Apis Mercantile CBD ice cream sundaes?! 🍦What can be better than that! This is a super easy fruit compote recipe that you can add to ice cream, smoothies, yogurt or toast! And you just need two ingredients:⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ -1lb fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (we picked raspberries and blueberries) ⁣⠀ -2 tbsp Apis Mercantile CBD honey ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Add fruit to a sauce pan and keep on medium-high until the compote starts to boil. Once boiled, turned down the heat to medium and smash fruit with a fork. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes. We have THE best CBD honey granola recipe to get you through the week. To make this recipe you'll need:⁣⠀ -4 cups of rolled oats⁣⠀ -1/2 cup Apis Mercantile CBD Honey ⁣⠀ -1 1/2 cup silvered almonds⁣⠀ -1/4 tsp cinnamon⁣⠀ -1 tsp sea salt (fine grain)⁣⠀ -1/4tsp ground ginger⁣⠀ -1/2 cup olive oil⁣⠀ -3/4 tsp vanilla⁣⠀ -1/2 cup dried cranberries (or any fruit that you would like) ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a larger mixing bowl, mix the oats, nuts, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Stir ingredients together and then add the honey, vanilla, and oil. Stir again and put it onto your baking sheet. Use a larger spoon to spread it out. Bake for 35-40 minutes and stir halfway. You'll want your granola to be golden!
