A busy day today, I worked to half 6 last night so slept in today. I didn't start on emails until about half ten and things were popping off. I felt myself getting a little short of breath and had to consciously breathe deeper. Not too late today, half 5. Will have to be up at 6am tomorrow to get everything done. Made a point at lunch time today to go to the gym and quickly shower and work late afternoon with wet hair. Post gym food was Scrambled eggs with green onion and a banana and protein ball. Dinner was Spinach, hummus, olives, and fried halloumi with toasted Pitta bread. Breakfast during emails was just protein coffee. Finally got some more cbd oil in. Could really feel how much more flexible I'm getting these days which is great. I have been completely pain free these past 3 days. I really think making healthy choices helps with managing my conditions. I'm up early tomorrow to do some work at home then out to meet new people at lunch time. Hoping to be home and in my cozies again for evening fun.

Another stellar sleep. 11:30-6:30 6:45-8:30. And this banana bread pastry I got yesterday is tasting so good. 😋
With the CBD I'm sleeping a lot easier, and I'm able to relax and get immersed in entertainment again. My only worry is how mixing it with the nicotine in my vape and using it all the time is going to pan out long term… I need to get through whatever CBD's left in there today and then switch to putting that in a separate vape.

Breakfast Ideas for Busy Girls on the Go
1.Cinnamon toast. You can be four years old at your mother’s kitchen table, whose corners will soon begin to stab at your waist when you squeeze by. You can be having a revelation, realizing that when you put bread in the spring machine whose noises make you flinch, and when you spread butter across the top and watch it seep into the microscopic holes, and then cake it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture whose flavor profile blows your mind; you can be having a revelation that all of this together, tastes good. But it will never taste the same as it does today.
2.Instant coffee. This is a new one, the way the acidity of the dollar store powder whose contents you still don’t fully understand leaks down your throat through your chest and into the pit of your stomach is remarkable. You sweat a bit more. You pump it full of carcinogenic syrups. You feel grown. Grown women drink coffee.
3.A bagel. You can sit in the quiet dark of the morning at the kitchen table, and listen to the same playlist each day. You can pour yourself a steaming hot cup from the coffee pot, whose contents you have recently leveled up to enjoy. You can tell yourself today will be a good day. Today you will have it together.
4.Nothing. This one is excellent for girls who do not get out of bed until the last minute, for girls who do not brush their hair, and are lucky if they remember to brush their teeth. This one makes you feel strong. This one will force your mind awake, as it attempts to goad you towards the survival instinct you have been rejecting for years, but you will not give in. You are beyond that.
5.Vyvanse. This one means you have a good friend, one kind enough to loan you a medication that makes her miserable and makes you insane. This one feels good, hits of dopamine straight to the brain until you have completely cooked a new idea up in there. You are awake, on a different plane. You are strong.
6.A massive burrito. You did not eat last night. You do not remember last night, but you have to work this morning, and you have to do it well. People are counting on you. So you scarf it down even though it makes you gag, because if you do not, how will you repeat whatever it is that happened last night tonight?
7.A smoothie. The pursuit of excellence. The perfect ratio of hemp seeds, CBD, collagen, chia, organic blueberries, half of a banana, a dash of lemon juice, a hint of vanilla extract, three fresh mint leaves. The slow, methodical pour of unsweetened almond milk. This is the breakfast of a girl who wins. This is the breakfast of a girl who gets what she wants. She has been awake since six. She has done her yoga, she has meditated, she has showered. She has perfected the art of being a woman.
8.Overnight oats. The pursuit continues. You saw Victoria’s Secret models eat it slowly, chewing through perfectly stained, pursed lips, while they discussed the personal trainer they would soon be visiting. The dishes they eat from are so expensive they refuse to answer the name, and the Los Angeles sun bathes them in the kind of diffused morning sun that stirs something in your chest.
9. Hyper-sweetened granola in a bowl of oat milk. This has enough calories to convince you that you are doing the right thing. The kind of sticky sweetness that compels you towards something resembling elation. You can slice an apple that will rest beside the hand-crafted bowl you carefully spoon your sustenance from. The juice rests on your cupid’s bow, a little highlight of the person you are trying to be.
10.Cold brew. You can drink it black now. Your friends’ eyes go wide at the thought, and you laugh at their inability to handle such harshness on the stomach. You are bolder, stronger, more bitter. But you like it. You really, really like it.

Natures Boost CBD Gummies Review
The Best Foods for Hypothyroidism
Hypothyroidism (low thyroid function) is believed to be one of the most underdiagnosed health conditions. Many of its symptoms - lethargy, depression, and weight gain - can easily be attributed to other factors, making the diagnosis of hypothyroidism difficult.
The best foods for hypothyroidism, tips and diets
Some reports estimate that around 15 percent of the population suffers from the condition; other reports estimate that more than double. The risk increases with age, especially in menopausal women. The hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), the opposite of hypothyroidism is much less common and is characterized by nervousness and intense anxiety.
A diet for hypothyroidism
Goitrogens are naturally occurring substances in certain foods that interfere with the production of thyroid hormones. These include some of the most consumed foods in the health-conscious community: broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, radishes, soybeans, peanuts, pine nuts, peaches and millet. The good news is that many health professionals believe that cooking them can inactivate goitrogens.
Although these foods provide many benefits for healthy people, the potential for goiter should be considered by risk groups: people who have a family history of hypothyroidism, those who already have symptoms, and women who are nearing menopause.
Some goitrogens, such as soy isoflavones, pose a particular dilemma for menopause; women can reduce certain menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, but it is believed that it can aggravate hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can explain menopausal symptoms such as depression, weight gain, and lethargy.
People with poor thyroid function often feel cold, which may help differentiate the two conditions. It is unknown if other phytoestrogens affect thyroid function. By avoiding goitrogens, you can mitigate the symptoms of hypothyroidism, many other dietary and non-dietary factors are also involved.
Rich foods to treat hypothyroidism
Iodine
At least a dozen vitamins and minerals are recommended for the prevention of low iodine thyroid function, an essential trace element present in the thyroid gland, being the most recognized. Iodized salt in general (preferably iodine-enriched sea salt) contributes enough iodine to the diet to prevent goiter, a visible swelling of the thyroid gland around the Adam's apple, and associated with hypothyroidism, however, it may not be sufficient to counteract other effects of low thyroid function.
Iodine may be available in foods that grow on the ground, but the amount varies considerably depending on the minerals in the soil; shellfish are a more reliable source. A significant amount of iodine is found in algae, but excessive amounts (more than 600 mcg per day for long periods) can actually lead to hypothyroidism, so moderation is key.
Iodine combines with the amino acid tyrosine to produce thyroid hormones. Fish, oatmeal, sesame seeds, banana, avocado, and almonds are good sources of tyrosine. Some goitrogenic foods like mustard greens, soybeans, spinach, cabbage are also rich in tyrosine. However, current conventional wisdom says that cooking can inactivate potential goitrogens, these foods can still have a place in a varied and balanced diet.
Zinc, Vitamins B
Zinc, vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, and antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E are also involved in improving thyroid function. Eggs, dairy and seafood, and other seafood, components of high-protein diets, are often recommended for weight maintenance in people with hypothyroidism, many on supply of the above nutrients.
The variety of vitamins and minerals involved in promoting thyroid function makes a balanced diet of whole foods, particularly important for thyroid nutrition, the key. Products dairy, always consume them in moderation because it can bring harmful counterparts. Try to eat everything organic.
Dietary tips to avoid hypothyroidism
1.     The use of sea salt enriched with iodine.
2.     Cook goiter-generating foods: broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cassava, radish, kale, millet, mustard, mustard greens, peaches, pears, radishes, turnips, soybeans, spinach, and turnips.
3.     Eat foods rich in tyrosine.
4.     Use cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and nuts for vitamin E.
5.     Consider including seafood, eggs, or meat for zinc and vitamin B12.
6.     Eat walnuts, whole grains, and whole wheat bread to absorb the B vitamins and zinc.
7.     Garnish cooked foods with culinary herbs like parsley for vitamin C.
8.     Include vegetables rich in beta-carotene, such as winter squash, in your diet.
9.     Consider switching to purified water for cooking and drinking to reduce your fluoride intake. Black and green teas also contain fluoride.
10. Eat organic.

Day 22
10.01.2020
On this day, the official beginning of spooky szn, I began by driving home, going though the motions of my routine, and having a couple granola bars. After this, I began my journey through the bus system, and over to St. Paul campus for my in-person typography course. During this time I listened to white ceilings again.
After making my way back to east bank and home, I ate some sun chips, bread, and a banana and drank some oatmilk. Next came 2399 zoom class session, which I followed up with Last Chance U.
I ate mandarin oranges, drank my coffee, and took some CBD before stretching and listening to “99% Invisible” podcast on spotify. Next came the first day of INKTOBER 2020, of which the topic was “fish.”
After having some free time, I worked on photography on lightroom before driving to my girlfriend’s where we watched some “Jane” and I made us some Shells n Cheese. I drove back home and began the next day’s inktober topic while I listened to the “Pigeon & Planes” weekly playlist on Apple Music.
Lastly, routine and sleep.

Understanding Areas of an Online Dispensary Canada Wholesale
Tumblr media
Medical marijuana legislation has been a hot topic in many US states. The debate is also raging around the world in many nations. Some nations have recognised the medicinal properties and importance of this plant extracts although others have not. Canada, Spain , Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Portugal are among the nations that have legally allowed cannabis to be used for health purposes. Many states in the United States have agreed to allow it to be used for medically accepted purposes as long as it is administered under a given legal structure. Do you want to learn more? Visit cbd canada.
Below are some of the most commonly asked medical marijuana questions:
Where is it from?
This drug is derived from the hemp plant, and a number of other nicknames, such as marijuana, grass, weed, and Mary Jane, apply to it.
Which states voted to render it legal?
So far, 14 states and the Columbia District have allowed cannabis to become legal-Washington State, Washington, DC, Alaska, California , Colorado, Maine, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont and Rhode Island. Six states now authorize the plant to be marketed through dispensaries, including Colorado, California , New Mexico, Montana, Rhode Island and Maine. Maryland State does not find it legally permissible, however if a individual can show that he or she is using it for purposes of safety, the consequences of possession are not as serious.
What diseases and illnesses does this drug help?
Medicinal uses associated with medicinal cannabis are numerous. Many distressing problems have been successfully alleviated, such as nausea, sudden weight loss associated with illness or chemotherapy, premenstrual anxiety and pain, and insomnia; Multiple sclerosis, damage to the spinal cord and spastic disorders have reacted well when treated with medicinal byproducts from hemp. As well as Tourette’s syndrome, Huntington 's disease, glaucoma and Alzheimer's, ADHD, better known as attention deficit disorder, has shown improvement.
How does medicinal marijuana get into the body?
This can be taken in a number of ways, including shape of a tablet, liquid marinol, vaporized, fried or smoked into food.
What kind of foods can be cooked into this product?
Most baked products, such as banana bread, brownies, and cookies, are ideal ways to absorb a delicious food into the material.
What does the medication work for a patient?
A doctor has to write a prescription, and the patient has to become an M.M. Holders of chips. There are several websites with links to medical professionals and clinics that are proponents of this treatment. There are retail operations operating as dispensaries in some places in states that have legalized this drug, such as along the Venice Beach, California boardwalk.
Growing your own medicine: Another way to get access to this drug is to cultivate your own plants. And an M.M. One way to gain legal permission to grow your own cannabis garden is by token.

I eat healthy (ish) — meditate with the Balance app when needed, morning or evening. At night I enjoy hot tea by traditional medicinals with a scoop of Thrive (powder with reishi and 5 other mushroom extracts).

What Will We Eat in 2020? Something Toasted, Something Blue
Tumblr media
If you’re the sort of person who uses the annual avalanche of food and drink predictions as an anthropological window into the state of the American psyche, prepare for a stripped-down, no-nonsense 2020. Mold and sobriety will be popular. Porridges like jook and arroz caldo are the new comfort foods. Saving the planet will have a new urgency, so bring your own mug to the coffee shop and learn to embrace the term “plant-based.” “There is a sense that the rose-colored glasses are off,” said Andrew Freeman, president of AF&Co., the San Francisco consulting firm that for 12 years has published a food and hospitality trend report. This year’s is titled “We’re Not in Kansas Anymore.”“The world just feels different,” Mr. Freeman said. “The labor market is tight, the political landscape is a mess. All of us are trying to navigate it.”That doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun, though. If the forecasters can be believed, joy will be found in towers of buttered toast piled with ice cream, sourdough doughnuts, CBD-infused everything and even more fried chicken sandwiches. Here, then, is a sampling of what could be in store for 2020.
Country of the Year: Japan
That recent Instagram uptick in soufflé pancakes and the fish-shaped ice cream cones called taiyaki isn’t a coincidence. With the 2020 Summer Olympics set for Tokyo and a rise in travel to Japan, the country’s influence will extend into the American culinary landscape, said Amanda Topper, associate director of food service for Mintel, the global market research company. Trendspotters also predict more interest in food from India, with a special emphasis on spicy Keralan dishes built from rice, coconut and fish, as well as foods from West Africa, Vietnam and Laos.
Cause of the Year: The Planet
As farmers grapple with climate change and consumers grow increasingly concerned about the environmental impact of what they eat, restaurants and food producers are doubling down on earth-friendly ingredients and practices. Vegan dishes and meat alternatives will show up on more menus, both fine-dining and fast-food. Regenerative farmers, who focus on soil health, are the new organic farmers. Chefs are exploring how to cook cover crops like peas and buckwheat, which regenerative farmers plant between harvests as a way to improve soil, control weeds and sequester carbon. Look for more edible and biodegradable packaging, and reusable everything, from cups to cutlery. “The companies that will win in the next 10 years will be those that fuel the new era of conscious consumption,” said Jenny Zegler, the associate director of food and drink research for Mintel.
Color of the Year: Blue
The hue started catching the eye of tastemakers a few years ago, but this year blue and its moody sibling, indigo, are expected to color more food. Butterfly pea powder tea (the new matcha!) is showing up in moon milk, a sleep remedy that is the latest adaptation of ayurvedic tradition. Ube, a purple yam, is the new “It” root vegetable; orach, also called mountain spinach, could be the new kale. Pop culture seems to be driving this one: Pantone has declared classic blue its color of the year, and blue food plays an outsize role in the novels of Percy Jackson, whose musical “The Lightning Thief” is on Broadway.
Toasted
The latest star imported from Asian tea shops is brick toast, built from thick slices of pain de mie that are scored, buttered, toasted and covered in sweet custard, syrup or ice cream. Variations on the dish, sometimes called honey toast, abound in different parts of Asia. In Japan, where it is also called Shibuya toast after the Tokyo district where the style began, a substantial portion of a loaf is hollowed out and filled with squares of toasted bread, ice cream, syrup and fruit. The Taiwanese style is more subdued, topped with condensed milk, custard or cheese. A second cousin is kaya toast, popular in Singapore, made with a thick slab of salted butter and a jam of coconut and pandan leaves that is usually served with soft-boiled eggs.
Not Toasted
Low and no-alcohol drinks are in, but that doesn’t necessarily mean people want to face the next decade without a little help. Look for a rise in mood food and calming beverages awash in CBD or adaptogens, plants that may help relieve stress. “It’s not just a young person’s thing,” said Willa Zhen, a professor of liberal arts and food studies at the Culinary Institute of America. “I think we’re all anxious.”
Growing Up
This could be the year the children’s menu finally dies — or is at least radically re-engineered. Millennials, an unusually food-aware generation, are parents to more than half of the nation’s children. And as Americans opt for less processed food and more global flavors, chicken nuggets and mac and cheese may give ground to salmon fish sticks, agedashi pops and hemp pasta with ghee.
Generational Cooking
First-generation immigrants to America, and grandparents who live in other countries or have recently immigrated, will transform restaurant menus. This is part of a growing interest among chefs with mixed cultural backgrounds to create new dishes based on techniques and ingredients from both sides of the family.
Fresh Flours
Almond flour is so 2019. Look for alternative flours made from green bananas, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and watermelon seeds.
Tech Rescues
Artificial intelligence will flood restaurants, especially fast-food and quick-service operations, adjusting pricing in real time to accommodate fluctuations in supply and demand. Delivery apps and in-store menu boards will suggest foods in the same way Netflix recommends movies. Menu boards will use voice bots and face recognition software to customize and speed ordering. Unmanned rovers will bring you pizza; companies like Domino’s are testing them in Houston and some European cities, and robots are already bringing Dunkin’ doughnuts and Starbucks coffee to college students. Breakthroughs in food safety will result from better use of blockchain, a digital ledger that can track food as it works its way from the farm to the consumer.
And the Rest
Churros. Flavored ghee. Koji, the ancient mold responsible for miso and soy sauce. Cantonese pineapple buns. Makgeolli, the sparkling, fermented Korean rice liquor. Puffed snacks made from vegetable peels. Floral flavors. Halloumi cheese. Edible flowers and botanicals. Cane sugar alternatives. Food wrapped in bijao leaves. Ice cream with hidden vegetables (think mint chocolate chip with puréed spinach).Don’t be surprised if some of these fail to take hold. “The thing to remember is that it comes back to taste,” said Ms. Topper, of Mintel. “We can talk about various trends, but if it’s not something that first and foremost people want to consume, it won’t last.” Read the full article

The Hot Spot in Naturals
Tumblr media
The Hot Products section at the recent Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore was one of the buzziest spots to be in the naturals industry from September 11-14, 2019.
“Every fall the exhibit halls at the Natural Products Expo East are bursting with products that are increasing consumer awareness about the importance of organic and supporting trends within plant-based, hemp and agricultural innovation,” said Lacey Gautier, Group Show Director.
The attention wasn’t all on the new brands. This industry is full of legacy brands continuing to innovate how we eat, supplement, groom and live.
Here are some of the highlights we spotted:
The best new frozen snack: The proud winner of Expo East’s 2019 Nexty Award, Crazy Richards, continues to innovate and remain far from ordinary peanut butter. Their Wholly Rollies, which won for Best New Frozen Product, are a simple treat that delivers 10g of protein in every bite so it makes an excellent nutritious alternative to your everyday desserts and sweet snacks.
Protein anywhere on anything: What’s better than protein? Protein you can take on the go. What’s better than protein on the go? Protein on the go that can go on anything. That was the thinking behind Vegetarian Traveler and their Protein Toppers, which allow you to add an entire 16 grams of plant-based protein to any meal or snack with just a spoonful of their soy, garbanzo, and pepita bean medleys.
Water your way to a healthy gut: Making sure you get enough fiber in your diet can be difficult, and supplemental beverages are growing in popularity. Probiotic beverages are all the rage, but a lot of people don’t know about prebiotics. Hellowater is the first of its kind, a drink that supports prebiotic health and the first fiber-infused water of its kind. Now you can boost your fiber intake and your hydration in one sip!
Feel no pain: If you’re plagued with joint or muscle pain, you can be desperate to find a surefire fix that won’t break the bank. Now you can get the same balm that Gwyneth Paltrow reports has helped her knee pain. The CBD-infused pain relief creams and balms from Muscle Mx provide both a heating and cooling therapy and are said to be great for pre- and post-activity muscle strain and pain.
A hybrid super berry to ward off sniffles: Cold and flu season will be here before you know it! The latest line of ElderCran products from Norm’s Farms is a great way to bulk up your immunity with the most natural method. Combining the farm’s famous black elderberries and antioxidant rich cranberries, Norm’s Farms’ new ElderCran supplements and tinctures are the first of its kind to make such a variety of super immunity boosters.
Eating Cleveland’s best: When people are looking for a snack or meal packed with probiotics they don’t often consider sauerkraut as an option. Not a lot of people realize that sauerkraut is full of not only probiotics but nutrients we might be lacking from our diets as well. Luckily, Cleveland Kraut makes a variety of flavors of kraut to be enjoyed with any meal no matter what’s on the menu and works great as a side or as a topping.
Ready to eat banana-based ice cream: If you though Halo Top was the end all be all of healthy ice cream options, then you haven’t heard of Frönen. Created with those who suffer from celiac disease and dairy sensitivities in mind, the ingredients of Frönen’s ice cream are stripped down to the sweetest essentials: honey, coconut cream, and banana with cocoa powder, strawberries, and maple syrup for taste.
Getting to the core of the nut: The Nature Nut beauty line take all-natural hair care to the next level. With five core nuts from Israel, Nature Nut products are rich in Vitamins A and E to help ensure you’re getting the best for your hair in every wash.
Worry-free cookies: The makers of the famous Bite Me Inc. cookies introduces the Bite Free line—its safe for people with allergies and doesn’t compromise on taste and flavor. It continues to delight our palate!
Year-round sun protection: Skin protection and nourishment are the name of the game for Babo Botanicals, which produces a wide selection of skin and hair care options for whatever might need a little extra TLC. They’ve long been lauded for their baby and childcare products. Probably their most important product, their year-round sun protection for kids is delicate enough for your baby’s skin but strong enough to deliver outstanding SPF protection no matter the weather.
Feeding children’s minds: It can be hard to get kids to eat healthy food that nourishes their bodies and their brains. But more and more brands are emerging that make healthy eating for kids easy and delicious. For example, Braniac’s line of DHA-infused yogurt is yummy and portable and best of all, it’s brain food for kids.
When avocado and chocolate meet: This product is for the Nutella fiends out there! Prepare to be converted to D’Avocado—a chocolate spread made entirely of avocado and cocoa powder. These simple ingredients make for a delicious plant-based smear that’s good for you too!
A different species of mushroom jerky: Like I said, plant-based proteins are all the rage and alternative jerkies are no exception. The NY Mushroom Co. is making a jerky in a league of its own. This brand, founded with an eco- and animal-friendly mission in mind, uses locally grown shiitake mushrooms and hand-crafted flavorings to deliver a snack you can feel good about eating.
Beyond bread and cauliflower crust: Move over cauliflower! Soon egg white wraps will be the new normal. Egglife, similar to brands like Crepini, uses alternative ingredients like egg whites to make their wraps bread-free for eaters who need to respect diet restrictions but don’t want to skimp on flavor.
Aloe sprinkled yogurt:– Aloe has long been considered a great digestive aid. Now it’s right in your yogurt. The Japanese yogurt brand Alove has introduced a line of aloe vera yogurt, jumping on the latest green alternative food trend that you can drink or enjoy like a traditional yogurt snack in a variety of refreshing flavors.
Pesto power: The founders of Le Grand were way ahead of the plant-based trend when they started this artisanal food company that swears by “the power of plants”. All of their products are certified vegan and their pesto—which comes already blended in a stylish and eco-friendly silver pouch—is a sure-fire way to top an already tasty dish with a powerful green addition.
Taking tofu to town: With all the new plant-based proteins on the market, this legacy brand continues to innovate. Tofu Town products offer delicious vegetarian and vegan food options with an emphasis on green eating and living. The sheer variety of their products from organics spreads (Veggie Street) to veggie sausages, burgers, and cold cuts (Veggie Life) to vegan butter (Blumenschmalz) makes sure you’ll never get bored at meal time.
Fruit juice of the Philippines: Ever heard of Calamansi? It’s a lemon-like fruit that grows deep in the heart of the Philippines. Often referred to as a Golden Lime, this little fruit packs a punch of Vitamin C, is a natural anti-inflammatory, and has been used in cold/cough remedies for generations. Mansi uses Calamansi in their newest drink, offering American audiences their first taste of the powerful and fragrant therapeutic super fruit.
It takes two to make a baby: Like the name suggests, Pink Stork is a great source of supplements and teas for pregnant women, new moms and for women looking for help with fertility. But what’s cool about them is that they also offer fertility supplements for men!
Next gen feminine care: The food industry isn’t the only place offering greener alternatives. Made for women by women, the Honey Pot offers a complete line of herbal feminine cleansers and wipes. Their coolest product is their “herbal” pads and pantiliners made out of pesticide-free cotton and infused with essential oils which can help with cramps and discomfort.  We were also quite impressed with NannoCare which uses infrared technology to help with menstrual discomfort. During certified third party testing, women who used the NannoPad experienced less pain (at 95% confidence) and fewer days of menstrual pain and showed significant reduction of painkillers being used for menstrual cramping.
A different kind of chip not seen before in naturals: You’ve probably seen Vegan Rob’s before—their colorful packaging is hard to miss! And the flavor of these vegan snacks is equally explosive. In fact, Vegan Rob’s were the first to make a healthier Pringle style chip!
The latest plant based alternative milk: When most people think of foods rich in antioxidants they think of fruits or vegetables, but recent research has shown that flaxseeds are actually hugely rich in antioxidants. While it can be difficult to incorporate flax seed into your diet, the Manitoba Milling Co. makes it easier than ever to get a fix of flax with their delicious Flax Milk and ready made muffin and pancake mixes.
The 2020 Natural Products Expo East will move to The Philadelphia Convention Center Sept. 23-26.
