💯, 💑, 💘 for fen, luci, nellie, & varya!!!
THANKS SO MUCH CASS!!!
💯 What is my muse’s ideal date?
Fen’s ideal date would be something where she could focus on the activity when she gets too shy to say anything. She has a hard time talking to people, especially those she is interested in, so a date where a silence is ok is her ideal!
Luci’s ideal date would be doing something interactive! Maybe something like an escape room or volunteer work is very much her type of date. She is a busy body and loves to be doing things, so a date where she could spend time with the other person is the best of both worlds!
Nellie’s ideal date would be something lowkey kinda cheesy, like sitting under the stars and having dinner on the hood of her car. She’s also a little awkward, but she doesn’t think to plan a date strategically.
Varyas ideal date would be something like going to a museum or seeing a play! Something very artsy would be nice. Before her embrace, she wouldn’t really have time to date since she was a professional ballerina. Now, she can enjoy more artsy outings. Don’t take her to see a ballet show or else she might start crying.
💑 What are my muse’s requirements for a potential partner?
Fen’s requirements: kindness, empathy, someone who isn’t needlessly negative since she’s negative enough for two people
Luci’s requirements: someone who isn’t afraid to practice what they preach, general goodwill, optimism
Nellie’s requirements: someone who won’t take her silence for rudeness, wisdom, confidence!!!!
Varya’s requirements: REFINEMENT!!, someone who’s not afraid of their feelings and being tender, Romance!
💘 What are the ways my muse says ‘I love you’ without actually saying it?
Fen: physical closeness! not touching but actual proximity to the other person
Luci: actual touch lol (not limited to just love interests; she’s just a very physically affectionate person)
Nellie: vulnerability and being able to let her hard shell down
Varya: sharing a beautiful experience with the other person
send me a symbol!
#THANK YOU AGAIN CASS!!#i wrote a lot so. im sorry.#ch: fenlynn cheth#ch: luciform dorden#ch: nellie johnston#ch: varya nikolaev#chloefrazer

Fenlynn Cheth → Letter to home #1
This letter is from Fenlynn Cheth to her mother in Assam in the Shining Plains. Attached is 1000 gold pieces.
Mama,
I know it’s been awhile since I last wrote to you.
I am safe. Things are a bit unclear right now, so I don’t know how much I should be sharing. Please know that I am going to be alright.
I didn’t want to send you one of those messages I learned in school because I know you don’t like them. So, I’m writing this letter. That way, you can have a physical copy to keep.
Things between us last were unfortunate, to say the least. Losing Papa was a lot. I know my leaving didn’t make it any better; I’m sorry. I was so used to the University where I could get as much space as I wanted, whenever I wanted. Needless to say, this letter won’t make it better, but I hope it’s a start in fixing things.
I’ve had some very eye-opening travels since leaving home. After leaving the Plains, I headed out on a caravan towards Greenest. Since then, things became a big spiral. Good and bad, but still a spiral. In the middle of it all are some strangers—and myself, of course.
These women are like none I’ve ever met.
One is a half-elf woman named Kestrel. She’s skilled with so many kinds of weapons I had no idea existed! Seemingly well-versed in stealthily hunting dragons, she’s a dexterous fighter. She talks about a family in Baldur’s Gate and a life as a gladiator. It seems like a fitting profession; she works quickly with weapons and has a flair to her movements. It truly is a performance to watch. Outside of her taste for the dramatic, she’s especially competent at showing the rest of us figure our way out through the wilderness. Her prowess is far beyond my current understanding.
There’s another woman—Mercy. She’s a winged tiefling with the most magnificent horns atop her head. Another fighter, she’s well-versed in militaristic fighting. Her plate armor further suggests she is adept to battle. I haven’t figured out how, but she appears to also be a holy warrior of sorts. Her powers burn others in a way unlike the fire I know. I’ll need to study it more closely to figure out what separates our magic. When she’s speaking with others, Mercy is calm, even-handed; she’s not one to yell or even laugh with strangers. There’s a strange charismatic quality to her.
Lastly, there’s Renata, a cleric of Bahamut. You’re familiar with Bahamut, yes? She’s a young cleric, seeming to always place the priorities of others before her own. Perhaps this is a part of Bahamut’s dogma? I haven’t asked her yet. As for her magic, she is more attuned to fulfilling her god’s wishes than using the magic surrounding her. She is kind and has used some of her healing abilities to help us out of quite a few scrapes. Renata appears to be a regular human with the exception of her eyes—akin to fire opals in color. Very peculiar indeed.
Ever since I met these three women, my life has been turned upside down. I think our paths will be intertwined for the foreseeable future.
As of now, my journey is not over; I still have some things to settle. When I come home, I will share everything since leaving. I’m unsure when that date will be, as everything that goes wrong seems to keep going wrong. We’re trying to keep spirits high, I promise.
In my travels, I have grown familiar with the dragon cult the other merchants spoke of. Should they come to the Shining Plains, please get as many people out of the area. They are ruthless and have no hesitations in dispensing of lives. No amount of martial combat will stop them; the cult members are tenacious. It’s imperative you get as many people to leave as you can.
I will try to write you more often. Right now, I believe we will be heading back to Waterdeep. There, I can send you this letter. The coin purse should help.
Best,
Sincerely,
Love,
Fen

Fenlynn Cheth → Letter to home #2
This letter is from Fenlynn Cheth to her mother in Assam in the Shining Plains. Attached is 1000 gold pieces.
Mama,
I hope everyone is well. I miss you terribly.
I apologize for the cryptic letter I sent you last. Unfortunately, I am unable to explain much of anything. The less you know, the better, should anyone ask too many questions. As I stated in my last letter, I will share everything when I get home. I do anticipate going home eventually.
I apologize for not including a return address in my last letter as we have been quite transient all along the northern end of the Sword Coast. Now, we have a keep where we can receive letters. If you would like, I’d love to hear from you or any of the little ones.
Things have been complicated, to say the least. I knew adventuring would be difficult, but I was criminally uninformed of how difficult it would really be.
As of now, the council in Waterdeep has employed us to do their bidding for them. It is a simple task as any, but the work it wholly unrewarding. I often wonder if they would let us go home or will they expect our undying allegiance to their city. I don’t have any connection to the citizens of the city besides general kindness. The council has done nothing to help us integrate into their society either.
I want to think positively, but I’m finding it increasingly hard to do so. I’m no longer myself; I’ve begun yelling when I’m upset and shedding tears more often than I ever have in my life. I don’t know who this Fenlynn is. I wonder if you would recognize this person I’ve become.
The women I have been travelling with are still strangers, but I knew them in different circumstances. Would they even recognize the person I am outside of this situation? Despite everything that has happened, they are still funny and kind. I have turned into a grey cloud. I don’t know how to keep up with them. When we set out on more adventures, I can’t help but think of every way something can go wrong. I don’t know how to turn the voice inside of me off long enough to keep such high hopes as the rest of the group.
Recently, one of the women—Kestrel—took a turn for the worst. In the moment, all I could do was freeze. I was so scared she would follow in Papa’s fate. I didn’t know what to do.
Through the work of Mercy, the tiefling woman, and Renata, the aasimar cleric, she managed to pull through in the end. I shiver at the thought at what could have become of her. It is all too much; what if we lose someone else? I don’t think I’m helping these women enough to justify my time here.
Will I be a coward, running home with my tail between my legs?
Mama, I wish I were home with you and the little ones again. I even wish I was back at university again, finishing my education with Emmyth and the evocation department. When this all blows over, I will never take another day for granted.
I am sorry for the dire tone of my letter. I haven’t been able to process anything, but maybe this can be a start.
—Fen
