- Shout out to regressors struggling with their mental health right now or going through/preparing for seasonal depression right now! WE CAN GET THROUGH THIS!! WE GOT THROUGH IT BEFORE AND WE CAN DO IT AGAIN!! 💙

- Shout out to regressors who lost their childhoods/teenage years to trauma/mental illness and feel like they'll never catch up or get to do fun things again! YOU STILL HAVE TIME!! - Shout out to introverted, anxious, shy and/or agoraphobic regressors!! Shout out to autistic regressors and those with ADHD! AND those with bipolar disorder, BPD, NPD, OCD, schizophrenia, schizo affective disorder, DID, and any other stigmatized disorder/mental illness/neurodivergence!! YOU'RE NOT ALONE AND PLS TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! ❤️

- Shout out to incontinent regressors and those who just wear diapers to feel safe/comfy/etc. in their regression!! Y'all are so valid, and one thing that you're wearing shouldn't and doesn't define you as a person!! 💜
