ONEOFF precious Architectural Model of the ITAS Forum in Trento realized by Fondazione Itas, project by BBS Studio The brand new structure is located in the Albere district in Trento. Recently inaugurated, it includes a 250-seat auditorium and some event rooms, including one with 99 seats. The building is made with a steel structure and characterized by a particular external façade, entirely provided with prefabricated cells and characterized by the presence of an external cladding with vertical painted aluminum pilasters. The model facades are precisely realized with laser cutting, incisions and raster. I have been sick this past week and been missing out on all my workouts that it’s just so nice to be able to get up today and head over to my BBS Class. I often take my body foregranted, berating it most of the time, for what it can’t do and what I think it should be able to do...that when I get sick, I am reminded of how blessed I am to have what I have, for a body that sustains me most of the time, amidst all the hustle and bustle. Sometimes I doubt and ask if I am truly built for this, this crazy hectic life, and I realize that I am...but that everyone, every once in a while, needs a break...to take things slow and nourish the body as much as we nourish our mind and soul. Slowing down has always been a struggle for me. When I am so used to always being on point and on running around like a crazy person. This holiday season can be a bit of a toss between frenzy and calm and hard to find a good place in between. But the body can tell and will call you out if you don’t pay enough attention.
