FABRICA DE CORTINAS …No cabe duda que el gobierno de la 4T hace algo muy bien, porque en la mayoría de los casos le da resultado y se trata de su fábrica de “cortinas de humo”, que les quedan a la medida.  Hay que reconocer que desde la creación del Chupacabras en tiempo de Salinas o el Osito Panda, muy rosa, en tiempos de Miguel de la Madrid, por lo general  tratar de desviar la atención de escándalos con asuntos banales, pero muy mitoteros, no funcionaban porque los presidentes no entraban al quite y ahora es el propio jefe máximo el que suelta los borregos y los cuentos fantásticos, por lo que alcanzan niveles de credibilidad.  Cuando no es el mismo, manda a sus chairos para que tiren los rollos  y luego sale el presidente a salvar la situación  y queda como héroe. Pero además, logra desviar la atención. Y ahorita les presentamos el último ejemplo.

MULTA POR INSULTAR…De repente la diputada de Morena de nombre Bennelly Jocabeth Hernández presentó una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Imprenta promulgada en 1917 para  elevar los castigos por injurias contra el presidente de la república. La bronca es que no define que se entiende, según la Constitución, lo que es una injuria. Según el diccionario “Injuria” es un “hecho o insulto que ofende a una persona por atentar contra su dignidad, honor, credibilidad, etc., especialmente cuando es injusto”. Y ahí tuerce la cochi el rabo. Porque quien decidirá si el dicho o el hecho es justo o injusto.  Obvio, será el gobierno de la 4T, entonces  cualquier crítica sea cierta o no, será una injuria contra el jefe máximo de gobierno.  Más menos lo que usa Daniel Ortega para reprimir a sus adversarios.

LOGRARON ACALAMBRAR…Quieran o no, esta cortinita de humo logró el propósito de acalambrar en primer lugar y luego imponer agenda. Porque de inmediato todos brincaron para decir que esta reforma era totalmente represiva propia de un gobernante autócrata. Además, la reforma incluye aumento a las penas de cárcel y las multas que casi llegan a cinco mil pesos por metada de madre. Bueno, por injuria, pues.  Esto alborotó el gallinero de tal suerte que  todos los que de alguna manera se dirigen al presidente de forma no muy respetuosa, que de hecho son todos los de la oposición iniciaron una fuerte ola de críticas. Pero, oh jugada maestra.

Y LA LANA DEL REY… En medio de este escándalo de las multas por injurias al presidente y a los funcionarios de gobierno, de repente a todos se les olvidó la acusación que logró el abogado defensor de García Luna, que exhibió en el juicio a  Genaro García Luna que uno de sus acusadores el Rey Zambada tuvo una pifia en anteriores declaraciones, porque dijo que había dado millones de dólares para López Obrador en una campaña contra Fox.  En el juicio dio marcha atrás a esto, pero lo dicho, dicho estaba.  Antes que agarrara vuelo y que la oposición comenzara a pegar de gritos, los genios de  comunicación de palacio nacional cambiaron la agenda y la retórica y pusieron a los periodistas a pegar de gritos por la multa que les impondrán si injurian al presidente.

NO PASARA… Lo más vaciado fue que el presidente López Obrador dijo en la mañanera que no sabía de esta propuesta de su diputada de Morena. Dijo que “ me sorprendió ayer que autorizaran en la Cámara  que el que insulte al presidente se va a aumentar el castigo. No necesito eso, yo no lo promoví y lo voy a vetar. No sea gacho señor presidente. Cómo que no sabía. Si usted mismo a dicho que el presidente de México sabe todo. Además, desde cuando acá los diputados de Morena tienen criterio propio, si no son capaces de cambiar una coma en lo que manda la presidencia. Ahora nos salen con que una legisladora se aventó esta reforma. Pero no solo eso, sino consiguió que un buen número de diputados votaran a favor de las multas y la cárcel para los que injurien al presidente.  O sea que el coordinador de los diputados de Morena no fue informado de la ocurrencia. Y luego, este compa no informó a su jefe inmediato el Secretario de Gobernación. Y por lo mismo no hubo quien le dijera eso al presidente. No sean gachos. Tenemos cara y gacha, pero no abusen.

Por eso no olviden lo que dijo el Cacho Trasviña, lo cortés no quita lo bruto. Sale.
