A pin is most known for the point on its head. It's horn is very sturdy with cushioning around the base internally. If you encounter a Pin turn sideways while maintaining eye contact. Back away. Try not to face them as they may lunge and spear you. Despite this tendency they are mostly woods dwelling herbivores. A pin has a large territory that it usually shares with only one other Pin. Pins mate for life( barring a point break) and joust regularly to display dominance and bond. A den of a pin is usually filled with items the Pin couple find interesting. A pin may attempt to raid a campsite if a sufficiently shiny or portable thing is left in the open. Take note that you cannot overpower the pin. another note is that if a Pin's horn breaks they become distressed and become too depressed to live. Prosthetic points have been successfully installed in the past leading to an otherwise healthy life. Provided they do not break their horn again.

my repost of old icebook art is getting a lot of intention so here's kind of my icebook explanation thread idk relating my thoughts on them to my art and kinda "explaining" the intent behind the drawings

im just gonna start with the most recent one Generally the idea to me is obivously their falling out but also the idea that ice cube is such an important person to book that losing ice cube is, to book, like losing a part of himself

so much of what he does and the changes he makes to himself are for ice cube's sake (see bfb!! Both his mistakes and his "redemption" are for ice cube's sake.) to lose ice cube, despite all he's done, despite all of his perceived improvement is something he never expected (their "inseparable" bond) and simply something that he has no way of properly coping with. ice cube is far away now, everything they had is left behind book now. He's someone for himself now, not for anyone else, but that's something he doesn't know how to do. throughout bfdia and especially bfb he centers himself around ice cube and clings onto him (though for bfdia it's mostly a general freesmart issue of growing into the role of a pushover for the sake of approval...) his actions in bfb feel especially bad because he hurt /ice cube/ with, what he'd been believing, were his "kindest actions" and his way of protecting ice cube to make up for what he never got to do in bfb. legit that scene in bfb 14(?) of his definition changing makes me soo fdjghfgjdls YOU ARE NOT A MEAN PERSON BOY!!!!! but because it's /ice cube/ someone he perceives as needing his protection and someone who was benefitting from having it, someone who stayed by his side with that protection, /for/ that protection, who he hurt with that very same "protection" it's just way worse. and he immediately jumps to calling himself a bad person and taking all the guilt on so his view of ice cube remains unchanged. but ice cube leaving him hurt him, being abandoned by someone who he never believed could do that in his most vulnerable moment, even if it really was his fault (though their relationship has the general problem of neither set any proper boundaries and they like.... suck at actual proper communication and not falling into compliance with each other)

This one also kinda just summarizes my idea of "losing ice cube is, to book, like losing a part of himself" because he connected to deeply to the idea of their "inseperable bond" and of having ice cube with him. not only is it that book never thought he could do anything to make ice cube leave, obviously he views himself as a good person because nobody's ever shown him that he's not--he's done so much for others that he couldn't be bad--but that he doesn't believe ice cube could leave him......baaahgfhgfdf he, to me, really has an obsession with the idea of "control"

i just love going into the idea of control and idealism with book it's such a good* part of him.... how he unintentionally parallels someone he hates (pencil) and how he hurts his dearest friend ice cube because of it........ He just wants everything to be ok :( but with ice cube it really gets into the big tragedy of their relationship where... he just doesn't understand ice cube AND ESPECIALLY WITHOUT THE CONTEXT OF LEAFY!!!!!! with the way he expects him to act and with the way he tries to protect him..... he doesn't know what ice cube wants and honestly (AGAIN OF COURSE UNINTENTIONALLY) acts more upon his own selfish desires to keep ice cube by his side. He does what he wants for himself despite believing it's for ice cube.... idk if im explaining it well oops aaaaaaaahhhh Book just doesn't know what's good for ice cube and and really what ice cube saw out of their relationship; he projects his own views onto ice cube heavily and that kills me because that's literally what crushes their whole relationship in bfb. book doesn't /see/ ice cube, he just sees his own /version/ of ice cube from inside his mind, one who shares his views and opinions. They're different people but book views them as one in the same because he's scared to express his opinions alone. especially in bfb, he uses ice cube as a sort of "support" for him to express his distaste with taco and with the team. EVEN IN THE FIRST EPISODE AFTER MAKING THE DECISION TO LEAVE FREESMART HE GOES RIGHT FOR ICE CUBE'S APPROVAL/AGREEMENT AHGHGHGHFHDKJHJ he is Sooooooo desperate for approval because that's what he bases his self opinion on.

when bleh starts hating him, when /ice cube/ starts hating him, he starts viewing himself as that awful and "mean person" :( this is more book fitting ice cube to himself, projecting onto him and not seeing him for who he /really/ is and not seeing what he may feel outside of him. bfb book kills me bfb icebook KILLS MEEEEEEEAUGHHGHGHG

book cares so so so so sooooooo much about ice cube but in the same way that's why they don't work out; he cares so much about ice cube that he expects ice cube to feel the same towards him, to feel everything like he does, in fact, and for ice cube to have everything so centered around him like he feels towards ice cube. It's not like ice cube doesn't care at all about book or anything, but he lacks that same obsession. Book, based on his own feelings towards ice cube, and how he perceives those actions of "protection," he should be someone very special to ice cube too! But he's not. ice cube cares about book. he likes book. but he's not obsessed with him; his feelings towards book are not as intense. but they were friends! The flaw with ice cube is that he's not forgiving. And, similar to book he doesn't understand the other. he doesn't see why book would be so obsessed with him, doesn't understand the way he "protects" him, and doesn't understand how much book /needs/ him and relies on him for support. So that's why he just. like . leaves in bfb. his own feelings of friendship and companionship towards book aren't important, everything that happened between them, aren't important when he believes book is controlling him and trying to hold him back; he misunderstands book and his (flawed) actions and gives up on everything.

the opposite of book, who clings onto what's over and doesn't see the flaws of ice cube's actions because he's so utterly perfect to him. neither of them see each other, and that ruins them

TPOT 2 and BFDIA 18 (Pin character prediction)

I think I have an idea of how Pin’s arc is going to go, and I think these two episodes have some interesting parallels so I wanna talk about it…

So, Pin is notoriously villainous in BFDIA, especially in the most recent episode. Coiny has been especially loyal to her throughout BFDIA, even digging down to hell for her, but she just. Lets him fall off the tower to win for herself.

But in TPOT 2, she says she doesn’t know why Coiny “Keeps pretending BFDIA was fun.” You could interpret this to be referring to early BFDIA, as Pin lost her limbs and face at the time and was just tormented in general, but I think their conversation beforehand suggests something else.

In TPOT 2, Coiny decided to use glue to make a block tower higher than everyone else’s. Pin gets mad and accuses him of cheating, and he says “Since when did you care about cheating? You can’t just pretend BFDIA didn’t happen!”

And she responds, “Actually, I can! Because it sucked.”

Along with her line in TPOT 16, quote, “Maybe BFDIA was a fluke…” I think she’s not as one sided as everyone seems to think.

Pin is kind of a jerk in BFDIA, but I think by the end of the season, she’ll end up regretting her actions. I think her line in TPOT 16 implies that she did well in BFDIA, and I truly believe that she might win the season, but after seeing how much she’s hurt those around her and betrayed Coiny’s trust, she feels guilty about what she did.

I think that would also make for a more natural progression into IDFB and BFB, where she and Coiny are friends again. They were able to make up after BFDIA. That could also explain her line to book in BFB (though I don’t remember much of BFB, I believe she says “It’s tough to patch things up with someone after you’ve hurt them.)

And in TPOT, when she sees Coiny using tactics she deems unfair, the reason she feels so offended and defensive is because after she did something similar, maybe it took everyone a while to warm up to her again.

And, MAYBE this is a bit of a stretch, but in TPOT 9, Pin seems really distressed by Coiny’s elimination. She says she “wanted to go farther with him” and that she “has no idea how she’ll do this without him.” By the end of the episode, she learns that she can be strong without him and fight for herself, which is great and all, but…

Why would she need reassurance on that? If she really did so well in BFDIA (and we see her doing really well so far, even without Coiny as a teammate) then why wouldn’t she be confident in her own abilities? Why does she NEED Coiny in order to do well?

Maybe the reason she was so nervous about his elimination isn’t because of a lack of self confidence, maybe she was just worried that she might hurt somebody again. Coiny was kind of her anchor who would stop her from overthinking too much and could keep her grounded in the moment. She knew she could do well on her own, but she was worried because she didn’t want to take things too far like she did in BFDIA.

Anyways. Yeah there’s my analysis.

I’ve seen a lot of people saying BFDIA is ruining Pin, but I think we just gotta trust the writers on this one, idk. I feel like if you fill in the gaps a bit, her behavior actually makes a lot of sense. Pin has a strong sense of justice, she holds strong grudges, and she might not always realize how her actions affect others. I think once BFDIA is over, she’ll realize that she betrayed Coiny’s trust and hurt his feelings, and maybe that could lead to her more nervous demeanor in the later seasons.

Anyways, idk, what do y’all think? Did I cook?

I apologize for the very long rant, but there's something that's been bothering me about the OSC and I need to get it off my chest.

I don't know if it's just me, but does anyone else feel like the OSC is kinda dying? It feels like, within these last several years, the charm of the OSC's plethora of animated shows and projects are just... dead. There seems to only really be two main options for the OSC and that's either BFDI (I'm including all seasons like BFDIA and TPOT) or Inanimate Insanity. I feel like since ONE finished, there hasn't really been any alternative show of ACTUAL GOOD QUALITY that's consistently going on. And while I can't speak too much on BFDI's community (I never really engaged with that community simply because I just don't like BFDI), I definitely feel like II's community has degraded and is NOTHING like how I remember it to be. To be fair, I have joined the OSC rather late, joining around 2021, but even then, the community felt far more different. It actually felt like a COMMUNITY. When I first joined, people seemed more friendly, there were interesting AUs people were posting about all the time, there was so much speculation and excitement over the next II episode (or episodes in other object shows), and overall the OSC felt more connected. But, I swear, when Inanimate Insanity Invitational started, it felt like everything changed. All of a sudden, people left and right were being called out as groomers, pedos, racists, and all kinds of horrible things. Every day, it felt like someone new was getting a 16 page google document published about their deeds. I swear I could see in real time people becoming more and more distant in the OSC. New shows were constantly canceled after the first episode, and excitement and creative AUs just... stopped. Everything became so... centralized and, in a way, corporatized, hyperfocused on III and TPOT. The OSC stopped feeling like a community, and the shows that were focused on felt more like corporate content. It's like these shows, or maybe just the surrounding communities, lost their soul. In general, I swear, I feel like everyone got so loud and angry a few years ago and burnt themselves out. Now everything's silent. At least, not as fun, creative, and community-based like it used to be.

Now, It's entirely possible that I'm completely wrong about the OSC, and I really hope I am. Maybe I just haven't been looking in the right places, maybe it's because I left twitter, maybe I've just been missing all the new shows and I just need to find them.

But... Am I really the only one who feels this way? Has anyone else noticed this... disconnected feeling in the OSC? Like we're no longer a community of creatives who's excited and passionate about their AUs and personal projects, rather just... consuming the next episode from two big shows without engaging in an actual community? Am I making any sense here?

BTW, I mean no shade to the creators of II or BFDI, or their communities. I LOVE II, and I appreciate BFDI for its charm and the sheer length of time that show has been going on for. However, I deeply miss the community I once knew. It feels so lonely here. Who knows, maybe everyone just moved on, and I just haven't caught up yet (that happens to me a lot tbh with my hyperfixations). But I guess I'm surprised just how fast everyone moved on.

Please tell me if this sentiment is really a thing or if I'm dead wrong. I miss the OSC that I knew so much, it kind of breaks my heart.

Undefending Pin. Because she is not to be defended. Starting with her roots, BFDI.

In Bfdi, pin has many moments where she is shown to be just an asshole in general. Even the show acknowledges this by putting in a compilation of everything rude she’s done, either to Woody, Teardrop, Rocky, Spongy and so on and so forth. She was always mean to Spongy and Woody consistently, and the friendships she did have weren’t even lasting long. She didn’t have Coiny then either, so with no allies while also being mean, she was eliminated eventually. And reasonably so.

BFDIA. She was a lot better, and a lot nicer, but she still had moments of her old personality. Sure, she wasn’t a menace, but she had some backhanded comments here and there. Still mean to Spongy. But at least this time she had a friend in Coiny, and eventually WOAH bunch. And this is what made her likable again. Her dynamic with Coiny. But even then, she abandons him to win the challenge. Which yes, Coiny shouldn't have been sacrificing so much for her, not at all. He needs to know she never asked for his help, and probably doesn’t want to feel like she needs him to win. But even so, was letting her friend be thrown off a clif worth the win?

We have seen this happen twice before. Freesmart, throwing each other under the bus to win challenges, fighting and eventually breaking apart. Firey winning Dream Island and not letting Leafy in because of a fight. Causing them to drift apart too. luckily going back together. And now with Pin sacrificing Coiny and others for that matter, just to feel better, to get what she wants. She’s shown she doesn’t mind sacrificing others to win, time and time again. Puffball taking her limbs, while uncalled for, she said herself that she really didn’t want to choose someone, but if she had to choose, it would be Pin. Ruby shrinking Pin, again, she didn’t really have a face to say anything about that. But Ruby did have a reason to shrink her. It wasn’t out of spite. Unlike how Pin retorts by electrocuting Book and Ruby. Even though Book had no part in this.

I am just convinced that Pin was originally written to be a bad guy, like Flower was in season one. I don’t even think she was meant to be that likable in the first place. Pin betraying Coiny wasn’t what made people hate her, or at least most people, for me it was just the straw that broke the camel's back. The definite proof that she was never good in the first place.

Bfb. This season happens after BFDIA, and Coiny and Pin are stronger than ever. In this season, despite still having her moments, was much more calm, and definitely much more fun to have there, because she was funny. But, this implies that something in BFDIA is going to have them make up. But if they don’t, then it won’t make any sense. Pin was fun in this season, without Coiny as much, but him still being there, but also way less of an ass. Still rude to Spongy though. Poor guy.

Tpot. I hated her especially in this season. I didn’t want her there, I didn’t want her on that team, and I especially didn’t want her friendship with Tree and Death pact. She is literally one of the last people who would be preventing death. She literally wants to murder people in BFDIA with Fries. She wanted to kill Leafy too. She tries, actually, with a knife, she wanted Leafy crushed as well. She wants Freesmart dead in that season too. It didn’t make sense to me. I’m very glad about her elimination, but enough biases, because I want to switch my tone from persuasion to factual.

Pin is a bad friend. Without any doubt, or opinion. She is not nice to her friends, she is not supportive, and she is not helpful. She has many things she’s done to support this in the show. With evidence and fact. She enjoys murder, with fact to support this. She is a backstabber, and lair. And that’s why she’s such a good and well written character. I hate her, and I love that I can hate her. She is mean, like real people can be, but not evil. Pin is just like any bully you’d mean in real life. Sure they might be an ass to most people, but they can have fun, be happy, be sad, have self doubt. And so much more. Pin has things she’s gone through tough things, but this does not defend her actions, plain and simple.

The community should keep writing such complex characters. I hate this one, and I love it. Sometimes we don't need a reason for her to change and be better. Maybe we could just have her be herself, and stay selfish, because that's who she is.

When I was watching this for the first time and hell, even when I was predicting, I cant believe I was right about Nickel being out, its so silly the WTFers made the elimination made it like a powerpoint presentation. I kind of wonder if they will remain the hosts for when its the final five, we are getting closer and closer to that as the episodes go on.

Oh yeah, TB's prize being a dismemberment token, RIP Woah Bunch 2013 - 2015(25).... Does this mean its officially the merge without them saying anything? After all, they were all competing for solo immunity now. So I guess we indeed make it to the BFDIA merge officially. And its crazy how most of the cast made it to the merge (not taking abt the BFDIA Newbies Fries and Book but like everyone else, esp Pin since she placed 20th in BFDI.) In conclusion, hell yeah Pin wins this challenge I love this challenge sm and the scenery, my condolences to the Nickel fans, Tennickel is doomed yaoi now. This is a polar opposite of how I felt for TPOT 16, I could barely watch the ep after Pin's elimination, it still kinda hurts, but MAN Pin winning this ep in BFDIA actually healed most of that pain.

Since no one asked, here's why I think either Needle or Pin should win BFDIA:

Every other character has had uniquely interesting things happening with them post BFDIA:

-TB is consistently good + gets a lot of screentime

-Book has the whole taco situation in bfb + has had a good arc surrounding that (also the current TPOT stuff with pencil is SOOO good)

also she shouldn't win for the fact that she was just kinda complicit in the Pin torture this season. Feels wrong and like it wouldn't aid her arc if she just WON

-and in terms of coiny and pin's interactions in tpot, coiny was always more interesting to me. It always felt like his character was more established at that point.

BFDIA is OBJECTIVELY Pin and Needle's season. They've been given the most time to shine there, and their respective personalities have been really strong that season.

NARRATIVELY, it would arguably be the most interesting for Pin to win for the sake of her intense negative feelings towards BFDIA in TPOT, but I'm personally somewhat biased towards Needle's arc.

She's maybe the most underutilized character post-BFDIA, and her personality feels so "nothing" in BFB and some of TPOT (mostly for her lack of screentime in the latter)

Also sorry, since I can't make a BFDI text post WITHOUT talking about pencil:

I'LL NEVER FORGIVE THE VOTERS FOR GETTING NEEDLE OUT OF TPOT THE SECOND PENCIL JOINED. IT WOULD'VE BEEN JUST ANOTHER FRACTURED RELATIONSHIP TO EXPLORE IN PENCIL'S ARC + COULD'VE BEEN SOOOO GOOD FOR NEEDLE IN TERMS OF GENERAL INTEREST AND SCREENTIME POST-BFDIA

But alas, since this is not the case, I think she should probably win BFDIA. But also I would be content if Pin won because that makes sense in my soul.

I've been thinking about the legal system both in ii and bfdi

For ii we never actually see or hear of the actual legal system but we do see Mephone's interpretation of it which is most likely a very poor example of how the system actually works.

But there's things like, getting away with murder of a more fragile object could probably be pretty easy especially something like a bubble since there'd be nothing left for finger prints or anything like that.

I'm not fully sure what counts as a crime either would it be the same as humans have (but even then that varies from place to place).

As for bfdi, in the newest meetup video, there was a joke about Pen being in court and while that isn't canon it's still interesting, Jury duty apparently works differently because Golf Ball knows Pen and she was on jury duty according to Tennis Ball

Court exists because of the BFB 22 where Four illegally uses a courtroom to host an illegitimate trial (and ends up in jail jail for it next episodethought that could've been just him making that for the sake of the challenge since it was pretty weak). In one of Cary’s videos he mentioned Yellow Face running from the police, which might not be canon/fully canon, but it does imply that police and a legal system exist in BFDI.

So What the do the police do even do? What do they see as bad enough to get involved? We’ve seen people commit murder, fraud, assault, theft, all sorts of crimes. How fucked up do you have to be to get sent to BFDI jail???

Escaping or leaving an elimination space

This is considered a criminal offense and is put on criminal record.

The Battle for Dream Island: Official Character Guide's coverage on Ice Cube reveals that Ice Cube regrets escaping the Tiny Loser Chamber, because she obtained a criminal record. The other punishments for violating this law are unknown.

Besides Ice Cube, some of the recommended characters that failed to join BFDI and BFDIA were able to escape the Locker of Losers and Tiny Loser Chamber. In "No More Snow!", Cloudy, Bell, Grassy, Lightning, and 8-Ball have all escaped and were seen in both the Evil Forest and the Snowy Forest.

Evil Leafy had also teleported outside of the TLC as well.In "Well, Look Who It Is!", Firey, Gelatin, Ice Cube and Rocky all freely leave the Weak Trembling Fortress to explore Yoyle City.

In "Airplanes in the Night Sky", Golf Ball claims that eliminated players must not leave the elimination location, as it breaks the rules established at the start of the game. In "Take the Tower", Bubble attempts to construct a tower to rescue Balloony from elimination. Four states that such an act was illegal. It can be assumed that the punishment for violating this law is that another contestant is asked to destroy the structure, as evidenced by Four, Lollipop, and Blocky's actions in the same episode.

Impersonation of a popular figureThis warrants an arrest and is subject to probation.

In "Take the Tower", the Have Cots strategize on how to win the challenge and suggests that impersonating someone may work. Gelatin states that in the past, he impersonated Loser, and ended up being arrested, placed in a detention center, and receiving probation. This law is likely in place due to Loser's status as a highly protected individual. It can be assumed that Gelatin's probation has since been released, as there has been no evidence of a probation officer for Gelatin. It is unknown if this law is for specifically impersonating Loser or is a generic anti-impersonation law.

Trespassing private property

The penalty for this offense is unknown, but its existence is known.In "Let's Raid The Warehouse", Four states that he discovered the location of Yellow Face's Warehouse using a "not so legal way of snooping", indicating that Four had commit trespassing to discover Yellow Face's Warehouse.

Theft of an object (petty theft)

This warrants an arrest and an accompanying trial.

In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Four was going to give Donut's Diary as a cake for Cake at Stake, but Firey stole it due to wanting something everyone wants after Leafy stole Dream Island. After Four discovered it was stolen and Taco was eliminated, he sent the remaining contestants to the Courtroom, where a trial was held to determine the thief.

Lying under oath (perjury)

This warrants an arrest. The penalty is 2,763 years in prison.In "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Blocky had lied twice in the Courtroom, leading to, according to a deep text-to-speech voice, the arrest of all parties involved with Blocky's Funny Doings International for 2,763 years. Due to Blocky not being imprisoned, it is assumed that either the sentence is not in effect yet, or the scene was a joke.

Unauthorized use of a Courtroom

This warrants an arrest. The penalty is life in jail.

This was briefly mentioned by Four at the end of "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", with Four having been revealed to be jailed for the crime in "Fashion For Your Face!". It is unknown who arrested them.

It appears that Four has some control over or immunity from the law, as they were able to get away with building another tower and using them for the challenge. However, they were arrested in "Fashion For Your Face!", however for the previous episode when they used the courtroom via trespassing.

Pen has a legal name. It is unknown if a legal name is required for characters, if every character has a legal name, if legal names are decided by the law in Goiky, if legal names are actually legal, and who decides legal names and how legal names are decided.

In the non-canon short "MEET THE OTHER YOU - BFDI & II 2025 Tour!", it is mentioned that Pen is on trial, Yellow Face is his attorney, and that Golf Ball is on jury duty.

We definitely have a lot more info on bfdi than ii, huh? I think ii would be closer to what we generally have here in the human world, since ii tends to be have a more serious tone overall.

As for BFDI, specifically the legal stuff referenced in the 2025 tour announcement short(s), I like to think the trial is exclusively being done within the cast. They have some smaller legal system for all of them, which is why Yellow Face of all objects is Pen's lawyer, and Golfie is on the jury despite knowing him.

The legal system is interesting to think about in different object worlds! Maybe we'll even see some of it in ii, if they get like, arrested for killing Steve Cobs or something hehe. I don't think it will happen but it's funny to think about.

i kinda went over this in my original post but let me elaborate

the reason el goes after book the most in her encounters with freesmart isn’t out of any personal grudge (her quarrel is with pencil and the generalization in her head of freesmart) but because she’s just such an easy target. the weakest or most easy to isolate are always her first targets and. well.

not only does book put herself in danger to protect people, but freesmart, like i said, has a tendency to leave her behind. evil leafy quickly picked up on that

her attacks on them get more frequent in the later half of bfdia because her team is very quickly disintegrating.

her best friend who she found out essentially based their relationship on a lie is gone before she’s able to fix things. tb feels somewhat lost without gb and is struggling to maintain their control on el since golfball did most of the direct interaction. fries ditched a while ago and she barely got to know the others

it feels like she’s going back to how she was without them to anchor her. a terrifying and remorseless monster to be avoided at all costs. maybe she was better off in the forest. she’s never done well with people

This has been said many, many times but I'm just throwing my two cents into it;

Using something not that recent, but not terribly long ago, hating BFDIA Pencil because of what she did to Pin is entirely fair, but I feel like you shouldn't ignore the fact that Free Smart feels pretty predatory with her being the main cause and by getting her eliminated it would— in the very least— make it somewhat better— in your argument as well (as I saw a lot of people miss when wanting to vote her out)

This happened, and happens a lot in this fandom. People voting out the "mean, and hateful" characters for being the slightest bit negative to generally nicer characters. I like to make this point a lot with how flawed viewer voting was, and still is. I'm not saying that you have to write a 5k worded essay about why you're voting for the character, either

Google Forms is a tad bit better than regular commenting, but I feel like they should've made the change a lot sooner with the deal with botting and such. Especially it being really rampit towards around late BFB pre-split ish

With contestant voting, it makes things a lot more impactful. Can make things more dramatic, even; though with some eliminations being more obvious than others (BFB 15 would've for sure been Book's elimination because of it, right or wrong it would've for sure happened anyways) it'd feel less like a lottery game. It's why I stuck to II more during it's early season 2 releases before falling out of it due to unrelated issues. Being able to watch a character say "fuck you, i want you out youre never going to win the prize that i want and am going to get" is more entertaining than watching a character make the same expression in response to getting eliminated and timing that by 5 (which is why eliminations like Lighting's were obviously so much more popular than Foldy's for example)

BFDIA's current voting system (likes, and dislikes) are exactly the same as comment voting as likes and dislikes can also be botted, therefor I won't get into it. But just know my opinion about it is pretty much the same

Is it too late to change the voting system again? Yeah, maybe. But it's really really nice to consider how much BFDI, and all of it's seasons as a whole (and other object shows) would've changed if everything was contestant vote instead. The drama, the pain, the sorrow, the betrayal even!! All in one silly cartoon aimed at a younger audience who most likely wont process what's fully happening until later in their lives

Contestant voting does have it's cons too, yes, I'm not saying that it dosen't. This post isn't supposed to be a hate post about BFDI, either, just my thoughts about it's voting system and why it's always been a head-tilter for me
