         Ceremony Will Be Simulcast Live on Sunday, January 21, 2018, on TNT and TBS at 8 p.m. (ET)/5 p.m. (PT)

      LOS ANGELES (Dec. 13, 2017) – Nominees for the 24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ® for outstanding individual, cast and ensemble performances in film and television of 2017, as well as the honorees for outstanding action performances by film and television stunt ensembles were announced this morning at the Pacific Design Center’s SilverScreen Theater in West Hollywood.

      SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris introduced Olivia Munn ( X-Men: Apocalypse , The Predator ) and Niecy Nash ( Claws, The Soul Man ), who announced the nominees for this year’s Actors® live on TNT, TBS, truTV, tntdrama.com/sagawards , truTV.com and sagawards.org , TNT/TBS apps, and TNT/TBS Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channels. Prior to that, SAG Awards Committee Chair JoBeth Williams and Committee Member Elizabeth McLaughlin announced the honorees for outstanding action performances by film and television stunt ensembles.

    The 24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® presented by SAG-AFTRA with Screen Actors Guild Awards, LLC is produced by Avalon Harbor Entertainment, Inc. and will be simulcast live on TNT and TBS on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018 at 8 p.m. (ET) / 5 p.m. (PT). TNT & TBS subscribers can also watch the SAG Awards live through the networks' websites and mobile apps. In addition, TNT will present a special encore of the ceremony at 11 p.m. (ET)/8 p.m. (PT) that same evening.

      Prior to the televised ceremony, the honorees for outstanding action performances by film and television stunt ensembles will be announced during the SAG Awards Red Carpet Pre-Show webcast.

     One of the awards season’s premier events, the SAG Awards annually celebrates the outstanding motion pictures and television performances from the previous calendar year. Of the top industry honors presented to actors, only the SAG Awards are selected entirely by performers’ peers in SAG-AFTRA. The SAG Awards was the first televised awards show to acknowledge the work of union members and the first to present awards to motion picture casts and television ensembles.

    Two nominating panels — one for television and one for film — each composed of 2,500 randomly selected union members from across the United States, chose this year’s nominees. Final voting information will be sent to the 121,544 SAG-AFTRA members in good standing across the country, who may vote on all categories. In keeping with the SAG Awards’ commitment to sustainable practices, online voting is encouraged and paper ballots are available only upon request received by Friday, Jan. 8, 2018. All votes must be received at Integrity Voting Systems by noon on Friday, Jan. 19. Results will be tallied and sealed until the envelopes are opened by the presenters live onstage at the 24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony on Jan. 21, 2018.

    The Screen Actors Guild Post-Awards Gala benefiting the SAG-AFTRA Foundation will be hosted for the 22nd consecutive year by PEOPLE and the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), joined this year by TNT & TBS, to honor the SAG-AFTRA Foundation and actors’ philanthropic activities. NEW DELHI: The 'mighty' Thor has opened to a thunderous response at the Indian Box Office as the movie went on to beat Sonakshi Sinha-Sidharth Malhotra starrer 'Ittefaq' on Day One. The movie hit the silverscreen on Friday. Ittefaq Movie Second / 2nd Day Collections: Sidharth Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha, and Akshaye Khanna starring 'Ittefaq' hit the screens on Friday, November 03.The thriller Bollywood film, Ittefaq, which came earlier this week opened the box-office at a slow start with a collection of Rs. 4.05 crores but is expected to gain over the weekend. Ittefaq Movie First / 1st Day Collections: After back to back three flops, Young actor Sidharth Malhotra is back on silver screen with the remake of Rajesh Khanna's 1969 movie, Ittefaq.

The story revolves around an acclaimed writer and a young homemaker who become the prime suspects in a double murder.Actress Sonakshi Sinha's latest released movie Ittefaq earned Rs.4 crores at the Box Office on its opening day. Ittefaq box office collections day 1: A Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan produced film, Ittefaq unlike any other movie decided not to go the stereotype way. Do not miss our platinum-class club review of Thor Ragnarok and Ittefaq on this weekend special episode of In Da Club. Ittefaq is a remake of 1969 film of the same name. On Day 1, Ittefaq earned INR 4.05 crore at the box office. Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana, 17, headlined the superstar's 52nd birthday bash in Alibaug earlier this week. Well, 'Ittefaq', opened with a decent 4.05 crores, which is quite good a movie like this but it didn't put any break on 'Golmaal's collection. New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha, Sidharth Malhotra and Akshaye Khanna starrer Ittefaq hit the theaters on November 3, 2017. Ajay Devgn's film collected 2.04 crores on the third Friday, which is amazing. Ittefaq and Thor: Ragnarok clashed at the ticket windows and looks like that the superheroes are leading the pack in the domestic market. Chris Hemsworth's Thor Ragnarok and Sonakshi Sinha - Sidharth Malhotra's Ittefaq took over the ticket window this Friday and looks like both the films have performed well.

Both! I absolutely love Young Justice, but I wish Marvel would do more with Young Avengers. I’m hoping with the Captain Marvel movie with the introduction of Skrulls in MCU, we’ll be in the right direction of seeing Young Avengers on the silverscreen (or TV). Both, depending what universe though. I have always loved Nightwing, but I love my Charlie Cox! Daredevil. Yum.

I love, love, love my Hawkeye.... but what MCU has done to him has pissed me off and turned me off from Marvel. I absolutely HATE Oliver. He is just such a dry, boring character with a lame backstory. 6. pietro maximoff or barry allen? Once again it depends what universe we are talking about, but hands down to Barry Allen. I absolutely love the CW The Flash (except how they ruined Wally West’s character). 7. wanda maximoff or zatanna zatara?

Never cared for magic users, bu I would go with Wanda (non-MCU version).

8. carol danvers or kara danvers? 

Captain Marvel wins this round hands down. No matter what universe I’m exposed to Supergirl, she just annoys the shit out of me. But most of Superman universe does.

9. wade wilson or slade wilson?

Deadpool amuses me, while Deathstroke annoys me (let alone his unnatural pedophile affection for Damian is really, really creepy). 10. ant-man or atom?

Comic! Hank Pym all the way. I was shocked though that I actually enjoyed the Ant-Man movie considering I was going into it for hating it what they did to Hank & Scott. Paul Rudd is amazing.

Wasp. Janet van Dyne needs more love. 

12. vision or red torando?

It made me sad that they had to originally kill off JARVIS in MCU but if it wasn’t for Paul Bettany’s sass as the Vision, I don’t anyone would of enjoyed his character. I’m still hoping we get Vision x Wanda on screen!

13. black widow or black canary?

Never liked Black Widow but Black Canary is kind of a boring character too.

14. winter soldier or red hood?

Bucky! Jason just annoys the shit out of me.

15. spider-man or blue beetle?

Spider-Man just simply because I absolutely hate Blue Beetle. I never understood the obsession around him.

16. captain marvel or shazam?

I really don’t care for neither, but I think it was crap of DC Comics to steal the name Captain Marvel originally for Shazam.

17. doctor strange or doctor fate?

Benedict Cumberbatch made an excellent Doctor Strange. Other than that though, I don’t have much of a preference because magic users usually bore me.

18. sif or wonder woman?

I usually don’t care for either, but if I had to pick of the two, Diana all the way. The few exposes that I had to Sif left me pretty sour to the character. 

19. captain america or superman?

Captain America. Yum. I can stare at Chris Evan’s star spangle glorious blue ass all day. 

20.  iron man or batman?

When I was big into MCU, I would of choose obviously Iron Man. But I have always liked the Batman universe so much more. But I also like my sidekicks, such as Dick and Damian.
