♰ his parliament's on fire — dazai osamu

.𖥔 ݁ ˖🕸️🕷.𖥔 ݁ ˖ KINKTOBER NO. 1 - nightclub owner!dazai
every man in yokohama has a long list of crimes they’d commit to be with you, but none quite as long as dazai’s.
contents. fem!reader, nsfw minors dni, port mafia boss!dazai, port mafia member!reader, bsd typical blood / violence, unprotected sex, established relationship, takes place before doa, dazai & reader are a lil unhinged bc they're in love, praise, soft dazai, riding dazai, sub reader, v slight breeding kink oops — 10.1k

The music shook your chest as you watched people head to the front of the club for a dance, a combination of those that were regulars, and those who were just desperate to blow their money on an evening in one of the finest night clubs in the country.
It had grown hot in the club, even for an autumn evening in Yokohoma. There were more people filling the tables than usual, standing only to swing their partners around on the dancefloor. A woman sung sultrily to the crowd, a song that you hadn’t heard in ages. Even for a Saturday, it was crowded, the capacity met, and then surpassed, packed to the brim as a group of foreign billionaires weaseled their way in by paying twice the entry fee.
You swirled your glass, sitting alone at the bar with your legs crossed, the tight, red dress rising up on your thighs. Beside you, a man was puffing a cigar, blowing the smoke back in your face so frequently that it took all your effort not to cough. Still, he paid you little attention, too enraptured by a skinny young woman that giggled every time he touched her arm.
A few more individuals made their way to the dancefloor, tracking unaccompanied dancers like prey, hopeful that they could score a partner for the evening. It was amusing, really, how often you’d seen some of the same men come back. They’d throw stacks of money on the table in a desperation to acquaint themselves with beautiful, upper-class women, even if they’d go home unhappy and broke.
Ice clinked against the sides of your glass as the last drop disappeared down your throat, warming you up for the rest of the evening. Already, you had caught the glimpse of several men in the club. But those who knew who you were knew to keep their distance, and they never tried to sneak more than a subtle glance in your direction.
Those who didn’t usually noticed nothing but your striking beauty and the allure of darkness that seemed to follow you. They were drawn to you easily, smiling at you like they were entitled to gawk at your appearance, like it would be criminal for anyone so beautiful to shield herself away from the world.
Rarely did that ever end well for them.
You handed your empty glass off to the bartender—a dear friend that you’d convinced to work for you at the club—and made your way over to the dance floor. The crowd parted for you with quick glances and slackened jaws, stumbling on their own feet to get out of your way. Once you passed, the world seemed to resume itself. Everyone continued about their business, averted their gaze, even if they were careful not to get too close to you.
Something about that made you smile.
For a while, you danced on your own, grinning carelessly to yourself as you twisted your hips, unbound yourself to the music and the alcohol that ran through your veins. It was a different kind of freedom, and though you’d once been wary of the watchful eyes, they no longer bothered you. You loved losing yourself in the rhythm, loved feeling transported to another realm.
The setlist for the evening included a few of your favorites, and you carried on until there was sweat on your forehead, a single bead trickling down your temple, one that you hastily wiped off. Breaths came to you more stiflingly, heaving inhales and exhales that paired with your thirst.
Finally, the tempo of the music slowed, just enough to snap you back into the present, and the energy zapped out of you as your mood darkened. The time of the evening had passed when you realized that it was no longer fun to dance alone.
You sighed, and with a frown, let your gaze trail across the room to find the cool brown eyes that you loved more than the music you spun in circles to. But Dazai was already in a conversation with someone else, tapping slender fingers against his glass full of amber liquid. He listened intently to a conversation between two men twice his age.
Beside him, Chuuya stood at the edge of the table like a loyal bloodhound, his arms crossed as he leaned back against the wall. You caught his eye instead and smiled to him, though not a single muscle in his face twitched. It seemed as though he was intent on keeping up the charade for the evening.
As much as you wanted to smile even more sweetly and taunt him mercilessly, you didn’t let yourself get too distracted. Instead, you refocused your sights on your other goal.
The stocky, tall man was right where Dazai said he’d be, sitting with a couple woman and a few empty glasses in front of him. He had a neatly trimmed, graying beard, sporting a watch that was, at least, a couple million yen.
You caught him watching you over the edge of the table, his smile slow as you bat your eyelashes at him, sauntering past him with a perfectly coy expression. Eyes lingered on the curves of your hips; the smooth skin of your legs revealed by the dress. The lust came in near waves off of him, thick and heavy as they reached you.
It made your job easier, the obvious attraction that they never tried to hide from you. You smiled to yourself, and felt a sense of satisfaction, despite his disgraceful leering.
The seats at the bar had been filled up when you returned, leaving no room for you and your new companion to retreat.
A younger regular, one with an overabundance of nerves and an awkward smile, spoke in hushed whispers to his friend, one that was dressed in a suit far too cheap to be in this club.
You tapped him on the shoulder, smiling at him in the way that had everyone bending over backwards for you. “Excuse me?”
He looked over, irritated for a fleeting second before realizing who it was that had approached him. Immediately, he was to his feet, stammering over a greeting while his friend gawked at him with incredulity.
“Sorry to bother you,” you said, softening your voice. “I was wondering if I could have those seats. I hate to—”
“No, no,” he said, practically shoving the other man away, pushing him out of the chair while he sputtered confused nonsense. “Take them! We’ll be out of your hair.”
You thanked them before placing yourself neatly back onto the stool you’d occupied before. It was far too easy.
The bartender sent you a knowing look, all too familiar with your games, before going back to mixing a drink.
Moments later, you felt the presence of another behind you, an overwhelming smell of tobacco and pine assaulting your senses. He was taller up close, taller than Dazai, at least, and older than you’d originally thought. Deep wrinkles weathered his skin, his eyes, and though there was still a hint of black in his dark hair, it was slowly being overtaken by the signs of a life that was twice as long as yours.
“Pretty dress.” That was the first thing he said to you, letting his eyes wander over your chest, lips curling into an ugly smirk. “It suits you nicely.”
You wouldn’t be won over so easily, so you merely smiled at him, nodding in thanks. Though, that had him coming on twice as strong, as if the simple eye contact that you’d made earlier had been a full invitation to fuck you. He took the seat next to you, signaling the bartender over.
“Let me buy you a drink,” he said, and though it was a kind proposition, it always made you laugh. You received a million free drinks from strangers here.
Still, you shrugged and let him, unsurprised that he knew what you’d been drinking earlier. It was a clear sign that he’d been watching you since before you even got up to dance.
“What’s your name?”
“Should I give it away that easily?” Your voice was silky in your response, unimpressed, but luring him in, nonetheless.
He laughed, and offered you his own instead, Tanaka, as if you didn’t already know it. You’d been planning on springing him into this trap since the moment he’d arrived that evening. It was a target and a plan that had been set in motion for days.
His grin was uncomfortable, but he thought so highly of the way his lips curled, seemingly luring you in.
In reality, you weren’t sure how any woman could stand to get down on her knees for that.
Half an hour passed as you talked with him, preening under his endless string of compliments, wishing that you could string him on for a little bit longer. You enjoyed the words well enough, just another thing to stroke your ego, but the minute he moved closer, you inched away, placing distance between you before he could touch you.
It was obvious it frustrated him, but one look at the flash in his irises had you knowing that he enjoyed the chase.
He droned on, careless conversation about hobbies you didn’t want to understand, and though you smiled, pretending to be interested, your focus drifted to the table where Dazai sat.
His conversation had shifted to Chuuya, the two other men from earlier gone. It seemed strained between them, sharp words spoken as they glared at one another, visibly at odds about something.
Despite the clear dispute, anger cleared away from their expressions within seconds, Chuuya straightening like a board beside his boss once again.
Dazai looked up; it was less than a second that your eyes met, but your knees had weakened, heart stuttering in your chest as it skipped a pulse.
A soft exhale left you, and you longed for Dazai, craved the feeling of his strong palm on your skin, the kiss of his lips on your neck. You had half a mind to say fuck the mission and walk right over to the table and plant yourself on his lap.
It would certainly cause a scene, especially when there were so many new customers there who knew about Dazai but didn’t know about you.
Still, you knew Dazai wouldn’t object. He’d merely smile into your hair and curl his hand around your hip, continuing on with his conversation like nothing was out of the ordinary.
You looked away. If you were to make it through the rest of the night, you couldn’t get distracted by the beautiful man just feet away from you. “Sorry,” you said, turning back to Tanaka. “What were you saying?”
His interest in conversation had already waned, and he faced Dazai, displeased by the uptick of fascination within your expression. “Found someone more interesting already?”
You laughed, shaking your head as you pressed your palms into your thighs. You may have longed for Dazai, been so desperate that you couldn’t spare him another glimpse, but you could still play this role well. There couldn’t be another slip, every move had to be precise.
“Im just curious,” you said, puckering your lips in a pout. “He looks important.”
Tanaka took a sip of his drink as you spoke, nearly spitting it back out when your sentence concluded. His eyes were hard, narrowing at the sight of Dazai just meters away, surrounded by a security of sorts, “You don’t know him?” He coughed.
You frowned, tilting your head. “Should I?”
“That’s Dazai Osamu. He owns this place.”
There was room for a theatrical pause. You took that moment to pretend to think. “Oh, of course. What a silly question,” you said, humming, and set your chin down on your hand to glance back over at the table of Port Mafia personnel. “I hear he owns a lot of things.” You tilted your head, gauging the man with siren eyes. “Is that true?”
Tanaka huffed, but he didn’t deny it, looking down at his two-million-yen watch like it was nothing more than a trinket. “A pretty girl like you shouldn’t worry about him.” He seemed irritated, though he didn’t let it show, his voice the only indicator that you had upset him. “But I can tell you it sure gets hard to run a business in Yokohama when the Port Mafia owns half the city.”
You widened your eyes, leaning forward. “You’re telling me the Port Mafia owns this place?”
Tanaka laughed, loud and haughty, looking at you like you were just a poor idiot from the countryside, even if the dress you wore cost just as much as his entire suit put together. “Oh, hon, if only you knew.”
The condescending tone sent a screech through your entire body, momentarily halting any proper responses in your current act. But he was unfazed, already moving onto the next topic of conversation, telling you all about the business dealings that you’d known about from the long list of jobs within his file.
There was, truly, nothing about him that you hadn’t already dug up. It was boring you immensely, but you smiled on, nodding enthusiastically as he spun the most lackluster story you’d ever heard.

Dazai, across the room, stared at you as you conversed, clenching his jaw at the way the man eyed you, the gaze that scoured your body like you were nothing more than a piece of meat.
Oh, he would certainly enjoy tearing him apart later, even if he would be too easy of a case to break.
“When are we leaving?”
Chuuya’s voice snapped him out of his onlooking, and Dazai leaned back in the chair, shedding the tension in his shoulders to resume a comfortable position.
“Not until they’re both in the car and I can confirm with Tachihara and Gin that she’s safe,” Dazai said, crossing his arms over the table. He couldn’t forget that there were others around him, those who would never say a word to him, but knew who he was, knew what he stood for. Even here, he couldn’t let his guard down.
“Safe?” Chuuya laughed, though it was without any humor. His irises flashed dangerously, steely grey darkening into a deep silver. “You trust that idiot not to lay a hand on her? He’s undressing her with his eyes.”
Chuuya seemed intent on irritating him that evening, as usual.
“I don’t trust anyone who comes here.” Dazai scowled. “Don’t be a fool.”
A moment of silence lapsed between them, and Dazai became sickened by the way the man was eyeing you. Though you took it all in stride, leaning just far enough away so his knee didn’t graze yours, and his palm didn’t brush against your own, it still lit a fire deep within him.
It was all the better, he supposed, to feel such deep hatred for his enemies. It made it easier to tear them apart without any guilt.
“How long are you going to make her do this, huh?” Chuuya spoke up once more from beside him, his voice nothing more than a grumble as he whispered down to Dazai. “This charade you two are carrying on has lasted long enough. I mean, you’re whoring out your wife for fuck’s sake—”
Dazai reacted without a thought, despite not wanting to take his eyes off of you for even a second. He gritted his teeth and turned on Chuuya, his hand gripping the gun in his pocket, finger tight on the trigger. Enough of a warning for him to know how sincerely the simple comment irritated him.
“Don’t ever insinuate that I don’t love my wife, Chuuya, or it’ll be the last thing you ever say.” Dazai spat the words out carefully, just under his breath, holding Chuuya’s piercing gaze without blinking. “You may be a valuable asset to the Port Mafia, but I will not listen to your opinions on matters that don’t concern you.”
Chuuya stared, setting his jaw before turning away once more. The two of them looked back to where you were smiling, leading the other man out of the room, though still not touching, placing a respectable distance between you.
“I’m just surprised, Dazai.” Chuuya leaned back, crossing his arms as he titled his head, watching your figure fade into the shadows. “You love her so fiercely, and yet, you watch as this carries on time and time again. I don’t understand.”
Dazai stood from the booth, tucking the gun back into his waistbad, under his coat. He straightened his shoulders, inhaling deeply. “I think you’re underestimating her if you truly believe she doesn’t have a handle on the situation.” His hands slipped into his pockets as Chuuya followed, grumbling from just a few feet away. “Besides, I’ve never forced her into anything. It was her idea in the first place.”
“Why?”
Dazai sighed, though it was almost wistful, the mere thought of you enough to turn him into a lovesick fool. “Perhaps it is because there are many men that seem to think they can crawl into her bed so easily, and she enjoys their humiliation when they realize that they are so far beneath her.” Dazai shrugged, and smiled lightheartedly, his eyes crinkling at the corners. “Perhaps, she just wants to make everyone’s lives a little easier, including yours. You should thank her sometime.”

Tanaka sat beside you in the car, his hand lingering in the leather seat between his thigh and your own. Night had fallen deep across the city, the sky a navy through the haze of streetlights. Though it was nearing one o’clock in the morning, there were crowds of people out and about, lines at all of the much more affordable clubs in the area.
It hadn’t taken much to get him to come with you. You’d batted your eyelashes, smiled at him from under them, and told him you had a car waiting out back.
That was enough. When you’d pulled yourself down from the barstool, he’d followed after you, eyes blown wide as you’d begun leading him out of the room.
All it took was a dress that hugged your curves and a small grin, and he was in the car with a man that worked for you, heading to a building that your husband owned.
“Do you live far?” Tanaka asked, itching to put his hands on you, even though you’d convinced him to hold off until you got back to your room.
You placed your chin on the inside of your palm, glancing out the window at your own reflection. “Not too far.” You turned back to him, offering him a shy smile. “Why? Are you getting impatient?”
He grinned wolfishly. Your stomach churned anxiously at the sight of it, even when he was no match for you, nor all the other, powerful individuals that surrounded you. “I don’t think I need to answer that.”
Through the rearview mirror, Tachihara met your eyes, and they softened, just barely, silently showing his support from the front of the vehicle.
It was, in a way, a relief. You relaxed, regained a sense of composure, and let your ruby red lips spread over your teeth, cocking your head as Tanaka indulged himself in whatever fantasy was milling about in his mind. His eyes were cruel, though the darkness in them was nothing compared to what you were used to.
Idly, he made comments in your ear of all the things he wanted to do to you, his unpleasant breath tickling the skin there as you tried your best not to recoil. The smell of him was growing heavy in the car, overwhelming and nauseating. You sat even more stiffly, pressing Tanaka away with a palm to his chest as you giggled to yourself, pretending to enjoy his vulgar words.
Tachihara pulled the car around to the back of the building, letting the two of you out as he put it into park.
Any fool should’ve known where they were, what the dark building in the middle of the city stood for, but Tanaka was all too focused on you, intoxicated and inattentive. The mafia headquarters loomed overhead, dark, and unassuming, a triad of buildings stacked perfectly against one another.
“Thank you,” you said to Tachihara, winking at him as Tanaka turned his back, too disoriented to take in anything but the sight of you right before him.
The car drove away, then, and you were left to guide your guest into the building, towards the room that you had already planned to meet Dazai in. When you reached the elevator, Gin was waiting for you, dressed in female attire, this time, charading as a worker instead of the trained assassin that she truly was.
“Impressive building,” Tanaka said, as if not noticing all the obvious signs of the mafia base. “You must come from quite a wealthy family.”
You smiled at him over your shoulder, curious as to why he didn’t assume you’d come into the riches on your own. “I suppose you could say that.”
Gin opened the elevator, then began typing a message to her boss, alerting him of your arrival. Tachihara had taken the longest route back, giving Dazai just enough time to arrive home before you.
“Are you a renter?” he asked, staring as the numbers on the elevator increased, climbed higher while you went towards a floor that was only two below the penthouse.
“We own it.”
Tanaka turned towards you, eyes wide with surprise, perplexed even further by the alcohol running through his veins. “You didn’t say—”
Abruptly, he cut himself off. Whatever comment he was about to make was overshadowed by the fact that he’d met you at the Port Mafia’s night club. That was certainly no place for anyone that didn’t have a million yen to spare in their pockets.
Finally, the elevator dinged, and you relaxed at the sight of the familiar hall, the carpet that had recently been replaced, the paintings that you’d personally added, ones that had been purchased at an auction. There were traces of you everywhere, and though it belonged to many members of the mafia, it was, inherently, your home.
You grabbed Tanaka’s hand, realizing just how cold it was, wrinkled with calluses and dirtied nails. It took everything in you not to grimace as you pulled him towards the fourth door on the right, the one that had been used for every interrogation over the past two years.
It had become something of a holding cell for the mafia’s enemies, and most didn’t remain here long. You doubted that this man would be of any exception.
Tugging him along, you increased your speed, an invisible string guiding you right back to Dazai. He was your fiery beacon, and though you were still separated by walls, your heart thumped at being so near to him.
“Eager, are we?” Tanaka asked, and when he grinned in the lights, you realized how slimy it was, a hunger dripping off the edges of his yellowed teeth.
You smiled right back, but it was forceful, painful as it etched its way onto your cheeks. An itch started in the cracks of your palm, willing you to snatch it out of Tanaka’s hand and scrub it clean. Still, you held on, remembering that this was for the Port Mafia, this was for Dazai and everything you’d worked for over the years.Your determination increased tenfold. “It’s just around the corner.”
Finally, you reached the room where you knew Dazai would be waiting, and just like every other time you’d done this, every time you’d brought another willing victim into a den of wolves, you could finally relax.
You entered the room, not bothering to flip on any of the light switches. There was furniture, but it was dusty, bloody, and it would make it far too obvious that you were not leading Tanaka back to your bedroom. You didn’t want him turning tail too quickly, running when he discovered you had no intention of rolling around in the sheets with him.
He shut the door behind him with a quiet click, advancing on you like a hunter. It would’ve been threatening, intimidating perhaps, if you had not been able to sense Dazai on the other side of the wall. You knew that whatever control Tanaka thought he had on the situation had quickly evaporated, and it was only a false blanket of security that he’d wrapped himself up in.
“Can I get you anything? Maybe a drink?” you asked, stopping Tanaka with a flat palm to his chest, not allowing him to come any closer. “The alcohol in me is starting to wear off.”
He ignored your wishes entirely, upon you once more. One larger hand ripped yours from his chest, pulling you just another inch closer. “I’ve had enough tonight,” Tanaka said, teeth flashing in the dim starlight. “I’m dying to fuck you.”
You frowned, eyebrows wrinkling. “Well, I’d like a drink first.”
“I’m not in the mood.” He yanked on your hand again, and this time, you knew he’d kiss you, knew he’d plant the cracking pale lips of his own on yours. The thought of it made you ill.
Without thinking, you slung a fist across his face, a crunch sounding from his nose at the force of your hit. Blood trickled from one nostril, flowing in a fast stream over his lips, into his teeth.
He bent over, and you stood, straighter, staring over him as he cursed. The punch had been much more forceful than you’d intended.
“What the fuck.” He was angrier than before, and though his pain was immense, it did little to dissuade him. You kept your face hard, inching backwards as he stood tall, so much bigger than you’d remembered. It wouldn’t take much for him to lift you, throw you onto any surface he wanted.
You’d use your ability if you had to, kill the man if it was necessary, but that would mean the entire plan had gone to waste.
“You bitch—”
Without letting any fear cloud your face, you took a step back and bumped into something solid and warm. A cologne more familiar than Tanaka’s enveloped you in a safety net.
The older man made it one step further, aggressively, before every ounce of determination waned from his eyes. He staggered, tripping over himself and stared back at the man that had slowly come up behind you. The one that was brushing soft fingertips between your shoulder blades, his steady breath tickling the crown of your head.
Dazai smiled, in a way that was so menacing that your heart thumped twice in its chest before resuming its natural melody. Tanaka took a step back, scrambling away, nearly tripping over himself in the process, eyes dilated in fear.
“You,” he breathed. “Dazai—” Tanaka didn’t finish his sentence, too stunned as he stared between the two of you. “What’s going on?”
Dazai stepped forward, letting his hands fall away from you as he cornered the newest addition to his long list of enemies. Already, you missed the warmth of Dazai’s touch, the security that came with his proximity.
Tanaka cowered before him, suddenly so small, weak under the breadth of Dazai’s power. A sense of twisted satisfaction curled within you, lightning up every pore under your cold skin.
“I believe you owe my wife an apology,” Dazai said, and his tone was even, hard, not a hint of amusement laced within the words. Tanaka’s eyes darted to you, where you stood with your arms loose at your sides, eyes softer, every inch of you more delicate now that Dazai was in the room.
“Wife—” The word tumbled from his mouth before he could stop it, hesitant. “You said you didn’t know him. You asked me questions about him.”
You slid the ring back onto your finger, the one that you’d kept tucked away in the pocket of your bag. It glimmered in the beams of the moon, the diamond and rubies sparkling. “I can lie just as easily as a man can.” Crossing your arms, you sighed, and stared at Dazai’s taut back, the strained muscles in his shoulders as he stood over Tanaka. “You’re all so stupid sometimes. It only takes a simple question, and you never ask it. Anyone in that club could’ve told you who I am.”
He balked, considering his own ignorance, and followed your eyes back to Dazai, who had gone just a few steps behind you, to the small storage of top-shelf alcohol that you kept locked up in the room. “What is this about?” he asked, shaking his head to clear away his distress. “You’ve obviously brought me here for a reason. What is it?”
“I find it funny that you think you’re the one in control of the situation,” Dazai said, turning his back to fix himself a drink. He didn’t doubt that you would watch Tanaka for him with careful eyes. Even the smallest twitch of his eyebrows would be telling. “You don’t get to ask questions.”
“I haven’t done anything,” he said, and though his voice was hard, there was underlying panic. “I’ve stayed well out of the Mafia’s business, as promised—”
“Perhaps.” Dazai interrupted smoothly, coolly. “Our agreement wasn’t broken, per se. I just happen to think that working with outsiders is an act of much higher treason.”
Tanaka blinked, faltering. His jaw went slack, a mere second ticking before he replied. “I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
“Don’t try to lie to me.” Dazai glanced over his shoulder, dark eyes narrowing. “I’m talking about Dostoevsky. The rats that are trying to take over my city.” He tsked, rolling the glass around on the counter, clinking it against the granite. Then, he popped a crystal bottle open, letting it fill a quarter of the glass. “Such a shame. You’ve built quite a name for yourself in Yokohama. Is this really worth losing all that?”
Tanaka stuck both hands in his pocket, shaking his head vigorously. His fingers flexed against his sides. “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I don’t know who that is, I’ve never crossed anyone by that name.”
Seeing an opportunity while Dazai’s back was turned, Tanaka began to pull out a pistol from his coat; one you had, stupidly, forgotten to check for. It seemed he doubted that you were a threat, and if he could just kill Dazai, you’d be an easy target.
You moved without thinking, making the single-step distance between you and Dazai. There was a gun relaxed at his waistband, and you stole it, knowing exactly where he kept it hidden. Before Tanaka could point his own at the head of your lover, you’d acted first, aiming Dazai’s gun, your jaw tense and back straight. “Put it down.”
Tanaka, caught off guard, locked his jaw, and his fingers twisted tighter around the handle of the gun, inching towards the trigger. For a moment, he contemplated, but even without knowing the thoughts in his mind, you could read his actions.
You wouldn’t give him the opportunity to do as he wanted. Instead, you fired your own gun, digging the bullet into his fingers, shattering them, blood spattering as Tanaka dropped the pistol to the floor in a ghoulish scream.
For a second more, he writhed in pain at your own hand, once again. You held your arm taut, before letting the gun drop to your side as Dazai hummed behind you. Tanaka had fallen to his knees, tears welling up, his vision glossy as he dropped the maimed hand to his thighs.
Dazai came up beside you, smiling at you, and brushed his fingers down your arm. Slowly, he took the gun, placing it back into his waistband, his touch electric on every centimeter of your skin. “You’ve handled it beautifully, my love.” Dazai squeezed your hand, tilting his head so dark hair cleared away from his eyes. “I can take it from here.”
You nodded, and though Dazai was, by no means, pushing you out of the room, he could see how exhausted you’d become by the whole ordeal. If you wanted to leave—and you did—he wouldn’t object.
“Will you be long?” you asked, just a whisper over Tanaka’s heavy breaths of pain.
Dazai laughed easily, his breath ghosting the bridge of your nose. “Akutagawa will be here soon.” A touch lingered on your hands for a minute longer before he pulled away completely. “Then, I’m yours for the rest of the night.”
It was already late, but you’d take whatever time you could get with Dazai, even if you were drained. You nodded, and he turned away, going back towards his enemy, pulling Tanaka up roughly by his collar. Dazai’s expression changed into a man you almost didn’t recognize, if it hadn’t been for the moments that you’d had to see him shift into the underworld’s fearsome demon.
You left the room, yawning, Dazai’s voice the last thing you heard before you shut the door silently.
“Now that you’ve learned your lesson, perhaps you’ll be more willing to tell me everything you know,” he said.

Despite Dazai promising to leave once Akutagawa arrived, he’d been gone for nearly two hours, with no indication that he’d be returning anytime soon.
You waited for him in the penthouse of the Port Mafia headquarters, the home you’d come to know well in the past few years. A glass of imported wine was beside you on the nightstand, resting between a book you’d been too tired to read before bed.
You sat up, unable to fall asleep, and chewed your lip thoughtfully. It seemed ridiculous, really, for you to already miss a man that you woke up next to and fell asleep beside every night.
Still, you couldn’t help the desperation in your chest, the need to see him, to brush the mask of the Port Mafia boss away so Osamu could take his place.
You finished the wine, then headed towards the door. The room felt cold and lonely, and if Dazai wasn’t going to return soon, you’d just find someone else to bother on the lower levels of the building.
Though, just as you were about to slip on a pair of shoes, the door unlocked, swung on its hinges, and Dazai stepped through the threshold, a vision of gore and violence and every ounce the man you adored.
“Osamu,” you said, and even when you’d said his name a thousand times before, it still left your lips like a prayer. A smile formed, and you dropped your shoes, eyes sparkling, as you regarded the mess that he was in.
Dazai took one look at you and relaxed, shoulders falling as you closed the distance between the two of you. “Sorry it took so long, sweetheart,” he said, craning his taller frame down to kiss you.
You gripped the lapels of his coat, holding on tight as you pressed into him, deepening the kiss. Dazai’s bloody fingers cupped your cheeks, smearing red along your jaw, ruining your clean skin. Though, as you exhaled a sigh deep into his mouth, you couldn’t have cared less.
“I thought you said Akutagawa was going to take care of it?” you asked as Dazai released you, offering you a small, almost defeated smile.
He walked past you, towards the bathroom, feet dragging as he shrugged off his dark coat. Under the crisp top, his muscles were stiff, strained from all the stress. He wiped another hand over his face, doing little to clean up the mess of red that remained on his cheeks.
You followed him, trailing a few feet behind, feeling silly for wanting to cling to him so tightly. Yet, you couldn’t get enough of him, and you watched as Dazai remained silent, pausing in front of the mirror to regard his own appearance. He made a face in the glass as he gazed back into his own expression, sticking his hands under the faucet. The water ran in a steady stream, staining the sink a rose color as he scrubbed the blood from his fingers, his nails. There were parts of his bandages that had been soiled, and he ripped them right off, exposing pale wrists that hadn’t seen the sun in ages.
You mimicked his action, washing your hands in the second sink before scrubbing the blood from your face, clearing away the smear of maroon that he’d put there. The water shut off, briefly, and Dazai regarded you, frowning as you rid the evidence of his crime from yourself.
“I sent Akutagawa home.” Dazai finally answered your previous question and sighed, frustration evident. He stretched his hands over his head, the bones popping in one fell swoop. “Tanaka cracked right open; he really didn’t know anything.” He blinked at himself in the mirror once more, tidied his hair, then scowled. “He’s just a low man on the totem pole, and he paid for it with his life.”
Dazai seemed at odds with himself, and he drummed his nails against the countertop before patting his hands dry. The blood had been cleaned from his skin, and even though his hair was still unkempt, it was the only evidence that any wrongdoing had happened at all. Nothing but a speck of blood remained on his collar, the rest garnishing his coat instead.
You shifted, leaning against the counter. “Did you get anything out of him?”
“Names, a location.” Dazai clenched his jaw, fists tight at his sides. “He wasn’t lying, but who knows if they’re real or not. He could’ve been given fake locations. I’ve asked Ango to check on it.”
Dazai, once again, left you standing, contemplative, in the bathroom. You could hear him shuffle around in the other room; he released a small sound of relief as he stretched out his sore muscles.
When he’d finished moving around, you returned to the other room, and he was settled in the red armchair, legs spread out in front of him. Dazai rested his head against the back cushion, his eyes closed in serenity, a deep exhale expelling the tightness in his body.
It was almost a sight too serene to spoil.
“Do you want some space?” you asked, and though you’d always respect his wishes, that was the last thing you wanted to give him. You wanted to consume him completely, to press yourself against every crevice of his being and swallow him whole.
Dazai opened his eyes and blinked at you. Instead of replying, he smiled, slowly, and gestured to his thighs, sparing a glance at his knees.
Your heart pounded, launching its way up your throat, and you scrambled over yourself to crawl into his lap, straddling his thighs, the muscle strong beneath you.
Gently, he smiled at you, and brushed your hair over your shoulder to rub your neck. You let your arms rest on his shoulders, and slowly, you removed the bandage from his eye, hating whenever he tried to hide any part of himself from you.
You waited for him to protest, but he relented, and let you kiss his forehead, the very darkest parts of himself on display for you alone. It was hard not to collapse under the weight of your love for him.
You discarded the bandages, tossing them onto the table as Dazai tapped a pattern in the crevices of your skin.
For a moment, neither of you said a word. You noted every feature of his that you loved so dearly, and Dazai just watched you study him, tried hard not to smile against your lips when you kissed him.
If only he could see how beautiful he was, surely, he would understand that he deserved a life so much better than the one he’d been dealt. That someone with a smile brighter than a dying star shouldn’t have it taken away by years of endless anguish.
Finally, Dazai spoke, whispering your name in a tone he never used on any word but that one. “You don’t have to do this anymore if you don’t want to.”
“Hm?” you asked, tilting your head, so distracted by the endless galaxy within his eyes.
Dazai huffed, placing a possessive hand on your hip. His thumb grazed the bone and you shivered, smiling at him in confusion.
“Sweetheart, I don’t ever want you to feel like you’re obligated to do something just because you’re my wife.” He looked past you, an uncertainty beneath his words that he was ashamed of. “If you don’t want to take on any more assignments—"
“I told you already, Osamu,” you began, brushing the hair at the back of his neck that was hidden beneath the collar. “I don’t mind.”
“I know, but—” Dazai hesitated, his gaze steady on the doors behind you, the ones that led to your bedroom. Somehow, he seemed to think all the answers would be there, a script written out for him to recite to you. “Chuuya brought it up to me earlier. He said that I’m…” Dazai swallowed the words, shaking his head. “Look, it doesn’t matter. I just want you to promise me that you know if you want to stop, you can stop. Even if you wanted to quit the Port Mafia altogether, I’m happy to give you whatever you need.”
You smiled, kissing the wrinkle between his eyebrows in the hope that it would ease the anxiety in his expression. The tension was such an unusual thing for anyone but you to see, as Dazai had such trouble revealing his vulnerabilities to the world.
“I promise.” You swept your thumb over his lip, watching as it bounced right back into place, so soft and lovely. “I just don’t want to quit.” You leaned back on his lap, so you were able to see the entirety of his face.
Dazai’s eyebrows drew together once more, putting that worry right back on his appearance, and a part of you hated that of all the things he had to be stressed about, it was something as silly as you not wanting to quit your job.
“Why?” Dazai asked, tilting his chin, searching the depths of your soul for an answer that would appease him. “I don’t understand. You hate them; you tell me you hate them every time they try and lay a finger on you.”
He wasn’t wrong, certainly not about something like that. You loathed that men looked at you like you were something that they could just steal away, like they were entitled to the subtle way that they brushed your hip in passing, caressed your back when they walked behind you.
You just didn’t hate everything about the work you’d been doing. After all, it was your idea.
“I just don’t want to,” you said, looking over his shoulder to the open curtains, the bright expanse of Yokohama laid out before you. Twinkling star lights from skyscrapers and the port in the distance. “It doesn’t matter.”
It was your home, your city, and it always would be. You wouldn’t let Dazai die, wouldn’t let anyone take him from you—including himself. You’d continue to do whatever it took to protect that. Whether or not you used your appearance to achieve those ends didn’t matter. When it was all said and done, Dazai’s enemies would be dead, and you’d still have him to come home to.
“It matters to me.”
You shook your head, chewing on your lip thoughtfully. There were a million different ways you could’ve explained it, but none that were intelligent. “It’s embarrassing, ‘samu.”
Dazai laughed, a genuine noise, and kissed your shoulder as you sighed, relaxing into him once more. “I can’t think of anything about you that could possibly be embarrassing.”
You held his gaze, wishing for him to relent, to just give up and let you have this one. Instead, he just smiled back patiently, hoping you’d reveal another part of yourself to him as he slowly traced your hard collarbone.
Those pools behind his eyes were too distracting, the thumb on your neck dangerously close to your throbbing pulse. You swallowed, letting him feel every movement as your throat bobbed up and down.
“I guess,” you said shyly, “I like it. I like leading on your enemies, letting them think that they could possibly have a chance with someone like me. I like the look on their faces when they realize they’ve been made a fool of, that the girl who they wanted so badly belongs so completely to the boss of the Port Mafia.”
Dazai studied you for a moment as you shrugged the revelation off, his deep brown eyes darting over every crevice of your face. “You want to make them jealous of me?”
“Maybe.” Your cheeks heated, and though you’d been together for years, loved him for even longer, you still shied under the weight of your own desire for him. “I don’t know. Maybe I just want them all to know that I’m as much the boss of the Port Mafia as you.” You wound your arms around his neck, anchoring yourself to him, the only person you’d ever need in the dangerous world. “They’re blind to their desire, and they refuse to see that I have complete control over them.” You smiled, lazily, fondly. “Don’t they know that this is my city, too?”
Dazai’s strength made an appearance then, and he gripped your cheeks, holding you with a spiraled mix of possession and affection. “It is,” he whispered, ghosting his lips across your own, “and I’d burn it all down before I let anyone take it from you.”
Your heart stuttered in your chest at his deepened tone, the seriousness that drew on his normally playful inflection. You grew hot, and a twist of desire started deep within you, spreading down easily, slowly turning your thoughts into a muddled mess.
“I know,” you said, trying to keep your words steady as Dazai drew lazy circles up and down your sides. “Everyone knows.” You met his eyes, soft, yet dark, clouded with a longing you weren’t unfamiliar to. “The woman who brought them to their knees is still nothing more than a simple fool for Osamu Dazai.” You inhaled drawing your fingers to his open collar, the crisp bandages around his chest. “What could they ever do to deserve that kind of devotion?”
Dazai waited, watched your smaller hand run across his neck, his smirk slowly growing on his lips. “I’m a lucky man, indeed,” he said, drawing the words out slow and lazily. He tipped your chin down to him, his smile displaying the almost sharpened points of his canines. Slender fingers caressed your hipbone, pressing you farther down onto his thigh.
You let out a small sound, not taking your eyes off of his as his expression grew wily, and the slip you wore slowly began to rise up your thighs, exposing the softer skin of your leg.
“I admit, I can’t stand that everyone in this city wants you so fucking bad.” Dazai sunk his lips to your neck, kissing the space between your shoulder and jaw. “But I can’t blame them. My beautiful angel.” He smiled under your jaw, gripping your hips harder, forcing you to drag against his thigh. A puff of air left your throat as Dazai grinned, spiking your arousal. “It’s for the best, isn’t it? I’ve ruined you for anyone else.”
Your eyes flashed; Dazai bounched his leg, just once, his eyes shining, every move calculated. He’d always known exactly how to touch you, and he’d never forget, never stop enjoying the way you jerked so easily under his palm, the way you were already trying to rub yourself against him.
“Osamu,” you began, desperate for just a moment of friction, to feel his rigid muscle drag against your cunt. You wanted him so badly that your heart stumbled over itself, all the love you held, locked up there and looking for a way out.
He made a sound of disapproval, holding you still with a tight grip on your hips. His fingers dug into the bone, but it did little to ease your aching need for him.
“See?” Dazai’s kisses were light as he whispered against the shell of your ear, the sound nothing more than a breath of air. “I barely have to touch you and you’re a whimpering mess.”
You swallowed, tugging at the hair at the base of his scalp, trying to remain steady, if only for him to give you what you wanted.
Dazai seemed to be in a generous mood, worn from the previous mission, and he was grinning lazily, two fingers slipping under your dress.
His grip loosened, and you shifted, letting him pull on the strap of your panties, drag them down your thighs, over your knees, to discard beside the chair. Already, there was evidence of your desire, a spot of wetness obvious against the red satin.
He let the garment hang between his fingers before he looked back at you, watching as it softly fell to the floor. “If only they knew how easy it was to get you wet,” he said, shrewdly, “they’d want you twice as much as they did before.”
You let out a soft whimper, trying to direct his beautiful hands back between your thighs. Though, Dazai kept his fingers away, and in an act of desperation, you pressed your forehead to his, conveying every ounce of your affection for him.
“Osamu,” you breathed, blinking into his warm irises, a shade of brown that had easily become your favorite. “I’m so crazy about you.” You kissed his cheeks, smearing your lip gloss all over the skin he’d just wiped clean. “I couldn’t stop thinking about you all night. Everyone in Yokohama watches me, but I ache for you.”
His eyes flashed, pleased, and he relented, nudging his thumb to the inner most part of your thigh. The smile was still mocking, but he gave you at least some relief; Dazai let you sink back down on his thigh, the pressure just enough to have you clawing your nails into his chest.
He kissed your nose, but kept you where you were, perched on the middle of his leg and much too far from his cock. “What would you ever do if I wasn’t here to take care of you, hm, darling?"
You softened; even if his gaze was taunting, there was utter devotion between his dilated pupils.
All those men who fell for your act may have been complete fools, but Dazai was even worse off than them: he was a fool in love.
“It’s so hard not to crawl into your arms every time you’re around,” you admitted, grabbing the buckle of his belt to undo it with a clank. The mere sound, the feel of the leather between your fingers, nearly had you salivating. “I’m stronger than a lot of men in Yokohama.” Your features contorted then, eyes vulnerable as you looked up at him through delicate lashes, no longer a vision of authority, but of someone who desperately wanted to be taken care of. “Not you, though.”
Dazai’s grip on you relaxed, and something in his eyes shifted, lips parting as an exhale left them. He said nothing as you removed the belt, and instead, let himself sink deeper into the cushion, bearing your weight.
Hastily, you pulled down the zipper of his slacks. The weight of his heavy cock in your hands was so familiar. You stroked him gently, watching for any reaction, and while his face remained steady, you could sense the change in his heartbeat.
“I don’t need you to be strong around me,” Dazai said. His voice had deepened, your name leaving his lips, raspy by the end of his sentence. “You can fall apart if you want to, my love.” His erection grew slowly in your palm, and he brought you closer, your bare, soaked cunt dragging against his thigh. “I’ll always be here to put you back together.”
You smiled, flushing as he hardened, his breath growing uneven. When you had him leaking within your palm, you shifted forward on your knees, grinning at his reddened cheeks. Dazai’s eyes drifted towards your chest, just inches from his face.
Uncertain, you hesitated, even though you wanted him, needed him with every fiber of your being. It was an unfamiliar position. He could take control of the situation at any moment, but you weren’t usually the one looming over him.
“Osamu—”
“What?” he released with a sigh, and in one swift motion, lifted your hips so he was positioned at your entrance. “You walk around my nightclub in those dresses I buy you, force those pretty tits into other men’s faces, but now you’re too shy to fuck your husband?”
You made a face, knowing he was just trying to get a rise out of you, and if only to prove a point, you sunk down on him, your folds slick. Dazai slid into you easily, a sinful noise breaking the silence between you as he grinned. “I’ll f-fuck you,” you stuttered, swallowing under the heat of his watchful eyes. “It’s just…” Your words failed again as his cock went deeper in you, your focus entirely on your own pleasure.
“Just what?” He stopped you for a moment, planting you on his thighs, his cock still straining, filling you. Glaring, vibrating with need, you opened your eyes, lips parting as he whispered against your mouth “Finish your sentence, sweetheart.”
“It’s not my fault, Osamu,” you said, on the edge of a whine, squirming within his hold. “I can’t help that they stare.”
He laughed, then, and it was just a brush against your swollen mouth, the one he kept coming back to. “They can stare all they want,” Dazai said, tilting your chin up. “As long as they know who you belong to.”
Finally, he let you go, his hands tracing the edges of your knees, and you started a slow, steady pace, gasping as you held onto his neck tightly. He bowed his head into your collarbone, and kissed you once, before leaning back lazily, watching you take and take and take.
“Doing so good, angel,” he said, watching you with such a passion that it was distracting, as he let his palms rest simply on your thighs. “You always look so pretty stuffed full of my cock, don’t you?”
“Feels so good,” you muttered.
“I know.” Dazai seemed too devilish with his dark hair fanned out against the red chair, grinning in a way that twisted up your insides, sweat beading down your forehead as you tried to reach your orgasm.
You were hot with his piercing gaze upon you, but he didn’t bother to move his hands, did nothing to even pretend like he was fazed. You sunk down faster, heart racing, as the muscles of your hips strained, burned. Already, you were growing tired, sleepy from a full evening, but still so desperate to come around him.
You leaned forward, trying to angle your body, gain some relief from the position. Though it did little, and instead you were left sighing in frustration, wishing that he would do anything, instead of just look at you with a lust blown smile.
With every moment, the pain began to grow, the ache in your legs far too much to give way to pleasure. You started back at Dazai, frustrated, eyes glossy with need.
Dazai laughed at you then; it wasn’t quite mocking, but it wasn’t kind either. “Don’t tell me you’re already tired.”
Frustrated and impatient as you dripped down your own thighs, you grabbed his throat, thrusting his head into the back of the chair.
Dazai, eyes wide with surprise, stopped smiling as you curled your hand around his neck, his fingers digging into your thighs.
“Are you just going to sit there, Osamu?” you said, your words high-pitched and desperate. “Or are you going to—”
The end of your sentence was cut off by him gripping the back of your hair, smashing your lips into his own. The hand on his neck fell away, drifting to the lapels of his bloodstained collar, as he brought you down hard on his cock, hitting a place deep inside you that you hadn’t been able to reach with your own strength.
Dazai’s fingertips left bruises on your skin as he devoured the inside of your mouth, bringing you down over and over, stretching your walls with each movement.
“So pretty and desperate for me,” Dazai laughed, but he was breathless, his own tenacity crumbling from adoration. “Can’t do anything by yourself, can you, baby?” His kisses were sloppy as he dragged them across your neck, tongue grazing the sharp vein under your ear.
“No, but you said—” you were losing your breath and your words. “You said you’d take care of me. I don’t want to cum all on my own, ‘samu.”
Dazai groaned, his gaze drifting down to the space between your bodies, where you were sucking him back in, your own body aligned with your heart, never wanting to let him go.
“Fuck,” he said, slamming you back down on his thighs, his eyes hazy with love. “Of course I’ll take care of you.” One hand guided your hips as the other curled around your jaw, setting the pace with half his strength. “You’re my whole world.” His words stuttered, aching cock twitching inside you. “I’m nothing without you, understand?”
You nodded, but you weren’t quite thinking straight, the words a jumbled mess when they entered your mind. “I love you,” you said, gasping the end of his name. “I love you, Osamu, need more.”
Dazai breathed, just as heavily, softening as he regarded you. He’d always loved the look on your face as you came apart. “You take it so well,” he said eyelids fluttering over hazy eyes, and he kissed your forehead. You dragged your hands all over his chest, just wanting to touch any part of him. “Wish you could see yourself. You’re so beautiful.”
You groaned, pulling him closer, until there was nowhere left to go, surrounded completely by Dazai; the smell of him, the taste of him. “Say it back,” you muttered, “say you love me too.”
He choked on a laugh, and the lewd sounds of your wet arousal were loud as he came in and out of you. “I love you, angel, you know how much I love you.” Dazai kissed you, then, and your heart sped at how hoarse his voice had become, how easily it was for you to make the most powerful man in Yokohama fall apart at the seams. “You’ve got a pretty ring to prove it, don’t you? I don’t want anyone but you. I never will.”
“Come inside me.” Your eyes squeezed shut as his cock reached impossibly deep within you, stretching you, your legs shaking as you tried to ignore the dull ache within your tense muscles. Tears sprang to your eyes, coating your lashes; it was almost devastating how much you loved him. “Please. Feel so full, ‘samu.”
“Yeah?” He reached between you to play with your clit, and you were so close, crying out a broken moan as he touched you. “Need to remind everyone that you’re my girl, hm?” He knew just how you liked to be touched, how easy it was to get you to come when he fucked you like you needed. “Want me to put a baby in you next, sweetheart? Shit.” He curled his fingers, bruising your mouth as he stole the oxygen from your chest. “Everyone would know then, wouldn’t they? How could they doubt you’re mine when you’re carrying my child.”
You cried out, then, breaking, spasming around his cock as you fell onto his chest. Dazai said your name, kissed the top of your head, but you were too full of love for him. You breathed heavily as he brought you down once more, twitching against him from the ache in your sensitive cunt.
A moment later, Dazai jerked, then came inside you, spilling his warm cum against your folds, the white ropes dripping down your thighs, staining his dark, wrinkled slacks. Slowly, he pulled out of you, letting you rest on his chest as you breathed, your legs sore. A gentle touch ran up and down your spine as Dazai wrapped his arms tight around you, his cheek resting against the top of your head.
“God, you’re perfect,” Dazai said, and his voice sounded almost broken, devastatingly emotional. “You can’t ever leave me, okay, angel? I need you right here by my side.” Lips grazed your temple, so sweetly, gently. “What’s the point of all this if I can’t share it with you?”
You smiled, resting your head in the crook of his neck, eyes full of tears as you kissed him. “I’m not going anywhere, Osamu. I promise.”

A villian yandere? Not like those cartoon villian but the one that actually make the reader feel fearful, not because the villian is physicaly scary or something but the villian is so cunning, sly and manipulative like the knave from genshin or fyodor from bsd
𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐄! 𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐈
PAIRING: 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 x reader (gender not mentioned/specified/implied) TW. manipulation, isolation, holding reader against her will, stockholm syndrome, dark yandere, flag so red my eyes hurts, unhinge, yandere behavior. A/N: Inspired by manhwas I've read so far. I'm on a roll guys. I didn't expect it to be this long too but man, he's one crazy creation.
𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭

Who isolates you to the point of insanity. It is widely known humans are social creatures and we need social interactions. However, 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 used this fact to his advantage. Knowing that after a while people go mad when they don’t interact with other people, he decided to do just that. At first his manipulation is subtle: hidden suggestions about who is right to hand with and who's not. Little yet meaningful words weaved between innocent sentences. Then when he saw his tactics working, he began to get bolder. As the group of people becomes smaller (thanks to him) 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 starts to outwardly say they aren't people you should associate with. They are a bad influence and did you know they said this and that behind your back? Real friends don’t do that! He doesn’t do that! That's when comments about how you don't need anyone but him, who always stays by your side and was right about what he told you, each and every time. Your family isn't safe from his doings either. He never fails to drive you away from them. Suddenly they are people who lead you on and make a fool out of you. A black sheep of the family. You just had to see! Before you know it, you are completely alone with only him to talk and listen to.
"I'm just looking out for you like a best friend should be doing." 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 wanted to vomit when he said those two, blasted words.
Who snaps and ends up locking you up. Now that you're completed isolated and you happen to start living with him, he locks you up. In a bedroom with a bathroom attached who only has necessities and nothing you could harm yourself with. You can bang, scratch and kick at the door all you want but those doors won't budge. 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 is fully prepared. Those doors were expensive but it was worth it. Those locks could be opened by him and the material it was made of could not be so easily destroyed without certain tools you didn’t have. And you're yelling, begging and crying? It is like music to his ears. He'll often sit at the door and listen to you, basking in your voice, and when you're quiet (either pass out from exhaustion or too tired to continue), he'll pick up from where he ended the last time, manipulating you again. His sentences are repetitive and he wants to drill those into your head. He'll tell you how no one is looking for you, how he's all you need, how he'll take care of you and so on...
"Those people want to hurt you. I am doing this for your own good. If you want, I can bring you something? I was thinkng about tamagochi! They are so cut, aren't they?"
Who has to show you some tough love. 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 didn’t expect you to realize just how much he loves you. That’s why he tried to be an understanding partner and be forgiving towards your rash and childish tantrums. But he has his limits too. For example, he notices how you don't eat meals he oh so lovingly has prepared for you. If you don’t want to eat, then he won’t force you. He just doesn't bring you food for the next 2-3 days. Only water. And on the fourth day, he'll bring you a proper meal again. Of course, like he expected, you ate it all. See? It’s not hard to act your age. You don’t see it but 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 smiled in glee when he saw an empty plate. It's a good sign!
"I'm relieved you like the food I prepared for you. I cooked it for the first time but when I saw the recipe I knew you'd like it."
Who you grow to not only fear and love. He is your captor, the one who took away your freedom and cut all ties with society, who manipulates you and ends up breaking you. Who you feared, despised and cursed like he was the source of all evil. But the longer you stayed in the little room that became your whole world, the lines between hater and love began to blurr. Not that you realized it. At some point something switched in your brain and although you feared him, you began to ponder over his words. Maybe he's right? After this period of time, no one ended up looking for you. No one cared enough to do so. And you do only have him. He always makes time for you, brings you delicious meals, and sometimes even gifts you a little trinkets when you act good. Not to mention you live in a nice bedroom with a bathroom too. He never touched you without your consent or forced you to do anything. You could make a choice to bathe whenever you want, pick one of the books he brought you and read and so on. Your brain was suggesting that he is a caring best friend who takes care of you and protects you from all those monserts that want to hurt and bring you down. Soon enough his actions made your heart speed up.
"I knew you'll love me..." 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞! 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 teared up when he heard your confession. It was worth the waiting becaouse now he can bulit a perfect life he always imagined having with you. "I love too. So, so, so much sometimes it hurts."

"Could it be.. The book malfunctioned?" Fyodor mused, fingers pinching a corner of the slightly tainted pages of the book, staring at the cover with an expression of thoughtfulness. He was snapped out of his mind when he heard another voice.
"I don't recommend mumbling out loud when we have an audience, Fedya.." Dazai, beside him, snatched the book from his light grip, flipping through it cheerfully and prompting the Russian to glance up at the children watching them. The green haired boy seemed to stand at the forefront of the group.
Crossover fic au, in which the BSD characters (only a few) find themselves outside the city of Yokohama, and meet a few students of UA–there is no plan for this fic, but I mainly think it will be a slice of life if possible.

|| Okay, here's some general info about Henry~ (I'll put his bio back on the muse page but for now, here!!)
Henry James, 15-16 (depends on the verse). "Stuck up rich boy" persona to mask how unstable he often feels~ No matter the verse, Henry has the ability to hear and see (only with his one "cursed eye") ghosts. He wears an eyepatch so he doesn't have to see ghosts in his daily life (also because that eye is RED), but he can't stop their voices. It manifests like schizophrenia, which a lot of people thought he had.
Henry is a BSD oc (and still is with me adding him back) but he also has a big verse in Genshin Impact, plus I'll probably give him a few other verses as well~ In BSD, he's in the Order of the Clocktower. In Genshin, he's part of the House of the Hearth in Fontaine.
He's kind of an asshole....but, I mean, he's really going through it. If he snaps at you, it's most likely not you. He's just sick and tired of all the voices~ Pretty distant, isolates himself from others. He hates large groups of people.

Hey hi hello!! I'd like to request a match up with someone from Obey me and bungo stray dogs if that's okay.
She/her and straight.
Personality/habits:
I get described as 'gremlin-like' and chaotic, and I can't really deny it. I'm usually pretty energetic and tend to have an optimistic point of view. I get nervous when meeting new people, so I starting talking a lot and really fast too. I always try to be the clown of the group and I think it's because I crave constant attention and validation. I have a habit of speaking pretty loud which just adds to that.
I'm ENTP, 7w8, Chaotic good if that's any help.
I also have a pretty good memory and seem to remember almost every single conversation with my friends word for word (im just trying to think of things to write about at this point..).
I'd say I can control my emotions pretty well, I've never snapped at my friends. It's hard for me to stay still so I fidget a lot. It's like I always have to be doing something.
My hobbies/interests:
I like writing short stories a lot. I just find it so cool that I can pour my emotions into a story then re-read it in a few months and relive the feeling.
I like baking as well! It's a nice way to pass time and the results are even better.
Love languages:
My giving love language is physical touch while my receiving one is quality time.
I'm pretty clingy and I like to hug people from behind. Literally any form of physical touch makes me happy. But when I get pushed away it's kinda like heart break for me. I feel kind of overdramatic when that happens.
Spending quality time together is a must. Idc how, where or when, I just want to be with the person I like. Let that be watching a movie together, cooking together or just talking. Quality tike makes me feel wanted and loved, so it's really important for me.
As for deal brakers: I'd say it would be being taken for granted. I'm a people pleaser, and when the other person doesn't appreciate the things I do for them. Also I hate being told to "calm down". It makes me feel annoying and too much.
I couldn't think of anything else to write so I hope this is enough ^^
Thank youuu
Howdy! I don't write for BSD and it's only one fandom per match unless it's an appearance matchup.
Your obey me match is....Satan!
You and Satan are an explosive but loving couple. He never takes you for granted and encourages you to express all your emotions and not just bottle them up. And you teach him new ways to express them. Overall you two help the other improve.
Your chaotic personality is something he really enjoys. It's funny and adventurous so he'll always hype you up for it. He's rather intraverted but enjoys the casual outlings. He's invited to many places and always takes you as his plus one or try to get into places he knows you'd enjoy.
Satan keeps up with your fast talking easily, he understands you just get nervous or excited. He's used to it by Levi...Your jokes also make him chuckle. Once he realises you crave attention and validation, he'll give it to you more often. He understands the need for validation too. Satan also tries to help you by showing you don't need to be the clown of the group to be accepted. Just be yourself and whoever stays is a real friend. The rest are just aquaintances. Yes it's ironic given his title as lord of fools.
Satan likes your good memory! You're so attentive to what he says it just makes him feel all warm inside. He feels at ease with you. He also highly encourages you to write. He's a pretty harsh critic but it's for your own good.
Satan isn't a very touchy guy. It's gonna take time for him to warm up like that! And he's pretty private about it too. It doesn't mean he'll push you away, he just won't initiate in public. He'll explain this boundary to you so there won't be fights/he won't upset you. He pushed you away the first time and instantly regreted it. It resulted in a long discussion where both your boundaries were set. Besides that he likes baking with you! He's a good cook and overall, he likes doing domestic things with his lover.

“The access tunnel should be up ahead,” Kunikida said, dragging Dazai behind him.
The partners were to provide backup for the Winchesters if needed, and help any possible hostages.
“Thanks. Oh- and uh…” Sam went fishing in the small bag for something. “Here. If we come across anyone who’s been turned, that’ll turn them back.”
“Assuming they haven’t eaten anyone yet,” Dean grumbled.
“We can only hope for the best.” Dazai shrugged, and the Winchesters looked at him in surprise. “What? It’s too much effort to speak english continuously.”
Kunikida practically threw him into a corner by a chain link fence and gate, and he Let out a small yelp.
“You could’ve helped me translate for the others.” He scowled.
“Where’s the fun in that!”
As Kunikida opened the gate to the tunnels, Dazai watched a group of young boys out of the corner of his eye. They were standing around by one of the ticket booths, and every so often someone would look over at them.
There were eleven of them.
---
“Stop looking idiots,” Nori hissed as Kuramochi looked back over at the detectives.
They were huddled up waiting for the detectives to leave so they could follow. Though they weren’t sure how they’d go through the gate if they locked it behind them. But that was a problem for late- Oh it was open.
“Hey they’re going,” Jun said, and almost everyone turned in unison. “Don’t all look at the same time!” He snapped.
“Looks like they left it open,” Chris informed them, watching over Furuya’s head.
“Y’know maybe we should just head back…” Haruichi said. “I mean, whatever took coach has to be really strong. Aniki was right, we’d just get in the way.”
“No one asked you to come. Stay here if you want, but we should go now before they get too far ahead.”
Even with the offer to stay, they all followed Ryousuke through the gate.
As they looked down the dark tunnel, they could see two faint beams of light moving further and further away. Chris and Ryousuke, one of the tallest and shortest respectively, turned their phone light on and set it as dim as they could. With little light, they followed the distant beams down the old tunnel.
It wasn’t long before they vanished, and Chris moved his light from the ground to the wall watching for a door.
---
“They're too uncoordinated to be hunting us,” Dean said, as they made their way down the tunnel.
He would occasionally look behind them at their pursuers, while Sam and Kunikida led the way with flash lights.
“They look like kids,” Dazai hummed. No one was really sure why he’d come along. “Bet you they’re looking for their coach,” he said to Kunikida.
“What’d he say?”
“A man reported his missing colleague, a highschool coach, the other day. Dazai thinks they,” he nodded behind them, “are his students.”
“Great,” Dean grumbled. “So chances of them leaving, even if we give them the talk, are almost zero.”
“Probably.” Sam shrugged as they came to a door. “But we should try before we head in, turn off the lights.”
They watched in silence as one of the faint lights began moving along the wall. Maybe watching for a sign or another way in?
When the front light nearly reached them, they turned their lights back on dead ahead.
The group of boys winced, and some covered their mouths to stop from screaming.
Kunikida let out a deep sigh. “Turn around and head back to your teacher, now, and I won’t have to call the police for trespassing.”
Dazai could tell he was trying to stay as quiet as possible. They really should have confronted them earlier, away from possible danger.
“But we want to save our coach!” A boy with dark brown hair and gold eyes, what an odd colour, yelled.
His friends turned to him and a few gave him a small kick. Meanwhile, the adults could hear noise from the other side of the door as someone approached.

Rakurai Hatsuho
-------- PARALLEL AU - -------
AU notes: He was first created as a character for the "Dead&Dying" (2019) Roleplay event from the BSD Big Bang server. This version of him is the ORIGINAL and CANON timeline, that is later on mirrored into the modern AU story.
BACKGROUND:
Birthday: June 1 Origin: ==== Occupation: Mercenary, Mafia intel Height: 178cm Weight: 67kg Family members: adopted sisters Ophelia and Shikayo, Spouses Kotik and Cha Element: Electric Preferred weapon: Daggers Specialties: Elektrokinesis, close-quarters combat, cold weaponry, Stealth, Tracking
PERSONALITY:
Brash and aggressive with mouth of a sailor. Impulsive, but wth sharp intuition to follow up on his moves. Dislikes a chaotic environment, so if nobody is leading, he takes charge to keep everything and everyone in order. In combat, he is as silent and as fast as his blades. He deals with problems and enemies with lethal efficiency. Now in his peaceful life, Rakurai's explosive temper has mellowed down. He doesn't yell as much but still ends up cursing. His usually glaring expression only hides the fact that he is a curious and healing soul. He is also very much new to affection and struggles to accept and express it. Unfotunately, the ashes of war is still lingering in the corners of his eyes, leaving him with aversion to sudden noise and touches. His senses are still subconsciously high. Only when he is around his loved ones does he let his guard down, and enjoy the moment as it is.
PARALLEL AU TIMELINE:
born during the Border States War.
Orphaned very early. Grew up with a traveling Mercenary group after they had scavenged (and "rescued" him) from a nearby town. Rakurai was later on trained in their ways and believing in the unending war around him
Age 11: Awakened his electric prowess, giving him a new importance in the group. Was rigourously trained to master his capabilities very early.
Age 13: meets Kuva after another subgroup of the mercenaries regrouped with them in their base. Being nearly the same age (Kuva was 14yo), they immediately became friends.
Age 15: Kuva awakened his ice powers. Their synergy immediately became a lethal weapon against their enemies, and because of this, the Mercenary group started to prepare them for more dangerous missions. Rakurai was trained in different types of combat and frontal infiltration and assaults, meanwhile Kuva was trained in espionage, negotiation, and firearms.
Age 16: Started seeing the damages they were causing when he had stumbled upon displaced families hiding in a shelter. Rakurai was told to leave as his job is now done and the higher ups will be handling them. Rakurai asks Kuva about this, but Kuva dismissed it.
Age 19: "The Siege" operation was now in effect, in which they were to take control of a major city to put out their demands to the Central city. Unfortunately, Rakurai and Kuva's team were only sent on a suicide mission for an underhanded scheme, and plenty of Rakurai's comrades fell because of the misinformation that was fed to them. It turns out that Rakurai and Kuva were going to be traded in exchange for safe passage in the city, among other benefits.
Rakurai was unable to control his emotions and went berserk, harming allies, foes and civilians alike. In order to stop Rakurai from burning himself out, Kuva stepped in and was fatally wounded as a result. Rakurai snapped out of it and only witnessed Kuva's fall before Rakurai was eventually subdued by the enemy. Rakurai was thrown to prison was scheduled to be executed.
Age 20: Escaped prison and went to take revenge on the Mercenary group— tracking their main leaders and killing them.
Age 21-22: Travelled while laying low. It was during this traveling that he picked up Ophelia and Shikayo, who also lost their parents and were struggling to keep themselves well. Rakurai brought them to a safer town and started working small and quick jobs to give them their necessities and a small room to stay in.
Age 22: Took the job offer of a small escort mission to the next town over when he runs into trouble. What he did not expect was Kuva— seemingly alive and changed— appearing again. Learns that Kuva didn't die and recovered from his wound. Their clashing personalities and point of view of that time in the past made their reunion very strained. After the escort mission, he was favoured very well by the couple in the group and was offered a place to stay where he can bring Ophelia and Shikayo along.
Age 23: moved in with the couple (Kotik and Cha) in another town where Rakurai started working around their restaurant. He was able to send the sisters over for basic schooling too. Kuva decided to stick around and become the local gossiper (he has a job but nobody knows what it is).
The Border States War has also ended by now, and related entities (Mercenary group, Governing state groups) have been disbanded. Though plenty of investigation was done, many were left unchecked, including Rakurai's whereabouts and punishment.
Age 25: finds out Kuva is going to become a Sentinel— a chosen person by the Favorkeepers to assist them in combatting corruptive entities in the world. Rakurai is pissed yet again because Kuva withold another story of what happened when he supposedly died. Despite his initial disdain for this, Rakurai wanted to join Kuva, and this issued a challenge to a Favorkeeper to become a Sentinel.
request was continuously denied, making Rakurai frustrated. Decided to make an independent organization where he started training others.
TRIVIA:
- He was originally created as an OC for a Bungou Stray Dogs roleplay event "Dead&Dying (2019)", from the BSD Big Bang server. - His last name Hatsuho is similar to that of Hatsuho Naito, author of 'Thunder Gods', a book recollecting experiences of survivors of the Kamikaze missions. Taking this last name is a homage to the BSD casts having real life inspirations. - He and Kuva are partners in every universe. - His name "Rakurai" is the Japanese name of the Pokemon Electrike, but he has been compared to a Pikachu most of the time instead. - Emoji: ⚡🍵

Mori was looking ahead from his head office, seeing that he had some guests visiting him today. Even with things going on in the city, it seems things were still going under some investigation. Of course, their was recent reports of hearing about clubs still being heavily guarded now after the first few being shot by someone. No one knows who but it was unsure to see who.
So, he decided to invite some people to speak with him. Which results into today. Someone pours some red wine for the two even if Matt declines it with Sid doing the same but Mori was not as evil but lets it go.
"So...your the one that called us? This is new. Was it due to my father? Or does he owe you? Money? Stole something from you?" Matt was quiet while sitting on a chair even if he was not used to these important meetings even when it deals with his father. Mori chuckled to hear this but held a hand up. He had some wine himself to swirl it in the wine glass.
"No no, your father is not involved with anything against me. To say, I'm the one that wishes to speak to you and your...team." He saw Matt's eye brow raised. "I've heard many stories about you and what you all do. Each one having a good reason to do what you do. So, you already know about my organization the Port Mafia correct."
"....Yes, we heard about it." Sid, the white haired woman speaks, pushing up her glasses while sitting by Matt who was looking at Mori. The others were in the same room as well but Mori also remains silent to still keep a smile on his face.
"Well, that's good to know because..I asked you to come here...to speak about working together with Port mafia."
This made Matt and Sid blink hearing this but was confused. Hold on; work together.
"Yes; shocking I know. I figure you been hearing things about my organization and what you might be hearing from other families to think we are the reason of some things happening. But rest assure, the port mafia is not involved with any of the recent shootings happening in clubs. We are trying to figure that out ourselves. But..we need to seek other sources of help to do that. Which explains right now." he said looking to them.
"....Do you have any information that will tell us more?" Matt asked as Mori smiled snapping his fingers. A young man came over but he was wearing a white button-up shirt under a dark red vest, a black choker, a black ribbon bolo tie held together with a small silver buckle, an open black cropped jacket with the sleeves rolled up at the elbows, black slacks, a black belt hanging off his right hip and black low-arch shoes. He is almost always seen wearing black gloves. The two also spots that he wears around his shoulders like a cape. The undercoat is a light shade of red.
He walks over but he sets some folders over to Sid who blinks taking it from his hand to look at it while moving back to stand by his boss. As Sid opens the folder, she begins to read while looking at the information that was seen or read. The information about what was happening is there.
"As you can see. True, the head club owners have been trying to figure out who was attacking their clubs and workers, so far, we found out three families were trying to cause a war. Lucky for them, I had a few from my organization stop the shooting. We even got some witnesses that seen what is going on and on the female workers and male workers that is being kept watch." he said with eyes closed with Sid reading this but the other members were waiting for Matt to come back from this meeting.
"...I see. You have a lot of information here speaking about it." she said.
"We know how to get our information miss Sid. Rest assure, we have ways to do what we need to. After all, we are trying to keep things in peace in the city.." Mori said.
"Hmmmm......"
"So you know many of the clubs that's on stand by, guarded, abandoned, lost, etc?" Matt asked looking to Mori who smiled.
"Of course. Gin?" that's when another young woman walks over but Jason saw her.
The young woman named Gin has dark gray eyes and long black hair. As a mafioso, she keeps her hair in a spiked bun, leaving sections of shoulder-length hair down. Most of it falls to the right side of her face, whilst a strand falls over the middle. Jason saw she wears a gray, short-sleeved v-neck, black trousers, and black heels.
Over her shirt, she wears a long, flared black coat is seen dressed in an outfit comprising of a long black cloak with a hood and frayed trim. The right sleeve, tightened by a black band on her bicep, is long with an extended part with frayed trim, and the left sleeve appears torn off, exposing her arm. She wears reddish-grey gloves that extend a tad beyond her elbows. The right glove being complete whilst the left glove is fingerless.
In addition, she also wears a black choker with a white cross on it, and a white mask that covers her nose and mouth. She walks over to Sid to show another list but it was color coded. To be honest, Jason could tell she was way different than any other woman but he said nothing keeping quiet.
"Here." She said in a tone as Sid takes it and looks at the list. They had the full list of clubs in the city. Every single one was colored but it shows Mori speaks the truth.
"Well Sid?" Matt asked.
"He's right. The list here tells of all the clubs. Seems a few are in the green but others are either in the red because of the recent events going on." she said.
"Even the kidnappings?" Matt said.
"Oh yes, we know about them too. In fact, we got others trying to find more that was taken from their locations but we know with our best men at work." Mori smiled to the two.
"I see...but what is this deal your speaking about?"
"....I would ask if you would like to work together? I know your cleaning up everything for your father and to what he's done. His history is pretty well known in the town...and his so called dark debt. I'm not trying to be enemies here but I only wish to help the city and keep it safe from the threats that linger about." He opens his eyes to look at them.
"If you wish to think about it you may..I'm not usually this offering to just anyone you know...if you wish.." he said.
"....Hold on, how come your offering this to us? I mean, aren't you the ones that started this whole thing?" Matt said confused but Mori thinks to sigh.
"It's not us because my own organization and members are is being attacked as well by rival gangs. You may think we started this or tried to but rest assure, we are not the enemies here. Others might say we are but we aren't." Mori said then stood up. "I have my best men and followers doing their jobs to find out what they do in the city......even if we had others thinking your group were the ones that started it...seems not."
"........."
"So again, I would be happy if your organization works with mine. We can provide a lot of things for you if needed. Information, items, any useful things if your looking for someone. My team will help in any way possible." he said as Matt thinks about it but he was not expecting this only to sigh. He thought his father started something but it seems he didn't. However, he was still unsure about it.
"......Is something wrong?" Mori asked to see Matt open his eyes to look at him.
"I may need time to think about it. Even if you say all this, it's a lot to think about. If you were going to help....give us time to think about it if that's alright?" he said.
"I understand....you take all the time you need......but we will still offer help if you need it. Please come back if you need anything." Smiling, he saw Matt, Sid, and Jason stand up to leave the office to leave. He sees them leave but he was wondering what he'll say the next time.
"Sir? Do you think he believes us?" Gin asked.
"That's up to him.....besides, I'm sure even Ryu is thinking this is crazy but...seems we might have been wrong about this Matt person.." he said while smiling.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Matt, do you think he speaks the truth? What do we do?" Sid asked following him outside to the night as Matt was thinking about it.
"I don't know..I guess we will see in the future. For now, I'll need time to think about it." he said walking off with the two back to their base for now. However, his mind was wondering of Ryunosuke. He hopes he was alright..where ever he was.
"Hey, does this mean if we need to.....are we going to accept his help?" Jason was asking this following the two back to their place. Even if Sid said nothing, she was wondering the same thing looking to Matt. They keep on walking but he was thinking about it.
"I don't know......like I said, I need time to think about it. Though, hearing all that, seems they were not involved with anything that old man of mine has done. So for now, I'll think about it." he keeps walking with hands in his pockets with the other two following him back.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
As for Ryu, he was in his bed chambers but he was panting laying on his back while shaking. He just came in his hand after fingering himself. He couldn't believe this!!!
He just took a shower and here he was pleasuring himself trying to calm down from the heated thoughts of that young man. Matt. Damn it, he still tempts and tortures him in his wet dreams even if it makes him heated. He couldn't help it.
Ryunosuke slowly moves his arm from behind showing his fingers that was wet from trying to calm down. He felt so hot right now, almost growing restless without him. He only looks to the pillow panting softly that he grips the pillow. How can he do his mission if his mind won't let him?
'M..Matt...what have you done to me......I can't complete this mission if your haunting my dreams. Even from that, I can't..I can't.....no matter what I try, my head won't let me..' he closed his eyes while he was coated in some sweat. Even knowing his body was aroused right now, he tried to calm down while moaning softly in his room. Stroking himself while his fingers push back into him trying to feel good.
"Mfffmmm......" he had to bite down on the sheets but was shaking. 'Matt...Matt...Matt...f..fuck.....' it wasn't the same but it will have to do. Even through this night, the assassin was slowly losing himself.
But how long will he be able to stay focused? Or will he snap for him?

surprise!
bsd boys x reader
wc : 1.k
warnings : maybe ooc Jouno- I haven’t seen much of his character yet but I still adore hims
synopsis : welcome back
a/n : I wrote this entire thing in one sitting. No I can’t believe it either.
part 2
Jouno
You were out with a few friends that day, trying to get out more since your boyfriend was still gone on his 3-month long mission
It was actually a really fun day; you all had just stepped out of a restaurant when—
“They’re back! Look everyone! The Hunting Dogs have returned!”
Naturally, everyone in the vicinity snapped their heads towards the group in red, watching them walk side by side and chat leisurely as they came home.
Fighting your way through a small crowd, much to the confusion of your friends, you frantically scan the men in search for one person.
“Y/n, what’re you- Y/n!”
You’d broke out in a sprint, not bothering to even slow down before you jumped into his arms, locking your legs around his waist, “SAIGIKU!”
And despite his cynical nature, even Jouno had trouble hiding the smile that wanted to break loose at your obvious thrill of seeing him again.
Murmurs filled the area, especially within the hunting dogs, who were absolutely baffled at the display.
“Hello, my love. Miss me?” Jouno chuckled at your weak attempt to hit his shoulder, cheerfully bouncing you in his arms like a toddler, “No need to be like that, now, I’m only teasing.”
Huffing, you smile against your will, swiping his hat off his head and putting it on your own, “You are the literal worst.”
“You’re going to kiss me anyway.” He tipped the brim of his hat, effectively making it fall past your eyes.
“Unfortunately, you’re correct about that.”
Hearing your friends cheer as you finally got to kiss his stupid mouth again made you break away with a laugh— much too soon for his liking, though he wasn’t complaining at getting to feel your smile against his lips after so long.
Chuuya
Your red-headed boyfriend had been sent overseas for six months to handle something for Mori
Currently, you were dressed in one of his button ups and a pair of his boxers while you cleaned up (cause what else did you have to do anyway?)
The sound of a door opening made you grab the gun he kept there for your protection, knowing he wasn’t supposed to be back for another 2 weeks…
“I come home early to surprise my lovely partner after being away for so long and this is what I get?”
You drop the gun in shock, staring at Chuuya like he was a ghost. The red aura around him fades and he catches the falling bullet you’d just shot at him casually.
“Can’t be mad, though, at least I know you can protect yourself, yeah?” He laughs loudly at your rushed ‘I’msosorryohmygods’ and easily picks you up, “Don’t worry, doll. Didn’t even leave a scratch. Love the outfit, by the way, where on earth did you get it?”
You give him a disbelieving smile, hands cradling his face softly, “I can’t believe I just shot at this pretty face,” you pout and pepper kisses everywhere, not stopping until the apples of his cheeks are practically glowing.
“H-hey—!” Chuuya’s cut off by a real kiss, staggering slightly when his knees almost give out at the sensation.
“Missed you s’much pretty boy. Was lonely without you.”
His mouth tugs into a frown, reaching up to grasp your hand tightly and place a kiss on the back of it, “I’m sor-“
You interrupted with another kiss, “It’s okay, Chuu, I know it’s your job. Though next time I might be inclined to bully Mori into letting me come too.”
Chuuya let out another laugh, already imagining the scene, “I’d love to see it. Let’s both just stay here for a while, okay?”
Dazai
He threw an actual fit when you had to go on a three week mission with a few of the others and refused to do any work since
His mood was a real bummer around the agency (though Atsushi tried his best to cheer him up everyday)
While wallowing in self pity, though, it seems like he lost track of time
“Dazai-saaaan!” Atsushi sounded like he’d just won the lottery, “I have something that’ll make you feel better!”
Dazai did nothing but silently wave off the boy, grateful at the offer but feeling more miserable at the same time.
“I mean, I can just go back if you don’t want me.” You watched him bolt up from his chair with amusement, opening your arms widely, “Come on then.”
With no regard for height differences or his body weight, Dazai jumped at you, not even noticing how hard he smacked against the floor, “Belladonna! You’ve come back to me! I’m saved!”
Despite his theatrics, you noticed his trembling and labored breathing, “Osamu,” you cooed sweetly, rubbing the crown of his head where he’d bumped it when you both fell down.
He nuzzled deeper into your touch, whining when you moved to sit up.
“Oh, you big baby-“ you cradled him once more, realizing you probably wouldn’t be able to get off the floor for a while.
“Your big baby,” Dazai mumbled grumpily, invading all of your space until he was practically sitting in your lap, “I missed you.”
The gentle smile on your face nearly sent him to the moon, “missed you too, ‘Samu.” And the soft kiss you gave him almost sent him into an early- happy - grave, “I love you.”
Fyodor
While you were not an actual member of the Decay of Angels, by proxy as Fyodor’s partner, you were basically an honorary member
Meaning you could lounge around base and go to meetings as much as you liked— the latter of which you were on your way to after discovering your boyfriend had just gotten back from his five week absence
and no one told you.
The doors slammed open, sending Sigma nearly 10 feet into the air, and making everyone else crane their heads around.
Sending an apologetic look to the two-tone haired man, you continued on like you owned the place.
Nikolai jumped up, ready to begin his usual antics, when you swiftly snatched his hat and swatted him upside the head with it, sending him dramatically reeling back into his chair.
Your boyfriend watched in amusement, raising an eyebrow when you stopped just short of his reach, “Milaya.”
“I don’t like you.”
Many of the members choked on air at the clear disdain in your voice, not believing that someone was talking to Fyodor like that.
“Is that so?”
You pouted, making your bottom lip tremble for a little more flair, “Yes.”
And despite knowing you were simply messing with him, he still didn’t like the glassy look in your eyes, “Come.”
A bright smile quickly replaced the pout and you happily clamored in his lap, “You’re so mean to me, Fedya. Nik got to see you before me!”
Fyodor chuckled, petting your head calmly, “Now, now.” His eyes twinkled when you basically purred at the affection, “None of that nonsense.”
You kissed the corner of his mouth in retaliation, settling down in your rightful spot, “I’m going with you next time.”
“You are?”
“I am.”

May I ask a scenario with ADA dazai who falls for an agency member and she's really strong both mentally and physically and is loved by everyone in the agency? She also used to be a soldier in that war so she has seen plenty of things and she's not afraid of dark thing etc... Hope I wasn't so demanding have a nice day (forgive me for my English)
Heyyyy :>
This was such a good ask, I went all out and wrote a bit too much. So I'll be posting it as two parts. :)
And don't worry, love, you're English is immaculate!
Do lemme know if you like this... I'll probably be posting part two tmrw or in some hours... I just need to do one final touch up :D
Partners (part 1)
Dazai x gn! Reader
Tw: Lots of action and fighting, a little blood, implied death.
If u can handle bsd fight scenes, then u can read this... dw, it's not gory or too violent..
"I have your back, go!", you say as you shoot at the enemy hiding behind the car.
"Got it!", Dazai says, as he jogs to the adjacent safe place.
You two were assigned a job, one that you had initially thought was a simple task: Find the missing girl.
You hadn't expected any foul play. Apparently, the girl in pursuit wasn't kidnapped. She had run away from her home. She had a record of disappearing out of the blue, so you had figured she was just taking some time away from her family, like she usually does. The parents approached the ada when the police were unable to find her. So you guys concluded that she was kidnapped. There had been no calls for any ransom, so you chalked up the possibility of her kidnapper being a sex offender, a sadist, or a cult member. You knew you had to act quick before he hurt her. You and Dazai had worked together to collect all the breadcrumbs, and had triangulated the location of a criminal who had just gotten out of prison. He had served 6 years for various sexual assaults and rapes. You had concluded that this must be his doing. It was too much of a coincidence for a girl to get kidnapped just one week after a criminal had been released.
You both had walked right into the enemie's trap.
The man, Ito Sōta, held the girl at gun point at the center of an abandoned warehouse. The warehouse belonged to a small criminal group. He must have joined this group after being released.
The group, a small organization in need of monetary support, wanted to impress the mafia. They had arranged for this ploy to defeat a few members of the ada and hopefully get in the mafia's goodbooks.
They had used Ito's criminal record to lure the ada into the warehouse, and rain fire upon them, hoping to defeat them.
"That's the most logical explanation", Dazai had said, when you two had been ambushed by ten or so men and their many bullets.
Dazai hid behind a cargo container.
"We have to move fast. I manged to neutralize them, but I'm pretty sure there are more on the way, and some more protecting Ito.", you say, leaning against the box.
Dazai hummed.
"So, what's the plan?"
He thought for a second, then said,
"You are good at combat, so why don't you take them on, and clear a path for me.."
" I see.. I distract while you sneak an attack on Ito."
"Exactly."
You change the magazine of your glock, inserting a fresh one.
"Sounds good."
At your count, you began running towards the guards ahead. You had a shielding ability, allowing you to shield yourself from bullets, fire explosions, and prevent it from touching you. Ofcourse, you couldn't control heat, so if you were to be near an explosion, while the fire wouldn't burn your skin, the heat radiating from it would definitely hurt you.
Your ability only worked when you activated it. It wasn't always activated, and would take quite a lot of your energy if you kept it on at all times.
A few men had noticed you, and had started shooting you. The bullets bounced off your shield, falling to the ground. You continued charging towards the center, aiming at the men that were in Dazai's path. Taking them down was easy enough; they were just meat and bones that could shoot, and desperately lacked a brain. If bullets don't work, shouldn't they try hand to hand combat? But no. These idiots were so hopelessly dumb, that they kept shooting you, standing tall and proud, and presenting themselves as easy targets for your bullets.
'Well, it works for me... so keep being stupid, guys!' You thought as you shot a majority of them down.
Dazai hid behind the containers, jogging over to the center. He handled a few men that were in his way, as you cleared almost all of them for him.
Soon enough, you approached a man and two women, clad in suits, that charged at you with an assortment of weapons. They dodged your bullets, and tried to attack you.
'These guys are smart'
The first bulky guy swung his dagger at you. You dodged; the knife brushing past your cheek in the process. It was OK, you were a master in martial arts, afterall. Taking them down wouldn't be so difficult.
You grabbed his arm, jumping off the ground and twisting your torso midway to land behind him. His arm was now twisted, and you swiped at his legs, resulting in him falling to the ground. You swiped the dagger from his palm, stabbing him in the knees and his dominant arm. The spots you had targeted were sensitive points, that paralyzed his limbs.
Moving on to the woman charging at you with a club, you threw the dagger at her. She twisted to dodge it. The dagger plunged in her shoulder. She cried out in pain. You had tricked her by throwing your own dagger a split second later, aiming in the direction of her reflex duck.
The other woman had used her partners as a distraction to sneak up behind you. She held a thick metal chain, that she wound around your neck, choking you. You tried prying it off, but she was too powerful. So you slammed back into her, your head hitting her nose, pushing her back and effectively loosening her grip on the chain. Grabbing the front, you slipped your fingers between the chain and your neck, crating some space to breathe. You then yanked it forward, bruising your neck in the process. Slipping out from the chain, you wound it on your palm, halving it. You used it as a whip on the woman, drawing blood from her nose. She dodged your next swing, punching you in the gut. She was really strong, that's for sure. You spit out blood from the impact. You were about to stab her when a bullet hit her head.
"Thanks.", you say to Dazai, who had shot her from his position; very close to Ito.
He nodded, continuing his journey towards the girl.
Fighting your way through, you finally reached Ito. You stood right opposite him.
"Well done! You successfully defeated fifty of my men!"
He said, pressing the gun against the girl's temple. He wanted to play a game with you. He wanted to make you choose whom he should kill; the girl, or you.
"But, alas, you won't be able to save her."
Ito felt a cool sensation on his head, and heard a click of a gun right behind him.
You smirked.
"You sure about that?"
He grit his teeth, raising his arms in defeat.
Dazai pushed him on the ground, handcuffing him.
"It was quite a smart plan. It wasn't elaborate, though. Such a pitiful organization you have. No wonder you're desperate for the Mafia's attention."
Dazai said.
"Did you really believe you could trick the armed detective agency?"
He glared down at the man, his face adorning a menacing look.
"If the mafia hears about this, you will be dead before you can even think of the word 'escape'. Whoever breaks the peace between the Mafia and the A.D.A, will have hell to pay."
You scoffed.
"If you had half a brain, you would know to never mess with the two organizations. Did you really think you could use us?" You laughed.
"How naive!"
You heard a whimper.
You looked at the girl, noticing her fearful expression. You deactivated your ability, now that the job was done. The girl whimpered again, but it sounded abnormal. It sounded artificial. Something didn't feel right.
"Hey, it's alright now. You're safe."
You say to the girl. She looks at you with wide eyes.
"It's all under control. We're here to take you back home. This guy can't hurt you anymore."
You move closer to her, crouching down to her level.
"Tell me. Did he hurt you?"
You place a hand on her shoulder, trying to comfort her.
She stared at you for a second, then grinned. All the fear had vanished from her eyes. They now held a malicious gleam.
"You fell right in!"
She cackled.
"Right in the rabbit hole!"
She giggled, snapping her fingers.
All you heard was a sharp sound. A ringing in your ears. And a scream. Was that Dazai? Or was it you? Who knows.
You look down to your torso, and notice a dark red stain on your shirt.
Suddenly, you felt it. The pain was overwhelming. You had been shot before; you were a part of a war, afterall. But it was always in the shoulder, or limbs. This was your first time getting hit on the torso. You had probably broken a rib or two. You could feel your lungs being filled with something. It felt heavy.
Blood? Yeah probably. You couldn't think straight. You remember feeling tired. You didn't even register your knees giving away, or the pair of strong arms that caught you right before you fell.

ten. “greatest desire”
kozume kenma x fem dazai!reader
(bsd x hq)
tw: mentions of suicide, guns & cementaries
masterlist. suicide freak!
"uh hi.. i know we don't really know each other that much.." atsushi started off. the boy had a nervous smile on his face as he stiffly waves at kenma, with tanizaki and naomi by his side
"but have you seen y/n-san?" atsushi asked
"y/n? why, what happened to her?" kenma asked worriedly
atsushi, tanizaki and naomi were stood in front of nekoma's gym, trying to look for the girl, as per the president's wishes. "its been about a day since you guys went out to the arcade, right?" tanizaki chimed in "has she shown herself to you, or atleast texted any of you?"
kenma frowned as he shook his head no. he looked back at the team who were trying to act like they weren't eavesdropping.
"no.. i just assumed she was busy with work" kenma muttered
"hmm, i tried to ask ranpo-san but he's too busy" naomi chimed in as she hugged tanizaki's arm to her chest
"oya oya, sorry to barge in on the conversation-" kuroo interjected. the captain had a sly grin on his face as he walked towards the group. "but we just so happen to overhear something about our manager going missing?" kuroo mused
"yes, sorry if we're intruding" atsushi bowed
"but y/n-san went missing again, and the president ordered us to find her in under four hours" tanizaki sighed
"or else we get our asses handed to us" atsushi shuddered
kuroo and kenma gave each other a look and nodded along. "we'll try to look for her later" kuroo said "we'll let you guys know"
"thank you so much!" atsushi exclaimed with a smile "would you mind calling the agency if you find her?" he said as he handed them a piece of paper with the agency's number
"its really hard tracking her down" tanizaki says with a chuckle "when she chooses to disappear, it's like she never existed in the first place"
"anyways, we'll be on our way" atsushi excused "we've troubled you long enough"
"its no problem.." kenma muttered
naomi waved them goodbye as they walked away. the duo waving back meekly as they watch their retreating figures disappear.
"hey, you okay?" kuroo nudged his friend kenma nodded and looked down at his shoes "yeah.."
"i think i'll go look for her now" kenma muttered "eh? kenma, we could just go later" kuroo said with a raised brow
"im going. bye" kenma muttered, completely disregarding kuroo as he went straight out the door
"where's he going?" yaku asked as he peeked his head out the gym doors "he's gonna look for y/n" kuroo answered
"damn. what a simp" yamamoto sneered
"wow. that's rich coming from you."
"i swear to god.." kenma grumbled "if she ends up getting found in a ditch and i wasted all that time running around for nothing.." he scoffed
he's been running around the streets of tokyo, passing through every street and alleyway to try and look for the girl. so far he hasn't seen a single trace of her, not even a single person who has managed to pass by her.
"y/n.." kenma huffed out. he was currently by a riverbank, leaning against the metal railings of the bridge while he tried to catch his breath.
"you called?"
kenma jumped at the sudden emission of her oh-so-familiar voice, and turned around to face her "what the- y/n?! where did you come from?!" kenma shrieked out
"also, where have you been?! atsushi-kun and a bunch of people from your job came to the school today looking for you" he said
y/n chuckled and strode over to his side, jumping over the rails and sitting on the flat surface of the bars. "if i told you that the port mafia took me hostage and threatened to execute me, would you believe it?" she mused
"no."
"then i won't bother to say" she shrugged
kenma eyed her warily. her port mafia story could actually be believable, now that he thought about it. given as, her bandages were loosened and torn, almost as if they broke off with too much movement. and along with the dried blood resting upon her cheeks and hands.
"are you okay?" kenma asked worriedly
even if it was believable, it could've been just her trying to kill herself yet again. not that it was any better
"of course" she smiled "though my body is a bit sore.. chuuya really doesn't hold back"
kenma froze and slowly turned his head towards her with a blank and emotionless look on his face.
"chuuya doesn't what." kenma spat out "did you seriously disappear to hook up with that dog? that-that man child? that eyesore? that-"
"what are you talking about?" she laughed
kenma huffed and propped his elbow on the cold metal, resting his chin on his hand as he pouted
"you're really funny, kenma-kun" she mused
"really? cause im not laughing." kenma grumbled "i ran around the whole city for you, only to find out you ran off with some guy" his honey hued orbs eyed her down, watching her chuckle softly as the golden rays of the sun illuminated the surroundings around her
"y/n.." he mumbled "why did you really disappear?"
"i already told you" she replied with a sigh "the port mafia is truly a force to reckon with"
"that's why you gotta stay safe, kenma-kun" she mused "you never know who and when they'll strike next"
kenma sighed and nodded along. it was old news -- the port mafia, that is -- its been stirring up the whole city for the past few months.
"ne, kenma-kun" she called out "if we do end up dying alongside each other, i suggest we drown ourselves in this river." she said
she stared down at the flowing water, the golden colour of the setting sun reflecting off of it. "its clear and pretty, not much people are around.. its quite tranquil." she hummed
"i never really understood this.." kenma muttered "but why are you so intent on dying?"
"and i never understood you, and so many others." she replied "tell me, kenma.." she turned to face him, her bandaged hands loosely gripping the railings, as her legs and feet dangle off the ledge.
"do you really think there's any value in the act of living?"
kenma didn't answer. instead he stared at her, and her clouded eyes, each orb holding an unforgivable amount of sin and deciet that he could only imagine.
"well.. is there any value in the act of dying?" he asked back
she blinked dumbfoundedly at him, fairly shocked at his question.
"isn't there anything else you desire? life is kinda cool too yaknow?" kenma said in a sheepish tone
she stared at him a few minutes longer before averting her gaze. she chuckled and closed her eyes as the cold wind breezed past. "man fears death, and at the same time, man is drawn to death" she said
"its a singular event in one's life that no one may reverse" she hummed "and that is my greatest desire."
kenma didn't know how to reply to that, so he didn't. he simply looked down up at the setting sun, letting silence wash upon them both.
"hey kenma" she called out. kenma looked at her, curious and wary. "yes?" he asked
"wanna hang with an old friend with me?" she suggested with a soft smile
"me? won't that be intrusive though? i don't really know them.." kenma muttered nervously
"it's fine. he'd probably be happy i even talk to people my age" she said with a chuckle. she jumped off the railings and landed on the ground with a grin. she stretched her aching arms over her head and patted kenma's back.
"he's a lot like you" she mused "always saying life is worth living and all.."
"okay then.." kenma agreed reluctantly "but if i sense that person doesn't like me one bit, im leaving." he groaned out
"im pretty sure that won't happen" she chuckled sheepishly
"why are we in a cementary?" kenma grumbled
"is this where you kill us both?" he scoffed playfully "i wouldn't be surprised if you already have a hole dug for us"
she chuckled and shook her head "no, no" she mused "were just taking a small stroll" she cooed as she looked around the awfully empty surrounding "ah! there it is" she perked up "it's been so long since i went here that i almost forgot my way around"
kenma followed her as she skipped away, though he was quite confused, he didn't question her.
"hurry, kenma" she called out as she watched him struggle to walk faster "i hate you" he grumbled back, which she chose to ignore
she smiled softly as she stood infront of the oh-so-familiar grave.
"geez." she mumbled "its been so long since we hung out, odasaku"
"shame we couldn't meet at the usual place" she chuckled and sat down on the grassy ground. she leaned back on the gravestone, resting her back against it as she waited for kenma to arrive
"y/n?" on cue, kenma chimed in. he was panting slightly, most likely from running and walking around for so long "what are you doing?" kenma raised a brow at her
"kozume kenma-kun.." she called out
"yes?" he asnwered
"do you know whose grave this is?" she mused, pointing her thumb to the gravestone she was leaning on
kenma eyed the name engraved on the stone and shook his head. "no..but it's someone dear to you, right?"
"what makes you think that?" she hummed out in amusement
"i've never seen you pay visit to a grave before" kenma muttered. the pudding head hesitantly sat down infront of her, bowing at the grave before settling down on the ground.
"does it look like im visiting a grave to you?" she asked with curiosity
"it does.. why?"
she smiled softly and leaned her head back, letting it fall and her eyes to land straight at the cloudy sky "well, i thought of it as hanging out with a friend but.." she trailed off
"i guess that works too" she sighed out
kenma frowned as he watched her close her eyes. her smile faltering as a wave of comforting silence washed upon them. "im sorry" kenma muttered "i shouldn't have said anything.."
"its fine." she chuckled "its been years since he died." she smiled bitterly "i guess it's time someone snaps me out of my daydreams"
kenma didn't respond. he simply toyed with the grass on the ground and the few flowers littered around.
"yaknow, kenma" she said with a smile "you're the first person i brought here"
"me? why?" kenma asked in surprise and confusion
"because this friend of mine was a good man." she said "he told me to try and look for my reason to live."
"and i think i found it" she whispered as he looked into his eyes
kenma blinked in shock as he basked in her awfully heartwarming words.
"my reason to live is to die with you."
"of course. its gonna be about suicide again." kenma sighed dejectedly. "but y/n, if you think of me as your reason to live.. then i'll take it upon myself to keep you alive" kenma smiled at her, tucking his blond hair behind his ears as he kept his honey hued orbs trained on hers.
"kenma.." she teared up
she blinked repeatedly as she opened her mouth to speak.
"i.. I DON'T WANT THAT! I WANNA DIE WITH YOU!" she whined loudly "i already had our suicide planned! i even suggested the whole river thing a while ago!" she exclaimed
kenma deadpanned as he watched her ramble on and on about her ideal double suicide. "i really don't care." kenma groaned out "i don't want you to die." he whined "why do you keep trying to kill yourself"
"just because, okay?!"
"just for that, im gonna call your agency and hand you over" kenma sighed as he dialled the agency's number
"traitor!" she shrieked "kunikida-kun will undoubtedly beat me up" kenma ignored her as he started speaking on the phone.
"yes, she's with me.." he muttered "is she behaved?" he repeated the question as he sent her a pointed glare
"no, not really" he scoffed
"kenma, you're heartless!" she shrieked in horror
"cmon. let's atleast pay respects to your friend before we leave" kenma said with a sigh "dont worry, kenma-kun! i already thought this through" she grinned. she then pulled out a bottle of sake and a book and placed it on the ground.
"you brought him alcohol? seriously?" kenma furrowed his brows
"hey, it's two of his favourite things, okay?" she defended with a laugh
"do you know how ridiculous i looked while buying these things at the store?" she chuckled "they thought i was a madman or something!"
"i would've too" kenma answered back
"you're so mean to me, kenma" she pouted "anyways, we should go." she said as she dusted her pants and unravelled a thin layer of her torn bandages.
"i can't wait to tell you about this suicide method i learned about." she beamed. she tugged on his arm and pulled him away as she continued to blabber on his ear "apparently this one does the job right away!" she exclaimed
"can you believe it, kenma?"
"wow. crazy." he replied dryly
"yeah, and all we gotta do is shoot ourselves with these guns-"
"no."
"oh my, this almost feels like a welcome home party!" she cheered. she gave the detectives a close eyed smile while they simply stared back at her with a look of agitation and worry
"where the hell were you?!" kunikida exclaimed angrily as he tapped his foot on the ground
"the port mafia!" she answered back nonchalantly
they all perked up in surprise from her claim. "huh?! the port mafia?!"
"hai hai! but don't make a big deal about it!" she chuckled as she waved her hands dismissively
"you could've died!" kunikida exclaimed "now, now! i'd like to think of it as akutagawa-kun needing some attention that's all" she joked
"jesus christ" kunikida sighed as he adjusted his glasses "that boy could kill you and you still won't take him seriously"
"anyways, why is he here?" he asked as he pointed to kenma, who simply ignored him and avoided their eyes as he played on his phone
"oh! he's the one who found me, so i thought it'd be right for me to repay him" she smiled brightly as she squeezed kenma to her chest, all while he unbotherdly continued on with his game
"i've thought of so many fun things we could do back in my dorm, hehehe~" she chuckled mischievously as kenma's face paled. she only gripped him tighter when he tried to scurry away.
"i- i see.." kunikida stuttered out. he looked at them with wide eyes as she started squeezing him tighter while kenma tried to pry her off
"y/n, you're strangling me!" kenma huffed out "i know!" she grinned
"we'll leave you two alone then!" kenji said with his usual smile as he ushered the others away
"they're worse than tanizaki-kun and naomi-san.." atsushi shuddered "that's because she's trying to kill him" tanizaki sweat dropped
"and herself, as well" yosano sneered "go get your man!" she cheered as she sent y/n a sneaky wink
"yosano-san! don't encourage her!"

BSD AU with Beast, Canon, and Arcane elements Part 1
Story starts off with Dazai waking up feeling depressed and doesn’t feel like doing anything
ADA gets involved and because he can’t handle their “caring” gestures nor does he have the energy to pretend to be happy or okay, he snaps at them and hurts their feelings
Afterwards, he avoids them for a few days and takes on a solo mission, which results in him mysteriously appearing in another universe
Going through a brief search of the universe, he discovers the Agency disbanded and the Port Mafia had lost its influence over the underground, resulting in Yokohama being thrown into chaos
Outline of Yokohama’s state: Fyodor has become leader of a group called Dead Apple, many of its members unknown. The ADA disbanded soon after the building and the cafe below it were bombed and destroyed in the explosion, Naomi, Fukuzawa, and Ranpo dead. Many of its workers were killed, rumor being that they witnessed the perpetrator of the bombs. ADA’s remaining ability users went into hiding and are believed to be deceased due to extermination of Yokohoma’s ability users. Members of the Port Mafia started a rebellion to overthrow Dead Apple, Chuuya being its leader. Dead Apple is able to control Yokohama and the rest of Japan due to its high numbers of ability users, a powerful dome surrounding all of Japan in order to prevent Dead Apple from expanding their power.
Dazai willingly allows himself to be captured by an unknown group, who is revealed to be led by Kenji. This shocks Dazai, as Kenji has grown cold hearted and untrustworthy, even to his own allies. He eventually picks up on Kenji being mentally unstable, switching between old and new Kenji. However, Dazai can only pity him, as his connection towards him is weak.
Through a raid, Dazai meets Chuuya and Mori, who reveal it was Atsushi who turned traitor and was behind the explosion that led to ADA’s disbandments and deaths. This creates a reaction out of Dazai, who refuses to believe Atsushi would do something like this.
Kenji confirms Atsushi’s involvement with Dead Apple and explains that on Atsushi’s final mission, he and Akutagawa had been captured, with the latter dying. This leads to Atsushi snapping and working with Fyodor to take them down.
Some time later, both groups are ambushed by members of Dead Apple, the raid being led by Atsushi and Kyoka. This also leads to another reveal: Many ability users didn’t have their abilities anymore, including Chuuya and Mori. As such, Kenji was their only way to escape. While Chuuya, Kenji, Mori, and Dazai escape with injuries, Kyoka notices Dazai.
Kyoka informs Fyodor of Dazai’s reappearance, and is ordered to kill him off. Atsushi secretly listens to their conversation and threatens Kyoka away from Dazai. This frightens her as she notices he’s straying further away from the person he used to be.
Atsushi begins to hunt Dazai down, uncaring of being labeled a traitor by Dead Apple. Using the flare Dazai gave him as a joke, he enforces a small dome on the area around him, only allowing Dazai in.
Dazai notices the flare and separates from the group, heading towards Atsushi.
He finally reunited with Atsushi, who breaks down at seeing him. Dazai, however, is shaken by how different Atsushi’s become.
Atsushi finally reveals what truly led to his betrayal: After Dazai mysteriously disappeared, Atsushi blamed himself as he had been the cause of Dazai snapping at the ADA days before his appearance. On the mission he and Akutagawa had taken on, he had been captured and experimented on, with Akutagawa sacrificing his life to save him. However, Fyodor was the one who helped him escape his tormentors and had ignored his warnings about being unable to control his ability. His warning proved to be true as he lost control of the tiger the day he managed to get back to the ADA, slaughtering Ranpo and Naomi through odd luck. He unfortunately caused a fire accident, which touched a gas leak and that’s what caused the explosion. Fukuzawa was one of the major causalities, Kenji escaping with minimum injuries, and Kunidada escaping on the brink of death. Yosano saves Kunikida, but abandons Atsushi that tragic night. This prompts him to go back to Fyodor, who reassured him it wasn’t his fault. Over the years, Atsushi came to see him as a father figure, similar to how he started feeling with Dazai.

I’ll Be Your Angel by coritkyo
Their fathomless gazes reflected off one another. It was like holding two pitch-black mirrors in dichotomy and searching for light. Andrew had none to spare, and he urged the knife closer to Abram's throat in order to elicit another glint of fear.
Abram’s eyes sparked with the antithesis of fear. The corners of his mouth curled up into a smile sharper than Andrew’s blade.
“You’re holding it wrong,” he whispered.
Andrew suppressed a shiver.
He realized then, that after a million unanswered pleas to all the gods of every religion, his prayers had finally been answered. And yet, the office up in heaven had workers of the same quality as Andrew’s social care workers. They had mismanaged his case and made a mistake. Andrew had begged for an Angel. Instead, they sent him a demon.

There’s the faintest twitch, which Neil assumes is Andrew registering his attention, but he’s not sure if it’s anger, embarrassment, annoyance- honestly, it could be anything. Then Andrew’s face settles. Neil doesn’t move, though, content to watch the way the passing lights change Andrew’s profile and colouring. If Neil were an artist, he thinks he’d want to paint this.

Part 1 Here Part 2 Here

It’s well past last call when you leave.
You ended up staying until past closing and, perhaps out of a feeling of guilt, the mustachioed bartender decided not to kick you out.
Because his “feeling” had been wrong.
Chuuya hadn’t come.
The bartender had offered to call you a cab but you adamantly refused. You wanted a nice long walk in the cool night air, which would hopefully clear your senses a little. You don’t want to go to bed tonight thinking about Chuuya or you might just wake up crying.
Because this was the last night.
No more.
You needed to move on.
As you leave the bar, you see a group of men, a bunch of hoodlums by the look of it, gathered near the alleyway to your far right. One or two of them give you an appraising look (you wish your skirt were longer but you make no move to tug it down) and to your disgust, another whispers something into the ear of yet another of their companions, who suddenly leers at you.
Ugh.
You keep your eyes trained on the road ahead of you as you walk past them, hoping to get away with nothing more than a wolf whistle but alas, it is not to be. One of them, a man with a scar over his eye, calls out to you.
“Hey, hey you! Lady!”
You roll your eyes and ignore him. You hated running into creeps like this in the daytime as it was. Nighttime is so much worse.
Not to be deterred, he runs after you and stops and slows once he’s caught up.
“Haven’t we seen you before?” he asks, looking you up and down. You suddenly regret wearing heels. You don’t answer but he acts as if you have.
“Yeah, I remember you. You’re here at that bar every Friday, aren’t you? Always sitting there at the counter with that short fellow, the one with the fancy hat and the jacket draped over his shoulders. Chuuya-san, you called him, right?”
You keep walking and scowl when Chuuya’s name crosses his lips. Scum like this shouldn’t have the right to talk about Chuuya like that, much less exist in the same world as him. And how dare this man call Chuuya short when he wasn’t more than a few centimeters taller than either of you.
“Hey, Missy.”
He grabs your shoulder. His tone is suddenly menacing.
“I’m talking to you here.”
“Let go of me!” you snap, tearing your shoulder away.
You turn to walk in the opposite direction but his companions are blocking the way back. In fact, they’re blocking every possible escape route you have. You spin around in a circle, only to come face to face with the man who insists on speaking with you. He smiles and you curse.
“Shit...”
He raises his scarred eyebrow. He looks amused.
“There’s no need for language like that, Missy,” he says, his tone every bit as patronizing as it is threatening. “We just want to talk to you. You see, we’re looking for ‘Chuuya-san.’ Been looking for him, in fact, for a long, long time now and we’re hoping that you can maybe help us find him. You see, we owe him a favor...”
“Well, you’re talking to the wrong person,” you spit acidly, “I haven’t seen him for several months now and even if I wanted to help you find him--which I don’t--”
You voice cracks and you swallow heavily. You hate that you’ve become so upset but that’s what the mere mention of Chuuya’s name did to you tonight. You were really hoping the bartender was right and you were absolutely crushed when he wasn’t.
“I don’t even have his phone number.”
You throw your hands up into the air, as if to indicate that you’d given up.
“So why don’t you just let me go home and we’ll forget that this whole conversation ever happened?”
The man looks at you. Stunned. Then he starts laughing.
As one, his crew starts laughing at you as well and you feel your cheeks flush in sudden rage and embarrassment.
“Look at that, she just ordered me around, didn’t she?” the man chortles, turning to his companions as if he’d just told a very funny joke. “A real spitfire, aren’t you? And a looker to boot! No wonder he spends so much time with you.”
He snaps his fingers and at once, two of his men come forward and seize you by the arms. You try to fight them off but their arms are twice as thick as yours and you’re still a little tipsy from the wine.
“Why don’t you come with us, little Missy? We’d like to have a chat with you.”
“Hey!” you snap, “Get your hands off me!”
“See, your friend, Chuuya-san,” the man says, a note of humor sneaking into his voice as he copies the way you say Chuuya’s name. “He and that pesky Port Mafia he works for... have been making things difficult for us smaller gangs in Yokohama.”
His eyes narrow.
“Unnecessarily so.”
They start dragging you away. Your efforts to fight back seem meaningless. Panic rises in your throat. You should’ve taken the bartender’s offer of hailing a cab.
“Hey! Hey!!”
You struggle and fight harder but it’s no use.
“And our boss gets the feeling they’re going to be a lot more willing to negotiate with us,” the man continues, following you as you’re pulled backwards by the arms. “If we have a proper bargaining chip.”
His lip curls into that disgusting leer.
“Especially that midget. Can’t wait to see his face after he sees you missing a few fingers.”
You stiffen. Your eyes narrow.
“You asshole...” you growl.
You shoot him a piercing glare.
How dare he talk about Chuuya--your Chuuya--like that.
“Keep Chuuya’s name out of your fucking mouth,” you spit, “you piece of shit--”
He silences you with a slap across the face and you stumble. The men behind you keep holding you up. Your cheek stings.
“Stupid bitch.”
He laughs and the men laugh with him.
“We’ll see how brave you are after we cut you up.”
As you continue to struggle, they drag you into the alley.
Tears of helpless rage fill your eyes. This was stupid. You were stupid. You should’ve just stayed away like your coworker said.
Now these assholes were going to take you away, do who-knew-what to you, and because of your own foolishness, you would never get to see Chuuya again.
You bite your lip.
Chuuya...
You’re trying not to cry.
Help me...
Just then, a harsh voice cuts through the night. It’s quiet but it rings with authority.
And barely suppressed rage.
“Let go of her.”
You stop struggling immediately. You’d know that voice anywhere.
As one, you and the men gripping you by the arms turn to look down the alleyway, where you see a lone figure standing there at the very end of the street. He is a black shape outlined against the backdrop of the downtown streets, his dark clothes bathed in the harsh blue and red glow of signs made of neon lights. His face is in shadow, but...
The lone figure wears a fancy black hat and a jacket draped over both shoulders.
Chuuya.
“Chuuya-san...!”
Your breath hitches in your throat.
You want to say more. You want to call out to him, loud enough for him to actually hear but for some reason you cannot. Something’s wrong with him tonight. His very presence is unnerving and without knowing why, you begin to tremble.
“Well, look who’s here,” the man with the scar crows.
He takes a knife out of his pocket.
“Nakahara Chuuya. We’ve been looking for you. Come with us. Our boss needs to have a little talk with you. And if you don’t...”
He holds the knife at your throat. You hold your breath as it presses against your flesh.
“The Missy here gets it.”
Chuuya steps forward and out of the shadows and at once, you know why you’re suddenly afraid. You feel the men holding your arms falter.
There’s an odd red glow around Chuuya, around his entire outline. As he steps forward, his long black jacket begins to lift off his shoulders in an unseen wind, billowing around him like a cape. You think you hear something like a dull roar echoing throughout the alleyway and when Chuuya looks up, his gaze is fierce. His eyes burn like twin blue flames in the night.
This isn’t the same Chuuya who’d flirted with you at the bar.
This man is something else.
He continues towards you.
“Didn’t you hear me?” Chuuya snarls, his teeth bared.
When his foot hits the pavement, it cracks underfoot. Rubble rises into the air all around him, glowing red like the aura around Chuuya’s body.
“Get.”
Another step forward. The pavement breaks yet again. It’s as if Chuuya’s weight has increased threefold when he took that second step towards you.
“Your.”
The roaring sound grows louder. More rubble rises into the air.
“Filthy.”
Chuuya’s footsteps grow heavier. He’s now leaving craters in his wake. You don’t understand how it’s happening but the rubble is now orbiting around his body like the rings of a planet.
“Hands.”
The men loosen their hold on you but they haven’t let go. Chuuya sees this and his eyes seem to glow more fiercely in the dark. He looks utterly terrifying.
“Off.”
Chuuya grabs a handful of the rubble around him and draws his hand back. He steps into a pool of dim red light and his body looks like it’s bathed in blood.
“My woman.”
He takes out a stone, flips it into the air like a coin and flicks it with his thumb.
You don’t even see it move.
There’s just a brief whistling sound and a crack.
The arm of the scarred man--the arm holding a knife to your throat--explodes in a shower of blood. Some of it splatters the front of your dress. You’re so shocked, you don’t even scream.
The man next to you, however, does.
He lets out a howl of pain, clutching his ruined arm and dropping to the his knees, his knife clattering uselessly to the ground in front of you. He’s crying and screaming about his arm, blood gushing from the stump of his elbow and into the street. The puddle inches towards your shoes.
The men holding you drop your arms and tear off into the night--the entire crew goes running back towards the street, leaving you in the middle of the alleyway between them and Chuuya.
Chuuya’s bright blue eyes narrow and he repeats his earlier movement, flicking several more stones towards the men in the alleyway with deadly precision. One by one, the men drop to the ground, their screams cut short. The last one is quicker on his feet than his companions and is just about to round the corner when Chuuya crouches down and leaps into the air.
You watch in awe, turning to follow his movements as he soars over you, gracefully arcing through the sky, his body suddenly as light as a feather. The stones follow him, continuing to orbit around him in a ring like a miniature belt of asteroids. With one flick of his wrist, several rocket towards the man who’s almost made it into the street. You turn your face away as you hear the dull, wet squelching of the stones tearing through his body, splattering his organs on the nearby buildings and sidewalk.
The man next to you is still crying and clutching his arm. He rushes past you, desperate to escape.
You can’t see Chuuya, but you know where he is.
You start towards his location but within moments, he’s in the sky again. You whirl around to see him several paces behind you, standing before the man whose arm he destroyed.
He grabs the man by the throat and slams him against the wall. Cracks appear in the drywall behind his body. Miraculously, he doesn’t pass out.
“You tell your boss,” Chuuya hisses, his tone low and menacing, “that if you try this shit again, I’ll send what’s left of his cronies back to him in a fucking bento box.”
He slams the man against the wall again.
“If you’ve got business with me or with the Port Mafia, then it stays with us. You got that?”
The man nods, tears streaming down his face.
Chuuya lets go of him at last and he crumples to the ground in a heap.
Scowling, Chuuya turns to you at last, the glow in his blue eyes suddenly fading as the red-tinted aura around him dissipates. Behind him, the scarred man scrambles to his feet and scampers off into the night.
“Chuuya--” you start but he is in no mood to let you finish.
“You,” Chuuya growls, stalking forward. “What were you doing out here so late at night? Are you an idiot? Are you trying to get yourself killed?”
You’re stunned. After all this time, he’s angry?
“I came looking for you,” you protest, equally bewildered and hurt by the sheer anger in his voice. “I haven’t seen you in so long and--and you never gave me a single way to find you--Chuuya, I--”
“Why would you do that?!” he roars, slamming his fist against the wall.
No crater appears, but the drywall cracks.
Chuuya grits his teeth. He seems to have difficulty looking at you. He drops his gaze and the brim of his hat falls over his eyes, obscuring his face. Bits of drywall crumble down around his gloved hand. His fist is shaking.
“Why would you try to find me?” he asks, his voice hushed.
He’s asking you this? Why is he asking you this?
“Because...”
Your hands clench into fists when Chuuya does not not look up.
Fuck.
You bite your lip, hard, so that you don’t cry.
After all this time, he won’t even look at you? After everything you’ve been through? After all this??
“You really don’t get it?” you ask quietly, holding back those hot, bitter tears.
Chuuya doesn’t answer. Still doesn’t look up.
Why won’t he look at you?
It makes you angry. Angrier than you’ve been in years. You want to scream.
“You want to know why I came looking for you?” you ask bitterly.
Chuuya inclines his head slightly, which you take to be a nod. Pissed, you take a step towards him.
“It’s because I missed you, you fucking dumbass!”
Chuuya twitches violently.
He looks up, a mixture of shock and wonder clearly visible in the depths of his deep blue eyes. He looks mesmerized by you.
He’s not moving so you take another step towards him, suddenly feeling like you’re approaching a skittish alley cat. You hold out your hands when you speak.
“Don’t you understand, Chuuya-san? I wanted to see you. I wanted to see you so bad.”
You don’t care that he just maimed or even killed several people in front of you, that he has power beyond imagining and could turn his Gift on you if he so wished. He killed those men to save you.
To you, he was still Chuuya-san.
He was your Chuuya.
“I came looking for you... because you never even said goodbye. I didn’t have your phone number, or address. I don’t even know where you work or what your last name is. Chuuya, I had no way of contacting you.”
“That was the whole point,” Chuuya interrupts but you talk over him.
“So when I heard you might be here tonight,” you say, loud enough that he has to stop talking. “I had to come. I had to, you understand?”
Chuuya falls silent. His expression is contemplative, with an undercurrent of pain. His deep blue eyes are fully focused on you.
It was the same face he made the night he left the bar all those months ago.
“Chuuya-san...”
You swallow, ready to ask the question you’re afraid to hear the answer to.
“Didn’t you want to see me, too?”
But Chuuya doesn’t answer. Hot pinpricks sting your eyes. Shit. You’re going to cry.
“I see,” you say stiffly.
You gather your jacket more tightly about your body, preparing to leave.
“Sorry to have bothered you.”
You’re about to turn around and go when you see Chuuya’s fist tightening. With a start, you see his jaw tensing up. He’s gritting his teeth too. But he still doesn’t speak. You sigh.
“Goodbye,” you whisper. “Chuuya--”
“Wait.”
Chuuya rushes forward and before you can finish speaking, he’s gathered you in his arms in a fierce hug. His grip on you is so tight that you can hardly breathe.
“I did,” he whispers.
His voice is so small you can barely hear it.
“I wanted to see you too.”
“Chuuya-san...”
“The barkeep told me everything,” he growls. “He told me that you’ve been coming here almost every Friday night at our usual time. That you’ve been looking for me.”
He rests his chin on your shoulder and you reach up to comfort him. You gently pat his back.
“And waiting.”
“Chuuya-san.”
You swallow thickly.
“Tell me the truth. Why didn’t you want me looking for you? Are you...?”
You feel his arms around you tensing. He knows what you’re about to ask.
“Are you really with the Port Mafia?”
For a long, heavy moment, Chuuya doesn’t answer. But when he does, his voice sounds slightly hoarse.
“I am.”
As he speaks, you can feel his grip around you tightening, his arms wrapping more securely around your shoulders and waist, as if letting go of you would mean letting go of you for good.
“Chuuya-san...”
Your fingers slowly curl into fists against his chest and the expensive fabric of his jacket wrinkles beneath your touch.
“My full name is Nakahara Chuuya,” he whispers against your hair. “And I’m not just any member of the Port Mafia. I’m one of the executives.”
Involuntarily, you stiffen and the instant he feels your fingers twitch against his chest, Chuuya groans.
“I knew this would happen. I knew it would. Fuck.”
His arms loosen and unfold from around you. He’s pulling away.
But before he can, you reach out.
“Wait, Chuuya! Don’t go!”
You grab fistfuls of his jacket and pull on it to stop him from leaving. You bury your face in his shoulder and he stops short. You feel his sharp intake of breath.
“Please,” you whisper. “Don’t leave again.”
“H-hey...”
Chuuya’s voice is flustered and unsteady. But he doesn’t move away.
“I kept thinking about it, you know...” you mumble, closing your eyes as you feel Chuuya’s black-gloved hand smoothing down your hair.
“About the way you look when you’re sitting there at the bar with me. The way you laugh when we talk. The way you look at me when we’re together. You were wonderful. Chuuya-san... You’re not a bad person, I know you’re not.”
“But I’m not a good guy,” Chuuya insists.
He drops his hand. Now he’s just standing there as you continue to cling to him. You lift your head and look right into his eyes, which widen in sudden surprise.
“I don’t care whether Chuuya-san is a good guy or a bad guy!” you exclaim. “All I know is... I’ve never seen anything as beautiful as your smile.”
Chuuya stiffens. You can barely feel him breathing.
“You...” he starts, and the emotion in his voice is enough to bring tears to your eyes. “You really think that?”
You nod vigorously.
“Yes. Yes, I do. I think about you all the time... Chuuya.”
I care about you...
He wraps his arms around you and, wordlessly, you do the same. For a moment, you just stand there together, locked in a silent embrace in the middle of this dark, bloodstained alleyway. You nestle your face against the crook of his neck, breathing him in. He smells like the subtle musk and spice of an expensive cologne, like roses and gun smoke and something more, something uniquely Chuuya...
Finally he speaks.
“I can’t leave the Port Mafia, you know,” he says in an undertone, his fingers stroking through your hair.
“I know.”
In response, you hold him tighter. There’s a subtle wrenching in your gut, but you won’t let go.
“I’m not asking you to. It’s fine.”
“This isn’t going to be the last time this happens,” Chuuya protests, “You could get hurt.”
“I said it’s okay,” you insist. “Just...”
You swallow with some difficulty. You know what you’re asking and you know how selfish it is... but you can’t let go of him.
“Just let me stay by your side.”
You press yourself further into him. His body is warm, still humming with some kind of energy, but beneath that well-fitted vest, you can feel his heart beating against yours.
Please.”
Time passes. You stay like this for what feels like hours but you aren’t willing to let go. Neither, it seems, is Chuuya. Finally, he sighs.
“I knew you were special from the moment I laid eyes on you,” he says, a hint of a chuckle in his voice. You can feel the low rumble of his silent laughter travel through his compact frame and despite your worry, you feel better.
“I just didn’t realize,” Chuuya murmurs, “that ‘special’ meant ‘crazy.’“
“If I’m crazy,” you laugh, “then it’s only because I’ve gone crazy for you.”
The words are out of your mouth before you even realize what you’ve said and upon hearing you, Chuuya lets out a bark of a laugh.
“You,” he cackles, “you really are something, you know that?”
His laughter fading, Chuuya loosens his hold on you. He lets you pull back just enough so that he can see your face but not enough that you can move out of his arms--not that you want to. Even in the dim lighting in this dingy alleyway, Chuuya looks so beautiful up close. His deep blue eyes gleam brightly as they stare into yours and without thinking about it, you lean in and press a quick kiss to his lips.
And then Chuuya smiles. Really smiles.
His grin is toothy and somewhat lopsided with obvious delight, and yet, his expression still doesn’t lose any of that cool, self-assured energy you’ve come to associate with Chuuya and only Chuuya.
You smile back. Your body grows warm.
Yes. This is the smile you wanted to see. The smile you’d missed so much for the last few months that it nearly killed you to think that you might not see it again. But right now, Chuuya’s smile is different. Good different.
You don’t think you’ve ever seen him looking quite so happy before.
“Chuuya...”
Wordlessly, you wrap your arms around his shoulders as one of his hands slides down to your waist. Chuuya places two black-gloved fingers beneath your chin and tilts your face towards his.
“Makes sense that you would be something special,” he whispers, his breath warm against your lips. “You are mine, after all.”
You close your eyes and the distance between you disappears. Chuuya’s lips are soft and sweet as they move against yours and you feel your breath hitch in your throat as his tongue ghosts over your upper lip. He feels so good and you cling to him as he deepens the kiss, pressing your body to his so tightly, you half wonder if you might be crushed by his strength.
But you like it.
You like the feel of his arms around your body, the way he grips you so tightly that his fingers dimple your flesh, the way he tastes--no wine could ever be as intoxicating as the man called Nakahara Chuuya...
When you come up for air at last, you’re both breathless.
”Wow,” Chuuya breathes, sounding just as dazed as you feel, “You’re... You’re a really good kisser...”
“So are you,” is all you manage to gasp before he dives back in for more.
As the moon rises high in the sky above you, you part at last, flushed and giddy and dizzy with joy. Chuuya takes your hand and leads you out of the alleyway, back to the bar you thought was closed.
He raps on the door with one black-gloved hand, the other tightly gripping yours, and turns back to shoot you that signature cocky grin when that same mustachioed bartender opens the door at last.
“I think it’s time we call you that cab,” Chuuya laughs as he pulls you inside the warmth of the empty room. “But I’ll meet you here again tomorrow, okay? Same time as usual.”
You nod. You’re smiling so hard it almost hurts but you’re just so happy...!
“It’s a date,” you say, to which Chuuya’s grin grows only wider. “So don’t go blowing me off this time.”
Laughing, he tugs you back towards him and presses another kiss to your lips, his grin returning as soon as he pulls away. His blue eyes shine like a bright, cloudless sky.
“Don’t worry,” he whispers, holding you close. “I’m not going anywhere.”

Atsu is the most well behaved child on this whole trip from arriving at school to boarding the bus and the time it takes to get to the destination and back
As most of us know, anxiety gets the better of us and he will have trouble acting like a wild child as Dazai would and actually have fun
But that doesn't stop him from enjoying the excursion
Let's start from when he boards the bus
He'll most likely prefer a window seat, so that he can gaze out at the scenery
But the problem is actually getting one, but eventually he does
He'd sit somewhere in the middle of the bus, not too much in the front and neither too much back
If a good song is playing he'll hum along
Kyoka will be most likely to be the one sitting next to him on the journey there and back, but she's as silent as an assassin herself
But it's her presence is what matters
While all the other kids rush out, Atsushi and Kyoka come out last as he prefers to avoid the crowd
He'll most likely take a deep breath of fresh air and look at his surroundings, he'll be excited but he contains himself although expresses it to Kyoka
He takes in everything from the scenery to information to the crisp air
At times he gets too caught up in his thoughts and when he snapped out of it he turned around to find where the rest of his class and teacher were and when he couldn't spot them he panicked
He jumped when Kyoka touched his arm since he didn't realize she was standing right next to him and she guided him back to the rest of the class
On the journey back, he ends up falling asleep on Kyoka's shoulder, she simply smiles warmly
Akutagawa Ryunosuke:
The quietest kid throughout the whole trip, he'll snap at anyone who dares to annoy/irritate him
He wouldn't want anyone sitting next to him on the bus unless they're Dazai
As everyone else is getting on the bus he peeks every now and then from the corner of his eye if Dazai might, might just sit next to him
But it never happens
He sighs and coughs into his hand and averts his attention to the scenery outside the window
Will groan at the loud noise of the music playing in the bus, they don't even play good music, or at least that's what he thinks
At the destination, he just doesn't even care for the purpose of them going there, he just gets lost in his own thoughts or listens without taking in any information
Unless it interests him
Antiques, art, figs, if it were any of those he'd pay very close attention
Follows the group and teacher quietly but is right at the back, he doesn't like getting noticed...unless it's you know who noticing him
Will use his ability to stab anyone who screams childishly/bumps into him
If it's a sunny day he'll use Rashomon as an umbrella or the sorts
If it's cold/cool all the better for him
He'll quarrel with the weretiger-ahem i mean Atsushi at least 4-5 times that day
Whether it be over something stupid or for the attention of Dazai
Enjoys the silence and peace whenever he gets any, he closes his eyes and lets the cool breeze caress him
On the journey back he doesn't fall asleep because he's always alert and doesn't want to seem weak
However that's not the only thing keeping him awake, it's the loud music and all the kids talking and dancing on the bus (i remember in primary school the kids used to dance in the bus during the journey back, it was fun and they did play good music with excellent bass)
