Born of the Vulpecula constellation, this masked star cookie often lives a solitary life. Due to being born of a constellation her wish granting powers on par with Clockwork Comet Cookie. Vulpecula Cookie isn't one for jokes most of the time however.

(I put too much effort into this. Clockwork is the only who can use the wish staff, the end of it instead of being a rooster I modeled it after the Sugar swan. He likes to lay on it like a lazy cat on a branch. Dude is often spaced out in space lol. I tried to make a comet trail behind him.)

Special: Wish turn (Cookies wish to be healed reaches Clockwork's ears, with the power of his wishing staff he turns back the clock on their bodies to before they were injured, sometimes adding a bonus wish and casting an HP shield that lasts for 10 seconds. Has a cool down of 25 seconds.)

Children of House Star Runner....whatever happened to their father?

"The Star Runners? What…would you want to know about the Star Runners? You're new to the Republic and they're quite secretive, how did you come by the family name?"

"Hm, I suppose it's no dough off my bones. The Star Runners are a family of a four siblings. Nightsky Squid Cookie who is the eldest and most mysterious sister, Corvus Cookie the second eldest and only son, as well as quite charming in an aggressive fashion. Followed after is the youngest sister Midnight Cookie who's eyes always seem to stare, and lastly following the blind yet youngest sibling Stargazer Cookie. Some say Stargazer's hearing is so keen…they can even hear the stars twinkle. The siblings worship the stars above and even occasionally perform beautiful shows for the cookies of the Republic through magical stardust and lights. They're truly a mysterious bunch. I believe they're much more powerful than they appearance...and hold the Republic in their hands."

(They also worship Clockwork Comet and Cobalt Star, they have their own pocket dimension of starry ink. Usually for storing stuff or…other things. The "horns" on their heads are tentacles, their jam is black and starry.)

The Birds of Prey Assassins guild is exactly how it sounds, mainly hiring animal based cookies. It's funded by the mighty Leviathan who was just bored one day in its many eons and went "Why not."

Leviathan was and still is a feared beast who even had to be imprisoned by Sea fairy once for being THAT uncontrollable. He's even become basically a ghost story to sea cookies of the "It'll come for you if you're bad" variety, a myth to many few know he exists. Really calmed down over the years but the beast is still in there.

Eldritch creature that also has a cult of sea cookies following him, he's not cruel or evil but can be VERY volatile. His magic when put into others also makes them eldritch with mind altering abilities and food tastes. There was one particular cookie it did this too that he now views as a son.

Red Wine Cookie was a nobleman apart of a large family. As heir it was his duty to continue the family name but the arranged partner was less than stellar. Not for gender, appearance, or anything shallow. But they were genuinely conceited, rude, and spoke to him so condescendingly to the point of being abusive. The parents didn't listen and told him to just go through with it. On his wedding day in the dressing room he snapped. He was NOT going to take this so he ran far away and became the lighthouse keeper. And honestly, he preferred it.

He feels like Tropic Bunny is familiar….looks shockingly similar to a niece of his that was abandoned as a baby due to being a "bastard child" (Fatherless). She lives on a shore close to the light house with orchards of fruit trees where it's just her with her pet.

Tropic is his niece and she was abandoned at birth due to being born out of wedlock and even then her father was not of noble jam so she was worthless to them in many ways, Red Wine tried to speak out against abandoning her but he was quickly silenced.

Red wine is friendly and a genuinely nice man, he's loved at the village he shops at for his gentle and helpful nature. For ships lost out during storms he'll do everything in his power to guide them to shore and when he has time will assist the villagers with some things they need done.

Magnolia is a young dragon who's parent died long before they hatched. Left in a long lasting flame the little one still hadn't hatched until Michael Cookie (a guy who got Isekai'd) found the egg. He heard their voice in his head saying it was cold and found the egg in dying embers.

He took the egg and went to a specific dragon to make a proper nest so they could hatch. A curious and friendly little being who has a lot of love to share.

Who was once known as Stellar Cookie they were the daughter of Clockwork Comet Cookie. A long time ago, unknowing to the Wisteria Dragon stalking them Stellar found themselves under the control of a love potion. When their father refused to give Wisteria their hand the toxic dragon decided to force it. However this was quickly punished as Clockwork used his magic to banish them.

There was no cure for the potion at the time so he had to make a hard decision, using his magic Clockwork erased his child's mind to remake itself. This turned Stellar into Stellarmancer Cookie, who has frequent memory blanks and is honestly a little creepy though they mean no harm. Sometimes they have moments of clarity and have taken to writing down what they hear during these brief periods.

Stellarmancer will often blank and forget cookies they just met but if they care deeply enough about someone then that cookie remains in memory through the blanks. Their pet is the revived husk puppet that held a cake hound soul who imprinted on them.

Owlberry was her only companion, on that day when she escaped the oven she found the little strawberry trapped in a glass bowl with other strawberries that were going to be cut up and put into a tart. She freed the tiny owl and they've been together ever since...her only friend until Mango and Artichoke.

She mainly made Strawberry bombs out of magic along with powerful punches and kicks, often fought with Ananas dragon cookie which led to...several misunderstandings. Ananas taught her how to use her magic to make a staff. 50% great horned owl feathers this girl hoots and gets defensive when you point it out.

Skill (Kingdom): Tearful Starfall (Makes colorful stars rain down from the sky damaging all enemies in the way while increasing allies DEF and DMG resist by…some high amount I don't do math.)

Skill (Ovenbreak): Floats into the air blasting small Stardust beams that destroy obstacles, summoning star and rainbow star jellies. By collecting all the jellies you can get one of three things, giant mode, blast jelly affect or a medium sized energy potion. (Extra points to collecting star jellies outside of skill)

Skill line: Light up a Meteor Shower!

Pet: Starfire Wisp.

Pet skill: Lunges forward with stardust energy to destroy obstacles while turning normal jellies into mini star jellies.

.Is a star cookie like Clockwork Comet and Cobalt Star but is not as powerful.

.CAN grant wishes like them but doesn't create things out of nothing. No instead they're similar to Jirachi by summoning the desired object, person, etc, to them.

.They have the ability to float and fly but going at the speed to create a comet trail in places with gravity is very tiring.

.They are a Binary star who was hopelessly in love with the other star cookie they circled. One day tragedy struck as they lost the other star to a black hole and was left heartbroken, never getting to tell them how they felt and fled.

.Their tears were always in the shape of stars and made the twinkling sound, but when they came down to Earthbread the power of their heartbreak was so immense it made and spread the magical disease, Star Tears Disease.

.Star tears feels awful about all the pain and suffering they've caused but still tries to smile. They have a generally friendly and soft spoken attitude, they can even come off as shy at times. However they are very lost and very lonely, as a binary star is not meant to be on it's own….but it's just them.

.When getting close to others they are very clingy however, it's just in the nature of their dough and jam to be close to another and circle them for all time. To be together forward, however, they would never force another to be with them.

.It's very difficult to see in the picture due to the tears, but they all have colorful star shaped freckles.

So, I had this dream that Timekeeper was replaced by this younger male cookie. He had a similar theme to him and think of his attitude more like Strawberry crepe mixed with extra false sweetness. The way he ran the TBD could be see as cruel, the halls were always silent as cookies worked quietly but he was the only loud one.

At points he'd just send people into different timelines to fuck with them and see how long they'd survive. At one point of the dream there was like a level difficulty select, at the top was normal difficulty and the boss card was Pitaya.

On the bottom was hard difficulty, which required more Heart jellies to collect and the boss was this new cookie, it also revealed his initials, P.H.

He had a lot more mean ways of curing boredom and Timekeeper HATED him, rivals, they try to kill each other. But P.H's true rival is Andromeda Galaxy Cookie owned by friend @mumble-jumble-gallery

Oh yeah, it even showed an alternate timeline where Timekeeper was new to the TBD and P.H took great joy making her scared with all her shyness. He uses P.H as even he can he admit "Not even I would make someone use that mouthful every time."

The dream hinted that he was immune to pain, he'd be there to personally greet any new visitors to the TBD HQ, though to mainly to determine if they'd be entertaining,

unfortunately I was deemed entertaining. He knows what people think of him, he finds it funny that some people hate his guts. He is Clockwork Comet Cookie's nephew, the child of his sister Cobalt Star Cookie. The whole family is nice so no one knows what went wrong with P.H., his boredom stems from him just being a cruel sadistic bitch. Though his pet Rooster is the only thing he loves, but if he loves you he'll destroy the whole timeline for you.

His skill is called Temporal Distortion (Stuns enemies for a longer amount of time than other stun cookies, but will also randomly switch his position with another cookie in the party.)

Perfume Cookie

Perfume cookie is a very creative and sweet girl, she's best friends with Mont Blanc Cookie.

Her scent always to seems to change from one sweet scent to another, but this isn't through the use of perfume. From all the scenting in her dough she naturally cycles through alluring and lovely scents daily. She makes new scents for cookies who lost theirs over the years and wants them back, getting everything right down to the smallest detail her observant nature allows her to pack all original scents into a singular bottle that can last months.

But she also makes scents out of anything she can find, from the smell of freshly cut cake wood to the refreshing smell of a Strawberry daiquiri. She'll brave even the harshest of conditions to get all the ingredients for her perfumes. Normally polite and even submissive at times, if you try to insult her or her friends or dare think you can get one over on her you'll be get a VERY unexpected result. With the sweetness of the Vanilla Kingdom and the endurance of the Dark cacao Kingdom this is a cookie you best stay on the good side of.

Necromancer Cookie

Bramble Cookie

This bar tender is a friendly dude though has a little spice to him. He takes great pride in his craft and has found himself a little rivalry with his best friend Tabasco Cookie. The two always try to 1-up each other but at the end of the day they have each other's back and care deeply for one another. The two have even gained a crush on each other but become big dumb when it comes to confessing.

Bramble is like brothers with Sparkling Cookie and they chat often, Sparkling is always giving advice and trying to encourage Bramble to confess how he feels. He offers to set up parties and make a good atmosphere but Bramble refuses because he just shuts down at the thought.

Perhaps it's because he fears rejection, or that they're friendship will take a turn for the worst. What if it doesn't work out and they choose not to see each other again? So many variables that scare the sugar out of him about it.
