Allies: The Arkingham Insurgency Rescuers, Tactical Hunter Organisation, Chaos Protection Services, and many other forces internationally, all of whom are prepared in case a government has failed to stay kind or protective of its people.

Description: Raised by a life promising hope through action, and later choosing to live with the other fellow ragged and tattered, traumatized survivors of the Cold War, 'D.V.A' created an underground and mostly anonymous, mercenary-militia coalition group to bring excellent service for the people, and punishment to the corrupt existing in our world for a price; with his network of armed personnel, willing to fight for what is right, and get the payment they needed to live a normal life outside of combat, his PMC group is an odd but pleasant surprise to many.

Goals: Now tasked with taking down terrorism and the threat of complete nuclear annihilation worldwide, ARMACOT and 'D.V.A' are on an ongoing manhunt for both their prey and their pay; with the help of their network of talented hackers, alluring spies, silent and lethal agents, and their trained combatants, this task could be an easy profit, but as with most governments around the globe, including the constant rivalry with the NATACOM, an intergovernmental organization with similar goals, it appears that they will finally have some risks and competitors involved on their missions. As their motto goes, Three Worlds, Two Opponents, and One People united against corruption, oblivion, and terrorism.

Conclusion: 'D.V.A' and ARMACOT represent a unique and formidable force in the fight against global corruption and terrorism, their dedication to justice and willingness to take on high-stakes missions for the right price have made them both respected and feared; the question now is this, are you safe from their judgment?

My apartment building has coin-op laundry in the basement, and on the shelf where people store detergent there are also just enough quarters to start one load in the washer. This is the collective "oh shit I forgot my quarters" bank that anyone can borrow from to start laundry without having to climb all the way back up the goddamn stairs first. These quarters have been steadily used and replaced for multiple years now, and every time I see them I think about how upon such small foundations rests all of human society.
