Sometimes i watch kier and dev 'sus complinations' to feel something (it doesnt work , it makes me uncomfortable why am i torturing myself like this?) but i genuinely cannot distinguish their voices from one another , i swear if you sent me a video clip with only one of them talking but color coded fhe captions to go from red to blue every setence or so I wouldnt be able to tell it was just 1 guy

Boosfer is a youtuber who does almost exclusively manhunts, but uses many twists to keep them fresh. His other similarities with Dream include his penchant for flirting with and teasing his friends, having a simple green skin with a smile, and being extremely good at the game. He appeared in MCC rising with his friends where they swept the floor (save for dodgebolt, which they did not win), and his team’s skill put them on the radar.

If you like more chaotic, trolly content, boffy is an excellent watch, whether you prefer Tommy’s boldness or quackity’s manic antics, you can get them both from boffy. But they have drifted more apart, as where Tommy loves cows, boffy’s one mission in life is to kill all of them.

Squiddo sometimes gets called the “girl tommyinnit”, but her content is so much more than her admittedly over the top and funny reactions. KIER and DEV

If you like Badboyhalo and Skeppy’s constant arguing like a married couple, Kier and Dev are the ones for you. The channel is owned by the two, who even have a red and blue color scheme, though there is a lot more profanity and adult humor than you’d ever get from Skeppy or BBH. They do a lot of minecraft manhunts with twists as excuses to troll each other.

TT is Narben right, and a Made object because Amren said it's part of the Old Trove, but I remember TT's scabbard or hilt had Illyrian runes on it, and that there were some winged demons mentioned in CC, and that no one's really sure where the Illyrians came from, Cass said they're just Illyrians, and didn't Enalius guard the pass against the Old Gods or smth?? My memory is fried rn but I guess what I'm trying to say is that maybe Illyrians are directly tied to Hel or the Old Gods

So maybe I read it incorrectly--quite possible--but some felt that the Illyrians were a prototype of the angels, but the angels were easier to control.

For the life of me, i did not see any mention of the Illyrians, so I don't know exactly.

I have 2 thoughts:

Were Illyrians the original force of the Dusk Court?

Is their hatred and their desire not to bow to the NC and their HLs stems from the fact that they used to serve another Court? Or that NC potentially cannibalized parts of Dusk into its own territory?

That would explain the fact that Azriel is an Illyrian (a shadowsinger. I assume that the shadowsingers all hail from Dusk.) and that he has TT, and it would explain Illyrian runes on it.

Second thought is that who and what are the Darkbringers? The army of Hewn City?

Is Hewn City an offshoot of something connected to Hel?

Are the Darkbringers part of former Hel's force? Hence why they answer to Kier (who might be more than just a random High Fae), and not to RHys? And why Rhys has to ask for permission to use them?

There are definitely 2 inexplicable fighting forces in NC--the Illyrians and the Darkbringers, neither of which are just regular NC citizens, who serve in the army.

Both are very interesting, and i wonder what their origins are?

And since it seems that Campbell is the only one to consistently call him Davey, he also associates the childhood nickname with Campbell until it becomes a trigger.

Causa DCXXVIII

Sumario: 1.º — La pena del homicidio cometido en riña, provocada por el reo era por las leyes recopiladas mayor que las que fija el Código Penal en su artículo 197.

2.º Confirmándose una sentencia criminal con disminución en la pena no puede interponerse el recurso de inaplicabilidad.

3.º  Las penas por tiempo indeterminado deben comenzarse a contar desde que queda ejecutoriada la sentencia, pero impetrando como parte de ella, el tiempo de prisión sufrida por el reo después del vencimiento de los seis primeros meses de la preventiva legal.

Acuerdo

En Buenos Aires, 3 23 de Agosto de 1879, reunida la Suprema Corte de Justicia en acuerdo ordinario, para pronunciar sentencia en el recurso de inaplicabilidad de ley, interpuesto por el Defensor del procesado Cecilio Heredia, en la causa criminal seguida contra este por homicidio perpetrado en la persona de D. Eleuterio Ponce de Leon en el Partido de Ranchos, y de sentencia dictada por la Cámara de Apelaciones del Departamento del Centro, se procedió á practicar la insaculación prescripta por el artículo 171 de la Constitución, resultando de ella que en la votación debía guardarse el orden siguiente: Doctores Kier, Villegas, Gonzalez, Escalada.

Estudiados los autos la Suprema Corte acordó someter a votación la cuestión siguiente:

¿Existe inaplicabilidad de ley ó de doctrina en el fallo de la Cámara del Centro, en cuanto dispone que la pena de seis años de presidio por él impuesta á Cecilio Heredia, comience á contar desde que quede ejecutoriada la sentencia?

El Dr. Kier dijo:

La sentencia de la Cámara del Departamento del Centro corriente á f. 121 vta. confirmó la sentencia de 1ª Instancia de f. 88 a f. 95, aunque disminuyendo el tiempo de la penalidad que esta elevaba á siete años de presidio y aquella redujo a seis de penitenciaría.

En presencia de los hechos declarados y de la calificación del delito, homicidio en riña provocado por el mismo reo, sin que se haya justificado por su parte la excepción de ebriedad total, es fuera de controversia que la retroactividad del Código Penal vigente,

‘se opera con sujeción al texto del artículo 82, desde que su penalidad es más benigna que la de las Leyes Recopiladas, vigentes al tiempo de la perpetración, aun teniendo presente las atenuaciones introducidas por la jurisprudencia para templar el excesivo rigor de aquellas.

Pero esta cuestión es ajena al caso sub-judice.

La Cámara confirma la sentencia de 1ª Instancia haciendo disminución de la pena.

Si hubiera confirmado simplemente no habría recurso, con sujeción al texto expreso del artículo 219 de la Constitución de la Provincia; confirmando aunque con una modificación favorable al reo, tampoco puede haberlo, pues estando comprendido el menor término en el mayor de la pena de primera Instancia, hay á su respecto confirmatoria, como ha sido declarado por fallos de esta Corte, publicados en las causas.

Núms. CC y CCOXCI de sus Acuerdos y Sentencias.

El único punto en que la sentencia de la Cámara, es por la revocatoria perjudicial al procesado y por tanto susceptible del recurso por inaplicabilidad, es el referente á la época desde que empieza á contarse la pena.

La sentencia de 19 Instancia, había dicho, desde la prisión, la de la Cámara desde su ejecutoria.

Entre estos dos extremos, igualmente distantes de la sana doctrina legal, el artículo 171 del Código prescribe: «cuando la detención preventiva exceda de seis meses, sin culpa del acusado, la duración de la pena impuesta se disminuye en proporción a la detención indebidamente sufrida.
