lalala museum visit today
#smudgy posts#went out to a museum today w gf and we saw a lotta neat exhibits#thing that especially spoke to me was the pride exhibit ^^ the wall said gay marriage was legalized nationwide 10 yrs ago toda#**today#so her and i were real pleased as peaches seeing that LOL it was so sweet#they had pins & the first wedding outfits for the first gay couple & lesbian couple to marry in this state#i looked it up later and turns out it’s actually tomorrow the 26th but man. 10 years of nationwide legal gay marriage huh? :)#i remember being 12 overseas checking tumblr and seeing all the joy and cheer and even though i was still a kid and unable to celebrate#i was sooo happy ^^ now imagining me going back in time to tell myself then a decade later i’d be going to the museum w my gf#and squeezing her hand in front of the pride history display#idk :3 it made me think today about how even if stuffs bleak its nice to have victories like that where i can celebrate w a loved one 💖❤️#anyhow thanks for reading all this happy pride ^^ 💝💖❤️
