I think the single most annoying thing about learning game development for me is struggling with a simple problem and just not knowing the right syntax to use and then looking online for a solution and people have the absolutely most complex solution to that simple problem that probably could be done in a few lines if you knew the correct syntax.

YouTube tutorials are absolutely the worst offenders of this.
