Caso Yoshio | Las inconsistencia que no prosperaron

El juicio asentado en el expediente CNJI/049/2024 presenta muchas inconsistencias y careció, realmente, de las pruebas contundentes para acreditar las impugnaciones de "inelegibilidad" y el delito electoral de "campaña anticipada", que sí existen y son acreditables pero no fueron acreditados con las pruebas necesarias. Asimismo, coincido con el TEEGro en que que el objetivo del juicio civil electoral tenía otros fines: Se quisieron 'matar dos pájaros de una pedrada' y fue allí donde se incurrió en 'incoherencias' e 'inconsistencias'. ¡Hasta 'El Cochiloco' sabe que "una cosa es una cosa y otra cosa es otra cosa"! Para apelar el veredicto de esta mañana, los enjuiciantes deberán pensar muy bien el siguiente paso o recomponer lo que se hizo mal, si su objetivo sigue siendo que la autoridad electoral revoque la candidatura de Ávila González y no solo conseguir que Arturo Flores Mercado sea registrado como el candidato oficial y legal de Movimiento Ciudadano a la presidencia de Acapulco. Se que algunos van a odiarme y hasta a sospechar de estar favoreciendo con estas líneas a Yoshio. Yo no soy abogado electoral, pero me fascina el análisis periodístico y el periodismo investigativo, por ese mismo hecho concluyo que sí existen elementos probatorios y contundentes para revocar la candidatura del candidato de MC a la alcaldía de Acapulco, pero las pruebas presentadas no fueron las contundentes. Este hecho revierte cualquier duda sobre mi análisis personal de este caso. Mi opinión se centra en que, una vez escudriñado el expediente a la luz de la razón, la lógica y la ley electoral, realmente las inconsistencias expuestas en las impugnaciones favorecieron y facilitaron plenamente el resolutivo del Tribunal Electora estatal. EL INFIERNO

Es una película Mexicana estrenada en el 2010 bajo la dirección de Luis Estrada mismo que ha creado una serie de películas bajo el mismo estilo como lo son : La dictadura perfecta , la ley de Herodes y la más reciente que viva México .

El infierno nos muestra como su personaje principal Benjamín García tras regresar de Estados Unidos sin mucho éxito , descubre un México de cayente en economía y seguridad, así mismo el asesinato de su hermano mayor por circunstancias extrañas y la existencia de su cuñada y sobrino, haciendo que Benjamín o mejor conocido como el Benny jure frente la tumba de su hermano hacerse cargo de su familia , terminando involucrado en el narcotráfico.

El como Luis ha sabido plasmarlo en la pantalla es un tanto interesante ya que primero que nada se nos da a conocer que el narcotráfico es una de las actividades presentes en la mafia al igual que la delincuencia organizada que en partes estás dos se llegan a relacionar dentro de la película como en los asesinatos y secuestros , claro que la mayoría de ellos son por saldos de cuentas como el enfrentamiento que se tenían cada cartel a pesar de que todos eran familia y es en ese momento como la otredad se hace presente ya que por un lado tenemos la visión externa donde uno puede opinar y decir a bueno igual se lo busco, es lo que uno gana al terminar en esos medios, pero por otra parte tenemos la visión de la familia en dónde han matado un hijo , a un hermano , son en esas partes dónde ya no importa si uno es bueno o malo solo personas que han tomado una mala decisión .

Otra forma en que la otredad queda remarcada en la película es en como dejan en claro que uno es superior y siendo México no hay una representación tan marcada como el estereotipo del hombre macho ya que si notamos al inicio de la película cuando Benny llega este viste con una gorra y chamarrita casual , se nos representa como un trabajador más y cuando llega el Cochiloco ah saludarlo se puede notar una imagen completamente distinta, un porte de “macho” con sombrero , camisa, bigote y abotonado dándonos a entender que es un hombre de temer. Este concepto es muy familiar dentro de las películas del cine de oro Mexicano y han dejado huellas en la cultura, personajes como Pedro infante, Jorge Negrete , Javier Solis, Vicente Fernández entre otros, son personajes que imponen respeto.

Otro ejemplo marcado del macho superior son el mando y las mujeres de cierta forma el que un hombre sea mujeriego lo ha puesto como una persona respetable, cosa que se llega a recalcar en la película cuando el Benny se junta con su cuñada, aún que su hermano ya esté muerto aún se sigue viendo como un acto moralmente mal visto, es por ello que para la familia Reyes que eran los jefes del Benny era de suma importancia que no se supiera que su hijo era homosexual y sobre todo que haya siendo acecinado durante un encuentro sexual con uno de sus trabajadores.

MÉXICO TRAJICOMEDISADO

A pesar de que es una película que representa la crudeza del mundo , el narcotráfico y los asesinatos a sangre fría está es una película que incluye la comedia ya que incluye varios chistes y referencias que llegan hacer reír, utiliza lo que se le denomina humor negro o como nosotras lo llamamos “reímos para no terminar llorando” y es que muchas veces los Mexicanos sacan bromas de sus tragedias como método de defensa para olvidar un rato el trago amargo , sin embargo cabe recalcar que las bromas solo son aceptadas si son hechas por un mismo mexicano para otro mexicano ya que si está viene de un extranjero automáticamente se denomina como una falta de respeto y posible origen de una funa en redes sociales, sin embargo el infierno hace mofa de todo : de la muerte, los orígenes étnicos, la cultura, la prostitución, orientación sexual, etc.

Es como muchas una visión cuestionable.

Momentos

La primera parte a señalar es el ¿Por qué Benny entro en al mundo del narcotráfico? Es decir el ya estaba consiente de que no era un buen lugar y acepto hacerse cargo de la familia de su hermano pero sin necesidad de unirse a algún cartel , sin embargo la necesidad y desesperación es lo que siempre hace uno dejar aún lado la moral , en este caso a Benny al saber que su sobrino se ha metido en un problema con una deuda se vuelve el punto de partida para que este se inicie al mundo del narcotráfico con ayuda de su amigo Cochiloco, el cual lo lleva con el patrón el señor José Reyes este le explica que para todo hay reglas y dentro de este trabajo siempre debía tener: lealtad, honestidad y silencio absoluto, establecida sobre las reglas es muy importante ya que nos vuelve a recalcar que aún que sea un mundo de tortura y traición siempre cuentan con un límite.

La vida dentro del Narcotráfico no es sencilla y el Benny lo empieza a notar ya que este de tambalea y se arrepiente al ver cómo torturan a la cucaracha que era un aliado que había dado información del cartel a la policía federal, es ahí donde la moral dentro del Benny llega a parecer y nos muestra ese lado humano sin embargo este persiste y se termina acostumbrado a las torturas .

como toda historia cuenta con un punto quiebre y en este caso se presenta en varios personajes primero en el Cochiloco que al no haber salvado al hijo de los Reyes, don José manda acecinar a toda la familia del Cochi, eso a su vez desencadena una serie de traiciones y se da a conocer que quien ayudo al cartel contrario a matar al hijo de los Reyes fue el mismo “diablito” sobrino del Benny en venganza de que Don José había ordenado la muerte de su padre , es así como de nuevo el Benny llega a tener de nuevo su punto de desesperación y necesidad para que no maten a su sobrino toma la decisión hacer un atraco ayudar a su sobrino a escapar y matar a los Reyes cuando van a tomar la posición presidencial , claro que al final el mismo Benny termina muerto.

Justo en la escena final nos muestra al mismo diablito regresando a México y siguiendo los pasos de su padre y tío dando a entender que al final de cuentas el mundo d la mafia no tiene un fin ya que como el mismo Cochi lo dijo “EL INFIERNO ES AQUÍ Y AHORA”

This round: Maria, Cochiloco (ft. Chapo and Güero Palma), Steve Murphy (ft Javi) and my addition of Yessica

Maria aka my Queen

After putting the gifts in the car, Maria shut the truck and made her way to the front. Though she has people who can take care of tasks like this, she’s always been independent and prefers to do things herself. Except for the nights she likes to read in silence, then she prefers things to be brought to her.

With the holidays around the corner, she wanted to make sure she had the perfect gifts for her kids. And seeing the smiles on their faces as they open these up, is going to be well worth the long drive to this specific toy shop.

Just as Maria enters the car, her phone buzzes. Taking it out of her purse, unlocks her phone and stares at it with raised brows.

It’s a dick pic.

Maria take a closer look and shakes her head disapprovingly.

Definitely a dick pic.

Maria clears her throat and pressed hard on the number. The option to call pops up, she does.

It rings one, twice. Then a third time. When the person picks up, she goes off before they get a chance to speak -

She ends her thorough verbal assault with six words, spitting them out like venom, “YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!”

Maria hangs up the phone.

Cochiloco

Ft. Chapo and Güero Palma

Being an assistant at Güeros office meant you saw a lot of funny things, between Cochi and Chapo, you were guaranteed a good laugh at least once a day. You’ve grown used to coming in, start of the day, and stumbling upon a joke.

So when you round the corner and hear their cacking, you know you’re in for something good. Then you enter the office and stop dead in your tracks. You feel your eyes grow wide and you nearly drop your coffee.

“What is that?!” You tilt your head slight, trying to decipher what you’re looking at. Then it hits you, it is that, it’s that blown up to small poster size.

Barely keeping it together, Cochi and Chapo curl over with laughter.

Cochi walks over to you, still laughing, “some son of a bitch sent me a dick pick so -“ more laughing “I posted it then printed it out-“ he howls louder and grabs his stomach

Chapo falls out of his chair.

Cochi points to him, “and this - “ still laughing , “sent one back!”

You shake your head and glance at Chapo, then Cochi.

“Whyyyy would you do that?” You turn your back to the giant dick staring at you.

“Because it’s funny!” Chapo and Cochi say at the same time.

Then the door opens. You catch the brief closed mouthed smile on Gueros lips as he enters. You also watch it drop.

“What the fuck?”

His response makes them laugh even harder and you start to laugh too.

Guero is too tired for this shit. Everything with Miguel and the plazas is stressing him out, and they’re here doing this?

He goes up to the wall, tears it down, then goes over to his desk. He sighs and wishes he was home with Lupe and the kids. Thinking of them alone, brings a smile back to his face.

Cochi kicks the crumpled paper over to Chapo, he’s hiding his laughter behind his arm. Chapo picks it up and puts it in the drawer.

You know them well enough to know, they’re definitely keeping it.

Steve

(Ft Javi)

Steve closes his eyes. It’s been a long day. He’s going to have fucking nightmares about paperwork. He’s going stir crazy in this office and needs some action soon.

Opening then again, he glimpses at the window, the moon is out and it must be about 7 o’clock now. He pours a glass of whiskey and sits back in the chair.

When his phone buzzes, he expects to see a text from Connie, but that’s not what he gets. It’s a text from an unknown number, a fully erect cock staring right at him.

“What the fuck?” Steve drops his phone on the desk and pushes it away from him.

Steve stares at the phone, then picks it up again. He types, “You should be ashamed of yourself.” Then presses send.

“Asshole.” Steve picks up his glass, takes a huge gulp, then gets back to the paperwork.

Javi walks in five minutes later with a fresh pack of cigarettes and some street food in a brown paper bag.

Steve sits up, “Fuck you Javi.”

“What did I do?” Javi looks at him innocently and puts the bag down.

Steve gets up and shows him the pic.

Javi snickers, “you think that’s me?”

“Isn’t it?”

“I’m offended. I thought we were friends.”

Steve looks at it again, “who the fuck would send me a dick pic then?”

“Better question, why’d you keep it?” Javi raised a brow , leaned against the desk and lit a cigarette

Steve flips him off then deletes the pic.

Javi chuckled, bringing the cigarette to his lips, “if you want to see mine -“

Steve walks out of the room.

Yessica

I adore her so added her in…

Zipping the dress closed, Yessica turns and looks in the mirror. She was playing for someone important tonight, the manager made sure to drive that home to everyone.

It would be a long night, but as long ad it paid well, it’s fine. Yessica finished the final touches of her outfit then grabs her purse.

She heads to the counter to get her phone when it starts to buzz. She slides the screen and opens the text.

Yessica snickers, then raised her brows.

Well, if this is a sign, tonight’s going to be interesting

She puts her purse down and replies,

“I’ve seen better.”

Three dots immediately pop up, vanish, pop up again then vanish.

Yessica chuckles then writes, “hey, maybe it’s cold out? Try again later?”

Three dots pop up, then vanish.

Yessica types another message, “heres a tip, don’t take it fresh out the shower.”

She presses send.

‘Not delivered’ pops up under her message.

“Guess I hurt his feelings .”

Yessica puts her phone in her purse, grabbed her keys, and heads out for the night.

Ramón, an adorable but terrifying 9 year old boy (think The Omen’s Damien but with bigger hair, eats more Froot Loops, shoots more Tuna, more pot leaf shirts, etc). Rafa is his 5 year old brother- like ofc these two are children but Rafa’s younger, still can’t not!spill jelly on his shirt, will leave gobs of toothpaste in the bathroom sink, flushes moms watch down the toilet, and so forth.

Cochi and Chapo are the neighbor kids across the street that come over and play with Ramón and Rafa, but they’re the kind of neighbor friends that like when it gets too quiet in the other room and you check on ‘em, Chapo someone has been stabbed with a fork or Chapo someone was pushed out of a second story window or Chapo someone had their hair set on fire y’know.

Güero’s the older teenage neighbor boy who pretends he hates them all but will still sneak em cigarettes and booze on the DL. Also gets into trouble with fellow adolescent hoodrat Mayo, asshole new kid that wants to show everyone how cool his butterfly knife is, never goes to class but still gets straight As.

Dina, María, Isabella wouldn’t change at all ‘cause they’re- im sorry- like the only fucking normal adults. Prob Pacho too.
