Post-workout selfie and getting in my post-workout chocolate mint cookie #phormula1. Great outdoor workout, and even got sprinkled on. Today’s outdoor workout was @beachbody #turbofire and then a cool down walk to finish my 45 minute workout. Today is an awesome day of checking off all my to-do boxes on both my power list and #75hard (once I finish my water intake). I realized that when I was trying to do this before, I was setting myself up to fail because I kept too much chaos around me. So before starting this round I worked really hard to clear out as much of that chaos from my environment as possible and I can already tell a difference with just the amount of general anxiety I feel. First day waking up at my normal pre-holiday time of 4am... - - The mid-afternoon crash is hitting me hard! I hope I get used to it soon, because walking by my bedroom every time I hang up yarn... After a loss, I’m always reminded that life continues. - - This morning I woke up to a happy and healthy baby lamb. This weekend has been gorgeous for the Saint Louis area. This means I didn’t get as much dyeing done as I would’ve liked, but I got a ton of stuff done outside. - - My trees and boysenberries arrived Saturday morning from @starkbros and I was able to get all those planted. I chose a few apple varieties as well as cherries. I hear cherries can be tough, but figured I’d give it a go. Today my parents and I built a couple more garden beds. I also made headway on getting rid of some way overgrown wild roses. They are evil plants for sure.
