I just finished writing another novel length fanfiction. This is it here:

It's got animal death, grief, trauma and a beheading along side a healthy smattering of torture for snuff film production. It's a story about loss and it might be vaguely based on a different fanfic with a similar concept. It's almost 60k and if you're not into Transformers that's fine, I don't expect you to be my target audience. I do expect you to appreciate the weird amount of effort i put into this. I wrote this thing in just over 3 months. Crunch the numbers on that one. It's not perfect, nor is it beta read but it is the best thing I've written to date. Oh, and I drew art for it. Spoilers btw.

In this lecture we will talk about how to make or acquire the right kind of book, what kind of materials to use (no drawing skills required—and if you are an artist, GO NUTS), what kind of information to include and how to organize it depending on the kind of story you are writing, and how to use your bible to add layers of depth to your characters and stories. A Q&A will follow.”

I just did that.  I am magic. I don't often have these artistic epiphanies. Usually I have unfortunate habit of being my own worst critic... But I've been feeling better since I've started drawing my characters again.
