rosas, and dancing with Orion, similar to the endings of Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast. Before Orion flies back to the night sky to become the Wishing Star, he gets Little Dipper to create a magic wand and grants her the role of a honorary Blue Fairy guardian, transforming Asha’s purple queen gown into a beautiful, glittering, baby blue gown. Orion informs to Asha that Asha will be reincarnated into a true Blue Fairy after her time on Earth comes to an end, but Orion will descend back down to Rosas every now and then to help Asha. As a final gift, even though he admits his magic is not perfect just yet, Orion finally grants Asha’s wish and creates a lute for her to play for her people, but Asha realizes what her true wish was all along: To be a good leader to all of Rosas.

After Orion forms into the glimmering Wishing Star in the night sky above Rosas, Queen Asha looks down on the townspeople of Rosas with hope in her smile and she looks up at the wishing star above her, with a hope that everyone will have a wish to come true, because now, Queen Asha knows that there is no force, no magic more powerful than the power of a wish, for a wish is more powerful when it’s inside your heart.

Cut to a few nights later, after the credits have rolled, when Asha walks out onto the balcony above the kingdom. She pulls out a music sheet, and begins to play ‘When You Wish Upon A Star’ for the stars, as an homage to Orion.

My version of Wish will also contain hundreds of Easter Eggs that all pay tribute to ALL 61 FILMS in the Walt Disney Animation Studios library, all worked seamlessly into the context of the story, not just containing the ones that inspire the film like Sleeping Beauty or Snow White. Anyway, all I’m saying is that Disney should’ve hired me and put me into the writers room, because as a Disney fan, I know how to make this story work and how to make it even better, and I hope you guys love this version of the story! Oh, and also, screw Disney for donating to a genocide. Goodnight Kingdom of Rosas!

I am pretty sure that Amara is not going to wear braids around Aegon for a long time …

But about the braids, and I apologise if I am wrong but I feel there is a bit of an infantilising ( is it the right word ? ). When I think of braids, little girls come to my mind and with the fact that in a certain way Aegon is her family and older brother, it makes her in a way easier to submit which makes the situation even more twisted. And when she cries and Aegon holds her ! The line about her thinking about sucking her thumb in that situation makes her seem vulnerable and makes us see her again as a child. There is also the fact that she lived a really traumatising experience as a little girl and it feels as if she’s still trapped at that state because she never had the chance to face it and heal from it.

And the fact that after he took advantage of her, she calls Criston, her father figure directly afterwards make it more heartbreaking because he’s her only living family biologically and protector but he is also Aegon’s family and also a father through his relationship with Alicent which make the situation worse.

The chapter reminded me a lot of the cabin chapter in Your skin makes me cry when she have her period ( if you know you know ).

I found the metaphor between Amara and Odile really beautiful because I feel Amara knows she can easily fall into a self destructive cycle and she do everything to not break and hold it together.

I really would like to think what was thinking Aegon through this chapter. He seems more like a predator ( the part when she compares herself to a rabbit, I loved it ). After the beginning of the chapter, it feels as if he is ready to pounce on his prey. It reminded me a lot of the Inmate ( I forgot the number ) universe.

I don’t know if I said everything I thought but I really loved this chapter and have been enjoying reading this book. Today especially with the ambiance had me feeling a delectable chill in my spine. You write beautifully and keep us salivating the whole time 🫧🫧🫧

It could definitely be viewed in the light of infantilisation, though I think for farm work, it's probably best to have the hair tucked away neatly, and Amara just prefers double braids over single (she's cursed-blessed with an abundance of thick desi hair, so braids are often the only way to go).

But I really like the idea of correlating it to their shared past as pseudo-siblings growing up together. And the fact that he catches her braids when he wants to control her is a sort of reference to all the tales in stories where hair is power (Samson, Rapunzel etc). He grabs her hair, and it happens to look like reins, and he controls her in the moment.

And ye the scene with the thumb was definitely there to depict how childhood sexual abuse can twist the victim's future in a hundred different ways, and none of them are easy to deal with. Aegon's past abuse hasn't been explored yet, but Amara's was splashed across newspapers and her face was everywhere when she was six (even if her name wasn't). Everyone in the family knows what happened to her. No one knows what happened to him and so any traits he possesses that are a consequence of that abuse are as of yet a mystery. But he might recognise them in her if he saw them. The black hole is the most obvious representation of her trauma, but no one except her can see that (for now).

Now though it was dub-con in the end, it definitely didn't start out as such. And I find myself balking when I have to write from the headspace of a sexual predator, especially one so unpredictable (I don't think I have so far, but my memory might be failing me). I didn't give much thought to what was going on in his head, because my own personal experience is only ever being in Amara's place, whether that was in childhood or adulthood. But yeah, Aegon was exhibiting this thing which some men do, where one yes means an endless supply of yes's. Even if her no ended up becoming yes he didn't heed that first no at all.

I always find it difficult writing such things and putting them out there. I'm fully aware I won't always find people who understand what I mean because quite frankly, media literacy isn't great these days. That a broken, abused boy and an equally broken and abused girl can grow up to make horrendous decisions for others and themselves but still hunt and reach for love the way any normal person might and believe they deserve it. Amara wanted the feeling of love and mistook it for physical closeness which she needed desperately in the moment with Aegon, but that opened the doors to a new kind of relationship.

Aegon wants the love he felt at fifteen with a girl who's no longer a girl but a woman who's outgrown him. But if he doesn't get that, there is another experience, the one where he becomes the abuser and has all the power he once lacked when he was the one being abused. In this situation he could easily call it love because it's Amara, a step-sibling of sorts, and he could never hurt her as badly as the man who killed her parents and took her right? Crap- I should share my original event and explain it a bit-

The Fesival of the Lost

Basically, it's a summer festival based on the story of Rapunzel.

I've added my OCS (Amara and Asher, but only Asher is actually there)

Purples and yellow outfits with ribbons and sun imagery. The sun flower replica is also given to everyone

The festival is held once a year to lead those who are lost out of darkness and into the light. It is said that those who are lost will be found again within 18 years.

Flower crowns are put on those who have been lost before as a way to keep them safe. The flowers are picked and made by the children, to represent childhood innocence. It's given out to those who request it and to those that seem to need it. (Ex. Yuus would get one due to being from a differnt world)

At the end of the festival is the lantern ceremony(like in the movie) and the charicters fight with said lanterns.

They were sent there because the Maplewoods grew up there! Amara(twst mable pines) isn't hosting because she has to do other things and got distracted by her friends from there. So Asher hosts them and explains what the festival is for.

Amara works to distract mother so atleast Asher can be himself for a bit during the festivities. (Amara paints a sun on Asher to represent her)

The memento kept is a purple sun flag.

Mallious keeps another old book (this one of old fables like Rapunzel, Hansel and Grettle, etc.)

Silver gets himself some art supplies and grabs Sebek a frying pan(one of the most useful weapons in the kingdom conciderd by its people), and Lilia a guitar (acoustic wooden one with sun patterns)

Cater gets himself a tower figure (reminisant of rapunzels tower, its said to reperesent strength, patience, and healing)and gets sweets for the rest of the doorm

Kalim found himself a sachel with a tiara attached to it (they represent good luck and alliance)

Twst Hunter got himself some Rapunzel

Raine got themself a lantern memento

Maybe Gabe and Rowena's daughter would be a little scared to be alone

Rowena and Gabe always told her that if people knew she was a Nephilim they would try to use her and kill her. Something like rapunzel hahaha

So I feel that if Rowena's daughter separated from her mother and joined the Winchesters when Rowena was being evil, Gabriel's daughter would instinctively look for someone to help her and give her meaning.

She shows up at the bunker while Cas, Dean and Sam are there.

Gabe's daughter: You idiots, I left my mother. What now?

Dean: What?

Gabe's daughter: *Ignores him* Sam, you had a bad father and then you ran away from him. What was the first thing you did?

But I think the point where she would seek to be more independent would be when Cas tells her "After Amara, you are probably one of the most powerful beings in creation. I don't think you need anyone to take care of you."

Rowena's next manipulation to get her back would be the opposite, now her tactic would be "If you are not here, I am unprotected and I can die. Do you want your mother to die?"

Honestly I can almost see her getting more scared with Cas telling her that she doesn’t need anyone—Rowena had sort of built up this image of her daughter needing Rowena around to keep away the people who would try to use her, so with Cas telling her she doesn’t need anyone, I think she would just become scared to be alone.

Dean would be the one to sit her down and say—

“Just because you don’t need anyone to protect you, doesn’t mean you don’t need anyone. People need people, kid. But the thing about not needing protection—that means that you get to choose who you have in your life. Everyone needs friends—needs family—but you decide who that is. You decide who earns that.”

And the kid would just look up at him and—kind of scared—be like—

“I want you guys to be my family. You, and Sam, and Cas. You’ve never tried to make me do anything with my powers that I didn’t want to do.”

And Dean would grin at her—

“Kid, we’ll be your family any time. You can stay in the bunker for as long as you want to.”

But eventually Rowena would go to find her and she would pull the whole “I need you” thing. she would probably go with a “Being around you made me a target” guilt trip thing, too.

and Sam would get in front of Rowena’s daughter and he’d be like—

“You protected yourself for hundreds of years without her. I think you’ll be just fine.”

Meanwhile Cas bends down to talk to the kid—

“She’ll be just fine without your protection. It’s your choice whether you want to go with her, or stay with us. Nobody is going to make you do anything you don’t want to.

Name: Morgan (circling sea); Rook's nick name: roi du arc-en-ciel(aka king of the rainbows; because rainbow hair and gay af he needs to aknowladge it); Floyd's is Hermit Crab (introvert who can and will bite back of attacked basically lol)

Inspiration: meh- lol- depending on the event i do add design elements of both heros and villains

Age/Bday: 18(younger than me irl), but a first year still due to the whole comeing from a differnt universe, May 21st is our bday. Horrorscope is Tarus and Gemini, and I think it does work well with us

Doorm: Housewarden of Ramshakle, but with magic everyone agrees they would be in Diasomnia. But they made Ramshakle into the 'outsiders' doorm for those who don't feel like they belong anywhere.

Class: 1-A with Deuce, Ace, Grim, and Rain(TWST Luz). They care alot about the friends that they made, there is alot of teasing from them and jokes, but there is still alot of care from everyone.

Hight: 5'10 and proud. Epel is jealious and tries to figure out their secrets, they enduldge him a bit until they give up and admit it's just good genes

Hair/eye colour: hair is naturally brown but dyed rainbow. Eyes are dominatly blue with green around the middle (central heterochromia) for natural hair it would be Jamil, opposite would probably be Azul? For the eyes closest would be Epel.

Homeland: Canada/Earth. Only Rain was known prior because he also got Isikaied into the world. Stleast they both aren't alone!

Club: Arts club, their club members are Amara Maplewood(TWST Mable/Rapunzel), and Moxxy Rango(TWST Star). They do art projects together and some murals that Crowley requests and commissions them (Morgan needs some fuckin money so ye XD) they all get along well and boundaries are respected. They all do return to their doorms a mess tough-

Subject: Arts and Magical Technology are their strong suits. They do however have a hard time in PE. But they made sure to setup a sort of IEP(independent education plan) with Crowley that allows things to be a bit easier for them with the classes that they can't do. They often study with Rain and the rest of the first years on things and even have learned about Glyphs for this world.

Hobby: they got a number of hobbies that often revolve around something creative. They often play games with Lilia or Idia. Azul sometimes may hire them as a graphic designer. Vil has also gone to them to do some embroidery for costumes. They also often bake with Trey for unbirthday parties

Pet peves: yelling. Sebek and Riddle most often comit this crime. But they have already let them know about it so quickly apologize to them when calmer. Riddle often gifts them an apology tart he has learned to make, while Sebek makes something as an apology

Food: sweets. Cheesecake to be very specific, it can be just about any kind. But their natural enemy is prokchops. They can and will cry over it if someone tries to feed them it (not at all irl experence). They happily share their cheesecake with their friends, especially if they made it themself. Grim or Jack are often given the food that they don't like. They fight Ace over foods they both like tho

Talents: exelling creative skills. Rook, Vil, Amara, Moxxy, and Malleus are often appreciative of this skill and helps support them in whatever they need. Bakeing, most of Heartsbyul absolutely love theirs and Treys bakeing, they even argue who is better

Backstory: casually taken from their life in our dimension and tossed into Twisted Wonderland. Before that all happend they had been trough many differnt betrayals of family, friends, and a lover. Even figuring out that they were disabled and haveing to fight tooth and nail to be recognized as such. They want to help those who have had their voices silenced gain it again, to be able to say what they mean and stand on their own two feet. They had a hard time when they first came to TW, but over time, facing the overblots, helping those who have been trough that and those that they see struggle in any way aswell and accept their help. They just have a hard time reaching their hand out sometimes, haveing a hard time putting all of their faith in others, why should they? They aren't going to be there forever... right?

Pomfiore: Epel: born in the cold, will die in the cold. Grew up in a small town in bumb fuck nowhere. Is completely ok with Epel punching someone for calling them both girls

Ignahyde: Idia: gaming friends. Very much AUDHD stuff together. Info dumps about anime and games to eachother. Gaming all nighters

Diasomnia: Silver: they do care alot about Malleus, but Sikver wins for this. Calm and quite when it comes to him and they just need a break. They can hangout in comfortable silence. Dueling practice with eachother.

Housewarden: Azul: as a fellow housewarden they like Azul the most when it comes to that and how he handels it. The students under him don't fear him, but respect him, and he pays a liveing wage for their work. He has improved inter doorm relationships after his overblot aswell

Vice Housewarden: Jade: he helps to a point where is needed and dosent take over the job when not asked, but dosent coddle Azul either. He has a good work life balance. He can be a chaotic leader, but it is enjoyable

First year: Duce: full on respect for the self improvement goals. He is willing to ask for help and help where he can. He is good with tech too!

Second year: Riddle: good person to go to if needing help with your studies. Very respectable and direct. Adaptable to how you learn aswell.

Third year: Vil: really good when it comes to teaching. Can be strict, but that can be good at times. Holds you and himself responsible if needed to be.

What if the roles were reversed and aegon was the half-human half-dragon creature?

Oh boy, he'd have a time with that girl. When she's the siren, he succumbs to the power of "hot, evil female" pretty quickly but Amara would react like Rapunzel with the frying pan if she was faced with a hybrid dragon Aegon. Every time he scares her, she hits back with a THUNK until it gets to the point where he grabs the frying pan and crumples it like paper (in front of her horrified eyes).

I actually watched Damsel recently, and it was a lot of silliness and fun, but the idea of a dragon being sadistic and chasing the princess through a complex lair network was very interesting. Knowing Aegon as I do (my Aegon anyway), I'm sure he would loovvveee the thought of Amara running wild in his trap, her hair streaming loose and her dress ripped to the thighs. Not sure how NSFW I can make this (or what you're comfortable with) but I did pause to consider how long a half-dragon's tongue would be, so you can guess where my thoughts are headed. I just have a huge proclivity for hunter/prey roleplay and cnc in general, so this kind of AU? Right up my street.

Since she was a child, Barbara was told she was told she would do something greater and good. She believed it, she wasn't sure what exactly but she knew she would do great.

James woke up only once he felt Y/n’s hand slap his chest, he looked to her it looked as though she was crying. “Y/n.” He shook her to wake up. She shot up out of bed, her chest heaving up and down rapidly.

“James.” She leaned into his body, the first intimate touches she ever gave him, she leaned on him for strength and comfort in a moment of hurt. “E-everything was on fire, tone and burnt.” She cried.

“My moon and stars, I will never let anything like that happen to you nor our Kingdome.” He promised.

“It all seemed so real.” She still sobbed. James laid down, pulling her close to him, pulling the fur blankets over their bodies, calming her down, once he made sure she was a sleep was when he allowed himself sleep.

Y/n awoke fining James nowhere in sight, Wanda came in along with her other ladies in waiting, she had become close to one specifically form the North, Natalia, but she prefers to be called Natasha. “Today is the day.” Wanda said to the princess. It all felt hazy that morning, Wanda was concerned. “What's wrong?”

“I had the worst night mare last night.” Was all the Princess said, Wanda asked if Y/n wanted to talk about it, but the princess replied with a short no. The women helped the Princess into her wedding dress, it was a ballgown shaped dress all white, and off the shoulders, like always it was accustomed in the northern lands to wear a cloak of fur for this day unlike others it was a white cloak, a tiara was placed on her head, her hair done in curls with two braids and golden chains hanging.

“The coronation will take place before the wedding.” Natash informed the princess. “Thats how we do it in the North.”

Then a knock came at the doors, Wanda walked over to answer. “The Princess’ wolf, Snow, is here.” The wolf ran through the door up to Y/n Snow started to rub against her owner, sensing something wrong with its owner.

Y/n’s hand ran through the wolfs fur. “Are you ready, Princess?” Natasha asked, Y/n only nodded.

James waited at the end of the throne room; the music of the South started to play, Y/n ascended the stairs looking gorges as ever, Snow walked beside her, Y/n walked with a sense of confidence, but James could see the unease in her eyes, as she got closer the song melted into the one of the North Y/n approached the King, kneeling in front of him, head bowed. “I James Buchanan Barnes have invited you here today, to witness the coronation of my fiancé Y/n Amara Stark of the South, and for the joyous wedding, Y/n, do you take the Northen lands as your own promise to protect and defend them against all odds, even against your home lands if needed, do you promise to love the lands and their people.”

“I do.” She nodded.

“And do you except the crown of the North as your own, and agree to be my Queen as we marry?”

“I do.”

“Y/n Amara Stark now of the North, I take you as my Queen.” The priest removed her tiara she wore placing it on a pillow, then James placed the Queens crown on her head.

Y/n stood beside James; the crowd applauded. Once they silenced again, the priest spoke to both. “James Y/n, do you both as King and Queen agree to love each other more than anything in all of the universe.”

James looked down at the woman beside him. “Yes.”

Y/n looked at the priest, her face not showing emotions like always. “Yes.”

“James, do you vow to take this woman in sickness and in heath, to love and honor in all that you do?” The priest said again.

“I do.” James answers were all serious, as was Y/n’s.

The priest turned to Y/n. “Y/n, do you vow to take this man in sickness and in health, to love honor and obey in all that you do.”

Y/n looked to James. “I Promise to love and honor but I will not obey like some child.” James smirked.

The priest nodded seeing that the king was fine with what the princess said. “I now pronounce you husband and wife; you may kiss the bride.”

The ballroom was full with people, James, and Y/n, sat at a large table, gest brought gifts up to both Y/n, and James. Something caught, Y/n’s attention. “Who's over there flirting a storm with Captain Steven.”

“Her names Peggy, she’s a lady of the old Kingdome, they always get together on occasions like this.” James noted to Y/n.

“Hmm, I like the two of them together, I’m glad he has someone to what is it?” Y/n asked not being able to think of the word.

“Woo?” James helped.

“Not exactly, but yes.” Y/n nodded.

James looked at Y/n. “You’ve seemed so sad since last night, are you sure you're alright.”

Y/n sighed. “I don’t know, it felt real, like it was happening while we slept last night.”

Peggy walked up with a gift in her hands placing Infront of both Y/n and James. “King James Queen Y/n, I hope you except my gift.” She spoke.

“Aye we do.” Y/n said to her.

“And I’d like for you, both to except my request to stay in the North lands.” Peggy’s head was bowed.

“Lift your head.” Y/n spoke to her, Peggys brown eyes met Y/e/c ones. “Of course, we do.”

Peggy’s dark red lips smiled. “Thank you.”

“May I have a dance with my Queen?” James asked, Y/n stood, giving him a look as if to ask, what are you waiting for? James smirked standing alongside her, he led her to the dance floor. He pulled her into him, both he and she glided across the floors. It was a Northern dance; he was one for prosperity and growth. The night went on it was a night of Dancing laughing, and fun, until the end, when they knew it was time to consummate.

Y/n was talking with King Thor, from the Kingdome of Asgard, hidden in the mountains across the ocean, James walked up behind her. “Y/n.” The Queen jumped having not realize that the King would come behind her. “My Moon and Stars it is time we head to our chambers.” He wisped.

“You must excuse me for the night King Thor, though I would love to talk to you again.” Y/n smiled.

“As would I.” Thor said to the Queen.

James led her out of the ball room. “You and Thor seem to get along.”

Y/n nodded. ���Aye we do, did you know he’s named after a God from the Noris mythology.”

“Yes, I did, and his king domes name comes from the same myths, some say he was chosen by their gods, I think that he’s just glorified.” James scoffed.

“What gods do you worship?” Y/n asked, her and him never having a conversation about religion before.

“I believe in the old seven gods, but I will not force my religiose beliefs on you.” His word truthful. “What do you believe?”

“I don’t know to be honest; I think that there could be something out there, or we’re alone and just living until we die.” Y/n spoke honestly.

“Hmm, that’s a new one.” James said. The doors were in front of them, Y/n took a hesitant breath. “I want to warn you, the North has a long-standing tradition we follow, I wish I could change it but I cannot, it was a law made forever ago because of a lie, but there is going to be a sheet.”

Y/n’s brows furrowed. “What do you mean?”

“Lords of the court, two of them.” Was all he said, then he opened the door, and you saw two men from the royal court in the room, they both bowed. James led Y/n behind the curtain.

“Why do they have to be here what lie?” Y/n asked.

James sighed. “My ancestors lied about laying with each other on the wedding night, it wasn't until they were older that they had a child.” James undid the back of her dress, letting it fall to the floor, he tore open her under clothes, the fell to the ground. James laide her onto the bed so that her stomach was on the soft furs of the bed, her breath hitched as he slid into her. “This might hurt but it won't last long.” It was like when a sword was put back into its scabbard. She grunted as he bottomed out in her, he pulled out slowly this was a continues back and forth in and out, his skin slapped against her as he sped up, tears gathering in Y/n’s eyes, he had worn her about the pain, but it lasted it was not as he promised. She wined, James’ grip on her hips, was sturdy, as he continued, she bit down on the mattress, but then she was flipped around James looked at her in her Y/e/c eyes. The coil in her stomach tightened, then snapped, James's seed filled her, they sounded like mulling animals, James pulled out from her, walking toward the men, Y/n sobbed in pain in the background.

“It is done you can leave now.” James hissed at the men.

“We will leave if you follow the rules after.” One spoke up.

James nodded. “Yes, now leave.” The door shut behind hind the old croons, James tore down the sheet, Y/n’s face was red and wet, from her tears, her sobs hurt his heart. “Fuck their rules.” James said to himself, he grabbed a wet rag to wipe her inner thigh the rag was stained in red afterward. “Y/n, I’m going to have to move you.” He warned her, he picked her up and laid her on two chairs, as a make shift bed, James walked to the door. “I need lady's Natasha and Wanda.” He told the guard, one of them left their post, to get the women. “Tell them to walk in.” Then the king shut the door. He walked to a closet, pulling out a fur blanket for the Queen, to cover her body, James kneeled by her side. “I’m sorry, I couldn’t have known that it would be that bad.” James apologized, Y/n sniffled, nodded to excepted his apology. The door opened both women he asked for came in. “I need one of you to change the linens, and for Wanda preferably, I need you to help Y/n dress.” Both women got to their respective jobs. Wanda dressed the now Queen in a night gown, the bedding was changed, and James moved Y/n to her side of the bed.  “Your grace, I need a word with you.” Wanda whispered; James followed the woman out of the room. “What the bloody hell did you do to her.” Wanda shoved a hand at the door.

“I did what I had to; we didn’t have a choice.” James told Wanda.

Wanda looked at him in disgust. “What do you mean no choice you had, you raped her?”

“No, I did not, in the north there is a law royals have to follow to make sure the marriage is consummated.” James told her not going into detail. “Now if you excuse me, I have to get back to my wife.
