She literally only had to give them a fist bump, its like the bare minimum in showing that she atleast cares a tiny bit, I was throwing hands. I want that sibling dynamic man, I’ll be making more stuff about that >:’/

This is a visual representation of my interpretation of Trese's relationship with The Kambal which is basically "I still don't trust you but I love you anyway" (among other things as well)I really don't think she completely trusts them which is why the twins work hard for her approval but it never really worked out. Idk how it is in the comics tho. Angst fuel 🙏 I based Basilio's hair as a child in the comics since I just prefer it.

The Phases of Operation Eden

For my series "The Overlapped World", I promised y'all that "bad mood, bad year" was gonna introduce you to the other Phases beyond Gamma-Zero ("Clay Ivanovich von Novosibirsk") and Omega-Six ("Suzushina Ramona") and since I know y'all would've been curious about the other Phases, it only seems right to give these girls a day in the spotlight here before I start rewriting they're proper AO3 debut. So, from oldest to youngest, say hello to Basilio's clones/daughters!

Let's start with Phase Delta-One, renamed Ichigo, who's the main hand-to-hand combatant and mission control/team leader of the Phases. Delta, as the eldest of the Phases, was naturally the one in charge of wrangling her younger sisters. While she and her fellow Phases past Clay were being created and programmed, the Kihara Clan and their minions weren't really sure how to replicate Clay's Y chromosome, since his clone DNA was incompletely replicated from Basilio's demigod genetics, and they didn't realize that they had cloned a hybrid instead of someone who was fully human until Clay was created as proof of concept and prototype for his biological sisters. In order to solve this issue, the later Eden Phases were modified to be given XX chromosomes instead a la X-23, mainly to find a way to fill in the missing gaps that weren't available material for further experimentation and to prevent the public (mainly their "father"/donor/progenitor) from realizing that Basilio got cloned, since let's be real here, if you got cloned and the scientists who created your clones didn't want you getting into hot water, it would make perfectly reasonable sense for your clones to be modified during their creations. No, this doesn't make any real-world level of sense. Yes, this means that the Phases are practically speaking demigods, just in a different manner of creation that involves bone marrow DNA sample cloning related science instead of a war god summoning ritual spell thing. Also, no, Talagbusao doesn't know anything about his "grandchildren" via illegal-at-the-time cloning of his son. (Is that the right kinship terminology? Is calling the Phases his grandkids even accurate in this context?)

Okay, that was a lot of info-dumping! Back to Ichigo! The primary hand-to-hand fighter, leader/commander and mission control of the Phases. I'm planning quite the story arc for her, but you're gonna have to wait a good while until then. For now, Delta's story is gonna be one that does involve some identity issues, but I'm not gonna spoil anything major about her arc here and now. Fighting style: basically, every form of martial arts created and known by humankind is downloaded into this woman's brain and enforced/encoded/heavily trained in mind and body and soul. You name the martial art, and Ichigo here will delightfully beat you to a bloody pulp within five seconds. It doesn't matter how skilled or how professional you are, Delta-One is going to very literally rip you to shreds!

Next up we've got Phase Epsilon-Two, self-renamed as Niko, and this lass is among the greatest armed combatants in the world - if not the entire Milky Way - within the field of all things related to swords, spears, throwing stars, bow and arrow and every other form of melee weaponry. I'm talking knives, daggers, tessen fans, naginatas, maces, softball bats with nails and barbed wire stuck to them and a whole bunch of other forms of whatever other weapons are inside the general range of blunt and bladed and every form of brutal that I don't know the names of! Niko's the kind of chick who knows are to enjoy her kills no matter how broken the bones will get with each strike of her weapons' business ends, because she's going to make her kills as ballistic as possible.

In the middle of the Phases, honorary twin sister to her younger mirror, we've got the explosives expert of this bizarre mad science project and self-dubbed as Maria, I introduce to you Phase Zeta-Three! She may be the weakest in terms of combat prowess, but what Maria here lacks in physical strength, she more than makes up for it in mental strength. Phase Zeta-Three here is effectively the Honey Lemon of Big Hero 6 of the team in terms of chemical knowledge and is the Jinx of Zaun in terms of mechanical engineering and combining those concepts results in our dear Maria here being the mistress of the land mine and the empress of explosive devices and other such grenade-like weapons just waiting to be unleashed onto the world without question!

On the other side of the mirror that is her older honorary twin sister, we have the gunsmith and markswoman of the Phases, hard of hearing and in desperate need of sign language lessons and hearing aids but amazing in aiming at targets, we have Phase Eta-Four, renamed as Clara! Give this gal anything that's a firearm, ranging from a pistol to a rifle to a plasma gun thing, Eta's your sharpshooter regardless of the make and model her guns are at the moment. Like her older twin, Clara isn't the best physical fighter like Epsilon and Delta are, but her sense of timing and perfect shots when she makes her kills should speak for themselves. Actions speak louder than words, after all. Though, just between us, Clara could really use some lessons in sign language.

Finally, just before the Phase Sixes, we've got ourselves the battle magician of the Phases of Operation Eden renamed as Thea, Phase Theta-Five. The "baby" of the Phases despite having long stopped being the youngest of them. As a demigod is instinctually a magical creature, it was only rational and fair that one of the Phases would be drawn to the mystic arts, and since Protocol Hexe requires a magical component, Thea's creation was deemed just as important as the creation of the rest of her family. Battle Magic is an instinct for a Warchild, so a clone of one being drawn to that was perfectly reasonable.

Now, as for Phase Iota-Six through to Phase Psi-Six, sadly, the sixteen of the Phase Sixes are deceased for, again, massive spoiler related reasons but let's just say that genetic instability is only half of what killed them up until Omega-Six/Ramona was created. Okay, now I gotta go and rewrite "bad mood, bad year" by memory. BTW, Omega-Six, in case you haven't pieced it together yet, is the Misaka Worst of the Overlapped World's universe as well as the rebooted version of the same AU. Does anybody have a name for the rebooted version? I can't think of any synonyms for overlapping tho I am thinking of a Paramore song to use as a placeholder.
