Arm initially issued the notice in October amid a dispute over Qualcomm's 💻 PC chip technology but has now retracted it. Amon confirmed that Arm has no current plans to end the agreement.
In December, Qualcomm won key aspects of a related trial ⚖️, affirming its chip licenses. However, with the jury deadlocked on some issues, Arm has requested a new trial.
