Story:

Cherrykit wouldn't stop whining about being hungry, so Fernkit had an idea. She went to the apple tree in camp and gathered up a bunch of fallen green apples. She gave them to him to eat, which he did, but then he got really sick. Cherrykit didn't get better, half a moon later, Fernkit was at his vigil.

Ferntangle noticed a tortoiseshell crossing the LeafClan border, and she pounced. The tortoiseshell's head hit against a tree and it bent in a weird way, there was a sickly snap that echoed through the woods. Ferntangle ran.

Then, her first two litters starved. She claimed that it was Cherrykit getting his vengeance when really, it was her nor feeding them nearly enough. She hated all her other kits except for Ottertail, that didn't save him though.

Squirrelpaw: White and ginger she-cat Medicine Cat Apprentice, her MedCat name is Squirrelshade

Mistyleaf: Silver and blue she-cat

Maplehawk: Tortoiseshell tom (He's trans! In my Clans, StarClan grants gender changes to any cat who wants them, as well pelt changes if they want, and leaders will change names if wanted. Maplehawk wanted the gender and name change, but he kept his pelt colors) Medicine Cat

Badgerface: Black and white tom with heavy scarring, his original name was Badgerstrike, but the ShadowClan leader, Plumstar, renamed him Badgerface since it's mostly on his face

Robinwhisker: Brown and ginger she-cat, the mother of Swallowkit

Swallowkit: Brown ticked tabby she-cat, her Warrior name is Swallowberry

i feel so bad for doing this to skyclan but also its so fun. they're just. not having a great time

rosethorn, who is an older she cat, finds herself pregnant. this is good news, as the clan is in desperate need of new lives. but this is also bad, because this means she will soon be out of commission to help feed said new lives

and then it all goes horribly wrong.

rosethorn, unable to rest like her body needs her to in order to feed her clan, finds herself ill with an infection. she insists that cloudytuft and morningcloud eat before her. they have kits to nurse after all, they need the prey. but there's only so much food to go around. and with how little food she's getting, rosethorn's infection gets worse

she goes into labor early. sedgepad is beside himself, trying to save her kits to no avail. all four of them are born dead

and then she starts bleeding. sedgepad gives her herbs. she keeps bleeding

desperate to save her life, the medicine cat fetches lynxdash and sootpaw from shadowclan for help. the three of them wrack their brains for ways to save her. lynxdash, in a panic, sends his untrained apprentice back to camp to fetch herbs. in his own panic, sootpaw arrives back at camp and can't remember what he's supposed to get

rosethorn is still bleeding. slowly, but still. her life is bleeding out before her. her dead, bloody kits are bundled up with the equally bloody moss

skyclan needs every available warrior. only adderthroat and morningcloud remain in camp to wait for news. every other cat is out hunting, trying to fill the meager fresh kill pile

rosethorn knows she's dying. the medicine cats know there's nothing more they can do for her. they let adderthroat in so he can hold her as she joins starclan. as she guides their kittens alongside her.

(four kittens who could have been much needed warriors. a queen who still had so much life ahead of her. five patients sedgepad couldn't save)

sootpaw blames himself. he couldn't remember anything. how can he possibly become a medicine cat the clan needs if he panics at the sight of blood? lynxdash blames himself. he should never have sent his apprentice off on his own. he knows sootpaw is young and inexperienced. he should have insisted a warrior go with him to fetch the herbs, to make sure he remembered the way. but would they have made a difference? really?

in the aftermath of losing five cats, his clan being whittled away little by little, songstar humbles himself before the other leaders. he begs for their help. he hopes his ancestors won't scorn him

in the aftermath of losing her best friend, spotswipe starts spending more time on the shadowclan border. she should be hunting to help feed the hungry mouths in camp, but everything seems to be falling apart around her and she doesn't know how to stop it.

no cat is surprised when badgerstrike of shadowclan requests to join skyclan to be by spotswipe's side. songstar doesn't know if he should be pleased to gain a new warrior or upset at another mouth to feed. but a hungry clan can't be choosy

and by starclan, is his clan hungry

i still need to come up with their mom’s name but its probably like. badgerstrike and their rens name is ravenpelt 

but batclaw charcoalstep and eelfang are some good good siblings

like charcoalstep is actually probably excommunicated from the family for being kind of a shit

but batclaw, goldclan deputy? cool cool unaligned nb (questioning between agender and just. not binary). shes cool in the sense she tries too much to be Good and has some anxiety about it, but has a good moral compass. usually. shes very stubborn when she does reach a decision though and supports lizardstar a lot and maybe had a crush on her before but gets that its unrequited. re; appearance, she has a medium build, large ears, eyes are always closed and was born with three legs (no right hind leg). her fur is a solid black, very fluffy.

eelfang is usually quick to react and has a very sharp mind. he got his name for getting into a bunch of arguments as a kid, including through apprenticeship, but mellowed out slightly. he has a kind of gallows humor style and is very goth. hes very good at defusing situations and has a good charisma about him. re; appearance, medium build, smaller ears, yellow eyes, little bit of an overbite and was born with two legs (no hind legs). his fur is a solid black, more sleek than batclaw’s.

charcoalstep is a fucker who was very reserved as a kid but was really big into old clan history and idolizes the entire clan structure and is really big into the warrior code. he hates the other three clans (dawnclan, duskclan, silverclan) with a passion. he has a tall and medium build, large ears, green eyes, and was born with four legs. his fur is a dark grey, almost black, and slightly fluffy.

Lemme explain

So I got a lil warriors universe thing with a friend. You got Valleyclan, Mountainclan, Duskclan, and Dawnclan. Valleyclan is a discount Windlclan and Mountainclan is Thunderclan but better cuz theyre on a fuckin mountain, but ya see Mountainclan and Valleyclan have that Thunder/River rivalry; fighting over a spot of terretory and all (a small creek).

So the Valleyclan leader, Maplestar, decided to go and steal a Mountainclan kit (named Lilykit) and hold her for ransome. She'll give the kit back if the terretory is theirs. See, three cats, Badgerstrike (deputy), Quailsong (queen) and Dawnflower (medicine cat) were the main that rebelled against Maplestar. To make a long story short Maplestar was banished and chased from the clans. Quailsong and Dawnflower brought the kit back to her clan, whom her father just so happened to be the Mountainclan deputy, Crookedpelt.

After that, to make a longer story short, Quailsong and Crookedpelt fall in love. Quailsong is expecting his kits and decides to tell Badgerstar and Dawnflower. This is where its different. They accept and welcome that shes pregnant even if her kits are halflclan. Shes able to leave Valleyclan amd safely goes to Mountainclan so her kits will have a dad uwu

My oc Quailsong is basically Mapleshade if the clans fUCKING ACCEPTED HER AND HER KITS
