I have a lot of thoughts about this

Oh no, that poor woman is gonna get hurt

Ew, is that guy gonna be the unsub of this episode?

Keeping their phones silent is a red flag

so they both lost their mothers

oh shit, and this happens

Now I’m at the part where JJ and Will are at the doctor’s office

so Will knew about this for a few months and didn’t tell JJ  about this until now

JJ being upset and telling Will that she’ll call his mom if he doesn’t inform her about the next test results soon

Garcia saying no is hilarious

Can’t blame Garcia for not wanting to work with Tyler though

“I’m not a problem, I’m a delight. I’m a little dramatic but wonderful.” Is gonna be my new favorite Garcia quote

Ugh Bailey, and apparently he needs the BAU to work on this case

Wait, both victims worked in public service? So that explains why Bailey wants to oversee this case. What about the lady that got killed at the beginning of the episode?

So Bailey wants their help because he had a personal connection to one of the victims. Considering the way he treated the BAU before, can’t blame Rossi’s reaction

Emily sensing that Bailey is hiding something else

Of course Bailey wants to protect his reputation and Emily is not having it. She demands he leaves the BAU alone once they solve the case

Tara, JJ and Luke roasting Bailey and his dating life. I want more of this friendship

Luke talking to JJ about dating. If only he and Garcia didn’t stop after one date

Ohh boy, Tyler arriving at the BAU floor. Tensions between him and Garcia

Next day with Garcia and Tyler working together again. Her coldly saying “morning” to him

Garcia finally asking Tyler the question we’ve all been wanting to hear from her “Why he chose her out of all the hackers.”

So Elias used the PCL-R to categorize potential unsubs into different groups. One in the outside group and the inside group which is where he gives the kill kits to

Reid being mentioned.

JJ waiting at the elevator and meeting Will

Will saying he has an inflamed Thyroid, and that it can be treated with Ampicillin

JJ being relieved it’s not life threatening. The fandom can rejoice that Willifer is still going strong

The unsub is named Benjamin, who is the son of a senator and dumps the victims’ bodies near properties owned by his mother

Wait, why does this unsub look familiar....“LUKE BENWARD?! BEAU FROM GOOD LUKE CHARLIE AND BILLY FROM HOW EAT FRIED WORMS IS THE UNSUB?!”

Emily telling Bailey that he can choose to protect the people he serve OR his image and can’t do both. I wonder if the unsub knew that he had a connection to one of the victims which is why he doesn’t want the team to declare Benjamin cause he had his assistant pay him at some point

“Word from a friend..” Oh shit, unsub unsurprisingly has connections on the inside to ensure he doesn’t get arrested 

is that og Zelda Spellman as the mother?! yep, that is her

So Tyler says that Elias did some social engineering which explains why the unsubs took their own lives before getting caught

So Elias knew Tyler was trying to expose him and set him up again

Tyler telling Garcia how he was able to find her. Oh shit, he knows that she was The Black Queen

Tyler using Garcia to get a kill kit from Elias, that was fucked up

..............and he pissed off Garcia once again. Bad enough that he threatened her into helping him and tricking her like that is just low for him

So Benjamin’s assistant just walked in to the BAU just like that? I agree with Emily, it’s too easy

So Mitch set them up? Buying Benjamin some time?

Shit, Benjamin knows about Jessica

Thank god JJ and Tara got to her in time

So Benjamin was one of the founders of the Beltway App

“Get out of my face or I will cut your balls and feel them to you.” Idk why but that line was hilarious. It also seems like something Emily has been wanting to say to Bailey after all the shit he put her through

Shit, Benjamin laywered up. And somehow he knows about the investigations the team were working on and the shipping container

Is there a double agent involved in this? Someone must have given Benjamin the info about the BAU

Emily getting a plan B by having Tara interrogate Mitch. and it failed

So Benjamin is involved in the network. Explains why Elias needed someone like him

Rossi punishing Tyler to bring Garcia back to the roundtable. He did that cause he doesn’t want to deal with a pissed off Garcia

Tyler admitting that he chose Garcia cause there’s no other hacker as good as her and offering her a cat as a peace offering

Yea fuck Benjamin’s mother. She somehow makes Bailey and Barnes look nicer in comparison

Bailey is so fucking spineless and the worst part is that there’s hardly anything else they can do

You know it’s bad when the mother comes off as far worse than Elias

Yea the mom made a mistake interfering with the investigation, though it’s not like she expected her son to be a serial killer and work in a network with one

Emily telling Bailey in the polite way to fuck off

Okay, that jumpscare was scary and unnecessary as fuck

Yea JJ, Luke, I love you guys but waiting for backup is a better option. Like Benjamin and Elias are not to fuck around with. Plus one of them is a cannibal and the other a formidable hacker. What about Will’s promise?

This is literally straight out of a horror movie. JJ and Luke don’t go in there without backup

so Bailey doesn’t intervene

“To be continued”, “New episodes come out in January 12.” Well fuck you too

Now I understand why people say that this episode will piss us off

So many emotions right now, still can’t believe we got happy Willifer moments and then the cliffhanger took that away from us again

I feel like this cliffhanger is very reminiscent of the s3 cliffhanger and the cliffhanger of Run

Thinking how all of this could have been avoided had the mother not intervened just when Emily tried to get through to him and if only Bailey had let them work the case and arrest Benjamin. JJ and Luke wouldn’t have been endangered

As if this episode gave us another reason to hate Elias and Benjamin

considering that Benjamin is still alive, is the benefactor to the network and is with Elias, we won’t see the last of him

Overall, despite the shit they pulled off at the end, this episode was a pretty good. It’s giving s3-s4 vibes and the replicator arc done right. I know my thoughts might change when episodes 6-10 come out but this episode is good
