Gojo, Geto, Nanami, Sukuna, Toji, Megumi, Yuji,

Gojo loves spoiling his girlfriend that's common knowledge. He likes going with you and pick out the color and just hang out with you with you.

Hed also always pick blue because duh thats his color and your his girl. All the nail ladies would love him cuz he brings in treats for them and is always so nice. If hes ever not there they ask about ti and tell you to marry him soon.

Geto would come to the appointments sometimes but its more rare. Hes used to funding you and the girls activities so he has no problem paying.

You convinced him to get his nails done once and he wont admit it but he really liked it. He'd like to help you choose what you get but honestly he thinks you pick good colors all on your own.

Nanami is a firm believer of "happy wife happy life" but not in that misogynistic way but if you are happy then thats all he really needs in life. So of course hes willing to pay for your appointments.

He likes them to be a suprise for what they are to see what you came up with. He loves to spoil you and he has the funds to do so so hed let you get whatever.

Sukuna has those beautiful long purple nails and you think he doesnt go to his own nail appointments? Hunny he has his own nail lady thst comes straight to his palace of course he hooks you up with them.

Hell be a bit grumpy about it but also he might mention something about getting the same color as him. Totally not to match its just a good color....he swears.

Toji is broke. Sadly its true. That dont mean hes not willing to find the money to pay for them. It hurts his pride and masculinity if you have to buy something that he should be paying for.

He says "Dont worry bout it ma" and then someone has the money the next day. He doesnt really care what you get, he doesnt really understand all the names for it so if you like it he doesnt care.

Megumi is the kinda guy to take care of himself in a skin care, hair routine, kinda way so that means he takes care of his hands. He does it all himself but he understands wanting to get you nails done.

I dont know if hed have the fund for it but hed help cover the costs. He wouldnt ever get something himself but when you show him what you got he thinks they're pretty no matter what.

Yuji is the type of guy to not be afraid to get a little something on his nails too. Anything too crazy interferes with his fighting style but say you got long nails with flower decals. He got little flowers painted over a clear gloss on short nails.

Same as Megumi he would be able to help eith the costs, and same as Gojo all the nail ladies love him cuz hes so sweet and adorable.

i forgor to say this yesterday but u know how not knowing how to use chopsticks properly has been a visual cue for not knowing how to socialize/connect with other properly in wbk? in a narrative in which eating is one of the vehicle for connection? both the acts of eating and connecting/socializing have implicit sets of skills which you were assumed to have been taught at a young age? notice how sakura was taught how to use chopsticks by nirei. and how choji and kaji, those with less in-text reasons (compare to say, suzuri or sakura) to not know how to use chopstick properly, also have the same problems. well, its allegorical! (its also sooo cute how choji split his chopsticks unevenly lmao) and especially with regards to kaji, whose arc happened prior to the main timeline, i see it as a unique way he had adapted to "socializing" with other, the same way headphones and candies are.

anyway that bring me to the thought that maybe suo doesnt eat with others because he cant use chopsticks or have a weird way around it that he doesnt want other to see. i'd like to think that suo eats healthily; his favorite food is a dessert-- i'd say thats a sign of a pretty healthy eating habit. just that, he doesnt eat with other people (his friends). having one eye means one doesnt have depth perception, which could make using (or re-learning how to use) chopsticks difficult, and incredibly frustrating-- perhaps suo never quite re-learned how to use chopsticks "properly" or at all. him using chopsticks unconventionally or using a spoon instead, for example, is an adaptation to his disability. it would be cool to see something like that-- at the conclusion of his arc, a natural place for suo to start eating with friends :)

it's actually something he does because of the laundry room :( it grounds him and it doesnt,,, because its definitely a response to him feeling unsafe. he spent an ambiguous amount of time just laying on the cold hard floor dissociating. in the closet, too. it's a mix of that and the fear that he doesn't "deserve" soft, pleasant things, and him not even wanting to develop attachment because his room was ransacked... it's unfamiliar and sometimes just too much.

he'll go to the laundry room if its really bad, even in the new lair, but otherwise he'll just sleep on the floor of his own... and there's really no way to stop him, but it's one of the biggest reasons they regularly went to stay with him in cw, outside of the night terrors. it wasn't good on his body when he was recovering. he doesn't do it as much but there's a billion little things to overcome in his recovery that just wax and wane depending on his mindset. all they can really do is try to make it comfortable for him.

yknow I've been thinking about what dream looks for in friends and lovers and I've noticed that it's not necessarily people that are mean to him, but people that are direct. dream himself deals in metaphor and manipulation, it's simply what he is, so just about everything within his realm that he's encountering consistently will be such that as well. considering both his own tendencies, the environment it breeds, and his whole Thing about guilt and choice, it makes sense he would choose people who are clear and honest with him. he wants someone who will tell him how it is, but not what to do with that—even when it's not really what he wants, dream knows it's what he can need. I think that's why figures like lucienne, matthew, death, and yes, mervyn can be important! on some level, dream knows he's convoluted and shifty by nature, and he's tried to combat that with concise words and mind-melting beauracracy, but it can't fix everything. he likes people to keep him in check and I think that is the most self-awareness he has ever been capable of. so... clap? no? idk. nod acknowledgingly.

also i think it'd be fun if some of the nogitsune rubbed off on stiles. not in a "he's dark and evil now" way but in a "an incomprehensible old spirit beamed its thoughts directly into his head" way, like maybe now he has a latent understanding of japanese, because that's what the nogitsune thought in. and he wasnt privy to its thoughts most of the time, and Understanding what was said was kind of just, forced into his brain, but the latent comprehension is still there. the nogitsune never told him the rules of go, but he still plays like a champ when the pieces dont make him break out into a cold sweat, because he simply Understood the rules. something about its presence forced the knowledge into the subconcious of his brain
