#throwbackthursday Repost from @runwiththeflow Throwback to my 100 km Treadmill World Record Project #beat100flow . I knew that I was in very good shape, trained a lot before with no problems during a 12 week preparation. So everything was set for the big day! And with all the big support from all of YOU I did it. 100 km World Record on the treadmill in 6 h 26:08 min. over 13 minutes faster than the old record. Now we won 2 nice awards for our project. That was an awesome day and I will always have the best memories from this day in my mind when it gets hard in ultra races or upcoming projects.
