This was sent to Chaos last night.

I have no idea who sent this but I have a lot of words.

First off

Let's not call people derogatory words in our defense??? Wtf??

I don't know where the whole idea about Chaos grooming his partner came from, but knock that shit off. Those people are weird and copy us and our relationship with our fiance system but Chaos isn't grooming his partner. There just creepy to us.

I don't appreciate someone bringing up the fact that he has an abusive mother or whatever. We have an abusive mom too dude. Don't use that again someone.

The reason that this was sent is actually something that pisses me off.

Chaos, knowing that sugar was basically harassed for a month or two over his assault, is celebrating the fact that he was pushed into turning anonymous messages off.

I also wanted to point out that I don't approve of whatever the *hell* was sent to him last night. I understand they were angry though and why. I don't approve of what was said but I understand the anger cuz yeah

The only person that sent anything vile was that one very concerning message that was so horrific about sugar being suicidal, and it was so bad that he didn't even notice it was sent to him. VEX DID. Vex pointed it out. Because sugar was SO DISSOCIATED from the cortisol of being suicidal that it literally slipped by him when he was showing the anonymous messages. He was overwhelmed by the positivity and the kindness that he literally couldn't even physically bring himself to answer anything.

But celebrating this? Fucked.

I've taken a lot of BULLSHIT from chaos. But celebrating the fact someone was bullied into turning anonymous messages off by being told to commit suicide and he's a slut and get raped and shit??? It's not about you. IT WAS NEVER about you.

It's about people weaponizing his SA against him . Something you perpetuated. And continue to. I'm disgusted and I'm honestly beyond words that you're celebrating this kind of thing. Not one single person actually went to us in criticism of us. Not a single anonymous message or otherwise was sent to us SUPPORTING YOU FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR. everything was sent out of concern for him. DM and anonymous.

tbf it had already split on multiple occasions before but the doxxing happening within hours of important faces of the community mocking others for fearing getting doxxed after documented repetitive harassment towards an ex-mod was unfortunately the last straw for many people

It's sad, sad that the artist whose characters and work I liked so much, whose work was meant to help people with mental problems, was meant to comfort. I found myself in some of the characters. And now it turns out that this artist supported terrible things, was friends with disgusting people, although previously condemned them for their work! This comic helped me become who I am now, its contribution to my creative path is very significant, and now all this is destroyed.. I am very disappointed. I left the Sparklecare fandom 1.5 years ago due to the degradation of the comic and did not really follow what was happening there. But I could not help but notice this drama. I do not support the bullying of Kneeby and I understand that she has serious mental problems and she needs professional help and I hope that she gets it. Now Sparklecare will either be forgotten, or will be continued in comics by former fans (who are now actively redesigning the sparklecare/cometcare characters to no longer be associated with Kneeby), or the popularity around this comic will last until the drama runs its course. I will only remember the good parts of Sparklecare. I literally grew up with this comic, I was fucking 14 when I found out about it. Now I'm an adult, and the comic about rainbow anthro animals and their psychological problems is, unfortunately, behind me

i have been around sparklecare for a while now (since 2020) and i think that now after that whole.. drama or whatever the fuck this place has been the worst it has ever been in my opinion people are so toxic here i cant say anything without being argued with i tried to fit in but i know that both sides (anticare and procare) are both filled with horrible annoying and toxic people (not naming anyone specifically) ever since i came back ive been harassed, threatened, and insulted by multiple people and this fandom has been treating people horrible no matter what side no matter who says what its always constant fucking fighting i have left the fandom months ago ever since i have used this site less and less i made this whole account just for this but ever since kneeby and their shitty decisions this place has became a husk of what this place originally was for now i will be gone but possibly if this place gets better than it is now than i will think of coming back this was emi / vivian im sorry if i hurt you before but im leaving this fandom goodbye

Yes, DNI can just mean 'leave me alone for now' in some contexts (usually Discord in my personal experience) but the vast majority of the time when people use DNI on Tumblr it means 'do not interact with me, ever. I have rarely, if ever seen DNI to mean 'leave me alone for now' on Tumblr. Usually, if someone has DNI on their blog it is used to weed out people they don't want to interact with i.e: 'DNI if you are profic, support Taylor Swift' etc. Chaos has also stated he was leaving the fandom and didn't want to engage with Sparklecare before now too: '...please don't talk to me about sparklecare. i don't want anything to do with it anymore. i just want to be left alone. i've been mistreated by all sides and i just. want to be left alone. please.' Of course, some people would see him saying Anticare needed to stop interacting with him again recently and think 'Well, I guess I should block him/avoid his future posts since that's what he wants'. That's how Tumblr DNI works most of the time. If a blogger says 'do not interact if you like Warrior Cats, it is a racist, misogynistic series and I don't support it', and if you want to respect their wishes as a WC fan you either avoid them or block them to ensure you don't interact. If someone says 'leave me alone, i want nothing to do with you' and you don't know them well enough to pick up on the implied 'i want nothing to do with you for now', how will you know they don't actually want you to avoid them or block them? The post that (to my knowledge) people started blocking him over, opened with 'anticare and etc are no longer welcome to interact with me'. That reinforced the idea he wanted everyone to leave him alone to many people. I hope this does not come off as victim blaming, I'm just sharing my perspective on the situation. I understand everything you are saying, but it ignores the very first point i brought up in my post.

Chaos has a complex relationship with this community, because it HAS failed him multiple times in ways everyone hasn't seen. He leaves and wants nothing to do with it at times due to his PTSD, as this community has triggered that ZCP trauma multiple times (which has caused a fight or flight reaction A LOT.) However, you all are the only people who CAN understand him, that's WHY he keeps coming back. His trauma with the ZCP and Sparklcare is so complex that it is hard to get support from anyone else, especially when sparklecare/the ZCP was his only "support" for 8 years of his life. (which was close to none, but created a connection nonetheless.)

Also, I never meant to imply people wrong to block him or that Chaos was clear about his communication of what he wanted, I was just clearing up the misunderstanding. I'm sorry if it came off that I was accusing people in any way about that.

I'm not claiming people blocked him out of malice, but I am upset that people cannot be more understanding when i tell them Chaos miscommunicated or that he has an understandable reason for this push and pull with with this community. He was abused for 8 years, especially in the ZCP's group setting, where it felt like everyone was against him. He is literally unable to put his thoughts and feelings into words anymore, so he has an *extremely* hard time communicating.

I do feel a bit irked that, in response to us saying 'oh sorry, that's actually not what chaos wanted' people have gotten a little up in arms. If he was blocked out of respect, why not unblocked him to respect that it was a simple miscommunication? I'm sorry it was miscommunicated in the first place, yet if it really was done out of respect for Chaos wishes, why not continue to respect what he actually wanted?

I'm sure he can apologize for the miscommunication once he feels better, if that's what people really want. /gen

the person who messaged you about chaos was most likely jktech, if he had a screen recording of their dms. jktech is not only a hardcore defender of, but is also friends with confirmed (with evidence) predators and groomers, and goes on a harassment campaign against anyone who calls out/speaks badly on his predator friends, and makes a bunch of accounts to evade blocks. he has done this to chaos, and other victims of chimera/oliver/kittycorn/several others, and even went after minors who expressed discomfort with those people. jktech probably saw that you had a bad history with chaos, who he dislikes because chaos was a victim to his predator friends, and took it as an opportunity to try and get you on him and his friends side as an "own" to the victims. so thats why he was downplaying the other victims experiences and saying it was all lies to you. please do not believe a single thing he is saying, he is a predator defender and victim blamer. i am sorry for what happened to you, and i wish you well - but just know this person is also a danger. stay safe

Im actually sobbing writing this, but why don’t they realize how much fiction does affect you? I sobbed seeing all the incestuous cream art as i heavily kin cream and a victim of csa/incest. I hate watching people ruin themselves with this. I darkshipped and almost killed myself. It sickens me so much to even see the art, but cream isnt mine, it’s kneebys. I also hate how some anticarers drew eve like decapitated. Thats some-ones favorite character, thats someone’s comfort character that they project on. Its not even the fact that its kneebys, its the fact that they think that drawing that character knowing its a self insert being shot/hurt is actually sickening. I honestly hate this whole situation, a fair chunk of this couldve been avoided if they talked, talked about her actual opinion of proshipping, talked about the people she had in contact. Not tagging this, but I would like to state I am no longer part of the sparklecare fandom and haven’t been for a few months now. Additionally, I do not associate myself with sparklecare nor anticare. Hopefully I have faded from the fandom’s eyes by now with the exception of a small handful of people. Sorry if anyone had followed me for that content before, it should be obvious I will no longer be making or posting content related to it anymore.
