A little about sewing

I made the whole plush in two evenings (with staying up late)

The easiest thing for me was sewing the head. The hardest — sewing together body and head

Of course, plush is not perfect, but it's my first time sewing since middle school owo"

And I'm not done :) Soon I'll make more. I'm planning Chosen (x2) and Purple :D

My cat doesn't like the plush much XD She's jealous that I'm gonna squeeze and pat the plush I think

We got a little bit of snow! That doesn't happen very often here so Glacier was very excited.

I love literally everything about their descriptions.

Especially Dark's. Dark's is so funny and adorable.

okay this is me rambling a little about ava11 specifically mitsi so spoilers

it’s not that i don’t like her. i guess. but i feel like im trying to force myself to like her which. well. that’s probably not meant to happen. but she is bland imo. don’t get me wrong i was sad that she died and i was sad to see how much of an impact she had on vic(and agent) before her death but also like. arugh she died just for his progression and ppl have already talked abt this but yeah this is a generic storytelling path to go on

i think she was made to be really well liked. like she was made under the impression that the audience would adore her and a lot of ppl do. it’s just that like. she doesn’t have any traits. she’s just nice. she’s just here to progress vic’s character.

which! would’ve been fine actually which would’ve been great if not for the fact that she’s hyped up to be almost a main cast character? mostly i’m just thinking about her having a plushie already. i know gold/pink/navy/corndog guy are all like rlly popular despite being side characters(3 of which are used to explain a main character’s Lore) but it’s the fact that they weren’t made to become so…….important.

they were supposed to just be supports. like okay you label them as Supports and give them the support part. but then you make mitsi a main but give her a support part. it bothers me

i’m going nowhere with this i just don’t really get all the hype around mitsi like she is cute and she is doomed yuri but. eh. it’s just the principle of things methinks

thunderbolts came out on streaming so I finally watched it with the missus. who decided to name them all.

(and at the exact same time as walker decided that bob was stupid and that he was Bobby and Bobbink for the rest of the movie)

Idea based off that one AvG thumbnail. Purple collects plushies and toys and childish things because Navy never let them have that stuff as a kid. But now they're 17, with their own money, and a new pokemon obsession.

DIY vic Plushie

I will be doing the Chibi Stick Figure Plushies. Heheh.

The minky fabric and fiber fill for my vic plushie has arrived.

The grey fabric is 45 x 50 cm with 1.5 mm pile length (the length of the fur thing), and the white one is the 50 gms polyester fiber filling.

I hope it's enough, but I don't really know.

This is not my first time making a plushie. The first one that I did is from a teddy bear pattern. It was very large and is in a sitting position with large ears. All hand stitched and the materials I used for that one was very cheap. And I made it as a birthday present. I think my best friend eventually gave it to her daughter. It lasted that long, imagine that.

Also, my damn sewing machine is acting up, so I will hand stitch this too.

PLUSHIE UPDATE

i found a good pattern for the body and head that i have ready to cut and sew. Currently sketching designs for the face

I still need to figure out how to alter the body pattern to make clothes? If i even need to?? I could just sew his shoulder armor directly onto his torso but that might not work as well with his sleeves..

And his arm is making me nervous 💔 idk if i should cut the arm pattern in half to make the double colors or if i should find a way to just directly color the fabric. Splitting the pattern will probably look best, but im still thinking about it.
