hiii your url is super cool I wanna know where you got it from!! i assume the tessa is tessa gray? (that’s the only fictional tessa I can think of but it’s probably something else) and also your blog theme is so cool whenever i look at it it’s so aesthetically pleasing

aw thank you!!! yessss it is hehe. i tried my best to keep the lore short but i cannot for the life of me stop adding words to sentences so i'm putting it under the cut

i had a Phase about her at 12/13-ish, right before i first came into contact with The Internet and The Gae via tumblr screenshots on pinterest. around the time i watched she-ra and the princesses of power (which combined led to some realizations lmao) and i created a ✨cool name✨ to upload my catradora fanart (to pinterest. yes i know. i was convinced it would launch me into internet illustrator fame. 13 and dumb as they say). so tessa, 'silver' for lyra silvertongue from his dark materials and 'swan' for both elizabeth swann (pirates of the caribbean. keira knightley. i didn't see them but the signs were there) and emma swan (once upon a time)

anyways cassandra clare published a book as tumblr posts so i made an account with a different username and deleted it when it was done. then a couple years ago i came back and decided to use tessasilverswan for lack of better ideas. when i started talking to people in the aftg fandom they referred to me as tessa and i went with it. if i had known i would draw and share fanart again i would have picked something better but it's too late now XD

and as for the theme, thank you also!! i love james webb space telescope images and i've had that one (the pillars of creation) as my profile since pretty much the beginning. my brain, being how it is, needed things to match so i picked a color that goes well with both the profile and the header and the true blue ui. and the header is a sunset pic i took and highly edited hehe
