La medición de casos positivos de Covid no es válida

Se nos dice que hay una pandemia caracterizada por una tendencia mundial creciente de infección por Covid-19. Se dice que esta supuesta tendencia está corroborada por un número rápidamente creciente de casos positivos de covid .

La metodología utilizada para generar estas cifras depende de la prueba de reacción en cadena de la polimerasa con transcripción inversa en tiempo real (rRT-PCR) patrocinada por la OMS , cuyas estimaciones están tabuladas en todo el mundo por las autoridades sanitarias nacionales.

Si bien las estimaciones de la rRT-PCR se han cuestionado desde el principio, ahora se confirma sin lugar a dudas que la prueba rRT-PCR adoptada como medio para detectar los casos del virus SARS-COV-2 es TOTALMENTE inválida.

(Esto se refiere a los datos positivos de Covid tabulados desde finales de enero de 2020).

La prueba de reacción en cadena de la polimerasa con transcripción inversa en tiempo real (rRT-PCR) fue adoptada por la OMS el 23 de enero de 2020 como un medio para detectar el virus SARS-COV-2, siguiendo las recomendaciones de un grupo de investigación de virología (con sede en la Universidad Charité Hospital, Berlín), apoyado por la Fundación Bill y Melinda Gates. Exactamente un año después, el 20 de enero de 2021, la OMS se retracta. No dicen "Cometimos un error". La retractación está cuidadosamente formulada. (Ver documento original de la OMS aquí )

Si bien la OMS no niega la validez de sus directrices engañosas de enero de 2020, recomiendan, sin embargo, " volver a realizar la prueba electrónica" (que todo el mundo sabe que es imposible).

El tema polémico se refiere al número de ciclos de umbral de amplificación (Ct). Según Pieter Borger, et al.

El número de ciclos de amplificación [debería ser] inferior a 35; preferiblemente 25-30 ciclos. En caso de detección de virus, >35 ciclos solo detecta señales que no se correlacionan con virus infecciosos según lo determinado por aislamiento en cultivo celular... (Crítica del estudio Drosten )

La Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) admite tácitamente un año después que TODAS las pruebas de PCR realizadas en un umbral de amplificación (Ct) de 35 ciclos o superior NO SON VÁLIDAS. Pero eso es lo que recomendaron en enero de 2020, en consulta con el equipo de virología del Hospital Charité de Berlín.

Si la prueba se realiza en un umbral de 35 Ct o superior (que fue recomendado por la OMS), no se pueden detectar segmentos del virus SARS-CoV-2, lo que significa que TODOS los llamados "casos positivos" tabulados en el curso de los últimos 14 meses no son válidos.

Según Pieter Borger, Bobby Rajesh Malhotra, Michael Yeadon y otros, el Ct > 35 ha sido la norma “en la mayoría de los laboratorios de Europa y EE. UU.”.

El Mea Culpa de la OMS

A continuación se encuentra la “Retractación” cuidadosamente formulada por la OMS. El texto completo con enlace al documento original se encuentra en el anexo:

La guía de la OMS Las pruebas de diagnóstico para el SARS-CoV-2 establecen que se necesita una interpretación cuidadosa de los resultados positivos débiles ( 1 ). El umbral de ciclo (Ct) necesario para detectar el virus es inversamente proporcional a la carga viral del paciente. Cuando los resultados de la prueba no se correspondan con la presentación clínica, se debe tomar una nueva muestra y volver a analizarla utilizando la misma tecnología NAT o una diferente. (énfasis añadido)

La OMS recuerda a los usuarios de IVD que la prevalencia de la enfermedad altera el valor predictivo de los resultados de las pruebas; a medida que disminuye la prevalencia de la enfermedad, aumenta el riesgo de falsos positivos ( 2 ). Esto significa que la probabilidad de que una persona que tiene un resultado positivo (SARS-CoV-2 detectado) esté realmente infectada con SARS-CoV-2 disminuye a medida que disminuye la prevalencia, independientemente de la especificidad alegada.

"Positivos no válidos" es el concepto subyacente

Este no es un problema de "Positivos débiles" y "Riesgo de aumentos de falsos positivos". Lo que está en juego es una "Metodología defectuosa" que conduce a estimaciones no válidas.

Lo que confirma esta admisión de la OMS es que la estimación de covid positivo de una prueba PCR (con un umbral de amplificación de 35 ciclos o más) no es válida . En cuyo caso, la OMS recomienda volver a realizar la prueba: “se debe tomar una nueva muestra y volver a analizar…”.

La OMS llama a "Reevaluar" , lo que equivale a "Nos equivocamos".

Esa recomendación es pro-forma. No sucederá. Millones de personas en todo el mundo ya se han hecho la prueba, a partir de principios de febrero de 2020. No obstante, debemos concluir que, a menos que se vuelvan a realizar la prueba, esas estimaciones (según la OMS) no son válidas.

La OMS confirma que la prueba PCR Covid-19 tiene fallas: las estimaciones de "casos positivos" no tienen sentido. El confinamiento no tiene base científica Por el profesor Michel Chossudovsky ,

Otro problema que influye en la validez de la prueba rTC-PCR es que el SARS-1, (2003) se usó en la prueba PCR como sustituto del SARS-COV-2, porque no había información disponible sobre el “ aislamiento” e “identidad” del SAR-CoV-2. Esto se recomendó a la OMS debido a que los fragmentos genéticos del SARS-1 son similares a los del SARS-CoV-2.

Lo que también implica es que la declaración sobre "variantes" y mutaciones relacionadas con el SARS-CoV-2 no tiene ningún sentido , ya que la prueba de PCR desde el principio incluyó un virus similar de 2003 como representante del SARS-CoV-2. es decir, mutaciones en relación con qué? SARS-2 o SARS-Co-2 (cuya identidad no se ha hecho pública.

Los datos de la RT-PCR no pueden en ningún caso ser utilizados para justificar la imposición de una vacuna, que se presenta ante la opinión pública como un medio para salvar vidas, cuando en realidad está provocando una tendencia al alza en la mortalidad y morbilidad relacionadas con la vacuna.

3. Se manipulan los datos de mortalidad por Covid-19

Se nos dice que hay una tendencia creciente de la mortalidad por Covid-19, es decir, muertes que supuestamente son el resultado de la infección viral por SARS-2.

Existe amplia evidencia de que estas causas “probables” de muerte relacionadas con el Covid-19 y los datos subyacentes sobre la mortalidad por Covid-19 son manipulados por las autoridades sanitarias nacionales.

En los EE. UU., las estadísticas de mortalidad relacionadas con Covid-19 son TOTALMENTE inválidas.

La cláusula "más a menudo que no"

El 21 de marzo de 2020, los CDC introdujeron las siguientes pautas específicas con respecto a los certificados de defunción (y su tabulación en el Sistema Nacional de Estadísticas Vitales (NVSS). Las instrucciones para los certificadores son identificar COVID-19 como la "Causa subyacente de la muerte" "Más a menudo que no".

¿Será COVID-19 la causa subyacente de la muerte? Este concepto es fundamental. La causa subyacente de muerte es definida por la OMS como “la enfermedad o lesión que inició el tren de eventos que conducen directamente a la muerte” .

Lo que los CDC recomiendan con respecto a la codificación y categorización estadística es que se espera que COVID-19 sea la causa subyacente de muerte "la mayoría de las veces".

El CDC combina estos dos criterios. "causa subyacente de la muerte", la mayoría de las veces.
