Hello! ARMS Weapons department here. We just want to reassure you that the explosions from explosive-attribute weapons are completely safe!

The explosions are produced using silver fulminate, which is highly explosive when physically agitated, but the amount of silver fulminate in these weapons is not much more than the amount of silver fulminate used in your average bang snap.

Also, like bang snaps, sand and gravel is used as a buffer to prevent severe physical damage.

ENTERED MY FIRST ARMS TOURNAMENT IN FOREVER AND EXPLODED IN THE LOSERS BRACKET BUT I STILL HANDLED THE BYTE & BARQ MATCHUP

I was wondering, would it be possible to make Quirks for the ARMS characters? Not the ARMS gimmick, but Quirks for their other abilities and features. Spring Man, Ribbon Girl, Ninjara, Master Mummy, Mechanica (probably her mech), Min Min, Kid Cobra, Helix (his biology), Barq & Byte (probably a symbiont Quirk), Twintelle (her hair), Max Brass, Lola Pop, Misango (symbiont Quirk), Springtron, Dr Coyle, and Hedlok. You could just start with half of them if all 16 is too much.

So thing with the ARMS characters is that a lot of their gimmicks are based around the ARMS and expressed through them. Helix is a pile of goo and Mummy is covered in bandages, but that means nothing for either of them outside of giving them stretchy ARMS. They have minor variations, but not enough to make a whole other Quirk around. Even if I try to focus more on their individual skills or tactics there isn't a lot they do with them that would be able to fill out a whole Quirk. There isn't anything about a lot of them that would both be an interesting Quirk and a fitting adaptation of the character. I've got Quirks like "Energize", "Spring Box", and "Limber", to replicate some of the effects of the ARMS. If you want anything specific for the characters, I've got options for Ninjara, Twintelle, Mechanica, Byte and Barq, Kid Cobra, and Missango, but that's about it.

Some day I would love to see Nintendo do their own little short film similar to Once Upon A Studio with all the different Nintendo characters gathered together with a giant group photo at the end.
