WOW! First off, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has followed this blog, because I know I’m the most annoying person on your dash, and you’ve stuck around this long! When I made Bella, I was so nervous, because everyone in the Twilight fandom seemed SO QUALITY, but I was met with the MOST AMAZING PEOPLE, who I ABSOLUTELY ADORE. hi hello this is my first ever group verse so expect it to be really fucking messy ?? but me and @celebrityvictim have been plotting an alternate universe where billy loomis is a script writer / director and scream is really his movie. i figured it’d be a fun group verse to get everyone interacting together so here we are.

things I’m going to wonder about until the day I die: were sidney and billy dating before roman told billy about maureen and his father or did billy start dating sidney because of that so he could get closer to the prescotts and kill maureen as a result

What Scream characters do you ship Sidney with (both canon & noncanon ships)?

roleplay-wise, shipping still depends largely on chemistry for me, even with characters that are in the same fandom. that being said, my two main canon ships for sidney are sidney/billy and sidney/derek. there’s a lot of nuance as far as the sidney/billy ship goes in most contexts, giving everything we know from canon, and it’s something @blamemovies and I discuss a lot while plotting/writing. with sidney/derek, I think sidney genuinely loved derek and he loved her back; if he lived through the windsor college murders I could really see them having leaned on each other for support, finished school, settled down together, and they probably would’ve gotten married and started their own family (I have many thoughts on this ok).

as for noncanon ships, I love love love the idea of sidney/randy, aka let the geek get the girl, though I feel like it’d be less of randy ‘getting’ sidney and more of sidney and randy growing closer after windsor (in an au where randy survives windsor), really leaning on each other for support, and just realizing that they go good together, whether it’s romantic love or not. outside of that, @sequelslasher and I are exploring an au (one of several tbh) where mickey’s still the killer in the sequel, but he and sidney are dating and it adds a bigger weight to the reveal/“don’t you know history repeats itself?” line. 

like I said, though, if the chemistry’s there, I can ship just about anything. thanks for the question!

anyway the AU is still in its developmental stage but @blamemovies and I are doing a thing where billy survives the first movie, frames stu for everything, gets only 10-15 years, and when he gets out he finds out he and sidney had a kid and that kid is @iisolate, that is all.
