Oh, thank you so much! I've already had a wonderful week — I took a lot of photos, I got the highest grade for a year’s work on my final project, and yesterday at the bar I had some amazing infused drinks. So life is great, and it’ll get even better once I finish writing the text part of my graduation thesis. I even had time to do a bit of drawing for myself. So everything’s awesome! Hi Max! I’m doing fine, I hope you are too!

Well, most of my time is spent with my partner (another good thing about dating a professor, two months of vacation ahead of us!). He’s a sailboat fan and we’ve been working on one of his boats, fixing what needs to be fixed and all that (I literally had never set foot on a sailboat before being with him so don’t ask me too much about that lol). Once we’re done with that we should move back to our photography project but the weather is just too warm to be working in a darkroom rn.

Whenever I’m alone I try to take some time for myself which isn’t easy bc I’ve been anxious af lately. I mostly read or watch movies which I haven’t been able to do in quite a long while! I’m slowly picking up my stained glass tools, hoping to at least finish a couple of pieces this summer.

My birthday is coming up in two weeks and I’m fairly sure my partner has planned something because he won’t let me book anything for that weekend, very excited about it!!!

I hope your holidays will be fun, whatever you choose to busy yourself with!!

what's your favorite way of coming up with story ideas to write?

I will be real with you, 90% of the time the stories come up to me. Or more like tackle me when I least expect it and hold me down until I do something about it. (How unfortunate) (No I'm just kidding, but I can whine a little about all the ideas piling on top of each other at least)

When I do actively search for something to write, I usually seek inspiration in poetry. Grab the sentence or word that shook me the most and try to shape it into a story. I also think it's fun having my friends tossing me prompts or random words to get the gears rolling. All around great times!

Honestly, I wouldn't say no! I absolutely love fairy tale illustrations, and my graduation project is literally dedicated to that topic (I'm making a series of etchings based on symbols and imagery from fairy tales — visually, they do look a bit darker than watercolors or digital art, but still!).

So yes, I'm really inspired by this kind of thing.

I decided to make that sapphire is rich and that he has a backyard with a fountain. He invited ruby for a date to his backyard to enjoy the view of the flowers, the fountain, and the night sky. While sitting down at the fountain, sapphire asked if he could kiss her which she accepted. And I want you to imagine them kissing while sitting down in front a fountain, flowers with their color, and the beautiful sky with so many stars

i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping
