how did you make a multiplayer server in java? GOD i'm the opposite, i've never played java.. so im having troubles with how multiplayer works.. can u help me please?

i use apexhosting to host my server!! u just pay an amount each month depending on how many gb of ram you want ^_^ i think mine is 3 gb? they give you an ip and you can set up a whitelist if you want etc.. there's other websites that u can buy server hosting from but that's the one ive used for a couple years

Hello, everyone! I'm TheLegitStick, and I host the Blockbound SMP with my co-host Battlestaff. We have a professional inner-working and presentation, but down to the core, we're simply a group of good friends. If you're looking for a smaller sized community with lots of activity, you've come to the right place.

What to expect on our server:

• Vanilla Minecraft survival, with a long-running world and data packs for multiplayer (such as 1p sleep...) • A great community, as I strive to find the nicest and most humble people around of whom only want to play some Minecraft with friends. • A very strong server, supporting very technical builds with ease • A great discord with all the other members, keeping us all closer! • Great moderation work, although it rarely ever has to be done. • Polls! I host polls all the time to get community feedback on issues, updates, or ideas; expect to have your voice heard. • A stable mid-USA server host from ApexHosting •A small, up-kept whitelist of a MAX 25 players.

What we expect of you:

•Absolutely NO stealing, griefing, or mischievous acts along the destructive lines. Pranks, however... are another story.. • Community engagement! We want our members to be as friendly as possible, and as willing as possible to engage with others! This doesn't mean join the voice chat all the time, but it means at least interact in the server in some way. Show that you care! • Dedication. This server will be serious about pruning members who go inactive. The rules are subject to change because it will be sad to see someone go, but sometimes it's for the greater good. • Obedience when I or a mod are dead serious. There will be no disobeying of common sense rules.

Well, that one is quite simple! Simply go to our website here. Once you're there, scroll on down and join the discord. I'll let you use common sense from there on (to weed out some numbskullls early..?)

Additional Notes:

This server is at about 15 out of 25 members, so the chances of you being accepted are low if you're not fitting our personal criteria. Again, we're just a group of friends. No need to be all crazy about that. Also, we're starting our world on May 1st to give time for members to join, become acquainted, and allow time for seed voting and hype. Thanks! -Stick
