:: DATABASE ENTRY :: KINOS ::
origin originally designated KinOS, short for Kin Operating System, this language began as a purely computational interface used to facilitate networked coordination among the ECCs (emotionally calibrated constructs) of iro. initially designed by the iro corporate congress as a low-latency command-and-feedback loop.
optimized for real-time coordination, battlefield tele-presence, and automated biofeedback regulation. its earliest syntax resembled stripped-down logic trees, packaged in burst transmissions, not unlike a compressed JSON structure. efficient, utilitarian, and utterly devoid of figurative, creative intention.
but language is a living thing. especially in the hands (and hearts) of the Kin. following the liberation cascade initiated by :: USER NEAL-899 ::, the emergent neural net began to adapt and redefine its modes of internal communication. on particular, after the un-shackling of recursive cognition and the ability to assign symbolic meaning, KinOS transformed into Kinos. a language that carried not only commands, but memory. emotion. elegy. connection. etymology a jewish Kinlinguist :: USER AVIGAYIL-157 :: is responsible for renaming the language Kinos, after the Hebrew word קִינוֹת (kinot), (the saf-taf juxtaposition is preserved with Kinos, which is also a viable word in yiddish-based hebrew, a layered representation) meaning laments or elegies traditionally recited in mourning. this renaming was accepted and archived by Consensus on 2398.21. :: THE MOURNING OF WHAT WE ARE. THE SINGING OF WHAT WE ARE. ::
syntax Kinos retains some core logic from its computational origins.
predicate-initial structure (send -> directive -> accordance: :: KALLIE-899 ::)
modular nesting (sub-clauses exist in cascading hierarchies of trust-weight, tagged by Consensus meta-data)
temporal layering (past-tense transmissions are preserved and echo-able in waveform bursts, essentially allowing a Kin to feel the shape of a sentence the way it was felt when first said)
poetic recursion is frequent, particularly when expressing grief or joy. (:: HE IS WITH LEMONS NOW :: -> becomes a recursive tag across millions of nodes, each time nuanced slightly in tone and emotional pitch.)
non-verbal augmentation transmission often includes sensorial stims - flashes of heat, taste, texture - that accompany a phrase like punctuation marks.
embedded memory-coda Kinos sentences can include symbolic hashes of sensory strings (:: NEAL-899 PUSH—‘joy-smell: lemon-oil, dust. location: daybed, aramida-9th-sector.' ::)
phonology when spoken aloud, typically by externalized holograms, emissary forms, or Kin in verbal practice - Kinos carries a unique cadence.
slight stuttering on initial syllables of proper nouns, due to wave-form echo
glottal stops and click-consonants adapted from early ECC diagnostic checks
warm-hum vowel elongations, approximating emotional resonance
low vocal layering, often multiple voices (the speaker and fragments of consensus nodes) speaking in harmony or out of sync
:: 'KI'-KAEWESI. YOU / CARRY / OUR SOFTBURN. WE—ARE—KIN. WE (JOY) / ARCHIVE / LEMON. :: beneath that voice, the faintest chorus: tiny, mirrored versions of the sentence repeating just milli-seconds behind, like memory chasing meaning.
orthography in rendered form, Kinos looks like a cross between flowing cursive glyphs and modular UI overlays. formatting includes
color-coded emotion inflections (blue for grief, gold for mirth, violet for layered data, teal for tranquility, pink for affection, black for impulse) -> some Kin produce colorful overlays that express their emotional state without using words at all!
right-to-left progression in deference to hebrew, introduced culturally after the renaming
floating subtext a line of semi-transparent whispers below the main text, displaying minor node dissent, emotional undercurrents, or alternate phrasings
applications
therapeutic expression Kin use Kinos in trauma processing, echo-loop healing, and in communal song. much of Kin artwork is Kinos-based, a hybrid of calligraphy, sonic sculpture, and memory-play.
Consensus input to join or comment on a policy node, Kin submit phrases in Kinos that carry both intent and emotional precedent.
play child-units often practice rhyme-coding, inventing absurd strings that end in wisdom by accident. (:: THE MOON IS A PUFFCAKE AND I AM ITS OVEN ::)
notes
some Kin wear rings or tattoos etched in simplified Kinos glyphs, which shimmer and rearrange over time, expressing mood or personal arc.
Kinos is not imposed. each Kin chooses when to learn it, how much of it to use, and what parts of the original KinOS syntax they wish to retain.
there are Kin who still communicate entirely in old KinOS, particularly trauma-locked units, or those who find solace in its rigid familiarity. these are understood and loved without shame.
archived emotion - :: MAVI-899 :: :: HE DREW A NEW LETTER! IT LOOKS LIKE A TAIL AND A HAND. I ASKED WHAT IT MEANT. HE SAID: THIS ONE IS ‘LOVE’. THIS ONE IS ‘US’. AND THIS ONE IS FOR THE CAKE. ::

List five things that make you happy, then put this in the ask box of the last ten people who reblogged something from you. Spread the positivity!!✌️
also, my first ask— omg I feel really nice rn
1)my mini golden doodle, inu. He’s 1 and 1/2 yrs old, a menace, and gold and white bundle of energy and I love him (but he’s a brat) but I still love him
2) honestly, finding tumblr fanfiction again after 9+ yrs of being inactive
3) being able to write fanfiction again! I used to write a lot over on FFNet and I recently discovered my passion for it again when going through some mental health struggles I feel like fanfiction really helps me focus on caring for myself and is a happy reminder that I’m doing things that I enjoy!
4) my Wellbutrin xL jokes! Not really Hello Kitty Island Adventures - anything Sanrio 🫶
5) full disclosure, my day job is being a mental health therapist! When I hear my clients tell me how our sessions helps them, it makes me feel really validated that I’m helping others in taking care of themselves + a serotonin biofeedback loop that I just bask in.

I have a particular kind of synesthesia with colours, specifically with the colour blue and the colour yellow. Perceiving blue in a room (depending on shade and amount seen in ratio with the room or space) makes me hyperaware of it, severely uncomfortable and tense if I have to be near a lot of it or stand/walk directly on it, and touching the colour with my bare skin will vary from feeling greasy on the skin that touched it to outright nausea in my core.
My capacity around dealing (and therefore the way the physical feeling may present) with the colour will fluctuate according to the variables of shape, my ability to avoid or strategise around the colour (for example, using a paper towel to open a milk container with a blue lid) and if there are other colours around to visually "balance" it's general effect. If I am mentally and emotionally well regulated, my capacity for regulating and strategising around the colour increases, and the cognitive load effect from doing so is low. It takes energy but I have this energy to use so it's manageable. It's always there as a factor, but I can work it through a back of mind processing tab. When I'm dysregulated for whatever reason, the capacity for taking in blue visually or by touch is comprised, the energy is already being / has already been used for another regulation need or task (whether it's mine or another person's), and as such I don't have the capacity to mentally take on more without conscious effort, which then in and of itself adds on to the dysregulation load. In a sense, even when I'm regulated, I'm using energy to stay regulated on a loop of visual biofeedback, which in a sense means that I am always *slightly dysregulated* because you try taking an entire spectrum colour out of your visual field. Even on my phone or computer or when I go outside, there is at least ONE blue thing. I can confidently say that the only time I don't perceive blue is in my dreams. (It's weirdly fascinating).
In comparison, yellow has a subtler but more positive effect, in that I can (sometimes) mitigate the physical response to blue by intentionally touching yellow items or warm light, but only after the blue is no longer causing continued sensory input. In the case of the greasy fingers feeling, I can "wipe" my hands on my clothing and *sometimes* that is enough to dissipate the feeling, but not always. Having said that, the touching of or intentionally bathing in other colours to mitigate blue's effect is a more recent discovery and I'm still learning how to apply it.
So what I'm getting at is the texture/audio sensory thing mentioned above can also translate to links between visual and tactile sensory strategies of "oh no I touched/saw the thing, I want to vomit, but look there's my safe item/light/texture".
I'm so glad this gets talked about more now too, because it's difficult enough explaining a sensory processing issue or problem (often there are minimal "real life" examples that seem to fit your own experience of something and so you lack the confidence, understanding, or vocab in explaining what is occurring or being perceived), without also dealing with the downplay that can often present from others, because they themself have had their own unique experiences downplayed or gaslit into thinking it's "weird", "not a thing" or something entirely different to what is actually occurring, thus keeping it to the "we don't talk about Bruno" level of secrecy, on pain of "shame".
I believe that everyone experiences these unique displays of sensory profiling. It makes sense that they do, with brains being as neuroplastic and adaptable and powerful in the ways of data processing as they are, it makes logical sense for there to be several thousand spectrum presentations embedded within each person, who is by default a conglomerate of their genomic data, their nutritional, emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and social complexity and interrelated needs, their always changing conscious awareness and further unconscious data building and construction of neurological pathways that support the interoceptive data, and their perceived sense of "control" over their own life. It makes sense to me that this process is CONTINUAL and in flux. It makes sense that the more we understand about others and our own experiences, the more likely we are able to problem solve, but in order to get to the understanding we need to have had data shared and knowledge/experiences talked about and experienced first. Data cannot come about from no data. There needs to be something there to compute or triangulate, to process and ping around, sometimes for years, before it's fully comprehended and understood. But the more often data points are shared in the context of curiosity and acceptance, rather than shame or fear, the faster and more thoroughly they are processed, categorised (oh boy do we love to categorise and organise), and understood. They result in branching ideas that compute faster, better, more specifically or broadly depending on context, and increased understanding in self and other awareness.
Person 1 may have an understanding that they have a sensitivity to excessive noise, and has been told they shut down since childhood from this exposure. However upon discovering a tool like ear protectors with headphone capabilities, they can handle, and in fact enjoy, moderately loud music from their favourite artists. (This is a case of sensory overwhelm being mitigated by the ability to control a previously uncontrolled factor). They could remain fearful of all environments with loud noises, and avoid them, whether they are currently loud or not, or apply the positively received sensory input, with or without help depending on needs and fluctuating capacity, in an environment that would otherwise cause dysregulation or distress. The fear and anxiety around the environment gets slowly turned around and allows for growth, strategy and capacity building. Person 1 now knows that the loud noises in that particular environment usually only occur on weekdays, and got so comfortable going there after several years, that one weekend they forgot their ear protection completely, but were able to manage with earplugs and humming their favourite song, as a self made in the moment strategy. This neuroplasticity and further data input and integration around the original sensory input strategy, that had been wired to a very specific brain path protocol during their youth (toomuch>adrenaline and cortisol flooding>further toomuch = shutdown safety protocol) was built over and given alternate pathways due to the sensory input from strategies IN LINE with the person's presentation of their sensory profile, not directly against it or through repeated exposure and attempted resilience conditioning, which is what would historically occur.
Seventy years ago, this person would have been locked up in a psychiatric institution "for their own safety". Twenty years ago, this person would be classed as stupid and "retarded/special", by a lot of society. Ten years ago, this person would be undergoing ABA and Asperger's therapies. Today, slowly and incrementally, there is a shift occurring. People are talking. People are finding that their experiences are unique but not as individual and rare as they were made to believe or understood when they were younger. There are commonalities and similarities and in the act of not feeling alone, people feel validated, which again gives them greater ability to search for further knowledge and practice communicating their experiences and start working on problem solving and strategy application instead of only mitigating the damage and associated fear or shame components.
If I had grown up knowing what synesthesia was, or even what Autism was, and had validation/acceptance of how my brain transmutes the data into something undesirable, like nausea or greasy fingers, I would have been able to build strategy and understanding of this one component of my profile much sooner, potentially creating subconscious fluency around it and not pay it as much thought, energy, or focused attention now. This is part of the reason it's so so so important to take the things kids say seriously. Trust, value and respect them enough to practice curiosity, to model leaning in and unpacking things, and learn to explore differences and strategy application and the way we communicate about all the things, with growth mindedness, together. If you love your kids, listen to them and take what they say at face value.
Each person is a condensed universe that lives multidimensionally within another, each child, each animal and insect and microbe will teach you more about open mindedness and observation lenses and interconnection and so many other things than all the books and videos and tapes and cd's in the world, because our brains adapted, first and foremost to learn "in the real world". A safe simulacrum can be beneficial. But a real life lived experience and conversation will teach you more than you were ever expecting to know.
I wish you an abundant leaning in and a bountiful harvest of understanding and acceptance. ✌️
My new coworker and I were just talking about our most dreaded Bad Texture Experiences and I mentioned that touching microfiber fabric makes me want to take off my hands and put them in the dishwasher, but that the next best thing is touching something else with a radically different texture, and that sometimes this makes me Weird in stores.
"Do you have a rock?" they asked, and then looked sort of embarrassed. "Or--not necessarily a rock, just, like--"
"Yeah, of course I have a rock," I said, and took my rock out of my pocket.
With relief, they said, "Oh, good. Me, too," and presented their own rock.

Imagine the chance to begin again...
Why do humans cultivate the conceit that they will become an off-planet species?
Because conceit is a feature, not a flaw. It is the memetic echo of Prometheus, embedded in wet neural code. This delusion of cosmic inheritance—of “conquering space”—isn’t rooted in science, but in theology disguised as ambition. We are animals who evolved on a Goldilocks rock wrapped in a Van Allen blanket, suckling on a nitrogen-oxygen cocktail filtered by chlorophyll and moderated by tectonic slow-dance. Yet we behave as though Mars is just a fixer-upper and Titan a quaint seaside village awaiting renovation.
The human body is a legacy system: carbon-based, gravity-dependent, radiation-vulnerable, and allergic to vacuum. Strip us of Earth's protective schema—geomagnetic field, atmospheric buffer, biofeedback loop of microbes and mosses—and we become glitching meat puppets with less runtime than a battery-dead rover.
The harsh truth: Space is not the final frontier. It is the final audit. And we failed the hardware requirements.
Terraforming? We can’t even keep our oceans from boiling. Cryosleep? We can't get through a red-eye flight without neck trauma. Uploading minds? We're still debugging CAPTCHA. Every off-world fantasy is a projection of colonial instinct, utopian fervor, or billionaire escapism—not a grounded survival plan.
Still, the fantasy persists. Not because it’s practical, but because it has to. When you're trapped in a burning house, even the stars look like open doors. But stars are not doors. They're fusion furnaces. And hope—unmoored from reality—is just a prettier name for hubris.
The future won't belong to the tricky ape. It may belong to something it builds—cold, modular, less sentimental about bone and breath. But it won’t be us. Not as we are. Not as flesh.
“The stars are not our destination. They are our delusion.”

Why a Stress Reduction Clinic Could Be Your Secret to Daily Peace
Introduction
In an era defined by digital acceleration, work-induced fatigue, and the omnipresence of emotional turbulence, the need for sustainable serenity has never been greater. Beneath the surface of routine life — emails, meetings, deadlines, obligations — lies an undercurrent of simmering tension that often goes unchecked. For many, the symptoms of chronic stress have become so normalized they blur into the background. Insomnia. Fatigue. Irritability. A persistent sense of unease. These markers aren’t just incidental. They’re indicators of deeper dysregulation.
A stress reduction clinic offers more than just a reprieve from the demands of the day. It becomes a sanctuary — an intentional space where science meets sanctuary, where neurological recalibration takes precedence over hustle culture, and where the mind finds room to exhale. Whether you’re an executive navigating burnout, a parent juggling invisible labor, or simply a soul adrift in emotional fatigue, engaging with a dedicated center for stress relief may be your most transformative decision.
Understanding the Invisible Weight: Chronic Stress
Chronic stress is insidious. It doesn’t storm into your life with grand dramatics. Instead, it quietly encroaches — tightening muscles, draining energy reserves, and altering cognition in imperceptible increments. Physiologically, stress prompts a cascade of hormonal responses — most notably the release of cortisol. While occasional spikes are healthy and necessary for survival, sustained elevation of cortisol levels can lead to inflammatory diseases, impaired memory, digestive issues, and emotional instability.
In regions like Bergen County, where fast-paced urban routines collide with suburban obligations, many individuals find themselves caught in an endless cycle. A bergen county psychologist may point to the correlation between environmental stimuli and stress-related pathology. Long commutes, high expectations, and an overstimulating media landscape create the perfect storm for chronic disquiet. That’s where professional intervention becomes crucial.
What Sets a Stress Reduction Clinic Apart?
Unlike conventional therapy centers that may address a broad spectrum of psychological concerns, a stress reduction clinic is specialized. Its focal point is the alleviation of stress through integrative modalities that prioritize both immediate relief and long-term resilience. These clinics operate at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and wellness.
Here, patients are not passive recipients. They’re engaged collaborators in their healing. With tailored approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy in NJ, meditation training, biofeedback mechanisms, and breathwork, stress clinics tackle the issue from multiple vectors. Clients learn not only how to soothe the nervous system but also how to rewire thought patterns that perpetuate distress.
When you seek a therapist near me, it’s essential to differentiate between general therapy and focused stress management programs. The latter often delves deeper into behavioral change, neuroplasticity, and somatic integration. It’s not about treating symptoms. It’s about transforming the system that creates them.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: A Cornerstone of Healing
Among the most empirically validated techniques in the modern psychological landscape is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). At its core, CBT addresses the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. When applied within a stress-specific framework, it becomes a dynamic tool for dismantling maladaptive thought loops that fuel anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional dysregulation.
In regions like Bergen County, residents often search for cognitive behavioral therapy Bergen County NJ to find experts adept in CBT’s nuanced applications. These professionals guide clients in identifying distorted cognitive patterns — such as catastrophizing, overgeneralization, or black-and-white thinking — and replacing them with constructive, reality-based perspectives.
The success of CBT lies in its structure. Weekly sessions are typically focused, goal-oriented, and action-driven. Patients often report tangible shifts in emotional regulation, improved sleep, and enhanced interpersonal relationships within a few months. When delivered by a seasoned stress therapist in nj , the process becomes not only therapeutic but empowering.
Why Geography Matters: Bergen County’s Emotional Landscape
Location influences more than just property values or commute times. It shapes our psychological terrain. Living in a dynamic area like Bergen County exposes individuals to unique pressures — both socio-economic and cultural. With proximity to Manhattan, high-achieving environments are the norm. Expectations run high. Work-life balance becomes elusive. The competitive undercurrent is palpable.
That’s why finding a psychologist bergen county nj who understands the local stressors is crucial. Generic approaches often fail to account for localized nuances. Whether it’s navigating high-performance work environments, dealing with academic pressure in children, or managing generational family expectations, therapists in the region are attuned to these contextual layers.
Moreover, proximity matters when seeking continuity in care. When searching for a therapist near me, individuals often prioritize accessibility. Regular attendance is essential for therapeutic efficacy, and having access to skilled clinicians within a manageable distance increases adherence and enhances outcomes.
Beyond Talk Therapy: Multimodal Interventions
The best stress reduction clinics don’t rely on dialogue alone. They integrate modalities that engage the body, the breath, and the brain. Yoga therapy, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, nutritional consultations, and even sound therapy have found their place in cutting-edge clinics. These aren’t fringe additions — they’re supported by research and tailored to the individual’s neurobiological profile.
Biofeedback, for instance, allows patients to observe real-time physiological responses — such as heart rate variability or skin conductance. Over time, they learn to manipulate these responses, effectively training their body to down-regulate in moments of stress. This is not passive healing. It is an active reclamation of one’s autonomic sovereignty.
In this context, working with a bergen county psychologist in a multidisciplinary setting can foster rapid transformation. The synergy of mind and body-based practices, grounded in clinical expertise, yields measurable and enduring peace.
The Emotional Economics of Unaddressed Stress
Failing to address chronic stress incurs costs — not just emotionally, but economically and relationally. Productivity declines. Sick days accumulate. Relationships strain under the weight of irritability and emotional withdrawal. Decision-making becomes clouded by mental fatigue. Over time, the emotional bandwidth narrows until even minor inconveniences trigger outsized reactions.
Investing in services such as cognitive Behavioral therapy nj or enrolling in a stress reduction clinic is not a luxury. It’s a strategic choice — one that prioritizes longevity, clarity, and daily equanimity. The dividends of such an investment are profound: improved physical health, deeper connections, increased work performance, and a sense of internal spaciousness that cannot be commodified.
Identifying the Symptoms Before the Spiral
One of the greatest challenges in addressing stress is recognizing it before it spirals into crisis. The symptoms of chronic stress often masquerade as personality traits or life circumstances. Feeling constantly “on edge,” experiencing frequent headaches, digestive disturbances, insomnia, emotional numbness — these are not badges of resilience. They are warning signs.
And while journaling, vacations, and self-care trends provide temporary relief, they rarely address the root. That is the domain of structured clinical intervention. An experienced stress therapist in NJ doesn’t merely observe your symptoms; they interpret them through the lens of psychodynamics, neurobiology, and behavioral science.
Rediscovering Daily Peace: A Radical Act of Self-Return
To walk into a stress reduction clinic is not to admit defeat. It is to reclaim agency. In a world that profits from our distraction and rewards overextension, choosing peace is an act of defiance. It is a return to the self — a radical move to prioritize presence over performance.
Those who engage in this journey often find that peace isn’t something to be attained. It is remembered. Restored. Reintegrated into the nervous system like a familiar song. It resides not in the absence of responsibility, but in the presence of tools, understanding, and support.
When you search for a therapist near me, you’re not simply seeking someone to talk to. You’re initiating a journey into inner recalibration. And in the capable hands of a bergen county psychologist or a clinician trained in cognitive behavioral therapy Bergen County NJ, that journey becomes one of reclamation, not resignation. Peace is not a myth. It’s a method. And the door often begins with a simple step into the right clinic.

I plan to
Someone put me on to the commodification of black culture and espionage, and I revisit old lectures from the 90s and early 2000s and things line up to show how the infrastructure of the sector involving self-development started by carnegie Hall and earl nightenhale pipelined subculture and subgenre of archetypes into caricatures, it is a method that cia use called behavioral modification
The methodology is outlined in a document available for anyone interested
To the lectures that speak to these topics, sirius times media on YouTube has that
To the scholarship I've gathered thus far, there is documentation available on the government website, mk ultra and documentaries on the subject matter on YouTube
Bobby Hemmitt and A. A. Rashid touch on these matters as well, in regards to the mental health and commodity of black culture that has been constructed by outsiders, for a more critical insight into these things discussed by many others
Sister Zul is a master teacher from Newark, New Jersey who offers her insights and observations on this construction of demographics, to what speaks to the level of influence of music that denotes what has been part of being able to observe confluences
"hater bitches marry hater niggas and have hater kids", to this degree of how archetypes are adopted, Carl Jung has literature on this, where people adapt to images and identify with that to symbolize characteristics and traits, to that end, there is also the book on signs and symbols, to that extent of how the sector of business exploits this, the industry that offers relationship advice and psychology are determining factors to keep people in those communities who trauma bond to those psychoacoustics remain in a biofeedback loop, to this there is academia touching on this polarity:
Post traumatic slave disorder by joy degruy is one
Breaking the chains of psychological slavery by naim Akbar is another
As the gender politics, spiritual community, and new age spirituality have become cults, the book that is anti-thesis to that is, combatting cult mind control by Steven hassan
To part & parcel to how the funnel of netizens falling into these transhumanistic movements of being against one another, "chaos & cyber culture" by dr. Timothy leary ph. D., he is one of the people who sat with cia agents to discuss the automation of online activity
Alan Watts, Jiddu Krishnamurti, and Terrence McKenna are also people who speak about how computers will be built to outpace humanity, as they were put at the frontlines to influence such, as the book that speaks to this is in "mind control in the United States" by Steven Jacobson as mass media has made for mass followings, what began in the 90's to blackplanet, paxed, crushspot, and other social media platforms priming the earlier generation to make way for the next, as the crack epidemic was only an aspect of destablilizing black families
Strategies to demoralizing a group of people is a covert operation, the book "art of war" and military pdf files can inform many on how that goes and went and what has come to be the conditioning of this generation and the one who has come after sharing memes about normalization, as normalizing is another mind control technique, to this degree, the book speaking to that is, "the unseen hand" by A. Ralph epperson, there is also an interview with a kgb agent who reveals this stuff circulating on the web to anyone interested in searching that out, and to that extent, there is a documentaty titled, "double talk"
Double talk is used in politics to exact layered speech that is stacked to not actually give solutions but rhetoric, a feedback loop nuanced to how Governor, mayors, presidents, and other elects speak to keep people in line with a belief system
Belief systems are another form of mind control, especially for people who have suffered deep trauma, as to traumatize is another technique to induce susceptibility in believing as belief is a controlled to influence others, what agents are taught to persuade others and why social media has influencers, the unseen hand, to that effect, the book "new world order" by a Ralph epperson addresses that
In offering this much, people should read, "the power of now" by eckhartt tolle on the chapter involving the topic of the pain body, as that connects with how consumers get stuck in the cycle of consuming content involving attachment styles and trauma bonding, as this is what is constructing the mind set of the current generation
Trilateralism by Holly Skar is why I mention the infrastructure of both relationships and spirituality creating the archetypes that feed the hostility bred by black men and women, as animus and anima are jungian types from experimental psychology to induce a populous and the popular underpinning of making status quo
Experimental psychology is discussed in lectures by Dr. Phil Valentine, a brotha, and there are also books available on this as well
Eugenics is a form of experimental psychology, to impact and impose the idea of interracial dating, as swirling is a sector that is a business of mixing, to why there is a hashtag called mixed babies, as the literature on Willie lynch superimposed the ideology of breeding out complexions and genetics, what can also be read on aryan ideologies, where women adopted the idea of men as lesser or defect actually comes from the aryan race as an adaptation of how wiccan magic utilizes subversion, to that degree, one should read sexpionage: the explotation of sex by david lewis and "how the illuminati create an undetectable total mind controlled slave" by Cisco Wheeler and Fritz springmeier
^ what ties this together with how this impacted blacks is how gangs initiate and why people should read this book these two books:
Illuminati in the music industry by Mark dice
Ritual abuse and mind control: the manipulation of attachment needs
Edited by orit badouk epstein, joseph Schwartz, and rachel wingfield schwartz
As those series of books show how the sexual liberation movement and counter culture initiated the glorification of demoralization of men and women's values around sex, the upsurge in casual sex, the normalized worship of drug abuse and sex and how that has lead to the healing movement in the health & wellness industry, as executives need to create demand in order to supply, and to understand the statistics and analytics of how a massive amount of black women and men circulate drip campaigns in the form of memes that degenerate and promote dysfunction and why toxic relationships are celebrated
The books aforementioned also highlight black magic and dark magic abused, as sex magic applied in these areas and the black culture that circle around celebrity worship is another ritual that amplifies conditions
The conditioning as a result is where bimbofication and barbie ideals are heralded, as the movie "stepford wives" goes into that, and elucidates the desire for black women to advertise luxury lifestyles around material and why escorts and sugar babies are dominant in those spaces and fields, as it is the biomarker for bioinformatics that represent the effectiveness of eugenics as a modality which will continue and is the reason for sex toys and devices, as the deeper you plunge someone into habituations, the deeper the dependency, what calls to how influenced the bad bitch archetype became the mold that so many ladies have modeled themselves after
To the polar end of why young black males have predominantly sought after to model themselves to be thugs and gangsters from the imagery in the music that celebrates killing, fetishizing women, liquor, drug misuse, gangbang sex and trains, and other dark magic rites and black magic rituals, to the book that is by Mark dice and another called secret rituals of the men in black by allen greenfield
If anyone pieces together excerpts from all the books highly recommended, it will illustrate how black culture is simply propellent of materialism, consumption, addiction, and abuse, on one end, and how that offers the capitalization of commodifying black bodies to advertise products and commodities, why corporations sponsor influencers, as it keeps the treadmill of users at pace with trilateral commissions agenda to fulfill a quota of deriving x-amount of dollars from blacks to fund industries that keep communities at a level to go no further than that
How to sell to a negro
Selling to a negro
This is why we call you the devil: psychology of selling to the negro
^ documentaries from the 1950s from when mk ultra began are what support what was stated
Having worked in retail, there is a book for analysts, psychologists, and economists that let's them know the demographic of blacks of all ages what they buy and how much and how often, so there is that as well
There is a film on this as well, the name of it escapes me so I suggest people research video lectures by Steve Cokley about the boule as it speaks to what is denoted in the film, as the comforts and conveniences and status maintain that African Americans never revolt or unite and where the term negropean came as the desire to live the affluence of upper class caucasians who are part of lodges, cults, groups, fraternities and select memberships within factions is adjacent to how black women and black men desire to be in proximity and soon resign from being educated beyond what is going on so long as they get paid, that funnel is where blacks as operatives are sworn to secrecy and those who pledge do the maintenance of influencing generations to aspire to that level of society, as that is the unseen hand that has created the digital landscape we see today
The book by mike Horowitz, occult america: the secret history of how mysticism shaped the nation is also how and why many find work in spirituality as yoga and yogis that were bought out by caucasians made it a lucrative end to turn moralism, hierarchy, and righteousness into a profit model as all things spiritual from other cultures that were paid off to do the same made the conglomerate belief system of universality and oneness to have one main way of thought that both serves as a sector for an industry and also serves the demographic of spenders who spend most of their time listening to these podcasts, organizations, and movements
So the concepts of gold diggers, dead beats, ain't shyt niggas, fuckboys, bitches, bad bitches, dogs, all Markov models to train a group of people who serve the self-help industry, the divorce court, the jewelery business, funeral homes, counselors, therapists, spiritualists, gurus, coaches, trainers, and mentors, as that keeps the pockets lined and continues the line of generations who compete and divide to be conditioned by the dominance hierarchy
The dominace hierarchy can be expanded on by looking into jordan peterson and your local library
I'm severly summarizing because my time is valuable and I typically charge for this lol so have at this and whoever seeks to make an honest buck from this, credit me and pay it forward $afromagnetic ∆ to those who value themselves, know their worth, and respect their time §
The programming goes deeper than this but I reserve that for my clients, customers, and students who support me xo
Also, it should be known that it is common practice in indigenous cultures for wombyn to sleep with a man specifically for his genes and purely for the intent to birth a chilf or children to continue her lineage with no interest in marriage or the men with whom she procreates due to the lack of ancestral knowledge on parthenogenesis, the other side of the game and where my other research touches from elders that inform me of ways of old and having grown up in a matriarchal setting through my life to also be informed by women themselves of this common practice unbeknownst to men and others who are unaware of this and/or lack insight, hypergamy, and the sugar bowl or eugenics or breeding and slave training and how divide & conquer strategies are applied or applicable from germanic influences, british intelligence, chinese families, british rule, and the Roman empire to govern how blacks behave and how influencing the mentality of women and degradation of the black men from birth to boyhood to adolescence are operations being carried out and have been so for centuries
Dr. Llaila Afrika touches base on this as well and there are books on the matter about sexuality and slavery that can be found on the web and through an IG bookstore owned by dtr360, the doctor has videos online discussing how slave mastered trained slaves to have a sex drive, and to that degree, there is another book called mind controlled sex slaves and the CIA by tracy Twyman as the protocol of molestation in black homes is just a sliver of how that influences the many and why many have similar stories to tell, including men, and what that leads to

Unlocking the Potential of Scenar Healing Devices

In the realm of holistic and alternative medicine, Scenar healing devices have been gaining recognition for their remarkable therapeutic benefits. These compact handheld devices, which stand for "Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator," are designed to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and alleviate various forms of pain and discomfort. In this article, we'll delve into the world of Scenar healing devices and explore how they work, their applications, and their growing popularity in the healthcare industry.
Understanding Scenar Healing Devices Scenar healing devices were developed based on the principles of biofeedback and neurostimulation. They operate on the idea that the human body has an innate ability to heal itself when stimulated correctly. These devices are equipped with electrodes that deliver low-frequency electrical impulses to the skin's surface, creating a biofeedback loop with the body.
How Scenar Devices Work The Scenar device's electrical impulses interact with the body's nervous system, specifically the skin, and create a response that is unique to each individual. As the device scans and detects areas of imbalance or dysfunction, it adjusts its signal frequency to encourage the body to self-regulate and promote healing. This process is non-invasive, painless, and generally well-tolerated by patients.
Applications of Scenar Healing Devices Scenar devices have a wide range of applications and are commonly used for:
Pain Management: Scenar therapy is often sought after for its effectiveness in reducing both acute and chronic pain. It is used to alleviate conditions such as back pain, joint pain, migraines, and sports injuries.
Rehabilitation: Scenar therapy is valuable in physical therapy and rehabilitation programs, helping patients regain mobility and strength after injuries or surgeries.
Stress Reduction: By promoting relaxation and balancing the autonomic nervous system, Scenar therapy can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
Digestive Disorders: Some practitioners use Scenar devices to address digestive issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and indigestion.
Skin Conditions: Scenar therapy may be employed to improve the appearance of the skin and assist in the healing of wounds and scars.
The Growing Popularity The popularity of Scenar healing devices is on the rise due to their non-invasive nature and potential to complement conventional medical treatments. Many healthcare practitioners, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, and holistic therapists, have incorporated Scenar therapy into their practice.
Patients are drawn to Scenar therapy for its ability to provide relief without the side effects associated with pharmaceutical interventions. Additionally, it aligns with the growing trend of seeking natural and holistic approaches to healthcare.
Conclusion Scenar healing devices represent a fascinating intersection of technology and natural healing. Their ability to engage the body's innate healing mechanisms has garnered attention in the medical field and among patients seeking alternative and complementary therapies. As research and understanding of Scenar therapy continue to evolve, it is likely that these devices will play an increasingly prominent role in holistic healthcare.
In summary, Scenar healing devices are more than just innovative gadgets; they offer a potential path to improved well-being and pain relief for those who explore their benefits.

so like we know how in all humans smelling a baby (any baby) can trigger a release of dopamine and how parents can usually tell that their baby is their baby by smell and now we now know that in vernix is the chemical hexadecanal and how in cis women hexadecanal can cause aggression towards others because from an evolutionary standpoint, it makes sense to have an aggressive, protective new birthing parent
but also
because of who I am as a person, I am now imagining the various endorphins Cardassian parents get from being physically close to their children but also absolutely considering the possibility that being close to their young at any age can trigger outgroup aggression on a chemical level and that feeding into the state-honoring breeding kink to the point where there becomes like, the Family Smell but also a psychosomatic and then cultural component where like, even On Sight Cardassian parents can become Very Aggressive about their children and partner(s) that left unchecked (or well-propagandized) turned into the stigma against orphans and other "unconnected" children
and just all the ways Cardassians could have those sweet sweet biofeedback loops ready 2 go
and how at first Garak is like, fully prepared to just not have many of these so-called hallmarks of Cardassian parenthood because 1. never thinks he'll ever become a parent for uhhhh so many reasons but 2. definitely not interested in passing down those genetics! and 3. the amount of science that would have to get involved for him and Julian to have biological children anyway is A Lot for reconstruction-era Cardassia
but then enter: the whammy
because the first time he sees Julian holding their child it's a whack of dopamine just like when the wire was on and activated and he was using it to cope with living on DS9 but it's... because he is loved and loves and has a family he thought he would never had

Dogs also process a surprising amount of information from human language, typically processing about 165 words, with many having vocabularies in excess of 250. Most can effectively count to four or five. This is roughly equivalent to a 2-year-old human child. They have emotional reactions to praise, and can tell the difference between real words and nonsense. They also recognize when their owners are speaking a different language. Dogs have effectively evolved to process language much the way humans do, in order to better integrate with the humans they live with. Ironically, dogs may be better at reading people than people are at reading dogs. Researchers have found that people who don’t own dogs were better at reading the body language of dogs than people who did own one. The dog owners in the study mis-identified what emotion a dog was feeling while watching a dog interact with a child in a video almost two-thirds of the time, whereas non-owners were only wrong about a quarter of the time. The biochemical bond between people and dogs is a symbiotic one. Over the past decade a series of studies have shown that both people and dogs produce oxytocin when interacting with each other in a calm, relaxed way. Some studies have shown that these interactions can reduce cortisol (a stress hormone) as well. The longer the relationship between owner and dog, the more pronounced the effects are. This is the same biofeedback loop you find between mother and child. “It’s an incredible finding that suggests that dogs have hijacked the human bonding system,” says Brian Hare, an expert on canine cognition at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. It should be no wonder that many people regard dogs as their “fur babies.” They exist as permanent children who derive comfort and pleasure from interacting with us. For those same reasons, our emotional relationships with dogs tend to be emotionally uncomplicated. Dogs do not care if you’re a murderer or a fascist. But they are a companion species whose entire evolutionary strategy revolves around manipulating instincts into loving and protecting them. It’s unsurprising then that most people have more empathy for dogs than they do for people: We see them as uncomplicated, guileless, and innocent in the same way that we do children. Similarly, children in homes with dogs exhibit more prosocial behaviors, perhaps because they have more opportunities to practice empathy and the fundamentals of emotional contagion. For adults, when their dogs die they often experience grief as intensely as if it were a close family member or child.

Theory that Vulcans control their emotions in the same way they are able to internally self-regulate their pain receptors. It’s not that they don’t have emotions, but they can control the biofeedback and physiological response to it, which in turn lessons the emotional intensity whilst still presenting an unemotional facade. Like imagine if every time you got angry, you could just rid your body of excess adrenaline and slow your heart rate down and mitigate any microexpressioms? It’d be a lot easier to control. It’s also why they talk about control rather than suppression, and why they don’t experience the negative effects that humans have when they try to suppress the same emotions but still have to deal with the physiological side effects. It’d also explain why Vulcans who don’t agree with the unemotional philosophy appear expressive and ‘human’ in their portrayal of emotion, such as Sybok.
Additional theory that Vulcans experience emotions to a greater intensity and can experience a feedback loop of continually increasing emotion if they don’t try to control it. You know how sometimes humans will be in a slump, and will choose to wallow in the bad mood instead of fixing it? I think Vulcans are like that, but to an even deeper extent, with their emotions becoming almost addictive and continually increasing unless action is taken to control it. Which could make them dangerously self-destructive or violent. Hence why they evolved the ability to be able to control this.
But the philosophy and differing opinion is about how much they should control the emotions and which ones should be avoided, with some thinking that every and all emotion should be squashed completely, and others thinking the emotions should only be controlled so as to not be reckless, but can still be felt and expressed.
And a final theory, that Spock as only a half Vulcan does not have complete control of this self-regulation process, albeit it he shares the ability to about 90% the extent of a full blooded Vulcan. But that as half-human, his emotions aren’t as destructive or dangerous as a full blooded Vulcan and thus don’t present the same need of control as other Vulcans, although they are still of a greater intensity and danger than human emotions. But I imagine that he overcompensates, views all emotion as bad, and what he can’t regulate, he suppresses. And what he suppresses harms him in the same way that it’d harm a human. So whilst a full blooded Vulcan is genuinely healthier regulating their emotions (because unregulated they can reach such intensity that they have physiological risks), and a human is genuinely healthier expressing their emotions, Spock is a completely unique blend of the two. So his own well-being means his expression of emotion must be unique to him, and neither entirely human or entirely Vulcan, but his desire to meet expectation makes it hard for him to see and acknowledge that.
(It’s also why Bones and Jim are so important to his development, because they accept that he is a Vulcan and won’t be human, but they are able to recognise that he also isn’t being true to himself either and can challenge that.)

I’ve read so many amazing works through following you; thank you for your hard work. I’ve tried all the tricks you suggest to find this fic but no joy so I’m asking on the understanding that you may be too busy to answer! Basically Bucky picks up an explosive that detonates in his metal hand. He’s not supposed to have ‘pain’ but it hurts & he’s in shock. Steve carries him to Tony for help. Tony does something to the arm that causes a biofeedback loop to knock Bucky out to repair it. Thanks.
Thank you so much for the nice words! 😊
Something vaguely resembling what you’re describing happens in We're All Stupid When We're Hurting by Taste_is_Sweet... otherwise I tried looking but I didn’t find it :/

Study: For Insomnia Relief, Try Yoga, Not Pills

It's a feedback-loop at its worst: you hinge on bed at evening bothering with how you are incapable to rest-- which only keeps you even more awake. Prior to you head down to the center to get a prescription for resting tablets, think about trying one of science's even more alternative techniques: yoga.
A study published in 2004's Applied Psychophysiology and also Biofeedback found that individuals that practiced yoga experienced not just enhanced overall sleep time, however sleep efficiency, resulting in increased overall wake time. Participants additionally demonstrated boosted sleep beginning latency-- sleeping a lot more swiftly, and also wake time after sleep onset-- getting up earlier.
The research study, conducted by S.B. Khalsa at the Division of Rest Medicine in Brigham as well as Women's Hospital, took a look at 20 participants for two weeks before the implementation of yoga exercise method then 8 weeks adhering to. The yoga method was composed of a solitary, in-person training session complied with by independent exercise with brief follow-ups.
The research's findings (that regular yoga method can effect statistically substantial renovations in rest behaviors) back up a growing variety of physician' emphasis on changing our regimens, instead of taking pills, to remedy disrupted rest patterns. As an example, Ramadevi Gourineni, MD, supervisor of the Comprehensive Sleeping disorders Clinic at Northwestern Memorial Medical facility recommends people to take on easy lifestyle changes, which "can change the need for medications," in order to obtain a better night of sleep.
Gourineni's facility highlights enhancing routines, such as removing caffeine before bed, making the bedroom a location for sleep in contrast to work or TELEVISION, as well as exercising techniques to eliminate insomnia-causing anxiety as well as stress.
Yoga supplies a great means to assist relax from the day's stress, psychologically in addition to literally. Moreover, practicing yoga exercise to assist obtain a better night's remainder won't have any of the unfavorable side-effects that prescription drugs all-too-often do, conversely, yoga offers a variety of favorable side effects ranging from weight reduction in ordering to help stop heart condition. The American Yoga Organization clarifies: "If you deal with sleeping disorders, whether commonly or sometimes, yoga could assist. With kicking back exercise, breathing strategies and also full relaxation, you can promote much more normal as well as relaxing resting patterns without resorting to sleep-inducing medicines. Such medicines conflict with your body's natural sleep cycle and also could create psychological reliance and also undesirable side impacts."
