The raccoon's eyes followed Pan's fingers until they reached his stomach, eyes widening as she poked at his plush tummy. He suddenly began reaching out yet again, but this time for her finger. Tiny paws wrapping around her finger, gently guiding it back down... until it was close enough for him to open his mouth and put it right between his teeth-

"Rocket."

Swiftly, the rodent shoved the finger away from his face. Placing his paws back in his lap as he tried not to meet Ichi's unapproving gaze.

She spent a few more seconds drying Nezumi, who's curious orange eyes landed on Pan. They wanted to say something, but they couldn't form the words. So they remained quiet until Ichi removed the towel, setting it aside so the android could take a seat right beside her.

"I assumed so, you don't seem like the type to do that anyways. It's good to keep busy, I hope whatever you're doing to occupy your time is fulfilling."

Loud footsteps began to descend down the staircase, prophesizing the return of the little angel. Ah, but before that...

"Oh! Come here real quick!"

Ichi pulled Nezumi closer to her chest, while she reached out and extended a hand to Pan from where she was seated. As if she was looking to shake their hand. Those mismatched eyes looked at her expectantly with a pleasant smile.

"Pspspspsps.!"

Like a silly little human eager to earn the attention of a stray cat, the plum-haired elf called out to her little angel friend. A hand held out in a wave while the other hid a small surprise behind her back.

Both the girl and her raccoon friend suddenly turned their heads to the sound. She had been chattering with the critter as they walked towards the forest until the sound had caught their attention.

Rocket immediately turned with a preemptive growl. Ready to ward off any unwanted strangers, animal or otherwise.

Lily on the other hand, tilted her head to the side as she gave a puzzled expression. Hmm? Was that aaaaaaAAAAA IT WAS HER EGG FRIEND-!

"CCCHHHHAAARRRRLLLIIIIIEEEEE!!!!"

Lily screamed their "name" as she bolted at them, tackling her Elf Friend into the ground with a hug. Luckily, the dirt beneath them was quite soft. That didn't stop the from feeling the body weight of Lily, who was no longer as small as she was before.

She’s been giving him lessons for quite a while now, and he’s getting noticeably better every time. He’s also getting more comfortable with sharing the bench with her - something she thought might take longer than just the once a week lessons they were doing.

Even though they only played together once a week.. she still couldn’t get him off her mind. It seemed like everything was bringing him to her mind. Not that she minded it of course.

But it did get to the point where during the current lesson, she turns to listen to him asking a question. And instead of listening and answering? All she can think of is how much she wanted to close that gap, to just kiss him. And kiss him she does.

Kiko grabs him by his shirt, pulling him the rest of the way and closing that distance.

Andrew had his hands closed together as if he had been holding something in them and was kinda turned away just in case they weren't the best with them. He was excited to show them the little friend he found nearby, he didn't want to freak them out.

"Birds? Oh, they're adorable! Especially the ones that are always up suuuuper early and singing all through the morning! Why do you ask" They ask as they tilt their head to the side.

Amai had a feeling about what was in Andrew's hands, and they were eager to see what kind of bird he was going to show them. Even if they were more of a rabbit kind of guy, they were quite the animal lover, and they would end up falling in love with it right away.

Oh, it was just a kid and a cat that she was holding. The cat didn't seem all too familiar, not that Nico had owned any pets. He could've sworn he had seen a cat or two walking past his house whenever he looked out the window, but this was the first time he seen this cat around. Nico slowly dropped down to one knee, to her level, and looked at the cat.

"Not that I'm aware of, it has a collar but no name..." He said as he looked at the collar. "Do you know where you found it?" He asked looking up at the girl in curiosity. He was more than willing to help find it's owner, or at least help take care of the cat until then.

"Excuse me, do you know who's cat this is?"

A little girl tugged on the hem of your shirt, hugging the mewing kitten to her chest with her other hand. She hardly had the chance to stray from her mother, but in her small dose of freedom, she came across the little animal. There was a collar on it, so she assumed it belonged to someone, but there weren't any tags on it to an address.

One of the prettiest and peaceful locations in Ecruteak city was the Bellchime Trail. Due to the tower itself and the other beautiful things to do in the traditional city, there were few that wandered to the trail, making it the perfect place for Morty to meditate and further train his clairvoyant abilities. Deep in his meditations, his Mismagius was keeping watch for him along with aiding him in his work, her voice becoming white noise for the ghost type specialist before she makes a cry signaling that someone was coming.

Expecting one of the monks, he cracks open an eye to greet them, only to be surprised to see a trainer. A chuckle leaves him. A challenger? Or perhaps someone else that was just looking for a lonesome place to pass the time.

"Oh? Rare to see someone else here. Tell me, what exactly were you looking for in this place?"

It was pretty rare when Rei got good news from La Primera. Normally, he was pretty hesitant to take on the assignments that she gave him, but for this, he was actually excited. Heading to the academy, he doubles and triple checks the notes that he has along with contacts for help in case they need it for excavation as he notices someone fitting the description enter the building.

"G-good afternoon, a-are you the archeologist that Geeta said was coming? I-it's good to meet you. I'm Rei, the historian working for the league."

Agni had meet their fair share of unwanted attention from people wanting games with them to people wanting their number. Except this time this person wants both games and their number—

Being asked about animals or anything involving animals was certainly a way of getting Gundham interesting in what was going on. Normally, he would say he was too busy to help with anyone, but he remembered how well Yuuki got along with the hounds of the frozen abyss (huskies), and he was curious as to where this was going to go. As far as he knew, Yuuki didn't have any pets or anything.

There were few things that were half as exciting as the prospect of a new transfer student. Withe the waves that the last one made, she was sure that this one from a different region would be a welcome addition to the academy, and she hoped that she would be able to help them on their educational journey.

Once the director left the new student in her care, Lacey gives them a bright smile, eager to show them around. "It's good to meet you. I'm Lacey, a second-year. I hope the two of us can get along, and that I can be of some help as you study and train here at the academy."

Mio had to refrain from 'ooo'ing and 'aaa'ing at every piece of beautiful jewelry in this store. Even compared to the ones she normally wears, these were just: amazing....! "Oh my gosh...which one should I get...? That bracelet is soo pretty.... and this necklace, too! But also these rings! Ahhh, I want to get them all...!!!"

Normally she'd compose herself a lot more to keep up the 'cool' demeanor she gives off as a model, but since she's disguising herself with a hat and sunglasses, she could just act like her real self. She was tempted to get so many things, but even a model as famous as her needs to be financially responsible!

If she couldn't choose, then what better way than to just ask the people who run the shop, themselves? That's when she locks eyes with the shy looking girl on the other side of the store. With a hop in her step, she approaches her with a smile.

"Excuse me~! I love a lot of the jewelry here, but I'm actually trying to have some self control for once and hold back, heh heh.. if you're not busy, I was wondering if you had any recommendations? No matter if it's a bracelet, necklace, ring...anything! Something that you think...would look nice on me, I guess!"

Hisai's assigned task was an uncomfortable one, isolated far beyond the reach of something they called a "shinobi barrier". These were a cloaking method so mysterious that it was a wonder they weren't considered outright magical — one moment, a student liaison had grabbed Hisai's hand in the middle of a mountain forest; the next, they'd stepped across nothing, a field of rippling air, and they were standing at the foot of a long and treacherous climb to an enormous torii gate. The very act of traversal was nearly enough to knock him unconscious. By the time he'd regained his bearings, the student had long vanished, leaving him to brave the stone steps alone. Past the gate, then past a barricade, was Gessen itself — an eight-sided architectural marvel somewhere between a cathedral and a supermax prison.

The instructions he'd been given directed him through a maze of stairs and passageways to the Elite Class's chambers. The elegant hall, bathed in traditional reds and more of that church-like ornamentation, was a sight to behold. The more his gaze wandered, the more incredible it seemed. To his right was what looked like a bar carved from blackest ebony. To his left were gargoyles and folding scrolls. Directly in front was a zen garden, carefully maintained in spite of it all. And was that a river he heard trickling through the room? What kind of educational institution were they running here?!

Most shocking of all? The place was completely empty — not a trace of students or staff. They must've been out on ninja business. That, or they were just that stealthy... Thankfully, it wasn't long before the crimson-sky'd work of art Gessen called an entrance door slid open.

"Oh!" cried a high, blindingly bright voice. "You must be that strategy guy!"

A short, stocky girl with her hair tied in a pair of long, thin pigtails practically skipped into the room. A bucket swung from her hand, and a rucksack shaped like a cartoon hamster clung to her back. But even though he'd been invited to a ninja school, Hisai's presence was supposed to be classified information. If she knew that, she couldn't be an ordinary baby-faced teen. There was no mistaking it: she had to be one of Gessen's five privileged Elites!

With his introduction to the military, Hisai was privy to a lot of new information. Stuff he had very vague hints about from his time on the internet but his new high ranking position left very few questions unanswered for affairs both civil and intranational. He's dipped his toes in the water with a few assignments here and there, but with the newest one, he'd be dealing with a recent... Issue that had been kept under wraps.

He's heard of the shinobis that were scattered around Japan, whether they be serving the public or running amuck in the shadows; the schools they were taught in and the special scrolls that each school had. As of late, though, according to the dossier that had been given to him, the scrolls for a few Good Shinobi schools have gone missing. There had been no camera footage of them being taken, nor of any suspicious activity that would pinpoint a potential culprit. Fingers were being pointed to the evil and renegade shinobis but with no evidence, there was little they could do.

To avoid the chaos, a chosen few outside of government officials had known of what was happening. Such few were a small class of shinobi within Gessen Girls' Academy. With the school till holding onto their scroll, there was reasonable suspicion that they might be the supposed culprit's next target.

Hisai knew his nerves was starting to get the better of him as he patiently awaited the group he was supposed to meet. In a strange way, he had gotten used to meeting and discussing matters like this along with people far more older and seasoned than he was. And meeting people his own age was very few and far between and knowing how accomplished the dossier said these shinobi were, he only hoped that he would be meeting their standards.

His goal was to, with the help of the elite shinobi class, help the school set up counter measures to make sure their scroll went untouched. The best case scenarios were either that they catch someone who might be behind the theft or the scroll went untouched. Worst case? Well.. That was easy.

The sound of the classroom door opening broke him away from his anxious fidgeting and soon he was turning with his posture straightened and his voice taut.

"Hi.! Are you who I'm supposed to be talking to.?"

She pouts a little though, she's hardly surprised. There were quite a few guys that were highly embarrassed by this sort of thing, though she didn't really get it when it was just a date. 

“Aww, sorry about that. Though, I'm a little surprised you have shame about it. I heard about you from the other girls, you know.”

While they wouldn't normally get annoyed with a guy, a lot of them were a little annoyed that they didn't get a client that would continue coming to them and went to Airi once more. 

“Hm… though, that's not important right now. Why don't we walk and talk to get to the cafe? It'd be nice to get to know each other on the way, right~?”
