HI HELLO I AM CURIOUS ABOUT YOUR OCS :]
stares at you with my autistic eyeballs OvO
oh boy! I hope you brought snacks and a seat because I'm just gonna take this chance to info dump everything that i feel is okay to share!
I've been working on these universes for awhile now!
so lets start with the fun facts and small info first and then larger rambles and list of named ocs will be under cut!
All universes except Sci Fi started off as AUs from fandoms.
Entity was FNAF, Hellverse was TOH, Adventure was Minecraft, Godverse was inspired by this cat game app but the story was original. Sci Fi was inspired by Farscape and Overwatch though, but nothing direct from it.
Their designs have changed to a little to a lot !!!! I'm very picky + disabled. So i'd redesign a few and then i'd lose spoons, style would change and/or improve so i would do it all over again etc.
The most worked on ones at the moment are Entityverse and Godverse because the rest sorta came later? I'm still working on proper names.
The Main ideas.
Godverse: demigods, gods etc. Its basically a hero vs villains type thing. I was very inspired by OK KO Let's Be Heroes when i was making this. Like i said, though, the designs came from Cat Game The Cat Collector.
The Gods and Demigods aren't based off real life Mythology ( too much ) because i wanted free roam and also i thought it would be interesting.
Each God gets to create a world. The main character is a demigod and wants to create a world, but her powers are not strong enough.
Entityverse: so, again like i said, based off a FNAF AU. The AU was going to have all fnaf characters and have Dave and William be seperate killers ( something I'll probably come back to in my actual FNAF AU now ). It was supposed to be kind of.. like if the animatronics were SCP like i guess?
I was trying to be different, i wanted to do something new with the characters. But i just loved it so much i said "yeah fuck it this is mine now".
So now its less that and more.. fear based and such. Its probably the only one in my series that will probably be fully rated Mature / 18+. Not because of blood and guts or anything but because of dark topics.
Entity verse is a vent piece, i can't even pretend. But i love these characters so much and i hope other people do too.
It's about a Main character who notices something strange is going on with her town, as well as "angel sightings" are becoming more frequent.
Sci Fi Verse / Spaceverse: I've had this one since i was a kid. Inspired by Overwatch, Farscape, Star Wars and a lot of media growing up in 2012 - 2016 ( TV heads, ibject heads, etc ).
Kind of ironic considering all things, but it was and still is about, a group who goes planet to planet on adventures, trying to figure out why humans are going missing and why robots and androids are taking over.
Fantasyverse: so this one is still a WIP as well as Adventure and Hellverse. But the main vibes i want to grasp is "Autumn nostalgia cozy".
Examples i have seen: The Last Unicorn , Lord Of The Rings, The Hobbit, Over The Garden Wall, Undertale.
Examples I haven't seen but have some awareness: Moomin, Carebears, cartoon Hobbit movie, Winnie The Pooh.
Its absolutely magic and fantasy themed, but the goal is to see it and go "i want to curl up under a blanket, some hot beverage and watch this".
Adventureverse: ah yes.. this one is newer and heavily under wip still. It was based off a Minecraft AU i had but again. Loved it too much to put it under a fandom.
Its now going to be weirdcore/dreamcore themed.
At the moment its kind of a simple trope we see usually , of a human ending up in one of these spaces. But its going to have some.. i don't want to say twists in a surprise way, but hopefully not as expected.
Hellverse: still not a lot on this one other than its inspired by The Owl House's original idea VAGUELY. its not literally Hell or Heaven, but inspired.
Basically a young adult ends up in a Angel Ruled hell-like place and ends up becoming a magical person for it.
i just need to remind myself this is allllll for me and I'm not writing for a business so i can draw or write as bad as i want ♡
Godverse:
Mr.Black Hole ;; Villain ;; Tmasc butch lesbian ;; He/Him
Lady Shade ;; Villain ;; Woman Sapphic bisexual ;; She/It
Rise ;; Hero ;; Intersex Demigirl Poly Sapphic ;; Any
Nova ;; Hero ;; Nonbinary Bear Pansexual ;; They / She / Xey
Entityverse:
Vrix ;; Villain ;; Intersex Gendervoid Poly Partnering Aroace ;; They + Neopronouns
Alcmene Orchid ;; Grey + B character ;; Tfem Genderfluid Achillean ;; She/He
David Angel ;; Villain ;; Cisflux Man Gay Achillean ;; He/Him
Rin ;; Grey ;; Tfem ;; She/Her
Violet ;; Grey ;; Tmasc ;; He/Him
Spaceverse:
Vinny ;; Hero ;; Tmasc Genderfluid ;; He/They
Stein ;; Hero ;; Bigender Bisexual ;; He/She
Hal ;; Villain ;; Partnering Aroace ;; He/Him
there is more but i have a migraine but i couldn't wait to yap about this so urgh thank you!!!!

New ship AU idea!
So… I’ve been looking at this AGA AU by a user named @project-isles which is medieval themed. And I think you can guess by the title was this is gonna be about…
The ship this AU will be focused on will be between Finn and my OC Julie. There will be other ships as well, but this one will kinda be the main focus.
So how this AU works is Finn is a Royal and his “father”, King Stein is trying to find a bride for him. However due to Finn’s nervousness and timid demeanor, every woman the king finds doesn’t last more than a week. Eventually, he hears about a mage who has not been courted yet and decides to make her Finn’s bride. What he doesn’t know however, is that this mage is blind. But not in a sense where she can’t see anything at all as she is still able to make out silhouettes of people and objects.
Even though she has told many aplenty that her disability is not as horrible, she is still looked down upon by some, despite her being one of the more powerful mages in King Emily’s kingdom. This made it rather difficult for her to maintain a proper relationship, as those who wish to court her have only one of two things on their mind: her body or her status as a Royal Mage. These bad relationships caused her to gain trust issues related to romantic partners as since she couldn’t see their faces, she couldn’t know what those men were truly thinking…
Basically I wanted to make their relationship not be based on appearance, but on personality and experience. Both have experienced love before, but it never lasts. But now that they been set to marry each other, they’re scared and curious to see how their relationship will go. Will they make it to the end? Or is this just another failure waiting to happen?
And I think that’s everything! What do you guys think?
Medieval!AU belongs to @project-isles

It was nice to watch the Rose Parade yesterday and only hear how hard bands had worked on their fund raisers to get there or how long the horsey groups have been together or what they used to make something on a float.
No one had Main Character Syndrome, the coverage wasn't going for woke points and all the shit we want to leave behind last year.
Now to work on getting thru the thick skulls, I recommend a jack hammer, of people who are in the 'I don't like it so you can't like/have it either' mindset and the probably similar beliefs of if you read/write about it then you will do it.
About 100 years ago someone basically said the more rigid and uptight a society is the more it needs the release of horror media.
And I just read today that you have to look pretty hard on AO3 (ain't got time for that) to find dead dove stuff. (had to look the term up) So if you complain it's on you. I want to ask if the people who complain have ever been teenaged girls under stress. If you don't let them express and work out all the shit going thru their minds they will act out.
You want to know what I don't care to read about? Religious and faith based stuff, children and family oriented, certain historical eras I have school related issues about, a lot of classic literature. But do I tell other grown ass adults not to read them, no?
Do I have a problem with anyone reading something like Harry Potter? No. If a kid wants to read it I'm going to let them. They aren't going to get all the subtext and Im not going to tell them. Let kids enjoy things. Let kids get excited about reading. People let them read The Bible and all it's unsuitable for children (not now Mr Stotch) subjects all the time.
As for the only write about what you know, where I believe you should know at least a little bit about what you write, if I stuck to that all I'd write about is being a lonely disabled asexual white woman who can't drive and has very little positive human contact.
I'd rather write what ever pops in to my head, we'll look at non fan fiction work here, like 350+ pages about the people who work on a TV show in Hollywood, being a young man working as a costumed character at a theme park, the odds and ends around an angel of death and his family, and the OCs left over from my days at attempting to start a comic book universe. Hell, I've had several stories start out as fan fiction turn in to original works.
If I explore things thru my writing and get them out of my system I feel better. It's up to me if I want to share them. A lot of us go thru phases of writing dead dove stuff and come out the other end fine.
Don't want to read it? Don't go looking for it.

Good morning! Whats your favorite show/movie? Who are your favorite characters? Why do you like them so much? Also!! Did you have a good sleep?
Okay so I was a film major for a while, and I have opinions.
Penny Dreadful
I love this show. Like, so much. I adore it. I can not get enough of that show. Just all of the imagery, and the fantastic writing and acting. The episode intro alone is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. Eva Green is a goddess and I love everything she’s been in. The take on classic horror stories is So Good, and it actually became the inspiration for my Gay Frankenstein story! (Started as a stitch AU, and then went completely OC after I had Ideas) but the show itself is so intimate? I think it’s largely that the period they’re in, everything was so repressed and restricted. So when the characters break out of those moments, it’s more meaningful. And the love-hate relationship between Ms. Ives and Malcolm in season one? Exquisite.  I could literally write essay’s about this show, but I’ll restrain myself and just say: it’s the best ensemble show I’ve ever seen. The characters come together, but they also each have their own distinct lives that sometimes intersect, but in s2 especially, are quite separate. They are constant with one another like ensemble shows usually portray. Also gothic horror and romance? My absolute favorite.
Anything by Guillermo del Toro
This man Owns My Entire Soul. I’m not even joking, everything he writes and directs is perfection. Crimson Peak is probably my favorite (I have a stitch AU for this too ;) ) because again, Gothic horror and romance. I’m a slut for that shit. Also Tom Hiddleston and Jessica Chastain? Delightful casting. I think it’s obvious by now that I love tragic relationships, so their dynamic is *chef’s kiss* amazing. they’re so damaged. And this quote right here is one of the BEST things I’ve ever read:
“But the horror... The horror was for love. The things we do for love like this are ugly, mad, full of sweat and regret. This love burns you and maims you and twists you inside out. It is a monstrous love and it makes monsters of us all.”
Engrave that on my headstone, please?? I’ve got a sort-of Dorian Gray AU (it’s delightful) that’s basically built on this entire premise. Mitch makes the mistake of falling in love with Stiles, and does many terrible things because of it. Mostly to himself, at least.
I think my love of Crimson Peak is very closely tied with The Shape of Water. another beautiful movie, I could wax poetic about this forever. it was beautifully written, and such an artistic movie. I love the way it was filmed, and the set design, and all of the subtle imagery. Such as Elisa’s apartment being cast in cooler tones, it always felt very damp and had evidence of water damage, compared to Giles’, a mirror image of her own, in more warm tones. This is another one I could (and have) write essays about. There is so much packed into this movie, from the themes on toxic masculinity and entitlement, to the conversation on queerness and race and disability, and how all the various relationships are portrayed. Like. there is so much to pick apart in this movie.
Aside from that, ofc Hell Boy deserves an honorable mention because i grew up on those movies. I’m pretty sure the Golden Army especially is responsible for who I am today, given all the lore on the fae in that universe. Wow, that explains so much about me... Also one of my first WoW characters was an elf named Nuala xD I still have her, too, and it’s been like 12 years lol
Near-Future Sci-Fi
Sci-fi is one of my favorite genres, I am a huge nerd for theoretical and astrophysics. But my favorite kind of sci-fi is the stuff that still takes place on Earth, rather than epic battles in space. Ex Machina and Annihilation are at the top of that list. Alex Garland is another writer/director that I love. He has the same kind of approach as del Toro, where he puts a lot of fine details into his work. And I love that it’s very cerebral; there are so many layers to Ex Machina. My English 101 prof actually refused to analyze it in class when I suggested it to him, because he didn’t think my class could. Basically handle? Dissecting that movie? Because a lot of it comes across as very surface level, but in some cases when you look deeper, it’s actually suggesting the opposite of what you might think at first glance. (And he was right, my fellow students were awful. I miss that class though, it was one of my favorites T_T Mr. Ryder was an awesome dude and super chill.)
Morgan is another good example. As you can see, I fucking love androids lol. Which brings me to another of my all time favorite movies: Cloud Atlas. I could literally watch this movie endlessly, I love it so much. The acting, the writing, the filming, all of it is top notch. And one thing they did in the movie that didn’t come across in the book, was reusing the same actors through the different eras in the book. That was just so neat, because it really encapsulates how connected these souls are, as we follow the threads of their story throughout time. If you haven’t seen the movie, I can’t recommend it enough.
Another one I always think of alongside Cloud Atlas, even though they aren’t related at all, is Predestination. It’s a great movie that explores the idea of fate and free will in a really clever way, utilizes time travel in a very organized way that I think was neat (think Umbrella Academy. They even use briefcases! As you can see, I love sci-fi bureaucracy, it’s fun. In fact The Bureau is another movie I enjoyed) and the main character is actually, explicitly trans, which was cool. You basically get to see the entire story of their life, and I don’t want to spoil anything, but it’s just. So good. Mindfuckery galore.
Shoot, and I almost forgot! Arrival! That is one of the best movies, and another one I could watch nonstop. It focuses on mathematics and linguistics and I swear to god, I almost altered my entire college course because of this movie. Amy Addams is brilliant, Jeremy Renner is so soft and nerdy, and again, it has an amazing take on time travel. I am very particular about how time is handled in Sci-fi, and this portrayal was one of my favorite. (Most of my physics studies have been dedicated to the theory of time, so like. Strong Opinions.)
Fantasy
Stardust! It wasn’t until Good Omens can out that I realized Neil Gaiman is responsible for most of the stories I loved as a kid lol, and I had no idea he wrote stardust! But that is such a beautiful movie (I have a Stardust AU lol) and it’s definitely one of my comfort movies. Captain Shakespeare is one of the best characters ever, bless Robert de Niro. I would die for him. Fun fact, i had no idea Ipswitch was a real place until like. 2019. I 100% thought it was made up for the movie 😂
Alongside Stardust, I’ve always loved The Golden Compass. It’s fantasy, but also with that old-timey steampunk science feel, which is so fun and surprisingly difficult to find!
Mortal Engines also has the same kind of feel, and it was such an epic movie in every sense of the word. I’m a little sad that after all the work that went into it, it didn’t get a dedicated following or fan base, because I feel there’s so much potential in it. But at the same time, fandom tends to gather around media that has plenty of flaws for us to repair with gold, and there wasn’t much room for that in Mortal Engines.
I’m going to put Jupiter Ascending here even though it technically fits with the sci-fi, because that section is long as fuck and also this movie has such a fantastic feel. Mila Kunis? beautiful. The CGI? beautiful. Eddy Redmayne? One of the best villain portrayals i’ve ever seen. The whole oedipal vibe he had was immaculate, as was their portrayal of reincarnation, and just. The world building. GOD. I get so weak for through world building. Also the fkn intergalactic bureaucracy when they’re basically at the space DMV? One of my all time favorite scenes in movie history.
Horror
I have very little room in my life for horror. As I said, I have strong movie opinions, especially when it comes to horror movies. I don’t like how most of them rely on cheap jump scares and overused gore and gratuitous rape scenes, instead of, y'know, actual good writing.
Which is EXACTLY why I adore It: Chapter 1 & 2. It has none of those things, but still manages to be so terrifying. They are my favorite horror movies, and I’m saying this as someone who has genuine childhood trauma bc of the novel. Like. I couldn’t shower/take baths alone until I was almost 10 T_T When I was 6-7 and saw kids play by storm drains, I would run over screaming about how Pennywise was going to get them. Like, I had issues man. I was terrified to see the first one, and wouldn’t go until I could go with my best friend after she had already seen it, so she could warn me when something scary was about to happen 😂
And, one of my favorite aspects of the movie, and the thing that gave me Mad Respect for Any Muschietti? The way he filmed Bev and her father. They have a character who is literally being molested, but they never once have to show it. And yet their interactions are still so viscerally upsetting to watch. Sexploitation puts me off of most horror, and the fact that Muschietti doesn’t use it here, even when it would be actually somewhat justified? *chef’s kiss*. I love him.
I love horror as a concept, I’m just really picky about it because I expect the writing to be good. I don’t like short cuts. But in a lot of cases, even if I don’t enjoy the movie itself, I love to watch analysis videos on youtube! I love to see the philosophy and symbolism in different horror movies, even if i don’t like to watch the movies themselves. It’s a fun hobby.
Misc.
Then in general, some other stuff I love in no particular order:
The Internship (Bless Dylan, Stuart is such a bitch and I love him)
American Assassin (ofc. The writing itself is eh, but Mitch is my man)
Dylan’s episode of Weird City. (I actually have a lot of feelings about this one. Jordan Peele is another amazing writer/director, I really need to catch up on his works.)
Dorian Gray (*chef’s kiss*)
Rogue One (Makes me cry every time)
WARCRAFT (Obviously this is a fav. It made me so happy, words cannot express.)
Coraline and most other stop motion animation. I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for that.
Literally anything associated with Tim Burton. Fun fact, when I was 12 and in middle school, I planned to decorate my future house inspired by tim burton. Like, i had Plans.
Most adaptations of Alice in Wonderland!
So! this got long as fuck! But you said you like that kind of thing lol 😂 I had kinda Eh sleep since I was up so late lmao, and I kept waking up (as usual, rip). And I’m so mad I go up for nothing! The dude I was supposed to show my listing to never showed, and is refusing to answer my calls >_> It’s been 2 hours now, and I still haven’t heard from him. But whatever, I already have a full price cash offer on the house so who cares. And that means I can play WoW all day, now!

Nobody asked but I wanna talk about my OC universe. Specifically the biology of the human species because I think it’s cool as fuck. Basically, homo sapiens is extinct after nuclear winter and all the fantasy races are the different evolutions of the human species with adaptations that allowed them to survive. There are 6 total and they’re all sort of like combinations of two or more more traditional fantasy races so yeah.
H. magus -- HUMANS -- Only named as such because they’re the only ones that don’t have a major outward change in physiology. They look pretty much the same but are a little bit taller on average and can have gold or purple eyes. They survived via the magic of invention and Literal Magic, and mostly stayed in one spot. They sat on resources and created pretty capitalist-leaning societies, and thus didn’t have to undergo any major changes. However, there are still enough small differences to qualify them as a different species than H. sapiens, namely that their bodies conduct magic really REALLY well.
H. bucerus -- OGRES -- Sort of like a mix between tieflings and orcs. They’re descendants of the people who were ostracized from the Human communities for whatever reason, and had to deal with radiation, harsh weather, and GIANT FREAKING SHADOW MOSTERS. Since the Human ancestors were sitting on all the resources, the proto-Ogres were forced to become nomadic. In order to survive the Badlands, their muscles became much more dense, granting them super strength. However, they also weigh twice as much as a Human of the same volume and require twice as much food. They also developed methods of dealing with cancer caused by the radiation of the world. They basically integrate tumors into their bodies as horns. They have a special type of white blood cell that specifically targets cancerous growths and forces them to the surface of the skin, where they can be removed. They also have tails, which suit their environment. There are different variants depending on the global region they’re from, each with different horn and tail types. Probably the sexiest species. They’re tall ^__^ But their size is limited to like 7ft since being too big and dense would be DISASTEROUS in the food-scarce Badlands.
H. gurges -- DWARVES -- Ok so they’re honestly more mermaid-like, but I’m trying to fit a theme with the names here. They are short, though. And most of them live in cities that are below the surface, just not a solid surface. The Dwarves are descendants of the seafaring survivors of the Pacific Ocean. There is actually a wide variety that could count as dozens and dozens of separate species, but for function’s sake they’re all under the same category. They have convergently evolved with different types of fish, getting less and less human-looking the deeper in the ocean they live. On the surface, they’re just people with fluorescent skin tones. In the Abyss, they’re barely even human. They are able to withstand enormous pressure, and notably can form symbiotic relationships with sessile sea life. Sponges and barnacles and the like often grow on their bodies, sometimes in a very stunning, very beautiful way. Though the people closer to the surface are short, those deeper in the water grow to be gigantic. One of their subspecies includes the Extremophiles, who live in the deepest part of the ocean. They can reach about 20ft in length when counting their tails. It’s unknown weather these Extremophiles age, or what they really do down there. The Dwarves outside of the deepest Abyss usually live in underwater cities, on the coast, or on floating oil rig-type things. They’re all normal.
H. hiems -- ELVES -- Elves are sort of a combination between elves, giants, and general undead creatures (skeletons lol). They’re fucking massive, and live in only the coldest areas. Their skin is usually a shade of grey, tinted by the type of mineral that is the main staple of their diet. They eat rocks. Yeah. In fact, their bodies are so fucked up and adapted to their barren environment that normal food can easily kill them. Sugar specifically is HIGHLY toxic. Because they don’t process food the same way, they’re skeletal. And 12ft tall. Basically, slenderman. Though they aren’t bald. They have pale down-like hair on their heads. They also have another strange diet habit, which developed as a result of food scarcity during the beginning of the apocalypse. They have a very different culture surrounding cannibalism. Though the consumption of entire bodies is Not A Thing anymore, having your loved ones consume small parts of your body after your death is a very important ritual. It is an acknowledgement that the soul has gone, and the body has become empty matter. The other big thing about them is their special Suit Magic, in which a symbol of one of the playing card suits appears somewhere on their body when they go though puberty. The different suits grant them different abilities, and the four suits have divided into factions which were once at war with each other. (Blood (hearts) is healing. Edges (diamonds) creates shield constructs. Blades (spades) is bolts of energy. And Fists (clubs) is bludgeoning-type weapon constructs.) However, Elves are now extremely isolated up in their mountains and tundras. Very territorial. People honestly sort of hate them cause they’re also a little bit specist.
H. invictus -- MONOS -- Mono stands for monochrome. Predictably, Monos are monochrome. Arcane albinism overwrites their natural skin tone, and instead turns them a sickly white color, tinted by their subspecies hue. Everything else on them is jet black, including their blood and organs. Or, it’s that same hue color. They’re really fucked up, honestly. They’re sort of supposed to be a mix between vampires and orcs. They’re an artificially created species, made via eugenics and dark magic. Their creators were aiming to make an unkillable army, and they sort of succeeded, but at the cost of prevalent genetic defects. Around 70% of the Mono population has some sort of disability, which really isn’t a huge problem. They’re more than capable of providing medical care and creating accessibility deceives like prosthetics and magic medicine. You can do crazy shit with technology these days! In fact Monos were engineered to be compatible with tech- oh their creators were fascist eugenicists who abused them and treated them like disposable garbage specifically because of the disabilities they themselves caused though carelessness and forced inbreeding? Well. Alright. Not how I would have done it but... Anyway, long story short, the Monos pulled a 180 at some point and broke free of all that shit. Because they’re sort of a genetic mess, they have really great healthcare out of necessity. They’re the most technologically advanced species on the planet rn, but all of their scientists are engineers and doctors, not warriors, so they’re at constant risk of being annexed by Humans. Monos also have a very low fertility rate, so the percentage of whole-blooded Monos is going way down. They’re close to being endangered at this point. Luckily, some guy figured out how to grow babies in tubes but that’s a story for another day.
H. unicus -- DOWNDEEPERS -- Ok, Downdeepers are just all the miscellaneous designs I came up with that didn’t make sense as one of the other species lol. They’re the decedents of the people who fled to the newly-formed Downdeeps cave system, which is a global system of caverns that goes really fucking deep underground. The high concentrations of magic there cause Downdeepers to mutate rapidly. No two of them are the same. They all just live in tha caves... hell yeah...
The last human species are the CHIMERAS, which are really just the people who are a cross between two or more species. They were rare at first, but they had a population boom after global travel was reestablished (somewhat, anyway).
There are a couple other inorganic races I could talk about but I’m gonna leave it there. Yeah nobody asked for this but I hope you thought it was neat. I am honestly really proud of this world I think it’s cool as hell : ) yeah. And if you’re wondering how all the species can be cohesive despite their ancestors being isolated in different parts of the world (specifically Ogres, who live on every continent and don’t have a common ancestor), that’s because of some meta shit that has to do with how magic and human will interact. Collective subconscious shit. And that would take like 3 pages to explain so like. Just go with it for now lol.

Writeblr(?) Introduction
Hello! My name's Mikhael, I'm 20, generally summarise myself as an artist, and I've got a heap of story based peojects in different formats that I'm working on. Most of them aren't directly text-based, so I hope other writeblrs don't mind me shuffling in with my webcomic plans and what not...
About me
My favourite colour is orange and I see self-serve desert places as a personal challenge to eat enough chocolate for the next month. I really like science, both the factual side and the cool aesthetic and sci fi potential side. I'm in love with Solarpunk, which is a broad genre/movement? About looking after everyone in society, looking after the planet, and having a pro-active, optimistic approach to the future. Also the visuals are really pretty. So while almost none of my works are planned to be outright centered around Solarpunk, there'll definitely be a massive influence in the themes, designs, and world building in my projects.
I'm queer and disabled, and I have a lot of struggles with mental illness, dissociation, physical pain, I'm autistic and I've got ADHD. My disabilities have long time made it incredibly hard to work on my projects, to communicate with people, to remember things, or to see something through. So, my goals have been to work with these problems to be able to do what I want, even if I have these things making it difficult. That said, there's a big chance I'll drop off the face of the earth at some points, take forever to respond, or be a bit all over the place.
What I do
The projects I have ideas for or partly planned, or slightly started, include comics, videogames, 2D animation, a couple of novels and some short stories, and even some musical-style pieces that are basically short animated films with music and lyrics to tell a bit of a story. There might be stuff I'm forgetting. So, not everything I work on it necessarily going to come under the writeblr umbrella, but a lot of it is going to overlap.
I'll do digital art a lot, mainly painting style, but I also do drawings and pixel art sometimes! I'm building up a portfolio of a wide but organised range of styles and such, it's been a lot of fun learning new things in the process. I also do traditional art, mostly drawings and ink works. I do some painting too, mainly watercolour and some acrylic. I make small clay sculptures, too! And I'm sort of getting into small scale metal work. I can do some 2D animation, but only frame by frame stuff because I don't have software that lets me generate inbetween frames. I can play piano to a point, and I've got one song composition to my name. I'm kind of learning 3D modelling/animation and also how to make games with Unity. It's going... slow. I write fanfiction, in theory. I have this one Pokemon fanfic that's been without updates for a few years, but I'm just not in a place to work on it right now, so that's on hold. I've mainly got a bunch of little snippets and dot points for different fics apart from that.
Some of my projects
My main creative baby lately is COLOURS, which is on hiatus but getting more developed in the background. It's a webcomic about a world that's in greyscale, where the apocalypse, having been slowly encroaching as of late, is beginning to accelerate.
My main fanfic is called Like No Other, it's a pokemon fanfic. It's basically a rewrite where I focus on the plot as if it were part of one big arc with an end game instead of an ongoing, may never end series.
A novel I'm planning is called Walk With Me to Our Goodbyes; where a young man struggles with pressure, stress, loneliness, and slowly learns to make connections, use healthy coping mechanisms, and finds enjoyment in life again.
Those are my main three right now. I have a bunch more, a bunch a bunch. Tens. But they're not at the top of the priority list so I'll leave them alone for now.
Some of my OC's
Gemma Faringway- the main protagonist of COLOURS.
Tumblr media
Puppet - I'm only in the early stages of planning for the story she's in, but I love her so much I do a lot of art with her
Tumblr media
Pyke - they're the first original character I made! They're a super silly and goofy person that likes to annoy people a bit. They're pretty straight forward in general, but they also can be really deep- they have a lot of questions about who they are- not just their identity, but their history, origins, and future. They'll be part of a story I'm still planning, but like Puppet I enjoy finding ways to work with them in the meantime.
Tumblr media
Well, that's all I can think to add to this. I'll probably post some of my short writing pieces on here tomorrow, maybe make a page for my WIPs. In the meantime, thanks for checking this out! I'm super interested in connecting with some other creatives, and I'll be def checking out the people that reblog this!
Ah, the person that's inspired me to kinda join in on the writeblr community is @pens-swords-stuff , thank you for enriching the community so much!

The Admins
This blog was created by two crazy writers! Here we are…
Carole aka @padfootagain (little bio written by Jenna) :
Carole is your go-to person when you need someone to talk about your ideas to. There’s no other person who gets so excited about them and makes you excited as well. Being very sweet and silly and lovely, it’s easy to befriend with her. Her title Queen of Fluff is not a lie; she’s a genius when it comes to writing fluff! It’s her main genre but she writes about other topics as well. Her fandoms go to the ends of the galaxy and back, from Star Wars and MCU to Potter and Ben Barnes’ characters. She is full of love and supporting everyone as the lovely person she is.

11/11/11 Tag Game!
I got tagged by @joyful-soul-collector, @tracle0 and @mousestache but instead of making three seperate posts, I'm going to squish them all into one really long Mega Post.
@joyful-soul-collector's questions!
1. What is your favorite OC quote? : "Time's getting shorter. The elite get cockier, and more sure of their own positions each day! Are we going to let them, or are we going to show them that we won't be stomped over?" -- Rowan DaSilva. (I'm actually really proud of that one tbh.)
2. What’s your favorite font? I really like Times New Roman. Not really sure why.
3. Which OC has the saddest backstory? (or the least happy?) All of them. But if I had to pick one, I'd say Sierra and Kezia.
4. Which OC has the happiest? (or the least sad?) Adrian Ross.
5. What’s a vague spoiler for one of your WIPs? Death. I'm just going to leave that there.
6. Do any of your WIPs carry the same themes? What themes?
Quite a few of them have independence/freedom a main theme, along with (platonic/familial!) love.
7. What are your favorite character/situation tropes? Edgy girl meets equally edgy partner. *cough* Juliette and Kez *cough*
8. What do you like most about yourself? My sarcastic sense of humor.
9. Which on of your ocs is your favorite character to write? Hmmm. That's a difficult one. But I really like writing for Rowan and Adrian.
10. What is the longest you’ve ever written for?
Longest time in a single sitting? Or longest time staggered over more than one day? Or longest as in amount of pages?
The longest I've written in a single sitting was like two and a half hours, and the longest over a period of time was a good four months or so. The longest amount of pages I wrote was like, 70 or something.
11. Favorite food? Stuffed shells! (sO gOoD)
______
@tracle0's  questions!
1) What’s the first book you remember reading? -
Definitely the first Magic Tree House book was the first book I remember reading. (I think it was called Dinosaurs before Dawn???? I don't remember the title exactly, but I remember loving it.)
2) What’s the first book/story you remember writing? The first story I remember writing was this thing about dragons, but other than that, I can't really remember much about it. 3) What’s a piece of media (book, series, film, whatever) that you go back to when you’re sad?
Definitely any of the PJO books. 4) Can you draw parallels between your OCs and characters in published fiction?
Rowan is the only one that I can think of off the top of my head, but I'm sure as I develop the rest of my OCs more will come to mind. Although I draw inspiration for my characters from lots of things that I've read, I realized the Rowan has a lot of parellels to Enjolras from Les Miserables and Katniss from Hunger Games, but she didn't start out that way... or did she?
5) Think of an OC. Any OC. Now express their general mood in their story in one (1) emoji.
Rowan: 😤
6) What’s a plot point that makes you cackle when you think about it because omg it’s such good writing? Literally any of mine, because that's not really one of my strong suits, so whenever I come up with one I'm like: hA YES! *victory dance*
7) Have you ever done an Accidental Smart in your writing? If so, what?
Not really? I mean, I probably have, but I can't think of one.
8) What songs do you associate with your stories? Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Do You Hear the People Sing, Speechless by Naomi Scott. (That song reminds me especially of Radio Silence and Rowan in particular.)
 9) Are you better at dialogue or description? Description.
10) Have you ever gotten better at doing something because you put it in a story and had to research? If so, what?
For one of my fantasy stories I added archery in, (I already had a bow, but I didn't use it too often since we didn't have a target and my mom wouldn't let me make one since she was afraid the arrow would embed in the siding. (It did at one point) but that's not relevant or where I was going with this.) But I wanted to be as accurate as possible so I ended up going to an archery range and practiced about once every week or so.
11) Have you had a drink of water recently? Go on, drink some water. It’s good for you. Thank you for the reminder!

@mousetache's questions!
What’s your favorite genre to read ? Fantasy.
What’s your favorite genre to write ? Historical fiction or Dystopian.
Which OC is the most like you ? Honestly, I'm not really sure, but if I had to pick one, I'd probably say Kez or Adrian.
There’s always a little bit of an author in a person’s work. What piece of you have you left in your WIP ? My soul.
What is your go-to writing playlist ?
Basically any musical but then I end up singing along and getting distracted or movie soundtrack.
(If you prefer writing in silence, attach your favorite Vine !)
Are any of your OCs disabled ? Yes! I have one character, who is in a wheelchair and she's a tech queen and she's awesome and GAH I LOVE HER SO MUCH.
What is the most meaningful piece of writing advice have you received ? Write what you need to hear, because there is someone else who needs to hear it too.
What was your first venture in writing ? My aforementioned dragon story.
Angst or romance ? aNGST
Action-adventure or slice of life ? Action adventure!
What comment about your writing made you just grin ear-to-ear ?  I kid you not, literally all of them.
__________
My questions!
Favorite book?
What would your MC have to say about you?
Which OC are you least likely to get along with?
Do you have any fidgets?
If you could travel to one place in time, where would you go and why?
What’s the weirdest thing that inspired you to create an OC? Which OC was it?
If you could teach any class you wanted, which class would it be? (Real or imaginary)
If you could DELETE any book or movie from existence, which would you choose?
MBTI type?
What OC are you least likely to get along with?
Favorite song?
I'm tagging : @eternalvertigos, @kalis-scribbles, @mousetache, @nightmares-and-fireflies, @redaniels-writes, @tracle0 and anyone else who wants to play! Please don't feel like you have to do this if you don't want to! (Also if you don't like being tagged in these, PLEASE let me know and I won't tag you!)
