Yet another hard day. The days seem long and your heart feels heavy. But I promise you like so many other will.. IT GETS EASIER. Tell yourself time will make it better and it will. “Time heals all wounds”. Im not sure why your relationship is over but the truth is that it ended for a reason. Keep telling yourself that. Try to write down today the reason for your break up and what you contributed. No ones perfect and it takes two to break up be honest about your part in the mess.

If you don't write it down at least take some time and reflect to yourself.
