dilemma (character) is totally like. a manifestation of the MANNEQUIN (group) girls hurt hearts (bar.. vampire and animal I guess lol? And U, iirc- all had off screen heart breaks.) and had to escape the mannequin stair hellscape to manifest to become real in MANNEQUIN (song(MQ)). It's why she appears as miku in the MQ mv, she is the singer of their songs.... Also they're in an idol group I'm pretty sure?? Also all maybe got hurt by the same guy which is incredibly funny
