Creature Combo of the Week: "Chowken"

Chowken: This delicious combination between a cow and a chicken is the bi-product of an hourly fast food employee accidentally putting a mutant fertilized chicken nugget through a beef grinder and being born inside a consumer.

Chowkens, or "meat monsters" are 300 lbs of meat that strut around on two legs. Chowekens are essentially fat feathered breasts with small beaks for crazing and big brown golf ball sized eyes. Usually about four to five feet tall and seven feet from beak to tail, this meat-asaurous is like a fat awkward teenage T-Rex...if it were made out of steak and had extra crispy KFC skin. Also they lay eggs, dozens at a time. This birth rate has made them the most sustainable food source in the world, also thanks to the fact that one "Chowken" produces the same amount of meat as 18 chickens. 

The noise that they emit can be described as hilariously disturbing. Somewhere between a long drawn out moaning"moo" and a screeching cackling "buckawk," most people can't wait to butcher these delicious and now plentiful creatures. Mostly because they are born making the bone chilling noise and only stop making it to eat and drink. The noise is amplified ten fold during mating season...which is on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The meat of these beloved idiots is lean like a chicken breast, and as savory and flavorful as a marbled filet. Large of meat and small of brain, these humble, deranged, and decadent bastards have replaced almost every other animal on the food chain... including pigs, fish, cows, chickens, and tofu.

To put it bluntly, we wrap foods we don't even like in bacon to make them stomach-able...and we wrap bacon in Chowken.

Creature Combo of the Week: "Octoturtle"

The rare and beautiful octoturtle is a terrifying herbivore. This hard shelled tentacled leaf predator occurred when a snapping turtle was upturned on the side of the road, unable to move, and then a passing sushi truck took a hard turn and a live octopus was thrown from the vehicle, landing on the upturned turtle.

The offspring hatched on on the side of the road a week later. The animals hard shell and eight tentacled legs have enabled the turtle to move at a shockingly quick speed. In fact, it's a good thing they only have a taste for herbs and plant life because if they ate meat, nothing would stand in their way from devouring the whole of humanity with their tiny beaks and suction cup speed.

Creature Combo of the week: "Hummiphant"

This disturbingly large and highly animated animal is a cross between the lightning paced humming bird and the lumbering elephant.Much like a coked out fat person, or the bus from "speed," the Hummiphant must maintain a certain pace of running around frantically or it will die. This animal has developed a particularly powerful taste for sweet fruits and natural coffee beans, but must eat over a hundred pounds a day to survive. If you should ever meet one of these beautifully rare creatures, remember that while it could easily give you a ride, do a puzzle with you, and fetch you some fruit from the highest branches within the span of a minute or two, this lovably spastic giant could also kill the shit out of you in the blink of an eye. -Doug
