Dragon Ball Headcanons: 17 and 18

17 and 18 are Texas raised Puerto Ricans who were delinquents at a young age. Before they joined Dr. Gero, they constantly stole food and vandalized property of all sorts. 17's bandana used to belong to his father, who passed it along to him. When Gero found them, their knowledge of being able to speak Spanish wasn't erased, instead more languages were added to their abilities. At times, 17 would tell 18 stupid childhood jokes in Spanish, but 18 wasn't fond of their stupidity and the fact that her brother found it funny. In the road trip to kill Goku, 17 would put 90's reggaeton at full volume before 18 turned it off and 16 played a nature podcast about types of birds.
