Exploring the Benefits of Blog Commenting
Blog commenting is a form of engagement where users interact with a blog post by leaving feedback, questions, or opinions in the comments section below the post. It serves as a platform for discussion, allowing readers to express their thoughts, provide additional insights, or ask for clarification from the author or other commenters. Blog commenting also helps build community around the blog, fostering connections between readers and the author, and potentially generating valuable insights and feedback for both parties.

10 Tips for New Stray Kids Fanfic Writers

Do you ever sit there staring at your Stray Kids draft and think:
“Is this even good?” “What if no one reads it?” “How the heck do I post fics on Tumblr anyway??”
But the truth is—everyone starts somewhere, and Tumblr’s full of people who do want to read what you’re writing (yes, even that fluff fic where Chan is your barista).
This guide is for you—the new fic writer, the quiet reader finally ready to post, the person overthinking everything.
Tip 1: Set up your space
You don’t need a fancy theme or 10k followers. But having a cozy blog setup helps people find and follow your work.
Pick a username you like (bonus if it hints at SKZ or writing).
In your bio, mention your fics, SKZ biases, and any ships or genres you focus on.
Pin a post!!! Link your intro, a masterlist, or a WIP schedule—your call. The most important thing is that this stays ORGANIZED. If people cannot find your fics , they wont be able to read them.
Tip 2: Use tags like your fic depends on it (because it does)
Tags = Tumblr SEO. The first 20 matter most.
Here’s how to tag smart:
Fandom: #stray kids, #skz, #stray kids fanfic
Member: #han jisung, #bang chan, etc.
Ship (if any): #hyunlix, #minchan, etc.
Genre/tropes: #fluff, #angst, #hurt comfort, #roommates au
Format: #oneshot, #smau, #drabble, #fic series
This helps the right readers find your stuff!
🛑 Important: Don’t tag members, ships, or tropes that aren’t in your fic just for reach. That’s called false tagging, and it breaks trust with readers. Someone clicking #seungmin isn’t expecting a Jeongin x reader fic with zero Seungmin content 😅
Keep your tags accurate and relevant—it builds a loyal reader base way faster than overtagging ever will.
Tip 3: Use the “Read More” feature
If your fic is more than a few paragraphs, add a Read More break (the little scissors ✂️ in the editor). It keeps dashboards clean and your post looking tidy.
Bonus: You can add a fun header, a quote, or tags before the cut to hook readers in!
Tip 4: Make a Masterlist (even if you only have 1 fic)
It’s your fic menu! This is where people will go to read your work. Be proud of it!! List your stories by member, ship, or type. Add emojis for ✨aesthetic✨. Update it as you go.
Even if you’ve only posted once—put it on there. You’re a writer now. 🫶
Tip 5: Engage with other SKZ fic writers
Tumblr isn’t a one-way street. You’ll build a reader base faster (and have more fun!) if you:
Reblog others’ fics and leave comments on their work.
Answer asks. Send asks.
Join writing events or tag games.
Hype up your mutuals!!
The stray kids community is super supportive—don’t be shy.
Tip 6: Use content warnings + proper tags
Keep your readers safe and informed by tagging:
Sensitive themes: #tw abuse, #death, #mental health
NSFW: Always tag it clearly, and don’t forget the 18+ warning
Major spoilers: if it’s plot heavy, give a heads up
It’s respectful and helps build trust.
Tip 7 : Reminder: Notes ≠ Worth
Got 7 notes on your fic? That’s seven whole people who took the time to read your words. That’s a small group reading circle. Intimate. Intentional. Beautiful.
20 notes? That’s a classroom full of people listening to the story you created.
100 notes? You just filled a conference room. Imagine standing at the front, reading your fic out loud to everyone in that space.
500+ notes? That’s a theater audience. All eyes on you. Applauding your imagination.
No matter the number, your story reached someone. That matters.
✨ Some fics blow up overnight. Some quietly change someone’s whole day. Both are real impact.
Write because you love it. Write because it’s in you. Write for the one person who needed that exact scene, line, or character—and found it in your words.
Tip 8 : Make your blog feel you
Tumblr loves writers who:
Share WIP snippets or headcanons
Post silly tag games
Talk about writing struggles (we all relate)
Make moodboards or fic memes
People connect with your words and your personality. Let that shine.
Tip 9: Start small—and keep it fun
You don’t need to drop a 10k word masterpiece your first time out. Write a drabble. A blurb. A tiny scene that makes you smile.
Low-pressure writing builds consistency and helps you find your voice. The best part? Those small fics often get the most love because they’re easy to read and reblog.
Tip 10: Reblog. Your. Own. Fic.
Tumblr moves fast. Your post can get buried in hours. So reblog it! More than once. With:
A different teaser line
A fun tag (like #if you like pain, read this)
A “thank you” or “I can’t believe I wrote this” moment
It’s not annoying. It’s smart. People are in different time zones and scroll at different hours. Let your fic breathe.
If you don’t hype yourself up, who will?
Did this help you?
Or maybe you have some tips that helped you as a new writer?
Feel free to leave them in the comments — we’d love to hear from you!

Tumblr and other blog spaces
Seeing a few people on my dashboard worried about Tumblr's future. I'm thinking about making a small Blogger tutorial on how to use it at a later time. Till then, here's a tidbit of what I know from using Blogger since 2010.
Blogger is free, requires a Google account, but it is old as fuck.
My Blogger page: Sketching with Reckless Abandon
Blogger is very archaic, like there is no easy way to find other blogs except through some random search engine. Formatting on Blogger's post editor is not great. Images sometimes break or glitch and sometimes delete paragraphs. Also, labels on Blogger are not the same as tags on Tumblr: they are only for your blog's organization. Sometimes search engines can use your labels for their results but I'm not sure how well that works in today's internet.
Blogger's dev blog was last updated in 2020, so I'm not even sure if there's any support for future updates. Blogger still works, lol.
Blogger's dashboard is the Reading List and is out of the way of your main page of Blogger, which usually shows your entire history of your blog posts. The Reading List shows a list of blogs you follow, their posts shortened for compact display. To follow other blogs based on Blogger: first you need to find a blog (either .blogspot or .blogger), then paste the home url in your Reader List > Manage > Mangage Blogs I'm Following page. Use this page to unfollow blogs.
Old as fuck website aside, Blogger is good for Artists (if you use a blog template that favors your images) and Writers (Blogger is a long form blogging website like Tumblr, though in theory I don't think Blogger has a post cap). It is possible to use Blogger as an archive, provided you keep things organized and up to date. Like with some templates on Tumblr, you can use some templates on Blogger to make your blog into a webpage or portfolio site. Setup is a little finicky, though.
Use labels to organize your blog, don't use labels as tags or talk in tags - this will mess up your blog's organization and will be hell to clean up. I suggest not to use it as a micro-blogging platform. Small posts within a short amount of time will flood Reader Lists.
You do not have to worry (somewhat) about awkward censorship there, but still follow Blogger's TOS. 18+ art and content must have Adult Content enabled in settings. If you are an 18+ creator, I suggest reading the Community Guidelines before making a blog on Blogger.
Moderation on these blogs are extremely basic. Like, you just have some basic moderation on your comments. You can hide comments on individual posts.
Also, it's possible Blogger might break a few posts. It's rare, but it would explain why my earliest posts from 2010-2013 don't have me as the author. I can still edit them, but can't change author. It might be because I had a Google+ account back then before Google deprecated it. Anyway, today Blogger uses my main Google account as the author of my recent posts.
There is no way to share posts easily, except copying other posts and linking them in your blog post (talk about it, so it's not just a link). To interact with others, just comment (if available) under blog posts. Make sure your comment is set to public (either your google acc or name with url). If you want to comment anonymously, you can do that as well.
Blogger's biggest pro is its Stats page. It shows you how many views you got for your blog and your posts, and it also shows detailed information on what keywords/labels that helped bring views to your blog. Might want to get used to using SEO techniques.
You can monetize the blog with Google Adsense, but you might need to find an updated way to get it started - I never set mine up and I'm not sure if that still works for this site.
That's it for right now.
#my posts#blogger#blogspot#tumblr#tumblr layoff#blogging sites#blog sites#alternatives to tumblr#blogger is held together with hopes and dreams#like there's blogs still here since 2000s

Ok, wow, this is NOT the type of ask you seem to get usually, but this appears to be my best option...
I'm seeking out a post that is not particularly fandom-y in nature, but I was reminded of it after reading the earlier anon who was burned out from AI discourse - I totally feel the same way, and there was a really great lengthy textpost I reblogged a few months ago (read: "I read it any time from, like, April 2024 to almost a year ago......sorry") that I cannot find on my blog nor on tumblr in general - either because the post has been completely nuked from the internet OR because I'm just bad at SEO searches and remembering the keywords that were actually IN the post. I'm hoping it's a me issue or, if the post IS nuked, at the very least someone here remembers it and has an internet archive link or screenshot or something????
to get to the point, there was a post that was like (paraphrased, quote marks are not literal quotes):
"When it comes to the anti-AI crowd on tumblr, there's basically two schools of thought: people who completely hate AI and everything about it and are opposed to all forms of AI without even learning what AI really is. These people are stuck in their ways and generally can't be reasoned with.
Then there's a second group who are against AI for pretty good reasons - they really are worried that AI is gonna completely take over and steal artists' livelihoods, those who criticize it for environmental activist reasons, etc. These people generally can be reasoned with as they're truly misinformed, and in fact they would be - or already are - receptive to a less harmful AI."
The post then went on to compare AI to other forms of automation and made some really great parallels; such as bringing up the fact that stores that have both self checkout AND cashiers tend to be the best business models, because people who have their preferences can choose how they want to shop, AND we can utilize automated checkouts without completely getting rid of cashiers, which is obviously good for a lot of reasons.
It also debunked a lot of common fearmonger-y arguments against AI, i.e. explaining what "training AI" really entails, with some general copyright-critical philosophy in general. (I don't know the actual, like, political term, if one even exists, but basically they were talking about flaws with "intellectual property" as a concept - or at least how IP works today and why it works the way it does.)
There was also a really good addition to the OP's thoughts that I liked, with another user talking about: Essentially people who are gonna use AI would likely have done something else sketchy anyway, even if AI as it stands today didn't exist. For example, chatGPT isn't to blame for plagiarism. The people who use chatGPT to do their homework would, in an earlier time, likely go on Chegg / pay someone to write an essay / reuse their old work / etc. Likewise, the people who tell open AI to make artwork for them likely wouldn't make (or try to make) their own artwork anyway, nor would they even commission someone. They talked about how since fandom is so damn divided on the topic of AI, that the artists who DO feel as if their commissions are being taken away from them, or the writers who DO fear AI taking over fanfic.......well, to put it nicely, those people likely wouldn't really be losing many fans in the first place. You didn't lose a commission to AI - that person never would've commissioned you in the first place, and the people that do commission you hate AI as much as you do. You're not losing readers to AI - people who choose AI fics over yours are likely already the impatient type who can't handle waiting more than a week for an update, so they just make AI feed them 10k in one sitting! And the people who DO comment and read on your stuff, also hate AI!
I definitely did not agree with every single point made on the post (ie i dont think the self checkout metaphor was a great direct parallel logistically, but I def picked up what they were trying to put out and overall agreed with the general sentiment), overall it made a lot of really, really, really good points about the AI debate that I'd truly never considered before.
I know I've damn near rewritten the whole post myself now at this point but I also know there's a lot of stuff that I'm missing or that I just can't word and I'd love to know if anyone else has seen this post or has it on their blog in some capacity.

ooooo personally I would love to know which songs you think are skz's best songs 👀 (if you want to share of course 💕)
HI raf first of all MWAH💖 you’re always thee sweetest tysm for asking & sorry it’s taken me a little bit of time but im here and READY. now this could take me as much time as i allow myself to type as i am quite the enjoyer of skz music (idk if you’ve noticed 🙈) so i decided to go for a reasonable number of 10 random faves (with commentary because well. it’s me) in signature ana proust style novel form with no real order bc that would be agony and they have TOO many damn songs. under the cut because well. you’ll see why.
any (balkan KINGS that song is on my blog at least 20 times i wish i was joking. GOES STEWPIDDDD. the rest of the songs aren’t really in order but any and ttath share number one FIRMLY)
ttath (experimental skzies is skzies at their best and i will always stand by that. when lino jokingly called this his fav skzies song i was both delighted and ready to fight (making mockery out of MY girl.. preposterous))
cover me (had NO idea hyunjin (producer) had ALL THAT in him. it’s ostensibly hard to make me love a ballad but this one’s in my top 5 skz songs it goes absolutely STUPID. the bridge/last chorus seungmin -> chan -> lino run is earth shattering)
FNF (imagine me leaving the ‘im crying in the club’ comment that had kibum going ‘you’re in the club?’ bangchan give me another club banger im holding you at gunpoint.)
on that note. GOING DUMBBBBBB i need your successor right now. i want you i love you. you’re my girl forever. gunpoint point stands.
DLMLU (SO many people weren’t that impressed and that makes me lose my mind. this is my favorite genre of song. makes me feel something incrementally similar to the emotions become undone by shinee invokes which speaks for itself more than any words i could ever say)
i hate to admit (IF IT HAS ONE MILLION FANS I AM ONE OF THEM IF IT HAS ONE HUNDRED FANS I AM ONE OF THEM IF ITS ONE FAN ITS ME IF THERE’S NO ONE I AM DEAD‼️ im telling you i NEED a mashup of chan’s current solos x this to produce the silk shirt rnb desperate begging hey lover by boyz II men & ll cool j chan track of my dreams. or at LEAST give me rehab by rihanna. SOMETHING anything.)
every 3racha song but let’s talk about ZONE right now (monumental. abysmal. han opens it all politely cutely then changes the flow to more dark then gets rude with it (switching up his flow is his specialty to me he’s so good at it and this song is a perfect showcase of that) and the chorus is good fun and all but when SEO CHANGBIN goes IN. that dude is out of his mind that’s all im saying lest we stay here all night)
phobia (IM STUCK WITH A PHOBIA !!! same genre as dlmlu in my sick and twisted mind bc they’re both absolutely desperate with it. different styles but same raw emotion. Obsessed. headbanging as we speak.)
STOP/road not taken (MMMOOOOREEEEEE of this. i do have a bit of a bone to pick w most of their earlier stuff in view of production but when they got it they GOTTTT ITTTTT)
and this is track 11 actually but who’s counting. can i talk about hanji for a second? let me talk about hanji for a second. VOLCANO i had no idea about that song until like a month ago LMAO and it’s been on my mind all the time. the lyrics bring me to my knees and i absolutely love his flow i think he’s my fav skz rapper actually. he has such a special way of expressing emotion and i know he loves to play w autotune but i just can’t help but wish there were less effects on his voice just to Feel it more but we’ll get there someday. absolutely gorgeous is my point.
#typed this up like a woman POSESSED once i started i couldn’t stop#anywayyyy. hope you enjoy it heheee & that you’re having a good day ofc always 💓#stray kids

The Top Book Marketing Strategies That Actually Work in 2025
Let’s be honest—writing a book is hard. But marketing it? That’s where many authors hit a wall. Especially in 2025, when algorithms shift overnight and everyone seems to be an influencer. If you're a self-published or indie author, you're probably juggling everything—from editing and formatting to panicking over your Amazon sales rank at 2 a.m.
Good news: you’re not alone. Even better? You don’t have to throw spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. Let’s talk about what actually works right now—and how you can spend more time writing and less time screaming into the void.
📚 Amazon Is Still the Beast—Tame It
Amazon’s not just the world's biggest bookstore. It’s a search engine, a recommender system, and, for indie authors, the make-or-break platform. If you’re not treating your Amazon listing like a digital storefront, you’re missing a huge opportunity.
Here’s the thing: a catchy title and pretty cover aren’t enough. You’ll need:
SEO-optimized keywords in your book description (think like a reader, not a writer)
Author Central profile that links your books, bio, and blog
Strategic pricing—launching at $0.99 or using Kindle Countdown Deals still works
Consistent reviews, even if it’s just from your writing group at first
And yes, ads. Amazon Ads can help, but only if you know how to use them without torching your budget. This is where a platform like Legee Publishing can help. They specialize in getting your book placed on Amazon, guiding you with targeted advertising strategies without making you feel like you're selling your soul to spreadsheets.
🎯 Your Niche Is Your Power—Own It
Too many authors try to market their book to “everyone.” That’s a trap.
Ask yourself: Who is this book actually for? Is it a cozy mystery for retired teachers? A dark fantasy for Gen Z TikTokers? A memoir for women in their 40s rediscovering themselves?
Drill down. Then double down.
Use that niche to:
Create super-specific ads
Write blog posts around topics your readers care about
Connect in online communities where they actually hang out
And don’t underestimate genre loyalty. Romance readers, for example, are often voracious, supportive, and love series. If that’s your lane, stay in it—and serve your audience with consistency and care.
💌 Email Isn’t Dead—It Just Got Smarter
You know those “Join My Newsletter” buttons that nobody clicks anymore? Yeah, those are dead. But email itself? Very much alive—if you know how to make it worth opening.
Here’s what works:
Lead magnets that aren’t boring (a free novella, exclusive art, a deleted scene)
Reader magnets that keep people on your list (monthly updates, behind-the-scenes notes, even Spotify playlists for your characters)
Segmentation so fantasy readers don’t get your nonfiction rants
Your list is your lifeline. Social platforms can shadowban you. Amazon can delist you. But your email list? That’s yours.
🔄 Don’t Just Post—Engage (Yes, It’s a Buzzword, But It Works)
Social media still matters. But not the way it used to. It’s no longer about how often you post—it’s about how often people care.
Quick tip: Pick one platform. Seriously, just one. Trying to do TikTok, Instagram, X (still weird calling it that), Threads, and Facebook will burn you out faster than a NaNoWriMo caffeine crash.
Some tactics that work in 2025:
Instagram Reels with behind-the-scenes writing clips or “BookTok”-style mood boards
TikTok snippets showing emotional reactions to your book
Authentic engagement (commenting like a real human, not a robot quoting your blurb)
Also, fun side note: many authors are finding success by linking their book not in every post, but every third one. Keeps the vibe less salesy.
🧠 Content Marketing (But Make It Reader-Friendly)
Blogging isn’t dead—it’s just evolved. Readers still Google stuff. Things like:
“Books like The Silent Patient”
“Best LGBTQ+ sci-fi reads”
“How to survive heartbreak with poetry”
If your site shows up for those searches, guess what? You get new eyeballs. And if your blog’s fun, insightful, and links to your book, you get new readers.
Better yet, platforms like Legee Publishing offer helpful guidance on how to promote your work beyond just Amazon. They're expanding to places like IngramSpark and Barnes & Noble, which means you’re not boxed into just one retailer. More shelf space (virtual or otherwise) equals more chances to connect with the right readers.
💬 Word of Mouth, But Make It Strategic
"Just get people talking about it" sounds great—until you realize people don’t talk about stuff they haven’t read. Or worse, stuff they’ve read and forgotten.
So, here’s how to jump-start buzz:
Give early readers a reason to care (think ARC teams, private groups, sneak peeks)
Include discussion questions for book clubs (yes, even for fiction—it works!)
Encourage reviews... but in a non-desperate way (like adding a thank-you note at the end of your eBook that gently asks for one)
Also, don’t overlook author collaborations. A quick shoutout swap or cross-promo between two indie authors in the same genre? Still one of the most powerful ways to grow.
🛠️ You Don’t Have to Do It Alone (Seriously)
Let’s face it—marketing isn’t every writer’s jam. And that’s okay. You didn’t pour your soul into a novel just to spend all day tweaking ad copy and wondering why your click-through rate dropped.
That’s where folks like Legee Publishing come in. They don’t just list your book—they help you understand how to make it shine. Whether it’s setting up your Amazon listing, exploring new sellers like IngramSpark and B&N, or figuring out how to actually connect with readers who want what you're offering—they’ve got your back.
Final Thought: The Story Doesn’t End After “The End”
You wrote a book. That’s no small thing. But finishing the story? That’s only half the journey. The rest? It’s about telling people why your story matters—and why they should care enough to read it.
And in 2025, that means being a little savvy, a little strategic, and a whole lot of yourself.
So breathe. Market smart. And remember—every great author started somewhere. Usually with zero reviews and a gut full of nerves.
You’ve got this.

(Hope this doesn't come off as rude)
But I think what can help you get your post seen better is if you add LOTS of tags, LOTS of it.
It does better on the algorithm.
And your art is beautiful, and I'm so jealous of it (in a good way). I know it's hard, but don't doubt yourself! It's a built-up, and I KNOW you'll get where you want to be; your art is too good.
It's not rude! But it's also not how these algorithms exactly work these days.
I have three main social media rn: Tumblr, Twitter (X), Instagram.
On Tumblr algorithm isn't that big of a thing. People also use tags for search and blog navigation, so overdoing tags isn't usually a good thing. Especially bad thing is to use "theme-related" tags which are not depicted on the images itself. It happens a lot in Marauders fandom these days, and, I kid you not, I know a lot of people who feel fuming anger about it. Overdoing tags for tumblr is just not a good thing.
On Twitter you just can't really use many tags physically, and tbh people rarely use them overall. Twitter rec algorithm is more about searching similar words to your interests and looking how much engagement these posts gets. The higher engagement, the more chances that your art will be seen by people outside of your immediate circle.
On Instagram tags kinda lost their usefullness with time. They are not the best thing for search, I think you can follow tags, but quite often these recs get overwhelmed by something else (esp fucking reels). Also afaik Instagram's algorithm became more SEO-like, so it's more about using key words in descriptions of your posts. But generally you still won't get on explore page without people sharing, commenting, liking and saving.
Platforms generally want more engagement, because they want you to stay as much as you can, as long as you can. And if your post isn't engaging, then for the algorithms it's garbage. The only way to show the algorithms that your post is worthy being shown and recommended is engagement, but here is my regular problem - my art rarely is.
I'm glad that you like my art!
But also it happens quite often that people come, like all of my art and then go away without a single reblog. I go to their page and see more popular artists of the same characters/ships reblogged, and not old art, but recent art, so it's not a queue thing. What else can I think in these instances rather than my art just isn't good enough, not worthy of being saved and kept and shared?
I see people praising artists for "finally doing a thing" which I've been doing for almost two years. What else can I think if not that I will never be good enough to get the same praise? Especially because it happens for the second time in four years in two different fandoms, I feel like it's me who is the problem.
It's just absolutely devastating to pour your heart, your limited free time, your love into something, into sharing it, into promoting it one way or another and then seeing how someone wings it in a couple of months without having to suffer all of these additional movements and becomes a fucking star.
I just feel like something finally broke in me in the last couple of months. Because what is the point of trying and hoping, when it just always brings you nowhere while others can appear and get more love than you can even realistically imagine.
I'm really glad that you like my art, but at this point I'm not sure I'm in any way one of these artists who are exactly worthy of any jealousy, good or bad.

Proposed fact checking website/blog by u/Larushka
Proposed fact checking website/blog Several sinners, me included, really want to see these two reap their rewards for all their lies. It was suggested that maybe a website/blog with actual facts compared to what they said, where they’ve changed facts, where statements are made out of context, etc. Seeing as there is currently no main stream journalist willing to actually challenge them, I was thinking that we could create a space where all of their lies and deception are listed. This would need to be professional and fact based with PRIMARY source links. It should be in chronological order. It could be based on the timeline I just posted separately, and that would give us a good framework to begin.https://ift.tt/WMYTlmA also think it should include any time they’ve put out misleading press, stolen valor, puff pieces etc. - anything where they’ve manipulated the truth. Also all the quotes Meghan has incorporated into her speeches but failed to attribute to the original source.Sadly, ill health prevents me from taking this on myself, but I would be more than willing to contribute some time and effort, and I’m pretty sure there must be loads of others here who’d be willing to help, just waiting for those two to get their just desserts. It would need to be chronological (I just posted a timeline), proof-read, fact checked, edited and scanned with a legal eye. It must look professional. If we can create something like this, I’m pretty confident that we could attract the attention of the real royal reporters like Richard Eden and Rebecca English. At this point I’m also sure Dan Wootton, Sharon Osbourne and even Piers Morgan would be on board. And most certainly the Australian press and Megyn Kelly.I’ve followed the Royal family all my life - much more intensely since Meghan came on the scene. I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time trying to come to grips with how this horrible person is seemingly untouchable by the mainstream press. I used to think, like many of us, that Harry was a nice guy. To me, one of the best things that Meghan’s presence has done, is show us who Harry really is.There is nothing more I’d like at this point to revel in some well deserved schadenfreude.https://ift.tt/SJMTriA since we know for sure that sugars, YouTubers, et al read this sub, and Meghan’s propensity to clap back about online truths, and subsequently manipulate the SEO, it would be interesting to watch this evolve in real time.So what do you think fellow sinners? Is there anyone out there with the time and wherewithal to spearhead this? How to Choose the Best Digital Marketing Course for Beginners

Digital marketing is one of the most acquired skills in the current job market. For beginners, choosing the right course in digital marketing will create the right way to career success. With so many choices available, it gets overwhelming to decide on the right option. Whatever your expectations from a course, this guide can help you understand how to find the best one that aligns with your goals, learning style, and budget, be it for a digital marketing course in Kochi or something general.
1. Identify Your Learning Goals
First, define your objectives. Are you looking to understand it all—the overview of digital marketing—or do you want to go deep into things like SEO, social media marketing, or content marketing? If you're just getting started, you might want a course that gives a little overview of everything relating to digital marketing. Look for more local-based learning facilities; for instance, take a digital marketing course in Kochi that will arm you with knowledge of the local market and be at the top of what is trending globally.
2. Course Content
The main thing to consider while taking any digital marketing course is, of course, the content. A well-built course is definitely going to have certain fundamental issues in digital marketing. It will contain search engine optimization through which you know how to optimize better your content for different available search engines. It will also go into Pay-per-Click Advertising, where you will be able to learn how to create and manage a paid campaign. The next important element would be Social Media Marketing, providing ways to build and engage the audience across multiple platforms. In addition, Content Marketing should also be a focused area, guiding one on how to create and distribute valuable content that is aimed at attracting and engaging one's target market. It should also focus on email marketing, detailing how to effectively structure an email campaign to resonate with the recipients. Moreover, Analytics is very instrumental in learning how one can measure performance and analyze it. Relevance to trends and technologies means that the course needs to have the latest information and material on these digital marketing landscapes because they are fast-changing, and a course that reflects all these developments would be more valuable.
3. Consider Instructor Expertise
The quality of the course can be severely affected by the instructors. Courses taken by industry veterans who have proven experience should be considered. Experienced instructors bring to the table real-world insights and practical knowledge beyond theoretical concepts. They will further give you valuable tips on how to apply the skills you learn in real-life situations.
It's also good to see whether the instructors are active within the industry. Do they have a blog or a YouTube channel, or are they active on social media, where they share knowledge? This can be an indicator of their commitment to staying current in the field.
4. Check Reviews and Testimonials
Knowing the quality of the course is a good starting point for reading. Reviews and testimonials give firsthand information from people who have gone through similar courses. Check for reviews on independent platforms and testimonials on the institution's website. Observe the comments on the quality of the course content, instructor quality, and the whole learning experience.
5. Prefer Practical Experience
Digital marketing is a very practical field; therefore, it has to focus on getting your hands dirty. Look for courses that have real projects, case studies, or even internships where you can get hands-on experience. This will let you test in a real-world context what you are learning and help turn abstract knowledge into concrete knowledge that one can easily grasp. Courses with assignments or projects will help you develop a portfolio, which is useful, particularly when applying for jobs.
Practical experience while attending a digital marketing course in Kochi would involve working on real projects for local businesses or interning with companies in the region, thus availing valuable exposure to the local market and helping students build connections in the industry.
6. Assess Support and Community
Digital marketing is not easy to learn, let alone if one is a fresh starter. Having the support system in place may all make the difference. Not all courses have forums, and Q&A sessions are a good addition, while others come with mentorship programs in their package. This learning community may be able to further enhance your experience by sharing your ideas, asking questions, and networking with people in your line of business.
If you're attending a course in digital marketing in Kochi, local support could be of immense help. Keep in touch with other fellow students and professionals in Kochi who will build a support network for you beyond the course itself.
Conclusion
The best digital marketing course for beginners is one that carefully considers the factors surrounding your learning goals, course content, instructor expertise, and availability of practical experiences. Be it a general course or a more specific digital marketing course in Kochi, it is always advisable to take a moment and evaluate your options. You want a course that will give you a solid digital marketing foundation and get you on the move to success in this dynamic field. If you make wise choices, you shall have invested in your future and acquired competencies to thrive within the digital marketing industry.

How Blogging Builds Trust and Brand Loyalty

Blogging may seem old school compared to the rising wave of AI-powered marketing innovations, but if there’s one lesson to learn in this new digital age, it’s this: trust is the real currency of success. Platforms like the ://vital-mag.net blog demonstrate how consistent, high-quality content can build trust and foster brand loyalty. By addressing readers’ needs and offering valuable insights, blogging remains one of the most powerful tools in your content arsenal.
For small business owners, digital marketers, and content creators, understanding the potential of blogging in an AI-driven world is a must. Whether you’re looking to reach new customers or strengthen relationships with existing ones, this guide will walk you through why blogging matters, how it builds trust, and how to get the most out of it, even with AI in the mix.
What Is Blogging in the Digital Age?
At its core, blogging is about sharing valuable, engaging content with your audience. A blog is far more than just a corner of your website; it’s a platform for communication, education, and connection.
Blogs give your brand a voice. They allow you to tackle questions, share insights, and showcase your values in a way that resonates with your audience. And in an era where consumers crave authenticity and transparency, blogs deliver that personal touch better than most marketing tools.
Why Blogging Matters
Here’s a statistic to consider 53% of consumers conduct online research before purchasing. Blogs tap into this behavior by providing answers, guidance, and reassurance. They serve as a friendly hand during customer decision-making, building trust at every stage. Over time, blogs don’t just improve your SEO or drive traffic they solidify your authority, making you the brand your audience turns to repeatedly.
Building Trust Through Authentic Content
Create Value, Not Just Words
There’s a big difference between blogging for content volume and genuinely connecting with your audience. Authenticity is key. Focus on creating blog posts that solve problems, answer questions, or entertain your audience. Every post should provide value, leaving readers feeling informed, inspired, or understood.
The Role of Storytelling
Never underestimate the power of a good story. Sharing personal anecdotes, customer success stories, or behind-the-scenes glimpses into your brand humanizes your business, making it relatable. Whether it’s how your product helped a customer overcome a challenge or the passion that brought your vision to life, storytelling fosters connection.
Personalization Makes All the Difference
Blogs that feel personal are far more engaging. Use conversational language, address your readers directly, and tailor content to their interests or needs. A blog post that feels like a one-on-one chat is incredibly effective for building trust.
Leveraging AI for Better Blogging
AI is not here to replace human creativity but to enhance it. Small business owners and content creators can use AI to make their blogging process faster, more efficient, and more impactful.
AI Writing Tools
Platforms like Jasper and Grammarly can streamline everything from grammar checks to keyword optimization, helping you craft polished, professional posts every time. AI tools also analyze readability, ensuring your content resonates with your audience.
Maintain the Human Touch
While AI can optimize your blogs, never forget the importance of the human touch. Consumers connect with people, not algorithms. Pepper your AI-optimized content with personal anecdotes or tailored messaging to keep your blog authentic and relatable.
Engaging Your Audience
Spark Conversations
Engagement isn’t just about getting clicks; it’s about starting conversations. Ask questions at the end of your posts, encourage readers to comment, and make it easy for them to reach out or share their thoughts.
Build a Community
Your blog isn’t just a repository for content it’s the foundation of a community. Successful projects such as the Fappening blog demonstrate how sharing user-generated content, featuring customer spotlights, or running interactive polls can foster a sense of belonging. These elements transform a blog into a shared space, creating a two-way conversation that keeps audiences engaged and connected.
Measuring Success and Adjusting Strategies
Key Metrics to Watch
To ensure your blog is hitting the mark, regularly monitor performance metrics. These might include:
Traffic – How many visitors are reading your blog?
Engagement – Are readers staying on your page, commenting, or sharing?
Conversions – Is your blog driving newsletter signups, product purchases, or other actions?
Refine Based on Data
Use analytics to identify what’s working and what isn’t. If specific topics get consistent engagement, create more of that content. If bounce rates are high, evaluate whether your post meets reader expectations.
Case Studies: Blogging in Action
Case Study #1: A Specialty Coffee Brand
An artisan coffee brand used blogging to share stories about sustainable sourcing practices. By writing about their farmers and the bean-to-cup process, they built a loyal following who appreciated the brand’s commitment to ethics and quality.
Case Study #2: A Fitness Equipment Startup
A fitness startup launched a blog on workout tips, nutrition advice, and home gym setup ideas. Over time, they improved their SEO rankings and became a go-to resource for fitness enthusiasts, directly boosting product sales.
Why Blogging Is Your Secret Weapon
Blogging isn’t just content creation it’s trust creation. It’s an opportunity to establish your expertise, resonate with your audience, and set your brand apart in an increasingly competitive landscape.
Consistency and authenticity are your greatest assets if you’re just starting. Treat your blog as a long-term investment, and its value will grow.

If you’ve been rocking with me for a while, you know I’m all about elevating visions—whether through design, photography, or building killer websites. So, why add blogging to the mix? One word: SEO.
You’ve probably heard the term thrown around like a buzzword at marketing meetings, but let’s break it down and talk about why blogging is more than just words on a page—it’s a powerhouse for growth, visibility, and connection.
What’s Blogging Got to Do with It?
Blogging isn’t just for foodies and travel enthusiasts (though, respect to them). For a business like Jay Digital, it’s a tool to educate, inspire, and yes—attract more eyeballs. Each blog post is a digital bread crumb leading potential clients straight to my virtual doorstep. The more value-packed posts I create, the more ways people can discover me through search engines.
Think of blogging as a conversation with your audience. Every post has the power to:
Answer your client’s questions before they even ask.
Showcase expertise (I see you looking for design tips).
Build trust and authenticity (because people do business with brands they vibe with).
SEO: The Magic Behind the Curtain
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the behind-the-scenes hero of any great blog. Imagine a client searching for “custom logo design for tattoo shops” or “how to streamline your business with automation.” If I’ve written a blog that hits those keywords, guess who pops up in their search? Yours truly.
Every blog post is a chance to sprinkle those keywords naturally, boost rankings, and get found by people who actually need what I offer. Blogging is one of the most organic ways to climb the search engine ladder without paid ads.
How Blogging Fits Into Jay Digital
For me, blogging is about creating conversations. It’s not just about algorithms; it’s about reaching YOU—brands, businesses, and even families looking to capture memories. You’ll find posts here about creative strategies, design trends, and honest takes on entrepreneurship, all written with a bold, approachable vibe (because who said professional can’t be fun?).
What to Expect from This Blog
Behind the Scenes: Ever wonder what it’s like to run a one-person creative powerhouse? I’ve got stories.
Tips & Tricks: From branding to automation, I’ll share what works (and what definitely doesn’t).
Real Talk: Expect a little humor, a little edge, and a whole lot of transparency.
So, here’s to the first of many posts on this journey. Whether you’re here for knowledge, inspiration, or just to see what Jay Digital’s about, I’m glad you’re here. Let’s lift your visions to life—and maybe learn a thing or two about the magic of blogging and SEO along the way.
See you in the next post, DigiGang.

What is online reputation management India | explain by Infyq Seo experts
This is the digital age, whereby the reputation of a business or a person is emulated by an online footing. You are either a small business owner, a multinational corporation, or even a public figure; you are partly defined by what a person is going to find out about you on the internet. This is where online reputation comes in. That's where we come in here at InfyQ SEO Experts—to provide highly specialized help to businesses and persons who realize their reputation either adds or takes away from their status in the gradually paperless digital universe.
Understanding reputation management
Basically, ORM is the process of monitoring, influencing, and managing a brand's or even individual's perception online. It is basically a mix of methods and strategies used to control what people see in perceptions regarding a person or business in the online space, especially in search, social media, and review websites.
ORM does not only aim at suppressing negative content but also looks at enhancing positive information that characterizes or defines the image that an entity wants to project.
Importance of Online Reputation.
With increased reliance of consumers on the Internet for research before they make any decision, online reputation becomes really important. Here's why:
Builds Trust and Credibility
One of the critical success factors in delivering any business relationship is building trust. Any search your prospective customer may conduct over the internet needs to result in something that builds confidence in your brand.
1.First Impressions Count
The majority of times, search engines are where a future customer will have their very first experience with your brand. It's extremely hard to recover from a bad first impression. We can help in forming that positive first impression through ORM, shining a light on the positives with your brand, and making sure any negative content is at a minimum or removed altogether.
2.Influence Buying Decisions
Modern-day consumers are much better informed and use online forums and review sites to a great extent. A poor online reputation can make a huge difference in purchase decisions. Online management gives you a better way to influence how consumers think about your brand, product, or service and will more likely drive them toward a positive purchase decision.
The Various Key Strategies of ORM
In order to manage and regulate your online reputation, it deploys quite a few strategies. Some of the key constituents of this comprehensive package include:
1. Monitoring and Analysis
The first step of ORM is being aware of what people say about you online. This involves search engine results, not to forget social media, review site platforms, and other channels for brand mentions.
2.Content Creation and Promotion
positive content is very important for strong online reputation. High-quality content represents the core values and expertise of your brand. we do provide blog posts, press releases, great articles and social media updates with good contents that let you show off your strengths. Our team makes content that is bound to engage, motivate, and connect to your target audience, which thrills your followers to more positive interactions. We ensure that more friends are initiated from the conversations and that all the comments and messages are replied to instantly in order to retain a positive image.
4.Link Building Services in India
Link-building is another critical step in ORM, as through high quality backlinks acquired through reputable sites, one can boost the authority of website and its ranking in search engines.
It is one such brand that deals with specialized link building services India. we have a strong belief in working on the creation of a robust and diversified backlink profile through guest posting, influencer outreach, and content marketing.
5.SEO Optimization
Search engine optimization is an integral part of ORM. We optimize the website and its content, leaning toward the relevant search engine keywords to increase placement on SERPs. It doesn't just give you the visibility, it controls what that visibility says about your brand.
It performs both on-page and off-page optimizations to ensure that the positive content comes up above the negative information. This will include website structure optimization, improving load times, and enhancing user experience.

alchemy of souls
Okay let me start this by saying I don’t really like what you call “period pieces” or historical dramas, which is why I kept putting this one off because it just seemed like one based on the images I saw everywhere. Once i decided to start I couldn’t stop watching it. I swear I normally keep a note with my comments so that I don’t forget what I thought while watching but the note for this drama is just all caps, shocked and entranced, so you know it’s good.
I think that the acting was a little off putting at first because it’s a drama set in the past but the acting felt like it was set in the present in a way. However, I think that helped a lot because normally those dramas are slower and this was just not, it had the perfect amount of wits. It’s not like I can fully comprehend Korean, but I understand enough to pick up when dialect changes or when the language is from the past, and this one didn’t feel like that, even though of course it did have that essence the overall feel of the dialogue was much more present like in my opinion.
See this drama made me torn between the two male leads, I was going crazy trying to decide who I preferred but they were able to balance the love I had or felt for bot leads because yes I loved them both but I still believed more in the main couple. In my opinion when it’s a love triangle you need the perfect balance of loving both leads but understanding which couple makes the most sense, and this clicked perfectly to me. Loved Hwang Minhyun’s acting, I think Seo Yul’s role was perfect for him.
The amount of shock and plot twists that it had was insane. I was so entranced with the story line I wanted it to end to know what would happen but also I wanted it to be longer, the anticipation was insane to me.
It definitely felt like a rollercoaster of emotions, the heart ache, sadness, but then the romance that made me giggle was a really good balance. This is one of the longer dramas I’ve watched, it having two parts and all but I swear I don’t think I was ever bored and no matter what happened I kind of knew the ending but I couldn’t really predict it which is exactly what I love.
Fair to say it’s a really good watch and I will absolutely be rewatching it soon.
Plot: 85
Acting: 90
Ending: 95 the cheesiness dropped half a point
TOTAL: 90/100

hii is Castiel worth the diamonds? i have a feeling him and Seo-yoon were more than just friends (the twin soul comment) so it feels weird for mc to romance her sisters ex. It seemed really intense between Castiel and Seo-yoon. But no one else seems as interesting as him lol. Also love your blog! ✨
hi b!!! thank you so much for your sweet words 🥹 glad to know my endless rambles have been entertaining for someone HAHA
so i definitely get why you got that vibe and honestly who knows what the truth is but i took all his diamonds scenes and the impression i got is that they were "twin souls" in the sense that he provided seo-yoon with an understanding that luna could not have given her no matter what - because she and luna were polar opposites but she and castiel were clearly very alike and had a lot in common and there's just a different level of closeness that comes with that that doesn't necessarily have to be romantic to exist between them you know?
also there was a scene where the rest of rk3 confront him and pretty much accuse him of playing with luna's feelings like he (allegedly) did with seo-yoon and he very adamantly stresses the fact that he and seo-yoon were just friends. so i honestly don't think we need to worry about that :) i think we're just led to suspect that and buy into the rumors and ✨suspense✨
my rambling aside tho HRKSJDKE i would say that castiel is 100% worth it like i can't stress enough how much i'm enjoying his route 😭 like the fact that he's had feelings for luna before the story even began??? and all the delicious hints that are still so satisfying to read because we know he likes her but it's never openly expressed??? SO good it makes me want to chew GLASS like i think that's way more interesting than the other routes where everyone gains feelings for luna overtime the more scenes that you take with them and it's all wholesome and lovey dovey but then you have so much angst between luna and castiel because of seo-yoon and it really sets their dynamic apart like !!!! i could go on for ages about how much i love him as a character and dig his route so YES 10000/10 rec
#romance club#garden of eden#rc goe#shut up jen#conversations#you better jump on his route and tell me all about it!!!#i bet you'll love it :) <3#ty for reaching out <3
