Magnus is the son of Briar Valley's most famous actor, who got a majority of his fame from one singular movie he did in his early years and a makeup artist from the Shaftlands. His parents divorced when he was a kid, as both parents wanted to pursue their separate carriers in a deeper aspect, then they could as a married couple with a kid.

He grew up co raised by both his parents, though as he grew older, he slowly started to become more interested in acting and his father's career than his mom's, spending more time with his father in the process. (Though Magnus still has a great relationship with his mom) and through his father's fame and connections landed his first acting role.

He's been in several movies and TV series throughout his teen years, switching to homeschooling with private tutors to give him more opportunities with his career. Until he reached freshman year of high school. Receiving NRC's invitation was unexpected, but it was not an opportunity to pass up in the least. Though he was a semester late to joining as he had a prior TV series he needed to finish.

He was more than pleased when he was sorted into Pomefiore, much to his dorm leaders dismay, as he believed it was the only dorm worth of his talent. That and he was secretly hoping to pick up on some tips and tricks from Vil. Though he hadn't been prepared for the news that his father remarried while he was at school, to some lower member of the Shaftlands royal family and that he had a new step brother as well. But the worst part of it for him was the fact they both were cat beastmen. (Himself and his father being dog beastmen)

Let's just say he did not enjoy his summer break and was more than ready to come back to school to be away from his new stepmother and brother. Though his joy of being rid of them was short-lived as he found out his new stepbrother was attending RSA.

No one in his dorm has heard the end of it, and he is currently signing some movie contracts to keep himself away from home this coming summer.

Introduction

Wassup everyone! I'm Siobhan (she/they pronouns) and you may also know me as brokenhardies, formerly woken-writing a few years back. I made this blog as a sideblog for brokenhardies to focus on my writing without having interruptions such as unrelated fandoms interrupt!

The Purpose of this Blog

As mentioned above, I was getting quite overwhelmed by not really having a spot to put my writing or my OC lists or really - anything. My main blog became kind of my main home for that stuff, but it got lost in the shuffle, especially when I decided to turn my asks off last week for mental health reasons.

This blog is to keep all my ducks in a row - story updates will be posted here, as will aesthetics and oc related memes! It's not just gonna be for OCs though, as I will also try to focus on some of my WIPs and story concepts that I've been working on for 5+ years now.

This also means... I'm gonna create a brand spanking new tag list! So, if you wanna join, please send an ask in here! You can have one for OC work, one for non-OC work etc. etc. I'll come up with the specifics later.

What Are My Main Works?

Right now, I'm hyperfocused on my Massively Multiplayer Crossover OC Universe the Emissary Verse - which contains my Marvel/DC OC Amber Talbot and my Whoniverse OC Luna Derbyshire, as well as my Power Rangers OC Gwen Hartford... Eventually. I'll figure out how to include her.

I've mainly been working on Luna's story Eighth Wonder which you can find here. If you're interested in mutants, the Whoniverse and stories like @lunammoon's brilliant Celery, Long Scarves, Fezes, and Other Questionable Fashion Choices, I think you'll enjoy it! It contains an OC who is linked to the Doctor and jumps around their timeline, as well as the changes she makes to it!

For other works, I've been working on my Power Rangers fan adaptation Turbo Prism, my Fanganronpa Danganronpa RE (working title), and my classic Freaky fanfiction, formerly known as Killer Crush, Strawberry Chainsaw! I'm very excited to introduce y'all to them again!

A few oc's can cook but I'm going to go with Ives who cooks a mean Bolognese in this excerpt of Pre-Time Borrowed

Ingredients:

1 lb of ground meat (60/40 beef/pork)

1/3 lb of fresh sliced ​​pork belly (or pancetta/bacon)

half an onion

6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

1 large carrot

1 stalk of celery

1 glass of red or white wine

1 28 oz. can of tomatoes, hand-crushed

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 cup of heavy cream (optional)

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Light meat or vegetable broth (or water)

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

1-2 pounds cooked fresh fettuccine pasta, or any other pasta of choice

Directions:

In a non-stick saucepan, fry chopped pork belly with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Then, add the finely chopped vegetables (minus the garlic) and let the chopped mixture cook slowly over medium-low heat, stirring constantly for about 10 min -don't burn the onions. Add the garlic and let saute for about 30 seconds. Raise the heat and add the minced meat, stirring thoroughly, and cook it for about fifteen minutes until brown in color.

Add in the wine and let it cook off completely until you no longer smell wine (about 3 minutes), and then add the tomato paste and puree. Continuing to mix well, pour in the vegetable broth (or water) and lower the heat to cook slowly, cover the pan, for about 30 min, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add in heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 min. While the sauce cooks, boil your fresh pasta. Once the sauce is finished, add a little pasta water into your sauce before combining your strained noodles. The sauce should be a dark orange color, fragrant and creamy. Season with salt and pepper, and top with parmesan cheese.

What is the strangest thing you’ve ever stolen?

Jacob: Oh, I’ve stolen lots of things. This is hard. Maybe … one time I broke into a secured vault and there was only an overcoat. It was a pretty good overcoat. I kept it. I guess that’s maybe the strangest time I’ve stolen something.

Camila: I don’t know. There are a lot of strange things I’ve stolen. Oh, I know! I once stole a really weird old bowl. Rather pricy for just a piece of ceramic that broke pretty easily.

Alice: I think it would have been the coupons I stole for for Jake’s and my date night a month ago. I mean, in valuable items, we’re really rich, so stealing coupons was … weird.

What is your least favorite food?

Jacob: Celery. Just … just because of the memories associated with it. My sister ate it when we were little and she … she choked.

Camila: Ham. It’s just yucky.

Alice: I’ve never liked melons much.

Who is the strongest person you know?

Jacob: My father.

Camila: Oh, I dunno. One of the crew, prob’ly. Well, ‘Thaniel in physical strength, obviously, but like emotionally? Alice.

Alice: I would have to say Laura, my best friend. From before. She went through a lot, yet she always had a smile on her face.

I purposely arranged the OCs in that order because Camila spends a lot of her time physically between Jacob and Alice, which for the two of them is rather awkward.

It was actually a nickname given to her by her loved ones since she was a child before it actually became a callsign.

The main reason is that Snail absolutely loves when it rains. She won’t hesitate a second to go on a walk, a hike or workout outside the second it starts raining, and pout for a good while when the sun comes out again. She doesn’t mind running drills even if said rain becomes an actual downpour. You’ll probably even find her giggling after jumping at each crack of thunder.

Take her on a rainy walk in the forest ? She’ll be the happiest human on Earth.

She’s also never afraid to get her hands (or entire body) dirty, especially when it comes to seeing « friends » (wild animals, insects, or plants). When she comes back with her clothes covered in mud and her hair filled with the leaves or twigs it got caught on (probably when she crawled under a bush or something), you know it was a good walk.

What usually fully convinces people that yeah, « Snail » is really a suitable callsign for her, is that she also likes to munch on raw vegetables. She’ll frown a little bit when she can’t eat raw carrots right after they’ve been peeled. She likes them in every form, but she really enjoys munching on them like this the most. Same thing with salad leaves, tomatoes, cauliflowers, etc… Vegetables and fruits of all kind that can be eaten immediately.

She once tried eating an eggplant like this and immediately regretted it.

Then Roach made her taste raw celery, and she actually started keeping a list called « Veggies I Shouldn’t Munch On When Raw ». Useful, because she’ll probably end up forgetting that she already tried them after not eating them for a while.

Also, you know how snails seem to be really slow, but then you turn your head for a second and when you look back at them they’re already so far away from where you last saw them ? That’s Snail. Don’t underestimate her because she’s tiny or because of her callsign, everyone says it suits her for more than one reason, and some of them might surprise you.

I have a bunch of ideas for things to write with Snail and the 141. I just have to find the time to put them down lmao. Everything about her will be under the « oc : snail » tag ! Here is what I’ve written with her so far :

The dialog you could have before acquiring that item would be focused on nostalgia and how she liked to browse those kitschy souvenir stands at the city gates when she visited it with Fergus. They would wear disguises and just spend the day without a single worry, for then being horribly scolded by everyone back at the castle. It would take a lot for her to open up about her roots, so prepare yourself with a ton of gifts that would require killing dragons and spoiling an armory.

He doesn't talk much about his past history as a farmhand, it's something you have to unlock after a few conversations because it's a rather sensitive topic to him - if this was ME this would be a post-loyalty mission cutscene. This item has no use, except that it gives her so much serotonin you'd need to dam it or else it would go overboard. She's very passionate about undead and moving skeletons, you can say she loves them to death. She thinks that what possesses them has a distinct curiosity that most people lack and they just want to roam around and see the world. "They wanna be here and be themselves, and nobody acts like that anymore. Demons reflect our imperfections, but also our deepest desires and we are terrified of them because of that. The more we accept our flaws, our interests, our core, the less those entities have power over us. Just let them be and they would do no harm. Also they're fucking hilarious, look at that femur doing kickflips to stay in place!" It doesn't take much to get this information, but it would take a lot for her to discuss her history with questioning authority over drastic decisions - you can unlock it after she receives the card. She would tell you the story of a bad breakup that led her to find an undead threat that her Keeper handled poorly because she choose conveniency over logic. That episode helped her to build the person that she is and the card is a reminder that her uniqueness makes her stronger and better.
