Hi-Tech Pipes Announces Equity Share Allotment Following Committee Meeting
Hi-Tech Pipes Limited has made a significant announcement following the latest Securities Allotment Committee meeting, held on July 09, 2024. The company, known for its wide range of steel pipe products, has approved the allotment of 1,77,55,000 equity shares. This decision comes after the exercise of the option by the allottees, converting their Fully Convertible Equity Warrants into equity shares.
The allotment is detailed as follows: Saurabh Goyal & Sons HUF, part of the Promoter Group (PAC), received 15,00,000 shares, while Gaurav Goyal HUF, also a Promoter Group member, was allotted 75,000 shares. Naresh Kumar HUF and Govind Aggarwal HUF, both from the Promoter Group, were allotted 10,00,000 and 14,00,000 shares respectively.
On the non-promoter front, Amisha R and Renu Mehta were each allotted shares as part of the Public category. Significant institutional allotments included AG Dynamic Funds Limited and Nexpact Limited, which received 75,00,000 and 39,80,000 shares respectively.
This allotment has increased the company's Issued, Subscribed, and Paid-up Equity Share Capital to Rs. 17,61,11,000. This new capital structure consists of 17,61,11,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, and these shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
The meeting, which commenced at 08:00 P.M. and concluded at 08:30 P.M., was marked by a thorough discussion and ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair. This latest development reflects Hi-Tech Pipes' ongoing commitment to enhancing shareholder value and expanding its equity base.

Riverdale Yearbook Part 4! You know the drill, characters names are in the tags below. Part 1/2/3
Bonus: Bust shots that I doodled after posting the previous post.
Tumblr media
(Sassy's shirt is a graphic of a nude bust, not hers don't worry.)
Once again the notes are random things that came to my head while I was doodling these characters, they aren't really that important but you can look at them if you want.

DIFFERENT STROKES!
NEETU CHANDRA, PREETI JHANGIANI, PARVIN DABAS & TINA AHUJA INAUGURATE NOTED ARTIST SANJUKTA ARUN’S SHOW IN AID OF CPAA
As she sits by her window, the sea simply waves to her. Cresting on the soothing sound of the waves, Sanjukta Arun’s works captures the myriad moods of Nature on to the blank canvases, bringing to life, the brilliant blooms, the unstoppable waves, the green covers… Sanjukta captures the essence of life emerging from the sea’s love-play with the skyscrapers in her latest exhibition, Sangam, which also happens to be her 45th exhibition across India and the globe.
The inauguration of Sanjukta Arun’s show saw a bevy of celebrities and artists who walked in to cheer the noted artist and the children from CPAA. Actors Neetu Chandra, Preeti Jhangiani, Parvin Dabas and Tina Ahuja, Audiologist-Speech Therapist Devangi Dalal, Anita Peter of CPAA, lensman Pradeep Chandra, artists Padmanabh Bendre, Devyani Parikh, Madhusudan Kumar, Ami Patel and Amisha Mehta among others were spotted at the do. Children from CPAA, between the ages of 8 to 14, were involved in a unique workshop, prior to the inauguration, where Sanjukta Arun was seen guiding the brave-hearts on how to unleash their imagination on canvas through sketch and colours. It was a treat to watch the children at work, against a backdrop of 16 large format works by Sanjukta, created with multiple layers of brush strokes, knife work, stippling work and texture. Interestingly, the proceeds from Sangam will go towards the well-being of children from Cancer Patients Aid Association [CPAA].

So I think one of my favorite things to do with the Riverdale teens is pair them up as little friend groups regardless if their canons, so have a few doodles of a fair few of them!
1: Bridget, Ann, Ameisha. 2: Kumi, Shrill, Sayid. 3: Noriko and a barely visible Randolf and Tina. 4: Kevin and Bobbi 5: Maria, Shelia and Evelynn (Trying to find Frankie)

Pooja Bedi and Raju Singh grace artist Prakash Sonavane's show,
Dream Weavers
Artist Prakash Sonavane is one amazing dreamer who sees Art in the mundane. Load-bearers, pedestrians, tiffin-bearers, street vendors… the common man comes to life on his canvas! The artist draws out several nuances of the characters he portrays, pitting them against backdrops that silently speak volumes. Sonavane’s paintings represent hardship, albeit artistically so. The inauguration of his Prakash Sonavane’s show, titled Dream Weavers, saw actor and art enthusiast Pooja Bedi, ace music composer Raju Singh, Rajiv Mishra – Director of Art, Sir JJ School of Art, artists Rajendra Patil Para, Vipta Kapadia, Paramesh Paul, Amisha Mehta, Vishwa Sahni, Madhusudan Kumar and others walk in to congratulate the young and talented artist. Prakash Sonavane’s  exhibition will be on at Gallery 1 of Jehangir Art Gallery from 4th December to 10th December, daily 11 am to 7 pm.
