I understand that sometimes people post wrestlers and tag them either AEW, NJPW, DDT, STARDOM, ROH, CMLL, or even WWE. Personally, I only tag those companies when the wrestlers are working within those companies or used to appeared on those companies. For example, I’d tag Zack Sabre Jr on AEW, NJPW, and ROH sometimes DDT/CMLL because he appeared on those companies.
I, however, never comprehend those who tag AEW when the wrestler is WWE-bound and never even appeared on AEW. Like, what’s your point and what do you want? This is basic fandom 101 etiquette. You don't tag CSI on the Law & Order fandom tag. You also don't write other character/wrestler tags when the person doesn't even appear on the post because that is post bait, and this ain't X.
BUT… you are free to do whatever you want. Who am I to dictate what you do? I still feel that you shouldn't tag something unrelated. It’s like fanfic where you write your tag but don't tag unrelated stuff. Also, as someone who doesn't want to see certain wrestlers (because they are asshats), it will be better to curate the posts.

Fred, my friend, maybe if you had aked CS to cover for Charles at the start this wouldn't have happened? Rb would have catched up anyway because their car is better but at the same time you would have avoided the crash, but obviously only Charles has to be a teamplayer

PSA: Those lines on the ground when you drive
You are supposed to follow them and stay within/between them. Yes, even when you're in an intersection. Even, perhaps especially, when you are turning. If there are dotted lines in the intersection, stay within them.
I was nearly hit in one intersection by someone who decided they were optional, right after a red-light-runner almost hit us both. Just two blocks later, I witnessed an accident parallel to me, when one person decided to ignore them. Totally different cars in all three almost or actual accidents. People don't know how to drive anymore.

MY MAN 🤠🤝🐯 literally the Shame... like even if people don't outright Say that "you're a burden for this" there's still the shame. the feeling of it. the thought beneath the surface. and i Know it's a cultural thing. i'm So certain that if i lived elsewhere not in mid-sized citytown, USA: a. people would not shame me and make me feel this way over needing help, b. i would have options besides "grovel and pay me for a ride" or "spend hours trying to bus several miles" like it's such a nothingburger with cheese type of choice. do i want something that sucks or something that sucks. and feel bad about it on top of that. i hate cars.

Today I went ice skating!!! Been long enough I had to remind myself how to skate. But I also was able to leave the wall a lot faster than I have in the past (I was letting go of it before I'd even gone half the way around the rink!) And I did NOT fall at all! There were many children that were trying very hard to kill me (by getting in my way, which would trip me and then I would die) but I avoided it!! Got kinda out of breath by the end, especially since by then i was used to the skates enough + it'd cleared out enough that I could take opportunities to Zoom (my favorite thing to do while skating, going fast). Good thing I bike so much (generally speaking, less so in the last month) bc the cardio wasn't much of a problem. My ankles though..... the place got new rental skates that are stiff as Fuck and it hurt my ankles fr 😭 enough to have me like. Well now that I have a car I kinda wanna just... go ice skating more regularly, if I can. It's pretty out of the way but also I've ALWAYS loved ice skating. And if I do go more regularly, maybe it'd be worth getting my own pair of ice skates... probably more hockey style lol bc I dont care about anything with figure skating. Never gonna try to get into it. I like ice skating for the exercise and for Going Fast. It's just fun for me!
Miss going in warmer months tho hfkshdkd I've gone a good handful of times for birthdays throughout my life (as early as my 10th birthday, from what I remember) which is in May and So. There are less people ice skating. Bc ppl r just less interested in it in the warmer months. Not me tho I love it year round. And I look forward to being able to skate without worrying about the 2 dozen children trying so hard to skate into my path at all times.

Understanding the Hazards of Forklift Operations
Tumblr media
Forklifts are indispensable in industries like warehousing, construction, and manufacturing, but they also present significant risks. Every year, forklift-related accidents cause injuries, fatalities, and costly damages. Understanding these hazards is the first step toward preventing them.
In this blog, we’ll explore the most common forklift hazards, their causes, and how to mitigate them for a safer workplace.
Common Forklift Hazards & Risks
1. Pedestrian Collisions
Risk: Forklifts and pedestrians sharing the same workspace can lead to accidents, especially in busy or poorly lit areas. Causes:
Poor visibility (blind spots, obstructed views).
Lack of warning systems (horns, alarms, or safety lights).
Pedestrians are not paying attention or walking in forklift zones.
Prevention:
Install forklift safety lights (blue spot lights, red zone markers).
Designate separate walkways for pedestrians.
Enforce speed limits and proper horn usage.
2. Tip-Overs & Overturns
Risk: Forklifts can tip over if overloaded, driven unevenly, or turned too sharply. Causes:
Uneven or slippery surfaces.
Overloading or unbalanced loads.
Sharp turns at high speeds.
Prevention:
Ensure operators are trained in load handling.
Follow load capacity limits.
Drive slowly on inclines and uneven surfaces.
3. Falling Loads
Risk: Improperly secured loads can fall, crushing workers or damaging goods. Causes:
Unstable stacking.
Sudden stops or jerky movements.
Damaged or incorrect pallets.
Prevention:
Always secure loads with straps or shrink wrap.
Inspect pallets before use.
Operate smoothly without sudden movements.
4. Forklift Rollovers
Risk: Forklifts can roll over if driven incorrectly, especially on ramps or uneven ground. Causes:
Sharp turns at high speeds.
Driving on slopes with elevated loads.
Mechanical failures (brake issues, tire problems).
Prevention:
Always drive with the load downgrade on ramps.
Avoid sudden direction changes.
Conduct regular forklift maintenance checks.
5. Poor Maintenance & Mechanical Failures
Risk: Faulty brakes, worn tires, or hydraulic leaks can lead to accidents. Causes:
Lack of routine inspections.
Ignoring warning signs (strange noises, leaks).
Using damaged forklifts.
Prevention:
Follow a strict maintenance schedule.
Perform pre-shift inspections (check brakes, tires, hydraulics).
Immediately report and repair malfunctions.
6. Improper Use (Non-OSHA Compliant Operations)
Risk: Untrained operators or misuse of forklifts (e.g., lifting people) can cause severe accidents.
Causes:
Lack of proper certification/training.
Using forklifts for unintended purposes (e.g., as a manlift).
Bypassing safety features.
Prevention:
Ensure all operators are OSHA-certified.
Never allow unauthorized personnel to operate forklifts.
Strictly enforce safety protocols.
How to Minimize Forklift Hazards?
Invest in Safety Technology – Use forklift cameras, proximity sensors, and LED safety lights. Enforce Training & Certification – Regular refresher courses for operators. Implement Clear Safety Policies – Mark zones, enforce speed limits, and use PPE. Conduct Routine Inspections – Check forklifts before each shift.
Conclusion
Forklift hazards can be prevented with proper training, regular maintenance, and effective safety measures. By understanding these risks and implementing best practices, workplaces can reduce accidents, protect workers, and improve efficiency.

But ya also have to remember that the F-150 is the smallest "full size" truck that Ford makes. And thus also the weakest. It's a nice truck, better than nothing, great if that's all you can afford. But not the beefiest truck that Ford makes. There's also the F-250, F-350, and even the F-650 that's basically like a diet semitruck. We have a 2003 F-350- that thing has taken a beating and hauled lots of shit and does well with it. It has been out go-to hauling truck since we got it, even for pulling a trailer out in the pasture if needed (aka bumpy, uneven, sometimes muddy ground). And it's 21 years old. They chose the weakest - but still decently performing - Ford truck possible and put it up against a truck that's supposed to be amazing and beat out all competition. And Ford's weakest full sized truck still did better in some areas than the shit cybertruck.
#yes im biased cuz my family has been a Ford family my whole life. weve always had fords. also my brother's 2014 ford focus quite literally#deadass saved his life when he got into a t-bone collision. with a suburban pulling a trailer. the suburban hit his car almost full speed#in the driver side door. the suburban's license plate was literally on the floor of his car after the accident. his car was totalled and#the door was removed from the car. and yet he walked away with just a burn on his face and a jammed thumb. im not kidding. and suburban#pulling a trailer t-boned his car at speed inches from him and he walked away with a minor burn to his face and a jammed thumb#his car also immediately turned off its engine when it sensed the damage to avoid a fire and called 911. immediately. while my brother was#still in shock at what in the goddamn fuck just happened#for a number of years now my parents and i have sworn by subarus for our own personal everyday cars because we love how they look and the#all wheel drive. but we still will always get ford trucks when we need trucks. we still love fords. and my brother swears by fords at this#point him and his wife refuse to get anything else. we also have a super older bronco that has kicked ass for many years as a farm work#vehicle despite its small size. and a shitty old like 1980s flatbed that is our primary farm work truck. and my mom's '65 mustang.#so i am biased cuz we are a ford family. but still. they chose ford's weakest full sized truck and the cybertruck still couldnt beat it.#and youre also not gonna be just casually pulling panels off the F-150. or find random manufacture parts in the true truck. also its much#cheaper. and if my brother was t-boned like that while driving a cybertruck the vehicle would probably be mostly fine but my brother would#have been turned into soup on the inside of it
