pov your ex held your collection of thrifted spoons hostage for over a year (not entirely his fault, they got mixed up in his things during a move and you did not realize it, though he did adamantly deny that he had them) and reached out to your roommate on instagram nine months post break up after being thoroughly blocked for several months just to ask if you were still roommates and then to very cryptically reveal that he had in fact found the spoons (among other, mystery items that he did not reveal and you also have no idea what they are) in his car that he had not driven for a year cause he decided to make the worst financial decision of his life and buy a tesla and then tried to coordinate a meet up to drop off said spoons and mystery items which you did not want but you do want your spoons so you told him to either mail it or show up to your place of work when you were not scheduled only for him to entirely miss the point and still try to see you, then you reveal that you do not want to see him so he finally says that he will put on his big boy pants and mail it (though him actually mailing it is entirely unlikely) and also aparently hes gotten a perm since the last time you saw him and it looks terrible

I present to you a stupid thought. For all of episode 1 we have been both shown and told that Edwin is NOT the people person in the Agency. However right away in episode 2 when they're summoned by The Cat King, Edwin steps forward and insists he do the speaking in order to handle this diplomatically. It feels strange because while Charles might not be subtle as Edwin says about Shelby later, he is better at talking to people and working with them generally.

My stupid headcanon is that Edwin heard the word "King" and knew his anti-monarchy bestie would be his absolute WORST SELF so he stepped in before Charles could get himself in trouble.

He’s a decent guy, one must say. He may ignore some things like valentine day or forget some things like your birthday or anniversary, but that can’t compare to his loyalty. Like COME ON, he protects you in battle for a reason.

On the topic of loyalty, he would do anything you told him to as long as it’s not harmful to you or his father. He loves you but sorry, his dad is one who cares for him from little, so he has his priorities.

And his second main priority is you! He will shower you with affection when given the chance, even in public! Though he will crumble when you return it, more so in public.

He’s not much on PDA more into words, but he doesn’t mind when given it. He’ll gladly accept those kisses, just.. Not too much when in public or he’s melting from embarrassment.

He’s only embarrassed if you initiate stuff to him, but when he did it to you? No shame.

He’ll sometimes appear and randomly take something from you or just pick you up and bring you to cuddle.

He’s like 7/10 after getting cured. His father is right. He IS a decent guy.
