give it to me on the daily!
✎ᝰ toji x reader
as much as toji hated to admit to things, he loved letting people know the ways you made him feel and what better way to admit his feelings for you than alcohol in his system.
He went out drinking with his friends for a couple drinks, his eyes felt so heavy and body felt like it was going to collapse.
It was a good thing Geto had called you earlier since he always knew before hand how much toji would drink.
“…like around twelve is good, we’re at the bar with like the thingy with the outside poster that says “enter if you dare” I think it’s for Halloween or something…so come when it’s time to pick him up.” Geto slurs, alcohol hitting him hard in the face already.
He would rarely go for a couple drinks, especially if it was with his friends, geto and gojo. Though, this week was kicking him in the ass so what better way to end the weekend off than with his friends and a couple drinks.
You got into you and got the car warm with the heater, holding you hands out while you start the car. Checking the time you realize it’s barely about to hit eleven so you get on the freeway and head downtown to the bar Geto mentioned.
Slowly pulling up to the gas station and parking your car, you step inside the store and buy some snacks for your boyfriend to munch on when you would pick up, not trying to get ready to hear his rambling. He would always get so hungry when he would go out to drink and begged you to make food or pull up to a fast food restaurant.
Walking over to the door to the bar you can hear someone whistling in you direction behind you and hear them screaming names at you, getting cat called pissing you off with the way how nasty guys could be. As soon as you enter you could immediately hear the loud laughs of familiar men making you smile.
“She even got me these cute black Uggs for this cold ass weather, I was ‘gonna wear them today but I didn’t want any…beer on them. And don’t even get me started…” toji hazily said, cutting himself from talking when he drops his fry that you were standing a few inches from.
He quickly looked up after realizing who’s shoes those were since you would always wear them with your gold anklet he bought you for your birthday.
He gets up from his seat while Gojo continues with his rant , automatically towering over you, looking down at you with low red eyes and a sly grin placed on his face, “Nice to see you..my sweet girl,” he gives you a passionate kiss on the lips, “did he call you again?” He asks, his hands holding onto your love handles.
“I think we both know the answer to that, you having fun?” You question, tilting your head while you bat your lashes up at him. He slowly nods, making you giggle at his slow demeanor.
“I’m fucking ready to leave, do you mind if we drop off the guys first?” He slid his hands off you and clamps his hands together, with a pout look in his face.
Reminding you of a little boy.
“Well of course, don’t want them to crash either,” you slightly laugh but then stay serious, looking at them you see them still rambling about work,“you guys ready to go already ?”
Heading out the bar, toji’s arm was wrapped around you for support so he wouldn’t fall and it seemed pretty impossible since his body weight was insane, muscles taking up most of his body weight.
Placing him down on the passenger sea, he mouths a small thank you and pulls himself off the seat to give you a hug. On the other hand, as soon as the other two boys entered the car, they knocked out the minute they felt cushions. You look in the backseat, watching them drool in their sleep.
Driving towards Gojo’s house, you feel a pair of eyes on you without having to look. Pulling out the bag full of snacks behind your seat, toji’s eyes lit up and grabs the bag once you pulled it out in his direction.
Fucking knew it.

Treat You 6
Warnings: dark elements, noncon, violence, abuse, other dark elements. Proceed with caution. (Tall!reader)
Note:Please let me know what you think as it helps me a lot with ideas and I love interacting with you all.
Part of The Club AU
You rub your arm as you stand to the side, waiting as Peter pays at the till for the two bags worth of groceries. The easiness of his transaction, the casualness of his snack spree, needles in your head. You never walked the aisles without a specific number and strict list of necessities. He strolled around, offering to buy you any sweet snack that stuck out to him.
You refused it all. You already feel like too much. The way you tower over him and lope around after him like a strange shadow makes you want to wilt away.
As he gets his receipt you grab the bags from the end of the till. Peter startles you as his hand wraps around yours and you flinch, facing him.
“Sorry, I wasn’t… I was trying to help–”
“I’ll carry them,” he insists, “please, you’re my guest. You don’t have to carry the bags.”
“I don’t mind,” you say but let him take the groceries. You’re embarrassed by your misplaced courtesy.
“I know you don’t mind, but I do,” he says, “Aunt May wouldn’t like me making a pretty girl do all the heavy lifting.”
You dip your chin down, “right.”
“Well, let’s go,” he steps past you, “i hear my Switch calling us.”
You trail after him and wring your hands. You peek over at the tills as you pass. You’ve never been in this place before. It’s too overpriced for your pockets.
“Switch?” You wonder as you follow him through the automatic doors.
“Uh yeah, the system?” He explains, “man, you’re gonna love it. It’s so much fun. We could do some practice rounds before everyone gets there.”
“Sure, I guess,” you agree as you cross the parking lot.
“Don’t sound so excited,” he teases as he reaches into his pocket and pulls out the keys.
“Sorry,” you mutter.
“Kidding,” he says as he puts the bags in the backseat, “trust, this is gonna be hype.”
🪻
Peter leads you up to a small two-story house. It’s a lot nicer than your father’s apartment. The walls aren’t peeling or stained and the floors are clean. You stop just inside to remove your shoes as he does the same, the bags on the short bench against the wall.
“Peter?” A voice precedes the appearances of an older woman, her dark hair wavy and woven with strands of silver, “you’re back. I didn’t think I’d catch you before Denise got here– oh,” she stops short as she sees you, “who’s this?”
Peter lifts the bags and introduces you. You give a tiny wave as you stay by the door, “this is my Aunt May,” he explains as he sidles past her.
“Oh, honey, please come in,” she beckons you closer, “I’m just on my way out so you won’t need to worry about me.”
“Uh, alright,” you clasp your hand around your elbow as you shuffle forward.
“My, you’re so tall,” she remarks, “like a model.”
“Um,” your cheeks and ears burn, “not really.”
“Can I get you something before I go?”
“May, I got it,” Peter calls from an empty doorway, “stop trying to scare my friends away.”
“I’m not scary,” she giggles, “please make yourself at home.”
She smiles and flits through the door, “Pete, I’m gonna stay at Denise’s so you guy will have the house to yourselves. When I get back, I don’t want a mess.”
You hover just outside but quickly retreat. You wouldn’t want to eavesdrop. As you turn on your heel, you hear her lower her voice to a whisper, you only catch a single word, “cute…”
“May,” Peter groans loudly in response and you make an effort to block out their conversation.
You stand at the bottom of the stairs, too anxious to explore further. You look around at the pictures on the wall; Peter and his aunt on all sorts of adventures, him with some sort of school award, and hand-painted welcome sign just inside the entryway.
“Anywho,” May trills as she appears again, “I’m on my way.” She steps into heeled boots and looks over at you, “it was really nice to meet you, honey.”
“Um, you too,” you murmur.
“Have lots of fun,” she says loud enough for Peter to hear.
“Mayyyyyy,” he drones.
“Fine, fine,” she cringes, “bye.”
She turns, snatching her purse up from the bench and scurries out the door. You stand in the silence left by her departure. You hear Peter in another room moving around. You clasp your hands together and bob on your heels.
“Hey,” he startles you, “come on.”
“Oh,” you turn and follow him as he waves you through the doorway.
You pad through the front room and turn through another door into a kitchen. He has several bowls filled with chips. Your stomach growls at the sight and you press your palm to it, trying to quiet it.
“Hungry?” He chuckles as the rumble fills the lull.
“I’m good,” you insist.
“Sorry about May, she can be so embarrassing.”
“She’s nice,” you say.
“Yeah, she is,” he agrees reluctantly, “she just… likes to make a big deal.”
You nod and weave your fingers together then pull them apart, “can I help with anything?”
“Uh, sure,” he looks around, “we’ll be hanging out in the basement so you could bring some of these down,” he gestures to the chips.
“Sure,” you step closer to the counter.
“I’ll show you where,” he takes two bowls and you do the same, “I forgot to ask, what do you like to drink?”
He turns and leads you into the hallway off the kitchen, down to a door behind the ascending staircase. Beneath, is another set of steps that turn at a ninety degree angle. He lets you go first.
“Water is fine,” you say as you descend.
“Water? I mean… do you like beer or–”
“I don’t drink,” you say a bit too tersely. “Sorry, I… no, I don’t drink.”
“That’s cool,” he replies, “I got koolaid or soda.”
“Thanks, um, I just… I don’t like alcohol.”
“Yeah, fair, my friends are big drinkers, I’m not much into it.”
There’s a folding table set up against the wall. You put the chips there as he does the same, brushing close before he backs up. You look around at the furnished basement; there’s a sectional and two armchairs, gathered around a large screen television and a bunch of accessories. You feel small, a peculiar sensation for you.
“I’ll go grab everything else, why don’t you get settled in?” He suggests, “oh, and you’re welcome to dig into the snacks. You don’t have to wait.”
“Thanks, I’m good,” you smile and turn to pace around, reluctant to do anything more than look. You’d hate to make a mess of it.
“Right,” his voice is flat, almost disappointed, “I’ll be back.”

Now that I'm on the verge of officially leaving (read: supposed to be graduating, highly likely to be failing) university, I feel it is only fair to share with you all some of the best (/s) accessibility moments that I have experienced over the last 3 years in this godforsaken place.
Let us begin:
Every. Single. Lift. Is. Different. There were at least 3 different "hold button to work" lifts in one building and two of them were consistently broken.
The main/most reliable one was broken for half a term and they didn't even so much as put up a sign to notify people.
Another takes you down half a flight of stairs. The door release buttons don't work. The up button doesn't work inside of it. The down button doesn't work to call it. More than once I had to get out and struggle up the stairs just to reach into the lift and control it from the outside. Absolute nightmare. This is the only accessible entrance to a certain classroom. Every other entrance is endless staircases.
Why are the lifts DIRECTLY at the top of the staircases and behind a set of heavy pull doors. This does not seem safe.
The library was made into a partially one-way system after the initial covid lockdowns. The front door was automatic. The exit door was not until about 2 months ago and had not 1 but two heavy pull doors that had to be opened. And it was broken for the longest time before that.
Someone tell me why to get to the "accessible" entrance of one of the classrooms I genuinely had to leave the building, go around to the other side and wait to be let back in in the rain because students can't access the door from the outside. Feel like this is one of those rare times I would have rejoiced at the "push to work" lifts. This is a computer suite.
One of my lectures was in an art lecture hall down two very steep staircases. The disabled entrance is outside (again), behind the exit staircase, and is not very clearly signposted at all.
Also on point 7, apparently (!!), the damn thing routinely gets stuck?? A passing lecturer had to open it for me then spent about 15 minutes on the phone to maintenance to report it AGAIN.
STOP PUTTING MASSIVE PROJECTORS IN THE ONLY WHEELCHAIR SPACE IN THE WHOLE ROOM. THEY ARE TWICE THE SIZE OF THE WHEELCHAIR AND IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE.
They've been restoring one of the oldest buildings now for 2 years. Which is great- it's a gorgeous building- but the scaffolding cut off a lot of access, including the main, most wheelchair accessible doors, and the car park that can be used to be bypass the uneven pavements.
Bikes chained and left on ramps that VERY CLEARLY state not to leave or chain bikes there
The PCs that were specifically supposed to be given up for disabled people, and were kitted out for people with various disabilities, never had keyboards. Just a monitor, a mouse and a tower. People used to unplug the keyboards when they thought they weren't being used and put them in different PCs. God knows why.
Disabled bays are not reserved bays. They are not extra bays for security cars, or buses, or the grounds keeping truck. They are disabled bays, for disabled people. Use one of the other 150 spaces available on campus. Leave our 4 alone.
Also just making university students pay to park on campus is evil. What do you mean they can't even use the car parks until 5pm. Lectures start at 9am! Not everyone lives on campus!
Wide open cupboards in the narrowest of hallways.
One of the disabled bathrooms is behind an incredibly heavy rolling folding door that keeps falling off its tracks so it doesn't close properly.
Tiny triangular disabled bathroom on the opposite side of the building to the lift, despite the "regular" bathrooms being next to the lift. Had to partially fold my chair to get the door to close.
People congregating on the only ramps to leave the building, chattering away, then getting pissy with me when I ask them to move so I can actually leave. There are no loitering signs for a reason, people. Read them.
#not included on this list are the many flocks of pigeons I have battled over the years#they're just little guys minding their own business#and at least they have the common sense to move when I get within a feather's length of them#we have developed an understanding#I stay out of their way and they stay out of mine#disability#accessibility#inaccessibility#disabled student#university#uk universities#wheelchair user#swearing#caps

Whumptober 2023: Day 21 - Found family
Warnings: child abandonment, grief
Word Count: 1.8k (gif not mine)
Summary: Clint leaves to find a person from his past, surrounded by the family he created.

2013
NEW YORK
“Can you find someone for me?” Clint asks Tony, looking around the room, and the technology it holds.
He can’t help but touch the screens and play with the holograms as he waits for Tony to reply.
“Can you pass me the copper wire?” Tony asks.
Clint hops up on the bench and throws it to him, his aim true.
“I can find anyone, if they want to be found, and even then, likely I can find them if they don’t want to be,” he answers distractedly.
“Can you hold this here?”
Clint hops down and pushes on the wire, analysing the circuitry and frowning.
“You’ve wired it wrong,” he surmises, pointing with his other hand.
Tony swears and rubs his face.
“How long have you been up for?” Clint asks, a pinch of worry for his friend and his insomniac ways.
Tony looks up and glances at the time.
Jarvis answers for him, “twenty six hours.”
Clint swears it’s sounds almost disapproving.
“What are you trying to do?” he asks, knowing that until the project has reached a satisfactory conclusion, there’s no way Tony will stop.
Rubbing his forehead, Tony shows him the circuit board connected to the towers alarm system, and automatic controls for system lockdown.
Clint frowns.
“Has there been any attempts to get in here?”
He doesn’t understand why Tony was upgrading the already functioning system.
He shakes his head.
“No, but I just..” he pauses.
“Who do you want me to find?”
Clint ignores him and without words helps, correcting the circuitry then placing the upgraded board into Tony’s hand.
“You know, if you get sleep, these things become easier,” he grins.
Tony rolls his eyes, the lower limbs of the suits attaching as he flies to the control box outside and installs the board quickly.
There’s a quick glow, and a light force field covers the tower before disappearing again.
Clint didn’t realise how big the project was, and smiles as Tony returns.
“Come get some food,” he prompts, holding the door open as the legs come away and he reaches ground again.
Tony obliges.
Heading to the kitchen, Clint explains about Gus.
The ex-carney, convenience store owner that stayed close to the circus and protected Clint from future foster homes and set him on the path of this life.
There’s some hesitation in the way Tony replies, and Clint doesn’t quite know if he should have trusted him with the story.
“Why do you want to see him again?” Tony asks, handing him a Stark-Pad.
Clint hesitates, feeling judged in the moment.
“I want to tell him about Barney, maybe just check that he’s okay. Thank him I suppose?”
He doesn’t know, not in any way he can put into words.
Tony is uncharacteristically quiet, before he takes the stark-pad off of Clint and opens up a data base, taking time, he seems to hack into some sort of data base.
It takes him a minute or so, before he hands the tablet back.
“He’s still in Iowa, Cedar Rapids, last known address was near the Prairie Park Fishery,” he pauses, “we can go now if you want?”
Clint stops in his tracks.
“What?”
Tony points upwards.
“Two hours, we can go there now if you want?”
Clint nods slowly.
“Yeah okay,” he says impulsively, “let me just send a message to Natasha, and let her know.”
Tony shrugs, “sure, I’ll be up at the hanger, if you ask Steve it will be a party.”
Clint decides on calling Natasha, feeling a slight urgency on getting going.
“Hey,” she picks up, after a beat.
“Hey,” he answers.
“I asked Tony to find Gus and he found him in like five seconds. He asked if we wanted to go visit, and I’ve said yes,” he says quickly.
“Doyouwannacome?”
Natasha takes a second before responding, and then tells him she’d meet him at the hanger.
He smiles. It’s like a road trip with his friends, something they’d do at the circus.
It’s seems somewhat fitting.
Picking up the phone again, he calls Steve.
“Hey man,” he says as the phone clicks over.
“Hey,” Steve replies.
“Natasha and Tony and I are going on a bit of trip to see an old friend I have in Iowa. Do you want to come?”
“When?” Steve asks.
“Now?”
Steve takes a moment and then agrees, Clint thinks he can hear the change in his tone, a small amount of pleasure at being invited.
“Come to the hanger when you can,” Clint tells him, “we’ll be waiting.”
.
The trip to Iowa is an exchange of stories. Clint starts by telling the story of Gus and how he taught him magic, he shows the others a trick and then produces a coin from Steve’s ear.
Much to his delight, Steve replicates the trick and produces two coins.
Tony, not to be outdone, produces two coins and a card.
Natasha bursts out laughing.
“You’re all magic nerds,” she says, joyfully.
The rest of the trip they try and outdo each other, Natasha taking the lead in flying the plane as they all show off random magic tricks, and teaching each other the ones they don’t know.
She gives them a ten minute warning and looks back to see Clint smiling, a true smile that had been so rare from the events of New York to learning of his brothers death.
She hopes this is positive and that Gus is the man Clint believes him to be.
Otherwise, she might kill him herself.
.
Clint knocks on the door.
Alone now, he wishes he hadn’t been so adamant to do this himself. He’d left Natasha with the others in the plane, promising to be back soon.
The anticipation feels heavy as he hears movement in the house and he hopes Tony was right in the address.
The door opens slowly, and Clint smiles lightly.
“Hello,” he opens, “I don’t know if you—“
“Clint?”
The door opens wider, revealing Gus, now older but still the same man.
“Hi,” he says shyly.
“Clint!”
He pulls him into a hug and Clint feels himself sink into it, feeling like a kid again.
“Come in,” Gus asks, ushering him through the door.
“Can I get you anything?
Clint doesn’t get a chance to answer as Gus disappears into the kitchen and returns with beer and a bottle opener.
He takes it and opens them both, offering it to cheers which Gus does with a smile.
“Clint,” he says, almost in reverence.
“How are you?”
“I’m good,” Clint replies, not sure what to say.
He came here to say that Barney was dead. To thank him for helping him when he was a child, to pointing him in the direction of the military.
“I — wanted to find you,” he starts.
Gus stands, finds an album on the bench and hands it to Clint.
“Open it,” he gestures.
The album has photos, some articles from the circus, pictures of Clint he’d never seen before, gently he turns the pages, emotion welling inside.
He can’t speak.
Gently touching the photos, he sees himself holding the bow and arrow as a young boy, stance strong and gaze focussed.
“That’s my favourite,” Gus says, watching Clint carefully, “you had such natural talent from the get go, and even if archery didn’t get you famous, I think you would have been a fantastic pickpocket.”
Clint huffs a laugh, turning the page.
“And now you’re an Avenger?”
There’s clippings from the paper from the last twelve months.
Of Tony, Steve and Thor, of him and Natasha. Articles and pictures.
Clint thinks it’s one of the kindest things someone has ever done.
He smiles.
“I’m just a human, amongst superhero’s, metal men and gods,” he laughs, starting at the start again to take the photos in.
“Maybe it’s what they need, to keep them in line,” Gus retorts.
Clint stops at a picture.
Barney stands arms crossed with a smile as Clint does a handstand.
He stares at it, and forces breath.
Barney.
“He’s dead,” he whispers, taking the photo out, he shows it Gus.
“He’s dead,” he repeats again.
Gus hobbles over to sit with Clint, taking the photo and then handing it back.
“I know,” he nods, and hugs Clint in a side hug.
“He came here, a couple of years ago, asking after you, I showed him and told him you had gone into the military.”
He turns the page and Clint finds the picture of himself in uniform.
“He was so proud of you,” Gus tells him.
“I think he wanted to tell you.”
Clint can’t help it; he cries.
For the loss of his brother, for all the words left unsaid and the time they’d never get back.
“Do you think he knew I loved him?” he asks, voice as small as a child’s.
“Of course he did,” Gus nods.
He closes the album, and motions for Clint to follow him.
“Barney stayed here, for a little while at least, and drew some pictures. I held onto them, as I hoped— I wished I would see you again.”
He opens the door and pulls out some pictures from a drawer.
The pictures are of Clint and Barney as children, their faces small and chubby.
Clint feels the tears on his face as he furiously wipes at them.
“Your brother, he was complicated and could be harsh and I think he wanted to protect you but didn’t know how… You were both so young.”
Gus looks down.
“I think I failed you both but I did the best I could,” he admits.
Clint shakes his head.
“No,” he refutes, “you saved my life, probably Barney’s too. I came to thank you.”
Gus waves him off.
“Take them,” he tells Clint, “they’re yours, the album too if you want anything from it.”
Clint nods, finding the album, knowing what pictures he wants and the ones he wants to show Natasha, maybe even the others.
He sits back down, not quite ready to leave yet.
“I’m going to get married,” he confesses.
Gus looks up, his smile wide.
“Will you come?”
The nod and laugh is infectious.
“Of course, of course I will,” he agrees.
He sits back and takes a sip of the still cold beer.
“Tell me about her,” he asks.
.
The plane home is in darkness, as Clint shares the chocolate and pictures that Gus sent with him.
He tells the stories behind the pictures, prompting Steve and Tony to tell their own.
Natasha holds onto the picture of Clint and Barney and stares at it for a long time.
“He looks like you,” she whispers later.
“Remind me,” he tells her, “remind me to tell you the story behind that one.”
Natasha hands it back to him, and nods, bringing her head to his and pushing it against his.
“I’m proud of you,” she whispers, so the others can’t hear.
“It’s hard facing our pasts, and I’m glad it went well.”
He regards Natasha and all the history she has with facing her past; the good and the bad.
He nods.
“Me too, Nat.”

The Trio in The Smiler Queue
The trio waiting in line to go on The Smiler, what could go wrong?
...Multiple things actually, for one, Bex is scared of rollercoasters, the small ones are enough for her to handle. Secondly, Bex and Stacy have never been on a rollercoaster as intense as The Smiler, so they're both in for a surprise. Thirdly, Silly has already been on this ride multiple times in a row. So you can image Bex and Stacy's reactions when Silly tells them.
---
I know I just uploaded 2 days ago but I FINALLY got the motivation and energy to work on a piece like this! I've been feeling the case of "Missing Alton Towers Hours" so I used it to make this bit of art. I always wanted to attempt at what I call the "Gumball lighting effect" and that's basically just putting 2D cartoon characters into irl photos and making them fit in. Trust me, it is a LOT harder than it looks. I'm trying to improve in lighting as it is so I found this to be a fun but annoying piece to work on. It's not the best, but for a first attempt at stuff like this I'm proud of it nonetheless. Also I should mention too that the photo used for the background was taken by me!! And yes, I FINALLY GOT TO ALTON TOWERS LAST YEAR AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. My phone storage is begging to be put out of its misery from the amount of photos I took while over there but ANYWAYS. BEST 2 DAYS OF MY LIFE I TELL YA. All the rides there were so fun and some even surprised me more. Looking at you Oblivion. You made me nearly black out halfway through the drop. No shade to Oblivion though, bro was still really fun. But I gotta say that Galactica and The Smiler are my favourites, I only was lucky that I got to ride Galactica twice, considering how busy the park was (we went around the time school tours were happening which we didn't know about cuz different school system here) but I still thoroughly enjoyed the rides I managed to get on :]. Also yes it's canon the trio went to Alton Towers, I made these OCs i can do what I like with them and that includes making it canon they've been to a theme park I'm very normal about (not) XD
---
I think you guys now understand why I'm like this about The Smiler. I'm betting that either the main theme or the "Ha Ha Ha" variation is gonna be my most played track for 2024.

Why Commercial Elevators Are Essential for Modern Buildings in Bangalore
In a fast-growing urban hub like Bangalore, commercial buildings are not just taller—they’re smarter, busier, and more user-focused than ever before. Whether it’s a corporate office, shopping mall, hospital, or tech park, having the right elevator system is no longer optional—it’s essential.
This is where BG Elevators makes a strong impact. Known for their cutting-edge technology, timely service, and tailored solutions, BG Elevators is a reliable choice for installing high-performance commercial elevators in Bangalore that meet the needs of today’s buildings.
The Role of Commercial Elevators in Modern Infrastructure
1. Improved Efficiency and Flow
Commercial buildings deal with high foot traffic every day. A well-designed elevator system reduces wait times, avoids overcrowding, and helps people move seamlessly between floors—boosting productivity and comfort.
2. Accessibility for Everyone
Modern elevators are designed to be inclusive. Whether it’s employees with disabilities, elderly visitors, or clients carrying heavy equipment, elevators ensure easy and dignified access to all areas of the building.
3. Support for High Load Capacity
Unlike residential lifts, commercial elevators are built to handle frequent use and heavy loads. From large crowds to goods transport, they must be strong, reliable, and safe at all times.
4. Energy Efficiency and Smart Controls
Today’s commercial elevators use energy-saving motors, regenerative drives, and intelligent control systems that reduce power consumption. These features are not just eco-friendly—they also cut long-term operational costs.
5. Enhanced Safety Standards
The best elevators in Bangalore come equipped with safety features like emergency alarms, automatic rescue devices, overload sensors, fire-rated doors, and CCTV integration. These systems protect users and comply with regulatory standards.

How Tower Parking Systems Enhance Urban Real Estate Value

The Urban Space Crunch & Parking Woes
India's rapidly urbanizing landscape has given rise to a critical challenge: space scarcity. With cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Pune experiencing a steep rise in population density and vehicular ownership, traditional parking solutions are no longer sufficient. The mismatch between the number of vehicles and available land for parking has led to congestion, delays, and diminished urban livability.
In this evolving scenario, the need for intelligent, space-saving, and automated parking solutions has become more urgent than ever. Enter tower parking systems – an innovative and futuristic approach to vertical parking that maximizes space without compromising convenience. These multi-level car parking systems are designed to cater to dense urban regions, offering a scalable, efficient, and tech-driven answer to India's growing parking crisis.
This blog explores how automatic tower parking systems not only address urban mobility needs but also significantly enhance real estate value, making them a strategic investment for developers, architects, and city planners. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, Wohr Parking Systems is leading the transformation of urban parking in India, particularly with their tower parking system in Mumbai and other key metro cities.
What is Tower Parking and How It Works
What is tower parking? Simply put, it is a vertical, automated car parking system that uses the concept of stacking to park cars in multiple levels above or below ground. Instead of spreading parking space horizontally, tower car parking optimizes vertical real estate, significantly increasing capacity in a smaller footprint.
In a tower car parking system, vehicles are driven into an entry bay. From there, an automated mechanism – typically involving platforms, lifts, or robotic arms – transports the car to an available slot within the tower. The retrieval process is equally streamlined, ensuring that users spend minimal time parking or collecting their cars.
There are various types of tower systems, including:
Automatic tower car parking systems: Fully automated, requiring minimal human intervention.
Mechanical parking systems: Semi-automated or manual systems involving user assistance.
Stacking parking systems: Cars are stacked vertically, one above the other.
These systems are ideal for high-density locations and eliminate the inefficiencies of conventional parking. They also reduce pollution and energy consumption as vehicles do not circulate in search of parking spots.
With smart interfaces, safety systems, and modern engineering, automated car parking systems are quickly becoming essential infrastructure in urban India.
Types of Tower Parking Systems Used in India
In the Indian urban context, several variations of tower parking systems are in use. Each type addresses specific spatial constraints and user requirements. Below are some commonly used solutions:
Stacked Parking Systems: Cars are parked one above another using hydraulic lifts. Ideal for residential complexes and office buildings with limited space.
Multi-level Parking Systems: These include multi-floor garages integrated with automatic lifts and car-moving platforms. Suitable for commercial centers and public spaces.
Hydraulic Car Parking: Uses hydraulic cylinders to move platforms vertically. Known for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Puzzle Parking Systems: A grid-based system where platforms move horizontally and vertically to relocate cars.
Car Lifts: These vertical lifts are used in towers to transport cars to designated parking levels.
Smart Parking Systems: Integrated with app-based control, remote access, and IoT monitoring for improved efficiency.
India is also witnessing a rise in two-wheeler parking systems, especially in metro cities where bike ownership is high. As urban growth accelerates, these diverse options help city planners and developers meet the demand for compact, efficient, and sustainable parking.

The Benefits of Digital Twins in Urban Development

Cities are becoming more complex by the day, and digital twins are proving to be one of the most useful tools to manage that complexity. I’ve worked with urban planners, data scientists, and infrastructure teams who use these virtual models to simulate real-world systems and make better decisions. A digital twin in urban development is more than a 3D map—it’s a living model that reflects real-time data, predicts outcomes, and helps improve everything from transit planning to environmental health. In this article, I’ll explain how digital twins are being used across different areas of urban development and why they’re becoming a key part of how we design and manage modern cities.
Urban Planning with Real-Time Feedback
Digital twins allow planners to see how new projects will affect a city before any concrete is poured. With access to accurate, data-driven 3D models, teams can test building placements, traffic flow changes, and zoning adjustments with confidence. When Singapore introduced its national digital twin—known as Virtual Singapore—it gave urban designers a tool that could simulate how new developments would impact wind, sunlight, and traffic patterns across neighborhoods.
This kind of modeling eliminates much of the guesswork. If a new residential tower is expected to create too much shadow on a nearby public park, or if a new road layout would worsen congestion, the digital twin reveals those problems before they’re locked into reality. It allows for planning that responds to actual urban behavior, not just blueprints and best guesses.
Infrastructure That Knows When to Be Fixed
Managing city infrastructure is one of the most expensive and complicated parts of running a modern urban area. Digital twins make that job easier by showing how systems perform in real time. Water mains, power grids, and waste systems can all be monitored digitally, with sensors feeding data into the twin to flag problems before they cause outages or damage.
Cities that use digital twins for infrastructure see lower maintenance costs and fewer surprises. For example, if a pipeline is carrying more pressure than usual, the model can alert maintenance teams to inspect it. This kind of proactive monitoring avoids emergency repairs and extends the life of city assets. Instead of reacting to failures, city staff can prevent them entirely.
Smoother, Smarter Transportation Planning
Traffic is one of the most frustrating urban issues, and it’s not going away anytime soon. Digital twins help transportation planners model real-time movement across streets, bike lanes, public transit, and pedestrian paths. Using sensor data, historical travel patterns, and simulation tools, they can test out changes to signal timing, bus routes, and road layouts before making real-world adjustments.
This results in better decisions. A poorly placed bus stop or an overloaded intersection can cause chaos across a neighborhood. Digital twins let engineers test those scenarios virtually to find the most efficient option. Some cities are even starting to connect their digital twins with AI tools that optimize traffic flow automatically based on time of day, weather, or event schedules.
Disaster Preparedness with Real Simulation
Cities need to be ready for emergencies—whether it’s flooding, earthquakes, or power outages. Digital twins help emergency managers plan for these events with simulations that show how disasters would affect buildings, roads, and populations. Instead of using general risk models, they get to see how specific neighborhoods would fare under specific conditions.
This means evacuation plans can be tested and refined using actual city layouts. Emergency services can visualize routes, resource deployment, and shelter coverage with precision. If a city knows that a particular flood scenario would block access to a major hospital, it can pre-plan detours and secondary routes well in advance. That level of preparedness isn’t theoretical—it saves lives and shortens recovery times.
Environmental Monitoring at City Scale
Air quality, heat islands, noise pollution, and energy usage are all urban problems that affect quality of life. Digital twins provide a new way to monitor and manage these conditions across a city in real time. Sensors placed throughout the city feed data back into the twin, creating a constantly updated model of the urban environment.
City officials use this data to target improvement efforts. If a school is in a high-noise zone or a block has poor air circulation, mitigation strategies can be implemented based on facts, not assumptions. These actions might include tree planting, zoning changes, or new ventilation standards in public buildings. Because the digital twin updates as these changes are made, the results can be tracked immediately.
Giving Communities a Real Voice
When residents don’t understand what’s happening in their city—or feel like their input doesn’t matter—trust erodes. Digital twins help solve this by making development plans more transparent and interactive. A city can use the twin to show residents what a new apartment complex will look like or how a proposed road will affect foot traffic near local businesses.
Residents don’t need to interpret blueprints or technical drawings—they can view a model that looks like their street. That makes public input more informed and more useful. It also leads to less opposition during the approval process, because the community feels heard. When people can actually see the results of their feedback, collaboration becomes real.
Better Decisions, Backed by Data
One of the most useful benefits of digital twins is their ability to bring together data from multiple sources. Everything from public health statistics to building energy use can be layered into the model, giving decision-makers a full picture of the city’s operations. This supports choices that are grounded in evidence—not assumptions or outdated reports.
For instance, a digital twin might combine data on income levels, commuting patterns, and green space access to guide investment in parks or transit services. These aren’t just planning tools—they’re accountability tools. They allow city leaders to explain why a decision was made and show how it affects different populations. When every major city decision has a digital record and a simulated outcome, it's easier to manage long-term goals like sustainability, equity, and economic development.
What People Ask About Digital Twins in Urban Development
Simulate building designs and infrastructure layouts
Optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion
Monitor air quality, noise, and energy use in real time
Prepare for natural disasters with full-scale modeling
Improve transparency and public involvement in planning
Integrate data from multiple city systems into one platform
In Conclusion
Digital twins are no longer just experimental tech—they're practical tools that improve how cities plan, build, and operate. From better zoning to faster emergency response, these real-time virtual models allow urban teams to act with speed, precision, and accountability. As urban areas grow, the need for smarter planning grows with them. Digital twins meet that need by turning data into decisions and designs into actions, helping cities work better for the people who live in them.

And to find and act on these problems should be our Topmost priority, and that is where Tedra Automotive Solutions comes into play.
Population growth
According to the data and analysis, in most developed countries, around 70% of the population will be moving to urban areas in the coming future, leading to an increase in traffic. This requires essential solutions like hydraulic parking, mechanized car parking, or automatic car parking. Because even if there is an increase in population, there is not any increase in the space available.
And why are these parking solutions essential? Let’s see below
The Long Commute in Urban Areas
An average person in urban areas spends 50%-60% of their time driving or in the commute, which is unavoidable with such a growing business hub city. And 90% of these cars are packed which leads to an increase in traffic and unavailable space for car parking.
Parking Crisis
The parked cars occupy the space for more than 20 hours per day, this requires more efficient parking solutions to have more car parking availability in less space. Such parking solutions can be hydraulic parking which is a cost-saving solution in the long term, this type of parking solution can double your parking space giving more room to cars/vehicles.
But what if there’s even more shortage of space?
While Hydraulic Parking systems do save your space, there are other methods like tower parking and stackable parking for long parking hours yet very a shortage of space. There are innumerable solutions offered for parking but less awareness about it. The government needs to act on these solutions immediately. Even at Tedra Automotive Solutions, we offer efficient parking solutions to solve these parking problems in urban cities.
