During quarantine, I've been prioritizing getting at least 8 hours of sleep daily. I ran my body into the ground pretty bad in 2019 and at the top of 2020 (swipe for evidence, not proud of this y'all 😕), so I've been using this time to allow my body to rest.⁠⠀⁣ ⁠⠀⁣ Sure, this season is arguably more busy than the previous season of life, however, sleep is something that's pretty much a non-negotiable. Creative time is also another non-negotiable. I have a TON of creative projects I've been sitting on for years, so I'm strategically planning time to bring those projects to life.⁠⠀⁣ ⁠⠀⁣ How about you Gram Fam?
