Last week was a wash. With the start of a new month, I knew I just had to get out there. Cold temperatures be damned!

I made sure to pack on the layers. 2 leggings, 3 shirts, over the ear headphones 🎧 and hat. Oh, and one glove 😅 (that's all I could find).

I broke into it a little faster than I probably should have. About the 3k Mark I had to go pee so bad, I almost didn't finish. But when I heard the time...I pushed through. Under 10 minutes might not seem that great, but I worked hard for that single digit kilometer!

The mission was over but the zombie chase came after it. Right when I thought I was on my cool down. The cool thing is that it gave me motivation to push that last kilometer harder than I thought I could. It didn't hurt that "Maniac" was playing on the random spotify playlist ...

Even though I didn't do my best ever, I did my first ever in below freezing temperatures. All in all, I'm pretty proud of myself.
